Looks and smells unclean in my opinion. From staff with dirty nails, to messy floors, burnt food and dismissive staff who make you feel like an inconvenience. I have given up on this branch.

They managed to miss an item off my order and I only ordered THREE things!! I ordered 2 three piece meals and some bbq bites, they still missed off the bbq bites, very lazy, and very annoying when I got home and discovered it! The chicken we got was fine, but they are always more concerned serving bike couriers than actual customers. Second time they’ve messed up my order in recent times, but I love KFC and these are the closest so what do you do???

Ordered via the app and went to collect food. Explained to the lady that last time we got 6 legs in a bucket of 10 and this time we wanted breasts and thighs. The back room staff heard me and shouted ‘impossible’. Then there were some irate chats - what happened to please the customer. Also last time, Red Hill branch forgot our chicken wrap and no way we were going to go back. Also Wallington wait times are terrible. Something needs to be done about this

Once again we get home and the 5 meals bought were 4 and wrong, even though they read it out and make out they check it, they don’t, definitely a habit they have of making sure your a meal less, when you get home they don’t answer their phone when you call them, obviously we paid for 5 and we will never get a refund, the only award they will get nominated for would be the worst KFC in Uk

I haven’t had a KFC for quite some time and whilst the quality on this occasion was as good, the size of the portions were noticeable! Everything has reduced to almost a third of the original?? I purchased 2 pieces & fries meal x two with corn (1/3 of normal corn on cob) and coleslaw (1/3 filled container) sides. Appreciate they are keeping prices down, but are cutting the portions to suit, so not a great deal after all.

My food was cold and soggy, two portions of chips missing, rude staff, unhelpful, no order issue was resolved and the food ended up being binned because we couldn’t eat it, I will never eat here again!

First up, I'm not a takeaway expert, so all these multi-menus of this and that mixed up don't mean much to me. I just wanted 4 pieces of chicken and 2 portions of fries, oh dear! that didn't match up to any of the combinations on offer, I could have this with a drink of with something else, beans, I think, and that would be cheaper, as the girl could match it up to something on the board. When I queried the wisdom of selling more for less she looked confused, after a few seconds she appeared to come to a decision and frumped off to collect the stuff, returned and charged me nearly £9 for 4 manky bits of cold chicken and two tiny portions of chips! The burger shop up the road charges less than £2 for at least twice as many chips, and they're hot. Never again.

Just given up with this KFC, nearly every time we visit they forget something or it’s just not edible.......... And it’s not because it’s KFC because when we done elsewhere the food is amazing picture of our corn that was terrible because they had kept it warm for SIX hours. Call to complain to there customer care line and was given £8 (half of this I assume was my refund ‍♂️).

Got used to second rate service at this kfc but still used it as it’s near, but after the last 2 visits I will not be going back. Staff were amateurish and really didn’t give a toss. The colonel would be turning in his grave

This branch just fails on every level and has done since it opened in my book."The Wallington Branch of KFC rarely offer a good customer experiance and after today I have to say something. We ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket with 4 portions of chips. The bucket cam with 6 small wings, is this normal? I did not expect over half the chicken pieces to be so small, just ridiculous. The portions of chips were burnt and frazzled and each one could not be desribed as full single protion, I could easily have counted them on the plate. This service is poor and there is no excuse. I used the chicken shop over the road a few weeks ago whose service was far suprior to that of KFC today, and unlike today we were not left hungry. Things must improve. If they do not. I will just only use the other place in future. The Wallington branch has never been very good since it opened, bu I put up with it. Today I feel conned and that I have paid out money under false pretences, this was not an adequet meal for the money. I am very cross. 0 out of 10".

Three of us came out of the pub at about 2100hrs having been on it since 10:00AM that morning, St George’s day, 23rd April for those of you that don’t have a clue, Kentucky had to be done, went for a large bargain bucket, fab-U-lous, tasty and well cooked, chips could have been a bit hotter, but what the hell as I said, fab-U-lous.

My partner popped into this KFC and ordered the boneless dipping feast. The box that these pieces of chicken came in was so terribly made that as soon as we took it out of the bag all the contents fell straight out onto the floor. Needless to say we couldn’t eat what had fallen out. When phoning the shop to explain the situation, my partner was met with THE WORST customer service. We were blamed entirely for the food falling out, and told that because it didn’t happen in the shop, there was nothing that they could do. This could’ve been very easily rectified by the employees of KFC, Wallington but instead was met with stubbornness and immaturity. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Ordered the boneless dipping feast and the bottom of the box fell out so my food went all over the floor, when calling to ask for a refund or replacement I was told it’s MY FAULT! I didn’t pack the box incorrectly! Steer clear, they get the order wrong about 80% of the time anyway. This will be the last time I use this particular branch. Useless.

I live 5 minutes from this takeaway and yet when I got my food home it was luke warm at best. This was an awful place a few years ago, but got better, unfortunately it is going back to the old days. Avoid if you want hot food....

KFC in Wallington it’s the worst I’ve ever been in UK.Last couple of visits the never have the thinks you ask for.Service is appalling “We don’t have this,we don’t have that”Crushem machine doesn’t work from January 2018.

A really poor customer experience which is at odds with other KFC restaurants so it may just have been a bad day... We waited for nearly ten minutes to place our order at a busy Sunday lunchtime when there should have been more than one till open. We ordered a take away and arrived home within five minutes to food that was far from fresh and hot. It would certainly have gone back if we had eaten in. I will certainly be checking the food before we leave the restaurant next time.
