Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Ayrshire

I am hard of hearing, a girl named Amelia was very kind and supportive to my difficulties with hearing, she was very fast and efficient preparing my order and cleaned my table that i was sitting at and called me beautiful even with age!

It's a Mac not much to say been in one then you. Have been it all.

Don't normally give low stars for forgotten items, as I imagine it can easily happen in the rush of preparing orders. But it seems as if every other time I order from this specific McDonald's there's something missing. If I catch it in the restaurant then that's fine and I alert the staff, but sometimes I don't notice until I'm home. Today was one of those times.

Food was dry and boring, not enjoyable.

If i could give 10 stars for service, I would! They are lovely people super friendly!

Disgraceful service We ordered a McCrispy meal and a Quarter Pounder meal and when we got home and opened our bags IT WAS TWO BAGS OF CHIPS Like they weren’t even in packets, THE BAGS WERE JUST FILLED WITH CHIPS Happens every time I go to this damned restaurant I don’t know what was going through that employee’s head, whether he was blind or something or wanted to prank the customer, but either way this restaurant is going to pay Terrible service If you want good and reliable food, don’t come here anyway

Arrived with the bag seal torn. Also sauces for the chicken nuggets were missing

delivery time kept changing and then was 20 mins late from original time. food was cold.

Was delivered 20 mins late but the delivery time kept changing. At one point it said it was going to be an hour late.

Quality of food good as expected but order was missing fries and cheese dippers, also sent wrong sauces. Called restaurant to be asked to go there to collect missing items, I explained no that’s why we ordered delivery and PAID delivery not to leave the delivered food go cold while we go collect the items they failed to pack, last delivery from here we were missing sauces and a burger. Almost puts you off ordered online so we’re not happy especially when the fries were all my son wanted.

No fries or toy with happy meal!! Everything was cold!

Finally got my bunless burgers and the cheese is in the right place & not melted into the box

with having a busy life with a asn child this was something that my daughter wanted. so a wee review for asn. one carton of milk . 6+6 chicken nuggets with small fries, a couple of treats and a sonic toy . the only sad part was cold on arrival but still would order again .thankyou Ayr McDonald's .

The food I received tonight was cold , and the McFlurry I got was melting , this is unacceptable with what I had to pay & would expect my food to be edible!! I had t reheat my dinner in my microwave not happy .

Delivery drive told us that our order was delivered to another customer. We had 2 young grandchildren (6 and 8) waiting for their dinner and delivery over an hour late meant that instead of this being a treat that they were hungry, grumpy and tired.

I was quite disappointed with the fries, there wasn't much heat and the quantity could've been better, the box wasn't full, there was room for plenty more,more care should be taken when preparing the big mac, the milk shake was good, over all it was average and room for improvement lots of it.

When using the drive thru, always check your order before leaving car park, 9 out 10 times they always forget something,and once youve left,you don't have any come back. The fries are always either under cooked or overcooked. Burgers are flung together, with items missing,or very little product on them. Sad excuse for a "Mcdonalds" in my opinion.

Nearly 1 1/2 hrs from order being placed. First deliver time was 30 minutes to 1hr wont be using your app again, looks like mcdonalds dont start order until your delivery driver arrives at mcdonalds.delivery driver shortage issue

missing items maybe they need to get people how can easy read orders

I went for my take away order, and used the touch screens on entry, the receipt machine wasn’t working and I nearly missed my order number. When I said this to one of the staff members they weren’t very helpful but polite. The foyer area had a lot of just eat drivers which took up most of the room there should be a complete different area for these drivers. the girl handing out orders wasn’t shouting the order numbers loud enough, and I struggled to hear and I was standing near the counter. A few customers had to go up and ask for their number, this is a job for someone who is more forth coming and not embarrassed to shout out the numbers. Once I had gotten my food which was a bit of a wait, I took it to my car,’took a chip out to eat and they were stone cold, burger was stone cold too and this was minutes after leaving the restaurant. What has happened to this restaurant, it used to be good; poor quality, will not be back £23s for cold food, nope never again

Don't think they even read the order other than a glance. Every single time I order from here more than one thing is missing or incorrect from the order, don't know why I even bothered

Just got 2 burgers delivered and they are frozen I mean frozen no heat what so ever in them burgers I have complained several times

order didn't have any of the dips and they never put them on with my orders. and wasn't the correct drink. always have problems with this McDonald's, most of the time it's always the incorrect food or they haven't made the order to what I asked for.

I ordered my food at 8:40 and it was expected to be at my door at 8:15 but at 8:25 my food was only just made , for paying £6 for delivery i think this is a joke my food arrived near 10 , honestly i would like the delivery charge taken off

First in a long time with hot food and fast delivery

I have given three stars for quality because....... you ready? Of course when I have no salad dressing at home, the balsamic vinegrette that I paid for with my salad as a compliment "Was Not" in the delivery bag! Fortunately, I am a trained cook and know how to make my own salad dressing; leave it to this experience however, I would of been eating dry lettuce like a goat. Not very pleasing or appetising! Get it right McDonalds! We are "Paying" after all for your services!

The delivery was placed and confirmed however 2 hours later, it still never came. It was due between 2:05-2:25 and we went to pick up the order after we had waited even longer and it still hadn’t came. Very unhappy as my order has taken hours before too.

Delivery driver handed me the complete wrong order so I ended up with 2 bags of drinks and McFlurrys and no actual food. This isn’t the first this has happened. I know this isn’t McDonald’s fault it’s the delivery drivers
