I wouldn’t rate KFC Caterham anything at all! Terrible place to order from🤢 Food was COLD and the pieces of chicken they give is so STINGY!!! Wouldn’t bother wasting money on this tragedy of a “restaurant”. Stay clear from here 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Ordered through Uber, delivery constantly updating later and later, arrived and cold - won’t be back!!! 👎👎👎 My partner ordered food from a different place after I ordered mins, hers arrived early and piping hot , also through Uber.

Shocking quality. Staff seemingly only interested in deliveroo orders. 4 wings of which two were just one inch battered bones. Smallest I have ever seen. Soggy cold chips. Recommend you give it a miss. Really, really poor quality.

Really quite bad. Fillet tower burger was dreadful. Chicken was old and dry, hash brown was just mush. The boneless strips were also terrible - 2 of them were dry as sand, and the other, whilst being more moist, the batter was just soggy. The fries were an absolute joke. Disgusting, soggy, sad fries that had clearly been sat there for ages. The only thing that actually tasted somewhat fresh was the popcorn chicken. I get the impression that the staff are straight up lazy, and couldn’t care less about customer experience. It’s really not a difficult job - just put some effort in and stop cutting corners.

I honestly don’t understand why KFC struggle so much with the basics - i.e. serving hot, appetising food that at least lives up to moderate expectations. I had near cold tower burger with soggy chicken and a hash brown that tasted like it had been on the rack for at least half an hour. It was dismal at best. My experience with the popcorn chicken was equally dismal - cold, not at all crispy and just outright terrible. Same story for the fries which were as limp and soggy as you would expect. KFC Caterham really need to raise their standards. I know how good KFC can be when it’s fresh, but today’s food was dreadful and I wouldn’t serve it to my cat. Pandemic or not, my experience today was nothing short of unacceptable.

Exactly what you expect from a KFC. No-one works in KFC because their life is truly amazing so sure they can be a bit disinterested but if you want a waiter go to a snobby restaurant. If you want greasy crispy amazing chicken that will get you over any hangover then head on over.

6 piece bargen bucket purchased around 5:30pm. Chicken was old and dry and chips cold and hard. Had great KFC from other locations in the past.

great service in this store and also staff were very friendly i like the fact they are clean and tidy and clean

Upon my trip to KFC for a bite to eat i was served by a blond woman who’s attitude was appalling, the bland and depressing look on her face was disturbing. I didn’t eat in because of the state of the establishment in conjunction with the ghost like staff who would rather eat the food then clean the place.
