Taco Bell in Sutton

It was cold. Late. Bag was wet and ripped. Not happy

not cool that it was so late. started at 15min to 30min...then 35 and ended up being over an hour in the end!

Stingy in putting the fillings. The food couldn’t be any more different than shown on menu. Felt like eating just bread. Not worth the money at all.

Order never received. Contacted restaurant and told to contact just eat. Just eat emailed saying they would look into a refund. So no food received and have to order from elsewhere. Not happy with any of the service provided by both restaurant and just eat app!

Missed out our drinks for the second time this week.

Driver picked up the food, sat outside the restaurant with it for ages before moving his backside to deliver. Arrived cold, driver blames restaurant, customer service abysmal.

food was cold, badly packed so that all the fries were squashed flat, from time of payment to time of delivery was 1 HR and 15 mins. all good was cold, quite frankly not even a safe hot hold temperature to be eaten according to food safety standards. absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered over an hour in advanced scheduled for 6:50. However I only received my food at 7:25 over 30 mins late, no contact explaining why they were late, food was cold and soggy like it was cooked over an hour before. Not happy

best thing ever i love this place so much

I'm certain this order was placed in the freezer for half an hour before being sent. Along with being freezing cold, the Chalupa's were half cooked and may as well have been standard Flatbreads. The Bell Grande Fries were diabolical, half of the regular portion size and looked like they were thrown on the floor and stomped on before being sent to me - everything else was below standard but not notable enough to discuss, just generic and bland. I love Taco Bell but this order was absolutely peak.

Geniuses decided it would be a good idea to put the cold cans between the food so the food was all cold.

Cold food, nachos soggy and looks like a dog has thrown up on them! Two mains were I take it for children? Not worth the money now the wait I'm afraid. I won't be ordering from here again! Zero stars

Disappointed to say the least first and last time trying this place. My taco had the thinnest layer of cold mince and wasn’t very nice. The chicken Quesadilla …… in the picture look nice and full of fillings but finding the chicken seamed an impossible task, I had just a paste and I think cheese. Unfortunately it went in the bin.

They never seem to get my order right. Ordered two cravings boxes one all meat and one all vegetarian. They mixed the products in each and i ended up biting into chicken. Just eat were just as useless at helping me with the issue. Never ordering with either again!

31/05/24 - What a difference a day makes. Day one, the meal deal (a mini beef burrito, fries and soft drink for £3.99) was reasonable. Day two, the beefy melt burrito and fries for £6.88 was dreadful. Avoid.

The reason I gave a 3 rating in Food Quality is because I received it cold. I had only ordered it about 25 minutes before it got to me. They need to use Heat Bags to keep the meals hot, it's a shame because it tasted quite nice, wouldnhave tasted better if hot.

why would you put cold sauces ontop of the chips to make them soogy and cold!!! now they are not edible.

I ordered on delivery and forgot to ask for sauces so I called up and the lovely girl on shift put in loads of sauce packets in my order!!! Great service.

Took over an hour for one meal to be prepared. It’s taco bell, sticking a cheese wrap in a microwave does not take an hour. Food was expectedly cheap in quality. Keep expectations extremely low and you’ll be grand.

I went there in 2020 - and it was a complete mess, i'd give it a 1 star. However, i re-visited in 2023 and 2024 and it changed a lot. The staff is really nice (better than in 2020), the food is good and the orders come quickly. It is tasty. I would only work on cleaning the space more, as there is a lot of mess on the tables. Will be going there if I visit London again❤️

Went in yesterday made all my food wrong called up and told them about the matter she gave me a reference number to get my food remade and then after all that she called me a liar lol

I ordered 7 layers burrito it came only 2 layers. absolutely shocked, and absolute robbery as i payed 16 pound for a tortilla filled with rice, a few leaves of lettuce, barely any guacamole and a few black beans for witch i had to pay additionaly! Never again! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I completely blame the rider: 1) the order was completely crushed and the contents was mush 2) the rider left Sutton and completed 4 different deliveries viewing the tracker before delivering my order and the rider was not polite or even apologetic upon delivery.

absolutely appalling. ordered on uber eats for me and my child, they got the order wrong and when i explained he can’t eat what they sent due to sensory issues they told to call back in 15 minutes, terrible service and kept getting delayed, will not be eating here again.

i went here with high expectation after being told by my friend and sister i was so called bussin what ever that meen i walked in and oliver tree hit me with his chair so i escaped to th toilet and saw a radroach from fallout 4 in the toilet vomited and fainted then woke up in the middle of the high street 5 stars only because oliver tree]

Incredible takeaways have always on time 15 minutes before it’s due time I am pressed that is what I call punctual got no complaints my end I am extremely happy with the takeaway orders
