The staff are ignorant and arrogant with no knowledge of Customer service They are basically thieves and will be reporting them to Trading Standards authorities

I have no idea how this place is even allowed to be open. It’s by far the worst dominos I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. 4 times we have given this place a chance, all on different days of the week over the last few months. Each time it got worse and can finally say we will 100% not be ordering from again. Food takes ages to arrive. When it does it’s freezing cold and looks like it’s fallen out the back end of some unwell mammal. EVERYTIME there’s parts of the order missing. Every. Single. Time. We even added notes to the order telling the driver not to leave the store unless they have everything we ordered, they clearly take no notice of these notes. We get told to ring the store to get what we did order delivered, the store tell us no driver’s available? What about the £60/£70 we have just spent to feed our family? It’s cooking a pizza and dropping it to our door, it involves minimal reading skills, the ability to turn on an oven and a driving license. Why? What’s so difficult? I wouldn’t even give them half a star. Don’t waste your time or money. You will be disappointed and laugh at how poor this store really is. Buy a frozen pizza from a supermarket. It tastes better, is hot to eat, looks like a pizza should, and better yet there’s no stress dealing with this joke if a place. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!

Terrible, what’s the point of dominos in Biggleswade, takes forever to get your food and when it arrives it’s cold. How can a brand as big as dominos get away with being consistently s###? Don’t waste your time ordering from these, might as well stick to a local company that deliver within a decent time.
