Oxford Kebab House in Tandridge

Burgers were cold, waited a long time in the shop even after the designated collection time. It was very busy in there. Don’t accept more orders if you can’t keep up the quality. A bit disappointed. Also so much more expensive ordering through this app which was a bit of a joke.

Not sure what I’ve done today but the portion were considerably small. Must be because it was a Fri but not happy at all.

Never had any problems with this kebab house spent £30 on charcoal special, with salad. Turns up an hour late and received no salad. Disappointed

The app isn’t great at updating. It went from order received to order delivered before we received it?!?!

Usually order from Oxted kebab because the food is generally good and reasonably priced when only ordering for 1 person, despite fairly often having issues with not following requests (such asking for pitta to be packed separately instead of full of wet salad to then be soggy and inedible on arrival etc..) - now you can now only order online for delivery via FoodHub and JustEat rather than their own website making the total cost way more as the food is priced differently + delivery costs that weren't charged before if you spent over £15. Won't be ordering from here anymore unless I happen to be in town to take home with me.

fell short on driving time and manged to get to the big lay just out of Oxted. order through just eat no issues came straight to me. food was great was hot when it arrived. Will order from them again if I'm down this way

Nice driver, portions smaller than pickup, 80% of one of the kebab was salad, very little meat in that one. which was disappointing to say the least and chips were barely warm enough to eat. Wouldn't order for delivery again

Not only are the kebabs here outstanding the staff are friendly and the service is brilliant. I made a huge error ordering online and took home the wrong kebabs, they replaced them “on the house” due to genuine error. They were really delicious also! Great team!

Asked for no onions but there was onions

Quick meat and chips in my break, boss was generous with the chilli sauce and chips were crispy on the outside and soft on inside.

Chicken burger is best I’ve ever had. The fillet is massive and deffo fills me up and the pairing with the garlic sauce and lettuce is the best combo for sure! Recommended to everyone

They are lovely guys here and the delivery drivers work hard but the prices are getting ridiculous. We are having this far less than we used to as it’s gone so high and I’m not blown away by the food anymore. £4.40 for 8 rubbish breaded onion rings! I could buy a bag of 30 for about £2. We will be trying another place soon and if they are better and cheaper then we will not be ordering again

Food up to the usual standards however the last 2 orders have arrived late and we have had to chase them up. No apology for being delayed or explanation.

Used to be a massive fan of the Chicken Shish here but the last two times I have been in to get one they take the chicken out of the pot rather than cook it fresh on the grill... this impacts everything.. taste, texture, freshness ect. It's not the cheapest place to eat and I expect freshly made food every time. The donner is about average. My other gripe is the salad. Not very well marinated and the lettuce is not chopped well. You get bits of lettuce that should've been disgarded. Not even sure the salad is washed as I can sometimes taste pesticides on it. When I have mentioned these issues to the people who work there they become very hostile and defensive. Don't cut corners Oxted. I'll be going to try Westerham soon and of there food is better you've lost a regular customer. Fed up with you and your food.

Absolutely fantastic. Always love burgers from this place and it literally arrived 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered it. I was so pleased! We were starving! Always delivered by such a lovely friendly girl as well. And the food is just the best!

Lamb Shiah was really good, beautifully cooked. Chips/Fries were fresh and hot - I think cooked in new oil, I really enjoyed them. Delivery woman was really smiley and positive too. Happy Friday!

Ordered chips and meat this was £6.50 last year and now it’s £9 and a smaller amount it’s really not good

2 hours to deliver 2 kebabs and chips...

Ordered 4 items, missed 1 of them completely.

Shame it wasn’t up to its usual standard. Having used them many times with no issues at all. Chip Portion size was not as it usually is, very small and not value for money. They were barely a standard size, let alone an almost £4 large portion. Burgers were just about warm. (Usually delivered hot) It’s likely they were just extremely busy with an end of January “pay day” rush. It won’t stop me ordering from them next time; as the food is usually always good and of a better standard, but as a returning customer I feel it’s better to give true feedback on this occasion

I'm leaving this review as feedback to the proprietors. When I'm considering value I have to imagine what kind of a piece of meat sauces and salad I can gentle for £9, quite a lot. The meat didn't taste grilled. It's like it's been boiled or microwaved. It',s allright but I'm not enjoying it. Wyatt is the point of it didn't have that caramel grilled flavour. I might try it again in six months game. But... I'm not looking forward to it especially, sorry. I'm sure it's grilled a bit. But not much

Why put extras if they don’t come with them?

Food took two hours. The chips were soggy. Kebab burned. You need to spend £20 just to get it delivered. Won’t order again.

Absolutely disgusted by this shop tonight Ordered a chicken burger wrap. The whole burger came in a polystyrene box with the warp on the outside of the box!! Sister ordered vanilla Häagen-Dazs ice cream and they sent chocolate when she’s allergic to the egg in the other flavours. Call them. Was all my fault of course. I shouldn’t have ordered that. Said they’d come back get the ice cream over hours ago give us a refund just for the ice cream. Nothing. Save your money and your Epi-pens

Really sick didn't look cooked chips taste rubber and uncooked taste really sick makes me fell so sick it's so sick I hate this I would never eat this even if I was starving I really would recommend going to cater ham Bosh cabab much better it's open soon

Order was confirmed and food never delivered. Found out they closed 10 mins after I ordered, this should never have been confirmed in the first place? Need a refund asap.

Donner. Didn't really taste very grilled. While at the same time not espicialy gravy-juicy, more just watery moist. Bit like it had spent minimum time under the grill element, most its time in the collection pot, and maybe had been there a little while. I mean it was ok, but I'm afriad it hasn't made me crave it again as in any time soon. Bear in mind this is personal taste though. I'm mostly guessing and some people's may prefer it this way.
