Tengo la peor experiencia en su kfc. Parece haberlo hecho si este en particular nunca ha visto a una persona negra antes. o no quiere servir a una persona negra. Voy a la unidad de la primera ventana hacer mi pedido el tipo muy educado y servicial, conducir hasta la siguiente ventana se supone que también tiene que recoger mi pedido, el tipo dijo que me da un minuto y alejarse, lo siguiente que esta señora viene y ella me va a preguntar. ¿QUÉ QUIERES? Le dije, ¿QUÉ QUIERES DECIR CON QUE MI PEDIDO ESTÁ AHÍ, UN AGUA Y COCA-COLA, Y ELLA TODAVÍA TIENE QUE PREGUNTARME QUÉ TENGO QUE PEDIR, TENGO QUE DECIR QUE HE HECHO EN LA PRIMERA VENTANA, UN AGUA UNA COCA-COLA DE DOS TRES PIEZAS COMIDA Y SEIS ALAS CALIENTES, Y fue entonces cuando me entregaron mi comida, nadie explicó cuál era el motivo de mi interrogatorio. Es 2024 mi Dios hombre.

I tried this place through a Groupon voucher. We had takeaway so can’t comment on my eating in experience. The takeaway service was fantastic I placed the order over the phone. Very efficient service, polite and very accommodating. I asked for the burgers to have things added (cheese, ketchup) and not to add salad etc for my boys which they didn’t have any issues with or charge any extra cost which not many businesses would without a charge. Food was picked up, 15 minutes drive and still nice & warm when it got home, we didn’t have to reheat it. Very nice burgers, tasty & the buns were nice too. Could have done with more mayonnaise in the 1 burger but was still nice. The chicken was a good chunky fillet & nice coating just right. Salad was fresh too. I would definitely be ordering again.

Ordered through the app and a burger and 2 dips were missing despite being charged for them. How hard is it to read an order form with 2 meals on and still get it wrong! The 2 x large chips for the meals wouldn't even constitute a small portion. Absolutely shocking that they treat customers like this.

"I ordered a regular popcorn for my son, but unfortunately, they were running low. Instead of frying a fresh batch or informing me about the shortage, the staff just packed whatever was left, filling only about 3/4 of the box. While I understand that stock can run out, I would have appreciated some transparency or an alternative solution. A little effort in customer service goes a long way! Even though I asked the staff but no response. . Wasted my money.

Whether you go via the drive through or in the building, the food is cold, been 3 times in as many months and not yet had a warm burger. Not sure how that can happen when it’s so busy and food is been turned round quickly. Very disappointed won’t be returning. You go once and get cold food you’re disappointed, but by the 3rd time it shows how rubbish the place is and something is not working right and needs to be improved.

I recently visited your place, KFC- Trafalgar St-Burnley, on February, 2025, and was extremely disappointed with my experience—both with the service and the unfair parking charge I later received. I ordered food to eat in, as the restaurant was not busy. We placed our order and waited a long time before realizing that our food still wasn’t ready. I could see the staff were busy behind the counter, but the delay was unreasonable. Eventually, we had to ask about our order, at which point the staff confirmed it was ready and brought it to our table. Right away, I noticed that my drink wasn’t served, and I had to ask for it. By the time we finally got our food, it was already getting dark, and since I had a 40-minute drive home, we couldn’t finish our meal at the restaurant. To save time, we had to take our food with us and eat on the way. Then, a week later, I received a parking charge notice from VARS, stating that I had overstayed by approximately 12 minutes—despite the 60-minute parking restriction. This is completely unfair, as the delay was caused by slow service at your restaurant, not by me taking too long to eat. I immediately tried to contact the KFC branch by phone (using the number listed on Google), but no one answered. I then reached out to KFC’s Facebook page to complain, only to receive a dismissive response saying that 60 minutes is “adequate time” for eat-in customers. This is unacceptable. I clearly explained that the long wait time for food was what caused me to exceed the parking limit. Had I known that: 1. The staff were going to ignore eat-in customers, leading to a long wait time, and 2. The parking enforcement was so strict, I would have gone to McDonald’s instead or simply paid for extra parking. To make things worse, KFC’s response was to offer me a voucher. But why would I return to a restaurant where I spent over £20 on food, only to be hit with a £60 parking fine (even at the reduced rate within 14 days)? I can’t even give the voucher to family or friends, because I wouldn’t want them to go through the same frustrating experience. KFC needs to reconsider its parking policy. A 90-minute free parking limit should be the minimum for food establishments, especially for families. Imagine if I had brought my nieces and nephews for a birthday party, with a pram—would 60 minutes still be enough? Clearly not. And now, KFC claims there’s “nothing else” it can do except offer a voucher? Really? That’s the best you can do?

Pretty average visit to this Burger King. Found the service a little bit on the slow side to be honest. The cost was as you’d expect - a little bit dearer than High Street. The Peppercorn Angus Burger was definitely the winner here - first time of trying it and it was great. May become the Burger of choice from this point forward. The rest of the food was good but nothing to fill you with excitement. Still grudge paying 30p for Mayonnaise.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life all staff are completely rude and dismissive weren’t trying to give updates on time frames of order. It’s okay that store is busy but when you can’t even answer it Customer just questioning how long order is going to be disgusting behaviour. It also seems that they are racist because they were being very much more tentative to people of white complexion however when me and my partner try to speak to them, we actually just wait. They just said wait wait wait and ask for manager we told the manager is busy. Clearly racist also at the fact that we also witnessed a drive I get spoken too disgustingly at one point we even saw the ladies say to one of our colleagues that the driver was a N word. This was 8:25pm Saturday 15th March. White lady wearing hat claiming to be deaf

Pedido cubo de ganga a 16. 00 para entrega por Uber come, comida fría a la piedra llegó a las 17. 15 . Nunca jamás utilices este horrible restaurante y servicio de entrega La comida tenía que ir a la papelera. ¡Totalmente incomible! Tampoco hay reembolso a pesar de los numerosos intentos.
