We enjoy Costa for good food and drink at a sensible price

I love this place specially the staff they are so nice than the inside costa in cameron.

Great coffee, superb coffee, my favourite coffee. Staff are bearable.

I went through the drive-thru a couple weekends ago and was served by Ari. She was SO lovely! I usually get a iced caramel latte with coconut milk but Ari suggested I try vanilla this time as it might go better with the coconut milk. Well that'll now be my go to!! She's a proper gem!! :)

Staff clearly working hard. But for the price I'd probably prefer a clean table and chair, not to have to manage a toddler and tray of drinks to my table, not then feel obligated to clear my own table, and for the food to be half way to decent. To be clear. Staff are lovely and clearly hard working. Service is fast. But there's hardly ever more than 3 of them on and customers seem constant, guessing Costa feel like they've got a bit of a monopoly in the centre so sure they don't really care. Noticed this decline across all costas I've found myself in post pandemic, hard working staff but not enough of them.

Ordered a flat white and kit kat frappe and tropical mango frape too drink instore just left it on counter no cups just paper never came near us to ask if it was ours 3 young girls serving obviously had more important things to do than serve customers not even busy won't be back ruined a treat for my 2 daughters never even spoke to us very poor

This is always a busy Costa but they have seating outside on the concourse which usually has a free table. Staff lovely.

Drive through. Late`,extra shot, extra hot. Perfect.

I have been charged 6.70 for a coffee and a bacon roll. There us an offer for a bacon roll and coffee for 2.50. I'd asked for a coffee and if they had anything savoury. I was offered a crossing. Which I declined. I paid my 2.75 fir coffee sat down then saw the sign of offer for roll and coffee at 2.50. I asked about this and charged the full price as ordered separately 1 min apart. 😑!!

Does what it says on the tin. Good coffee meets expectations and convenient. Sit in area is bright and airy

Service not quick enough, prices to dear

I was there on Friday the 15 December ordered my cake and coffee just sat down and was then told due to staff shortage they where closing and could my foid in takeaway containers. Went back in today the 19 December after ordering again was told they where shutting fue to staff shortages again will not be back. Sort it out costa.

Panini had hardly any filling not first time this has happened and expensive enough!!

As a visitor to Cameron Toll Costa I was disgusted at the amount of flies around while we were eating, surely I can't be the only person who has noticed this. Get it sorted out Costa.

Pleasant Staff got what I ordered with no hassle.

Toilets need cleaned more regularly....whole place could do with a refurb x

Nice place,lovely sitting out having a coffee

Quite an unpleasant experience here. I took an elderly, frail lady who has dementia. I asked for one pot of tea and a pot of hot water with a teabag on the side. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that it would be easier to ask for 2 pots of tea, one with a teabag on the side, as this made it easier for the assistant's brain to process. Okay! My elderly friend was becoming confused and disturbed by all the banging of cups and saucers etc. A younger assistant heard me explaining that things were done very fast in this shop. She then mimicked what I was saying, in a very sarcastic tone. My order was shoved across the counter at me and the whole experience was only saved by a lovely, possibly Eastern Europen lady who got milk for my friend's tea and gave me a friendly smile. Such a pity that her colleagues couldn't learn from her. Horrible place!

Always good coffee where ever I go

Way over priced for a pot of water and a tea bag

I asked for oat milk they gave me cows milk, I never realised til (at work) it violently exited my body - never again.

I enjoy going to this cafe. It's local and a welcome break, while shopping. It was a welcome relief for my mother, who was flagging.

Nice relaxing area to have a break.

Stale tasting food and Served by a rude and offhand bhitch with blonde hair. God knows how such a cheeky minim wage numpty of a person got a job front facing but maybe that{s obvious as Costa is a toilet failed monopoly , nay idea why they. need one outside the shopping centre when there is another inside it. Should have given the premises to another company or independent shop that might still care about customer service and the quality of products. Unlike Costa who no longer care about the basics because. the SNEUP roll over and let them have land as they wish.

My favourite coffee shop with friendly staff.

Was in today with my daughter, mum and grandson, it was extremely busy but we're served very quickly and staff were very helpful and friendly .

We were in Carlisle so popped into Costa for a break. I had a delicious hot chocolate and a gorgeous piece of carrot cake. My partner had his usual coffee, which he enjoyed because it wasn't too strong & not bitter. The chairs were very comfortable, it wasn't too busy, but a bit chilly to sit outside. They had a great selection of food on offer, plenty to choose from, & not expensive. I love Costa coffee shops, a great place to stop for a hot drink.

Always enjoy a flat white from here, a cheese and ham toastie is an added bonus!

Their drinks are very good but not cheap. However I am not keen on their choice of food.

Ich fand es etwas kompliziert mit dem Bestellen. Via QR Code anmelden und so bestellten war sehr fremd für mich. Wenn man kein Englisch spricht ist es schier unmöglich etwas zu bestellen. Dank der freundlichen Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters und meines Freundes klappte es doch noch. Das Essen war sehr gut 👍 .

It was OK! Nothing special probably a run of the mill costa. Tables available but not cleared. Ordered a latte extra hot , but sadly didn't come extra hot. Carrot cake was nice.

Visited the branch in Cameron Toll. Great service as usual. Coffee and toastie for me and hot choc and toastie for my sister and nephew. Wee bit pricey but it was worth it

Use this with regularity. Today cold coffees and burnt dry toasties. Unusual but not good.

Personal opinion what is all the fuss about coffee

Amazing customer service, polite, smiling and always goes the extra mile! Great coffee service. Great management, fast and efficient! Clean, always well stocked up and a pleasant place to chill - way less busy than the one inside the Cameron Toll centre. Also bright and spacious. Behind the bar area seems way too small for this operation - how come there is no space by the coffee machine to put together a larger order, seems visibly lacking planning. Provide your workers with ergonomically adaptable space, Costa.

Maybe it was a bad day they had, but you would expect the tables to be cleared quicker than they were, and the tables when cleared were not wiped down, yes they could've been under staffed but it wasn't busy , hence the 3stars.

It’s 7pm on Saturday and the store is closed as well as the drive through when it says on the door very clearly that it should close at 9pm

Perfect for a quick lunch or coffee and cake with friends.

Ignored by staff who stood about chatting while one was using the coffee machine. Didnt have the gumption to have 2 taking orders and money while 1 made the coffees. Walked out when group of ladies took all available tables before queueing.

Always good for a protein coffee after the gym.

Very unhappy with the drive-thru service. There was no sign of any courtesy from the server. I ordered a cake and the server just slammed it upside down on the window, and visibly annoyed! I just hope that with the lockdown easing and stuff , the hospitality services put in some effort , as we are paying for a service at end of the day. The food was decent so 2 stars for that. I hope the management does something about it.

I enjoy going for lunch quick and polite last time i noticed they did not have as much selection as normal like to see an improvement as i do enjoy this cafe

Coffee luke warm, returned to store, when i explained to the woman there was no apology just replaced. Very abrupt. Considering the store was quiet not really exceptable.... unhappy.com

3 times we have gone out our way to get a coffee from here on way home and it's been closed. Even though the door hours say 9pm it's shut 2 hours early.

Most costa coffee are quite generic but this one stands out because of the staff. They are helpful and really friendly. Quite small because it is a drive through but worth a visit

Waited 20mins for a toasted sandwich In the meantime our tea was cold,but the girl behind the counter managed to eat her toasted sandwich,and laughed when her colleague told her about not completing our order,not acceptable attitude!!!

Been at drive through a few times for their coffee, or a hot chocolate treat on Fridays, and always great, quick service.

Pointless heading to this place, as they don't keep to advertised opening hours, and if you do catch them open, half the items are out of stock.

Service is slow, also ordered ahead a few times to still be waiting on it wen I arrive. Today I ordered a flat white a head again to be waiting aleast a extra 10mins and my order was wrong got a coffee instead. Had to get bus so couldn't evan challenge the person that was serving about the mistake
