The Pasty Shop in Edinburgh, City of

Before I went to take the train, I used tgtg to pick up a food box. The store is located just below the elevator, which is very convenient. The manager was very enthusiastic and gave me a lot of food! I had beef pasty, which were very juicy and delicious! It puts me in a good mood on this rainy day：）

I missed the collecting time for my toogoodtogo order but the staff was being super nice and generous. Hot food good for early spring! Strongly recommend it!

I am Cornish. I had one of the best shop-bought Traditional Cornish Pasties I have ever had. It was well filled with meat and deliciously juicy. As the shop is in a very busy, noisy railway station, I couldn't give more stars for atmosphere.😃

Went there today for a selection of pastries and was amazed by how tasty they are. The vegan, chicken and steak options were 10/10, especially when wating for trains.

Probably my favourite place to grab a quick bite to eat at Waverley. The food is always piping hot and fresh. The staff are always friendly too which helps! :)

I have received 3 different pasties for 3.99£ thanks to "too good to go" app. They have given me freshly baked pasties that smelled awesome and were warm. Chees, chicken and beef. I've enjoyed them all, the cheese one being my favourite. The people serving the food were extremely polite and welcoming, also very quick in their job. Recommended!

Over here in the Boston area of Massachusetts we had pasties for the first time a couple years ago at a small shop in Boston. They were delicious. When we booked a trip to Europe we were determined to get some real pasties. It wasn't hard to do. There were so many shops around. We happened upon this place and the pasties did not disappoint. Amazing taste and flavor. They had a nice balance of filling vs crust. Perfect portion size in my opinion. Service was fast and friendly. I want to say it was about 6 Pounds for a pasty? I'm not sure if you think that's a lot? For reference the one shop over here charged $25 dollars for a pastie. They were decent but the pasties in Scotland and England are out of this world. Unfortunately the shop over here is out of business. There are no other pastie shops around. So very, very, very sad. Next time we go over to Europe, we will have to get some real pasties again. Would highly recommend this shop. You guys over there are very lucky indeed to have them readily available.

I know that some might say that its just pastries, however, I cannot stress how good the food here is! My partner and I visited a year ago for the first time and we will literally come back to Waverly station just to get a cheese and onion bake and their veggie sausage rolls, eat them on a bench and leave! You will not be disappointed :)

Overpriced rubbish. Spent a fortune on a steak pasty and there was plenty of onion but almost no meat. Tried to find some way to complain but nowhere. They really could not care less about customers

Site was busy for the 1 person that was serving but he did so with a big smile and once I got to the front of the queue thanked me for waiting and took my order. I got a bacon roll and flat white. The coffee was excellent and roll just what I needed for my start to the day. He was joined just as I was being served by another guy and we had a little banter about him arriving just as this got quieter. I said how good the gentleman had been as I thought the 2nd person was possibly his boss and that turned out to be correct. I asked his name and he gave me a card and said Alcantra I think. The 2nd guy said he was called Peter if I wanted to leave some positive feedback, and that if negative that his name was Alcantra. All good friendly humour banter. Just what you need to start your day off. Keep up the great work.

Visited this afternoon as I got a great lunch time deal from Too good to go. Pasties are a great price and absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly will definitely be visiting again in future. Bonus points as they are taking advantage of too good to go. Always great to see shops on there.

I didn't catch the friendly female member of staff s name, when I bought a latte last week. The young lady was friendly, and said that the chicken and mushroom pastry was very good, but I just purchased a coffee. The price of the latte was very decent, and if I travel again, I will happily visit The Pastry Shop to buy another latte.

Thought it might be nice my dog wouldn’t even it. I just gave them it back.
