The employees don’t do their jobs properly. And when we needed help with something she just told us to do it our self when it’s obvious we don’t know how to!

For quick service they are compromising the quality of food

Very nice feelings after my visit there, warm food served quickly, very friendly service despite being young, clean, tidy and in my opinion atmospheric. Thank you very much

Somehow, every time I go here, they just salt the chips better than I’ve ever seen a single McDonald’s salt anything in my entire existence. This is genuinely the heaven of McDonald’s.

I waited 23 minutes for my food and watched everyone around me eat before me. I went up to ask about my order and they laughed at me. I don’t think they should be laughing when they’re working at McDonald’s. Lousy people.

Just had a drive thu there and have got to say I’ve never been so angry,got told to wait in the car park then after 5 or 6cars came and went I was still waiting,went and asked if there was a problem twice.after waiting half an hour for two Big Mac meals the girl just walked up and said here you go.sorry,won’t be back for a stone cold burger

Worst breakfast at a McDonald's ever. Dry sausage--but the hotcakes were like hockey pucks. Not sure how they managed this as these are normally a delight. A McDonald's specialty. It was awful and we were in a hurry so I didn't have time to order anything else.

All the staff were severely harassed, and the machinery appeared to not be working properly. There were Teenagers running riot throwing everything they could lift from the tables,and although I was the only drive-through customer and only wanted a big mac meal and a mcplant burger meal,it took almost 15 mins to receive our meal.

When THIS McDonalds is good, it's good. Not sure why it slips but it's on it's feet at the moment and food is fresh and tasty. Their breakfast is a bargain.

Got to be one of the worst Mcdonalds ever, staff too busy standing about chatting, either they are out of something or the machine is broken, alway get your orders wrong ffs, also food always cold, would NOT recommend this Midden. If I could rate it a zero I would, get your act together.

Self service order machines are erratic and slow, sometimes not working so takes a while to order. Then.......... Another patient wait for service only for the hot food to be lukewarm. Fine if using a voucher or offer but wouldn't pay full cost, it's not worth the money. Big Mac's not actually that big!

This franchise whenever you go through drive through you are guaranteed they will mess your order up and ask you to park up because food is never ready, then you have to go in anyway to sort order out.....

Cold food and dirty restaurant The ladies toilets were filthy neither were working.

Absolute disgrace of a place a discredit to the franchise taking advantage of its location you have to put up with the horrendous service or go elsewhere ….youll be on your 4th choice before they have your order …write off

This visit was conducted at a very busy time for the restaurant and as such, they were clearly struggling to cope. However, the expectation of a customer at a fast food restaurant chain or franchise is consistent standards, quality, and service. Sadly, this was not the case. Food was very slow to arrive, not well presented and the place just seemed a bit grubby and greasy. Hope this was an anomaly.

Very busy..under staffed for the location.

Food was cold, app didn't work, egg overcooked to the point it was discoloured and had a 15 minute wait even though there were only a few customers.

Terrible got every single aspect wrong down to the sir in or take away part . I went in for lunch at 11am I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal . Now began the trouble for some reason my order was put through as big mac meal. I noticed this on the receipt and mentioned straight away. The girl went away and mentioned this to other staff. I waited 16 mins to then be given a big mac meal . I could not believe how a simple order could be made so difficult by incompetence from staff member . I was then told to wait another 5 mins taking my total order time to over 20 mins . When I got my order and correct food it was in a bag despite informing them it was to sit in . My chips were freezing and all ice had already melted in drink . Very disappointed

Not a local so I made the mistake of skipping the long drive thru queue (which was out into the round about) and decided to order inside. Ordering was fine - receipt didn't print out but managed to get one for the till. The just eat etc. drives are AWFUL. At one stage there were 10 big just eat food carriers on the ground. They all group around food coming out so you can hardly get to it when yours is ready. Staff are meh - I think they're doing the best they can. But calling out order numbers at a whisper is not helpful. Never heard mine called out and cause of the delivery drivers I couldn't see my order sitting there for 10/15 minutes. Could really do with a designated area for the drivers and staff really jeed to shout numbers and more than once so that food doesn't get left sitting. Overall, there's a mixture of poor in-store management and poor management/design from the higher ups.

I could have given a one-star for atmosphere but only because it was packed with people. It's good for the business but not so good for me.

Quick service the food was hot (unlike their Coatbridge branch), and the place was clean

We ordered a big delivery to a house in Ayr, and they missed out four items from our order. We were left disgusted and we also didn’t get our dips that we had paid for. Furthermore, when we called both Mcdonald’s AND Uber Eats, neither of them could offer an acceptable solution for this problem and we had to settle for a refund that can take up to 15 days and no other compensation. We then had to reorder our items and pay the items and the delivery charges. RIDICULOUS. The customer service needs a big update at this establishment. The mcdonalds call was just absolutely disgusting we were told she could NOT re-deliver our food and we had to come to the establishment when we got a delivery for a REASON. We were not offered a refund and were told we would have to contact UberEats. Feeling absolutely fuming I hung up and rung the UberEats who then proceeded to tell us we also could not get our FULL meal worth re-delivered and would get a refund which could take up to 15 days to come through. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Honestly, it's the worst McDonlads we've ever had. 1st of all, the order was wrong, and the bacon on the part that was right looked as if it had been cooked under a hand dryer for 20 seconds. Even the milkshake was too warm. How's that even possible. And as usual the straw disintegrated halfway through, so I had to drink half out of a cup with no straw. Will never return.

Generic McDonald’s, situated next to Tesco superstore which is rather handy. Only a couple of minutes drive from the Ayr bypass which is convenient enough when passing through the area, fuel & food!

As a regular user of a bigger McDonald's store, you're expected to use ordering screens nowadays. This store is too small for the amount of customers. Not enough ordering screens or tills. Tables were dirty and not cleaning and clearing rotating was two slow with two floor workers standing around.

Paid £14 for a large Big Mac meal with a large coffee my meal is freezing the coffee is in what looks like an expresso cup with no sugar that I asked for and this is happening a lot now McDonald’s , time to go back to Burger King

all food is stone cold. burgers, chips and nuggets are so cold they must have been the last delivery. very poor.

Big Mac missing from order got the chips and drink but no burger it’s every time you order there something missing and you call the store and get told to contact just eat and order it again not everybody got the money to order it again

This is the 2nd time I have ordered pancakes and syrup and they have left out the syrup!!! Try calming two autistic children down when they are expecting pancakes and syrup and the syrup isn't there. Not fun.

2 of the bbq sauces were missing .

Complete wrong stuff delivered, received someone else’s order and when called to complain advised replacements can’t be sent out due to just eat not being employed by McDonald’s. The wrong food is also all still frozen. Disgusting.

Dreadful. I hate McDonalds at the best of times. I only visited because it was raining heavily and I wanted somewhere drier than my tent to have something to eat. First, getting in was a chore. It was Friday 7pm, and the drive thru queue was so long 'normal' folk who enter, order, and sit down to eat could not get in. Eventually, I gave up waiting and drove in the exit. Ordering is the same everywhere, and shockerooni, I actually got my receipt instead of the usual 'could not print' message. Waited a few minutes, umpteen of these deliveroo people collecting orders for the lazy gits who cannot get to the "restaurant" to do it themselves. Limited seating, no sauce in the dispensers, food looked nothing like the picture and chips were cold. 1 star awarded as it was dry.

Two drinks and got given one straw. Obviously no sauce but this seems to be standard now. Is there even any point ordering sauce. How hard is it to put 2 ketchups in a bag. Must be getting told not to give the sauce out as it happens far too often.

The cup of coffee was placed in a brown paper bag. By the time it had arrived the coffee had spilled out and the cup was empty. One of the meals was also missing a fries to go with the meal. Food was freezing cold. Absolutely awful.

Normal McDonald's, you get what you pay for. Have had a good experience once here and a bad experience - the most recent one being the worst experience from this McDonald's (toilets all broken or disgusting for women and the disabled loos no different... I also swear I could hear someone breaking the mens loos through the wall as well so clearly some very bad customers which is a shame. Also only one customer bin seems odd considering the amount of customers. Other than that its standard for McDonald's.

Well what to say, place an order, get notified it has be delivered, but still sitting without food!! Nice to know just eat will deliver to the wrong address and only option to contact is via a note that will be responded too with 48hrs.

Driver was superb and very polite

My food arrived and it was only very slightly warm - edible but it tasted rubbery. I checked the order’s progress quite regularly and for about 20 minutes it said the courier was at the restaurant so I can only imagine my food was very quickly prepared but the courier took way too long to leave the restaurant and start delivering.

Absolutely below rotten service, many a time I’ve requested an order to be done a certain way and had no issue but today was told that it wasn’t able to be done as everything’s cooked at once, all I wanted was crispy bacon, I know they ain’t Michelin star chefs but sticking the bacon in again can’t be a mastermind task, lost out on a decent bit of cash but sure the manager won’t care seen as he/she/them/toaster, only gets minimum wage anyway, cheers McDonald’s, ruined the weans birthday.

Regarding my order we requested a Big Mac Meal with lettuce removed but got what was effectively a cheese burger as everything else was removed apart from the cheese. Not delivered to proper address even though we put clear delivery directions.

Delicious lunch and massively improved bundle deals too too!!

I very very rarely complain however. I fully understand delivery time may cause some cooling but food cold on arrival. The portion size of fries (large) would actually have fitted in a small. Certainly not worth over the £20 paid. Disappointed this evening McDonalds

Speedy delivery didn't keep us hungry for long; a delicious breakfast order including the big mighty mcmuffin and a wrap. When a delivery is fresh and hot to touch, these things are practically incomparable to anything else at the price thats available for breakfast in town. 10/10.

no happy didn't get what ordered got two big macs when it was a double bacon Mac and big Mac meal meal was cold too really disappointed and upset it's not the first time either I am disappointed not like the MacDonalds we enjoy

Place was an absolute mess. Food over tables and floor . 2 girls on floor clesting but 1 spent her time talking to friends. Asked to clean table before we sat down abd the girl wiped it but wiped the food onto the seats. Only 1 bin in restaurant but it was so full you couldn't put stuff in. The place was atrocious. Obviously no senior staff on , either that they don't care. McDonald's you need to up your game.

Once again I'm stunned at the level of incompetence of the Ayr branch. Missing items AGAIN. It was a small order you'd think that would simple but nope half was missing.
