KFC in Manchester

Shocking! My brother and I wanted kfc after going to a concert. As speaking to the lady through the speaker I asked for a tower burger and got a reply of “don’t have any” okay I’ll have the zinger burger then I replied then later on as she was repeating everything we had and put my order as a tower “I thought you didn’t have any?” I replied “never said that, you must be deaf” SORRY?! The way I was spoken to you was horrid!! My brother ordered what he wants honestly this kfc had nothing in!!! NOTHING!! No wraps no crushems no chicken bites no coke no rice box no gravy no beans no trilogy burger I could honestly go on! At that point I asked if they even had chicken and she replied with an no which I was laughing about but of course she noticed what she said and said “erm we just don’t have vegan chicken” I think she was trying to save herself. My brother asked for a lemonade with his burger and she thought we said gravy. This was a laughingstock! Anyway after that disaster of an order. When we got the food half of it was missing and we had to drive back and they tried to get us to buy it AGAIN!?!? Because we were lying? “Mmm okay look in the bag” I replied she looked in there and saw 1 zinger burger, that’s it and said that it looks right so I asked for a manager and she was so sorry and gave us our food which we waited for a further 20 mins for?! I couldn’t I honestly wanted to go home at that point it’s so disappointing! Took us nearly an hour for our food. Ordering waiting and…waiting again. This isn’t even half the things that happened I could list it. Very disappointing I will be emailing kfc myself aswell.

Be careful when ordering from here for delivery I Ordered from here for my son my item showing delivered but I haven’t received it trying to call the store over and over again no answer disgusting service

Worst KFC ever takes about 30 mins just to order and collect from a drive in very poor service one time we were there for 50 mins i have complained but it never changes

We ordered our meal via deliveroo. We waited AN HOUR AND A HALF and it still has not turned up. Absolutely disgusting. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Staff are lazy and it’s beyond a joke. It’s a miracle these people have jobs.

waiting too long, food getting cold , staffs too slow, they just don't bother, round about 5pm to 6.30pm
