DO NOT ORDER MCDELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! They can't seem to handle placing food in bags. It must be too much for them.

McDonald's in Sutton is quite large as it is on the central street which is completely pedestrian, service as usual.

The manager and whole staff is so rude including security guy. Don't even let you in to finish the lunch. At least they should give me enough time to eat.

You put rubbish in all your food I had a black coffee that was safe

The staff Adrian could take the initiative to do his job best. He is warm and thoughtful. Really appreciated the manager could find such brilliant staff!

Never bother ordering from this restaurant for a delivery, twice more than half the order was missing and on another occasion we got someone else’s food!!

Too many delivery people so noisy, they should be just outside. But they chat a lot loudly! on the restaurant while waiting to deliver.

Went to my local McDonald s Sutton High street for eat in order meal when I collect it my order sat table and items was missing from the my order and some milk taste drink instead of what I ordered worst service ever and rude staff no apologies for their mistakes.

The sweet chili fried chicken wrap is always a banger

It was my daughter's birthday and a nice lady with a scarf, who was the manager at that time ,helped us to have a special party.

It's McDonald's, every 6 months I remember I haven't had a McDonald's, buy a Big Mac, and then remember why I haven't been for 6 months 😉. It's not that it's bad because it's not, I really like their milkshakes and fries but for mw tge burgers are always a little "bleh".... and Asia and certain European countries don't have milkshakes, what's that about!

Ordered on Uber eats parts of my order was missing and the food was stone cold

Useless service, ordering food and main burgers missing not a firs time !

I was paying in cash so I didn’t pay on the screens but 10 minutes went by and my food still don’t come (I’m a teenager so I didn’t really know how it works) so I went to ask at the counter someone called Sireesha or something like that. I asked if you had to pay before you get your food and she said no. 15 minutes went by and I still didn’t get my food (it’s only small fries) so I asked where my food was bc I was waiting like 20mins and she asked if I paid. So I said no and she said that i needed to. I then said ok and she rudely said 'Do you want to give me your receipt then. Anyway she was just plain rude!

No receipt out of self service, one of the managers I saw daily the fries more than once leaving me with inedible fries, the initially tried to give me fries that were like warm. The only positive here was the black man serving at the front in a red/pink hi-vis.. he looked like the only person actually working and doing it at twice the speed because everyone else including the 3 managers that I saw were just standing around chatting moving like snails and over salting the fries.

Its a McDonalds... the kids wanted to go here after Kung fu, so i sucked it up and took them down there

This place is abysmal, I will never understand why they changed the way they serve customers. Always have to wait ages for the food. All throughout the summer no milk shakes/ice cream.....☹ Still the same since I posted my review, awful service & cold food! Still remains awful, had a fillet o fish today. When I opened the box, the bun was stuck to the lid, a quarter of a slice of cheese. The fish not even in the middle of the bun, looks like it was thrown into the box, just like all their substandard expensive food!🤬

Went around 10pm , restaurant was quite but very clean may be there were closing down for that day . Thanks to the manager Vine who served me with fresh hot pie and nice hot chocolate at this freezing weather .

The vege burger seems to be just thrown together and contents are falling out of the bun. Table service was not brilliant as I ordered coffee. And the food tray was brought with no sugar, stirrer or napkins. It wasn't even asked of me. Bit disappointed as am a mc.donald customer for 2 decades.

My friend waited over 20 minutes for his food as you can see in this picture he is angry and stressed out since he hasn’t eaten in 2 days the staff were unproductive/ not making food quick enough the food was cold as I was waiting for so long

Always a great atmosphere every time I come in here. The food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly and on hand to help me when needed. Definitely recommend a visit here if you are in the area and looking for good food.

I love the food and there are screens to order food yourself. Sometimes the screen stops working and it takes an unusually long time to make the food.

Very poor - wrong order received, they take ages to give you the order.

System was down and nothing was working when we went in. After wait 10/15 mins for the system reboot to work, we left. This was probably an exception, normally it works fine but often out of milkshakes and sundaes

Unfortunately my order was incorrect and only noticed when I got home from drive thru. Very difficult acoustics when ordering through the drive thru, could have been the sound was so bad that the order was wrong. Not sure I will use it again.

The ice cream was good but I had a minor problem where the receipt didn't print out and so I didn't know my order number when collecting it.

Chaotic, kitchen staff making food, then staff bagging orders then nothing Very lacklustre. Where are the managers driving the service ? Food as you would expect. Just be patient as the place is disorganised

If I could put zero stars I would. My experience in this McDonald was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a medium chicken mayo wrap meal, my order was number 70. I waited for my food for 20 minutes and went to sit at a table. When I sat down I saw they had given me a mcrispy instead so I went back to complain. At first they ignored me so I went and got my friend. She proceeded to ask to change my meal where the man said he would. She then waited 25 minutes and told multiple staff that she was still waiting. Finally someone listened and made her food which he got wrong twice. When I got my food they’d given me the wrong wrap. I had ordered at 3.30 and got my food at 4.30. I was appalled.

I have now ordered from the Sutton branch around 3 times and the service is just getting worse. I am currently waiting on an order which is now 2 hours in. This is not on and as a customer you should be able to cancel the order if taking longer than an hour. The delivery company so not help as well.

Enjoyed the food and the ice cream was amazing

Lol its alright. Its McDonalds. What do you want me to say? Police are always being called there anyway for some stupid reason or another. Staff can be super nice and polite depending on who you get.

Awful fries literally stale old fries. My kids were supposed to eat this and its disgusting that I paid for dirty old fries. I dont know how old these are for it to be this hard to chew. Theyre crunchy, oily and stale. Horrible food.

Genuinely, they don't care about customers ordering in store 3 number on the list. still had to wait 10 min for coffee. I'm not exaggerating... just coffee

This branch was very clean, on observation the staff are efficient and proactive at maintaining the standards. Slightly annoying that McD's now charge for sauce pots however there are the free pumps for Ketchup and BBQ. Overall a great classic breakfast experience.

Very dry burgers, artificial taste of milk shakes and very disappointing, not had a macdonalds for a while so not too pleased.

It can get busy but the staff work through the orders as fast as they can. Better to order on the app if you have it.

The very definition of chaos on Saturday 25th February 2023. Some kind of order malfunction, no-one dealing with it, scores of delivery drivers waiting, and dozens of customers waiting 20 minutes plus for standard orders. Avoid this place unless you are really really patient and like cold food, staff indifference, and the worst service despite plenty of staff - headless Chickens all of them. 😩

Nice Caramel Waffle Lattes. They don't let their food sit for too long waiting. Once it's ready it's served.

This mc Donald’s is awful avoid at all costs.. went in with my little girl so we got table service which we waited and waited for it was usual busy so not over busy especially with it being a half term so I patiently waited knowing I wasn’t going to get my food asap but then time went on a bit too much so I had to then approach the tills and ask a member of staff if they could help me with my order as I had been waiting over 40 mins they were useless who just asked the manager who just gave me a cold shoulder and said he would help me in a minute there was no apology no eye contact nothing he then didn’t bother helping so I had to ask another member of staff to help who looked petrified bless her she yet again approached her manager for support and asked what happened he just laughed and said oh yeah we gave youre order to someone else yet again with not a care in the world no eye contact no apology or interaction again! This other staff member then helped me re gain my order and was lovely but had them gave me the totally wrong order and was cold by this point I couldn’t even be bothered to ask for the right stuff because my little girl was still left at a table my them selves. Meanwhile I had security guard watching my every move like some criminal but then says it all in the middle of the day they have to use security dont it!! I get you’re a chain but for a manager sort it out you useless beep beep beep :)

Waited forever to be served, and when we finally were the food was cold and inedible. Most of the vacant tables were dirty, Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Over an hour for delivery. Wrong order and stone cold. Claiming back via bank as they blame Uber and Uber blame McDonald's l. Never again.

I must say the quality of the food is pretty bad as I found hair in my burger. The management is poor as you have to wait 20mins to half an hour for the food to be served and when it comes the food is cold and some items are missing from your order. Stay away from this McDonald's as I don't trust the hygiene.

Love McD but the tasty with bacon burger had so much sauce it made the bun soggy and those whole thing fell apart.

I ordered 2 breakfast muffins with a hash brown and 2 coffees. The hash brown was missing, then after coming back later in the day as I had been at work the manager asked why I came now like that's supposed to make it ok for them to not give me an item I paid for or a refund. How about if the staff check that they're giving customers their correct orders first before giving them, we wouldn't have this problem. One of the coffees also had no milk in it. Chaos. Even if there is an amount of time you're allowed to go back to ask about a missing item why don't they say so? I've never seen it specified.

Per començar els treballadors estaran parlan entre ells sense fer res y després quan ens van donar la comanda es van equivocar, faltaven coses, el nuggets tenian cabells faltaven coses a la safata. Les patates fregides estaven fredes y passades. Semblava que portaven tot el dia allà. No tornaré ni o recomano.

Completely messed up our order, gave us leaky cups, so on, so on. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to check everything, but I wouldn't think it was that hard to read an order.

30 mins wait for the order and finally gave up. No refund was given, staff untrained and are clueless!

Look cues most of the time throughout the day. Toilets somewhat clean I would use only in case of emergency

Unfortunately very chaotic service. The system said my very simple order was ready to collect but it wasn't after asking 2-3 times. Then the order number disappeared from the screen information, leaving me unaware if I would even get my order. I only ordered an apple pie and large mcflurry, which took nearly 20mins for £2.88, when normally it would be 2mins. Usually, the apple pie is warmed up in 1 min and the mcflurry is usually 30secs. However the mcflurry machine wasn't ready / stocked and the chocolate filling was out. The till staff tried to give me a partial mcflurry in large container, despite me telling her I witnessed her colleague struggling to fill up my mcflurry order. But in fairness she did offer to make a new one, which then had the correct amount. Going forward: A helpful suggestion is that the preparing system needs improvement. The IT machine shouldn't say orders are ready unless it is physically available to handover to the customer. On the positive side, the manager stepped in to help and was, polite, positive and proactive taking control of the situation. The team can improve the communication amongst each other, but more importantly Mcdonald head office need investment in better IT systems. Don't just say an order is ready for collection when it isn't. I wouldn't mind waiting if it was properly communicated there was an issue with the mcflurry machine and my order wasn't ready. I realise it is a very busy environment normally so I hope that is a one off.

Slowest service ever. We waited over 25 mins for a Happy Meal and McNuggets meal.

Every time I have ordered through Uber eats at this place, some items are missing! And they never, ever add any sauces (even the ones you have to pay for) I mean how hard is it to check the orders properly?

It's McDs, it's busy, not so fast food that's also not so hot by the time you eat it.

They always get the order wrong both in-store and via just eat. They also never deliver sauces and dips even if you pay for them.

The restaurant area stuffed full of moped delivery drivers. Naff.
