I did a delivery order on their app, I ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers and they both had onions in it! Not happy at all!!

I had an exceptional experience at McDonald's that went far beyond my expectations, and I just have to share it. Last night, I was at the drive-thru with my kids when my car suddenly stalled. It was a stressful situation, especially with three kids in the backseat. I was blocking the line, feeling frazzled and unsure of what to do. That's when the manager, Alex, came to the rescue. He went above and beyond his way to help us. Thanks to Alex and team, we were able to get back home on time. This kind of dedication and service is truly rare and deserves all the recognition. Thank you, McDonald's, for having such an amazing team. I'll always remember this act of kindness !

Can't go wrong with a McDonald's

Can't really say much, it's a fast food restaurant doing it's job. Still enjoy them

They can not get a simple order right. We ordered share box and were handed select sgate box. Previously a burger missing from the order. We cannot sit in drive through opening boxes to check the order is right.

Best Maccies in the wider area. Consistency is key - and they're super consistent!

Just been to the get food, every fine until we got to the window to collect, person was polite but all we could hear was people in the back swearing, it was so bad. Then someone who wasn’t in uniform was running into the kitchen and messing around. I just don’t think it’s professional when customers are having to see and hear them messing around and swearing as loud as they can while you are waiting

Fast food... The place is clean and the food is nothing special.

Food was cold, no sauces were given, no straws and the chips were overcooked, old and cold!

Order says delivered but wasn't delivered, no attempt to contact me so it sounds like the driver just gave it to someone else

What happened to fast food, waiting for over 15 mins

Ordered at driver through but we made to wait on side park for nearly 15min! Completely Defeats the purpose of drive through!!

The times I have been through the drive thru to order and be told they have no milkshakes very bad and annoying can’t see how they keep running out

Every Time we think about eat at McDonalds, this is the one. It's the best choice around New Malden / Wimbledon / Raynes Park. It's not perfect, the parking is small and doesn't have the playground for kids, but it has parking and the space inside and how it is organized is really good. The service works and the food is good. My first choice for a MC dine in.

As usual cold food flat drink and poor service

the coke spilt in the bag, this lead to the bottom of the nuggets box being soaked and falling apart, two nuggets fell on the floor while transferring to a plate. the large chips completely fell through the bottom of the bag and onto the floor as well. absolutely disgraceful.

Its a Macs, nothing special, but my god do they make some of the best fresh mcdonald's burgers

I was served by Ambreen, she has exceptional customer service and very professional. Order was taken promptly and the breakfast was good.

Overall the service and food was alright . Disappointed with the ordering on line app ,the payment system was down and there was no warning about it in the store . The staff knew about it .

This has easily been consistently the worst McDonald's ive been to for the past 5 years. Whenever I order anything something is always wrong, Its usually getting half a box of fries and/or not getting the correct bun meant for the burger. however somehow more than once I have had my burger completely squashed or my apple pie rock solid to begin with and slowly oozing out after being cracked before its actually gotten to me. I do find myself coming in every now and then as it is quite convenient, its a shame the food does plainly just suck though.

Used the drive through. Professional staff member patiently took our order without any signs of rushing us or being impatient. Food was ready for collection by the time we reached the window. Big Mac was good & felt freshly made. Fries were a bit floppy & not as hot as hoped. Wanted to park up but no free spaces at all.

Took 45 minutes to turn up at which point it was cold.

Always something missing. Be it the nuggets you’ve paid for, syrup for the pancake meal, or Sunday’s disappointment, no meat products in a breakfast wrap which made my hangover all the worse. Going back to M&S petrol stations for my snacking needs from now on.

It's McDonald's you get what you expect except it's no longer fast food unless you are in the drive through. As a walk in you are last below drive through and the annoying scooter idiots

Well, what can I say! I tried to get the chicken and bacon wrap of the day and customise it by adding extra bacon. Like I do with a triple cheese burger. Something seemed up with the self serve terminal so I called for help. I said I'm trying to add bacon. I was then told I'm NOT ALLOWED! I went to the till, I said I wanted the crispy chicken but not crispy bits of onion I wanted normal. I was told not allowed. It's against their new policy. So I couldn't add bacon or exhange crispy onion for normal fried onion. So I said all I want is what I want and willing to pay for it!! I walked out without purchasing anything.

Its just ok really, often very packed and busy...

11 o'clock on a Wednesday evening is not normally a time to get particularly cheerful stafff.But both ladies I was served by at the drive through , were very pleasant.Had a smile for me, so complaints at all!

my drink spilt and all the food was soggy

I was on my way home from work and pop in to buy black coffee with a McDonald's warp breakfast unfortunately no picture to show.

The staff are all so unprofessional, I ordered a coffee waited for 10 min while I was hearing all of them throwing stuff at each other and laughing, the cleaner was called by one of the girls while cleaning and handed over a tray to take to a customer which is disgusting and not hygienic at all. Avoid this McDonald or change the staff

Cold. No point in using the drive through, just go in and eat. At least you can complain in the restaurant and take it back. Bit late when you get home..

Order didn’t come many items and I reordered and one idem didn’t come again …I just want refund

One of the better ones 👌 Edit 18-02-2024 I visited again tonight and unfortunately the food was luke warm and when I complained to the manager he has given me a credit code for when we return. He was short staffed and very busy. Thank you Louis for handling the situation well.

The food is good, same as the other outlets and there was not much of a huge wait time. There were a lot of people, so it was kinda hard to find a spot to dine. There is ample space for parking and there are quite a few bus stops within the locality.

Very rude manager was late at night/early morning but no reason to be rude.

Why are my drinks always flat!! Intercom system is painfully bad. Swear my sugar taxed coke tastes like diet. Fix those and you're golden as the arches. UPDATE: drinks are good and intercom finally fixed! It's almost like they listened UPDATE: 4th September 2022 drinks flat again second week in a row! UPDATE: February 2024 ordered two classic cokes one I'm sure is diet again! Everything else was good though

A clean and tidy McDonald's with Drive Thru. Always busy, with long opening hours. Using the mobile app and the table number got me personal service in about 3 minutes. Wow.

Chips were stone cold and hard

It was the first time I had breakfast in Mcdonald 's. The place was really clean and tidy. The member of the staff welcomed me with a smile, and after I made my order through the screen, my food was ready very quickly. I gave 4 stars as I am not really fun of fast food. I only did this time because of the rush of getting something quickly and in early hours in the morning.

Food was freezing cold was standing there for 15 minutes past delivery time

McDonald’s cheam has a new employee called Milan working there, he might as well be regional manager as his service was exceptional! He handed me some ketchup with the utmost grace and his smile when I said that you made my day that little bit better. Give this man a raise immediately!

The trainee Milan was so lovely, gave us a smile and was overall just really kind and welcoming!

Overall quite a good one but has typical problems randomly like milkshake machine not working and milk sachets not out/missing bits that should be out and sometimes most weirdly the milk shake machine is out of order for drive through but ok if you walk into the branch.....I don't understand that one I'm afraid but its happened more than once so we know to walk in instead if they say they are out of order in the drive through but otherwise like I say a good branch mostly.

Was told my order was on its way, I live 5 mins away but took 25 mins to get to me. Sat for most of it in the restaurant car park, how nice he felt he had the time to do that. Safe to say food was cold

McDonald's North Cheam is always touch and go, wasn't too bad last night as all the local animals (teens) wasn't in there when we were there.

I have ordered McSpicy chicken at North cheam McDonalds. but i got McChicken instead of McSpicy. This is ridiculous. Ripped off. McSpicy is expensive than McChicken. My kids didn’t like it. I called McDonalds but no one answered. This is not the first time, I never wrote review as could be mistake. Now I can see, look like they do it purposely. Very bad service.

Spacious sitting area, plenty of seats inside, good parking availability ~20 spots, feels quiet on Sundays. Friendly and helpful staff.

Placed an order on my mobile for pick up in store. Very simple to do & very efficient. Got to the Cheam outlet & our order was being prepared. We ordered a Big Mac, a Quarter pounder with cheese, fries, hot chocolate & cappuccino. All very good. Love McDonald's.

No milkshakes again had to wait in car park for food again to receive cold food changed the chips but when we tasted big mac absolutely stone cold almost £30 disgusting. Staff seem not to care will not be going there again.

The delivery driver gave my food to other person

Me and my girlfriend got food poisoning after buying chicken selects from here at the same time after ordering the same menu. Made me throw up and upset my stomach. Clearly a hygiene issue or the chicken selects are contaminated/off/undercooked. Needs to be fixed

Never had to question safety before. But how safe is this place? No one seemed to be concerned when a group of teenagers came in and started practicing their kung-fu kicks right in the middle of the resturant, causing young mothers to keep to the corners. Staff were around at front of house tidying up, non said anything to the martial artists. Imagine if one of those stray kicks had caught a pregnant lady, or a pensioner? Saturday's CCTV needs reviewing from 14.30-15.00hrs. Surely McDonald's have a duty of care to it's customers, or is the money the only issue?

Food was 40mins late driver went opposite directions. Food was v cold. Specifically burgers no good to eat after some times. Justeat need to make sure the drive know how to understand Nav. No point to say sorry.

Delivery incomplete, food stone cold, large chips were small, delivery driver hung up on us, restaurant doesn't answer phone despite numerous rings. Rang customer service...May as well not bothered. Had to explain everything several times and was promised a refund for missing item within 15 working days. Terrible. Don't order from them ever.

Rupita was amazing, a lovely women. I have never experienced service like that from any mc Donald’s branch. She really showed that manners are free and every employee, managers included should look up to her.

They deep fry little kids there
