Disappointed to say the least first and last time trying this place. My taco had the thinnest layer of cold mince and wasn’t very nice. The chicken Quesadilla …… in the picture look nice and full of fillings but finding the chicken seamed an impossible task, I had just a paste and I think cheese. Unfortunately it went in the bin.

All as you would expect nothing to complain about and good value for what you have

31/05/24 - What a difference a day makes. Day one, the meal deal (a mini beef burrito, fries and soft drink for £3.99) was reasonable. Day two, the beefy melt burrito and fries for £6.88 was dreadful. Avoid.

Good food, but very slow service. Wasn't even that busy and waited over 10 minutes for my food to be ready

I ordered on delivery and forgot to ask for sauces so I called up and the lovely girl on shift put in loads of sauce packets in my order!!! Great service.

Great food and friendly staff, but the menu choices are very confusing. I've been there several times now and almost every time I get something different from what I expected.

I went there in 2020 - and it was a complete mess, i'd give it a 1 star. However, i re-visited in 2023 and 2024 and it changed a lot. The staff is really nice (better than in 2020), the food is good and the orders come quickly. It is tasty. I would only work on cleaning the space more, as there is a lot of mess on the tables. Will be going there if I visit London again❤️

Went in yesterday made all my food wrong called up and told them about the matter she gave me a reference number to get my food remade and then after all that she called me a liar lol

absolutely appalling. ordered on uber eats for me and my child, they got the order wrong and when i explained he can’t eat what they sent due to sensory issues they told to call back in 15 minutes, terrible service and kept getting delayed, will not be eating here again.

i went here with high expectation after being told by my friend and sister i was so called bussin what ever that meen i walked in and oliver tree hit me with his chair so i escaped to th toilet and saw a radroach from fallout 4 in the toilet vomited and fainted then woke up in the middle of the high street 5 stars only because oliver tree]

It is great for families to dine in or takeaway. There is plenty of options for foodie fans! Plus, frozen drinks and lovely desserts!

Food was stone cold when delivered. 3L of drink thrown in on top of food so everything was squashed in the bag. Took a few bites and threw the rest in the bin! Didn’t even bother trying some things as they looked so disgusting. Waste of money!!!

I am very disappointed with the quality of food, well below standard. Ordered delivery, Volcano Burritos had hardly any beef and no Volcano sauce. Cheese Bacon Fries had almost no bacon. Not the first time items from this branch have been very disappointing.

Dirty and sticky tables, messy all around even there was no customers when we were in. Food was average, sachet of condiment station need refilling.

First time visited this restaurant. We reached late, nearly 9pm. Place was clean and plenty of places to seat. Service was quick and friendly staffs. Food was good, we took meal deal. Good portion, more than enough for one person. Parking place was available nearby shopping mall. Tasty food made us happy. Definitely recommended to visit.

Taco Bell is my favorite. It has different taste and menu in UK but still liked it. Their Fire sauce fires everything up.

Terrible customer service - called up to enquire about an extremely late delivery. Literally said “hi there I made an order on Uber eats” before I could get any further the lady said no you have to go online then put down the phone. Incredibly rude

Sat in today and got my food nearly straight away however was disappointed when the person working today (21/06/23)went outside into the highstreet and when they came back inside the looked out the door and stuck her middle finger up .

I personally had great service, the staff were quick and friendly with my order after I used self checkout. The food portions were generous but unfortunately as delicious as it all looked, there was zero flavour. I didn't want to add excess salt, but it all had no taste, as pretty as it looked. It wasn't very expensive but I wouldn't say I was satisfied, but I do appreciate the service.

I usually get the volcano burrito meal and I’ve complained about it about a year ago or so, but now they changed the recipe (I think) and it tastes delicious. I recommend getting it but only if you have the money for it

The burrito meal was super delicious but the taco was too small to have. You get a deal at around £7 with unlimited self refill of colddrink with 8-9 options. The seating arrangement is good and spacious. Also you can see the street while eating. You can take sauces and straws directly by yourself. Staff was good and helping. There were vegetarian options too with red beans so it's good for vegetarians too. Located on the main high street is easy to locate on a corner.

Great! Wasn't too sure as fast food places can be hit and miss and last taco Bell's was time ago. The food was banging and service was quick, probably the fact that we were starving added to the awesomeness 😎

For the prices they charge, you would think the food would be decent but nope. The food wasn’t tasty at all, let alone warm. Portions are tight and considering it was my first time trying Taco Bell. Such appallingly portion sizing. If you order a taco you’ll get two pieces of tiny chicken. The nachos are just crisps with a cheese sauce separate that’s filled up enough to dip two chips in. Poorly presented in a box which does sustain the food well enough for delivery (sauces leaked/crisps crushes/tacos soggy). Overrated…..

I ordered via just eat and waited for news that it was on its way,I called the restaurant 45 minutes later and I was told they were waiting for a driver so I cancelled my order,the rude young lady told me I would have to speak to just eat,my food turned up an hour later so I quite rightly turned it away,I still haven’t had an apology or a refund from either company

Fabulous staff - always willing to go the extra mile!!

We arrived and placed orders one was for a set meal which included a Limptons Tea which we did not get and the other order was for a Cravings meal for 3 plus a vegetarian burrito. After a few minutes our food arrived and we duly departed. I admit I did not check to ensure that everything was correct before leaving, but assumed it should be ok as it was not busy. I did think they were a bit disorganised when we were trying to order at the counter. As stated in the title all the food was either lukewarm or just plain cold. Which ruined the flavour of food and don’t expect to have to reheat take away food when it took us less than 5 minutes to take it home.

Enjoyed our food. Nice and hot still by the time we got home so all good.

Stopped here for a bite to eat. The place was dirty and litter everywhere. Service was slow and zero customer service. Only ordered two small tacos and they got them wrong.

This was my first time experiencing taco bell, I have always wanted to go since I heard they was bringing to the UK. Today in Sutton I went in, not knowing what to get so I asked the lady ,whose name was SYLVANNA , at the register what she recommended and she was very helpful and friendly which made my experience 10x better. Thank you to Sylvanna who made my experience at taco bell welcoming, regardless all staff was very nice and friendly. Xx

Waited over 45 minutes for 2 small meals. Not very impressed to be fair with no apology or compensation for the extreme wait, all food for all customers was being pushed out over half an hour late.

Wouldn’t bother wasting your money. Don’t have to be a brain surgeon to work in a fast food restaurant but the staff can’t get simple orders correct, they think a bag of curly crisps are the same as deep fried soft churros and caramel sauce. Also portions are tiny not standard burrito size like at chimichangas this is like mini snack wrap for a 4 year old… for £9 disgraceful. Woman on the phone was rude asking if I had ever worked in a fast food restaurant myself, what has my working history got to do with their sloppy staff and sloppy service. Wouldn’t offer a refund. Wouldn’t offer to replace incorrect items.

The worst place where staff talk to each othed in their native languages and ignore the customers.

Entire order wrong and chips missing completely. Told we were wrong and won't be going back. Shame as we like the food but when you can't get what you order and the service is rubbish it's a pointless store.

Rubbish service, allergies not taken seriously and staff are rude. I could have cooked my food myself, taken it home and passed it by the time I got it. I was waiting an hour for a burrito, crunch wrap and 2 tacos. Like seriously? The guy who I told to remind the kitchen to take the sour cream out, was the one who made my food and HE STILL PUT IT IN!! Can you not see that it's serious when it comes to allergies. You can potentially kill someone. He was too wrapped up in getting to the gym! Talking to his mate. Ohh and he gave a drink away to a friend of his for free... his mate came in, he gave him a cup and he's friend filled it with a drink and left without paying. (Give me attitude I'll get you sacked) rant over.

Friendly staff. Clean venue and kitchen. Very filling and worth it Craving Value Boxes, loved the Volcano Burrito one. Definitely recommend if you have an opportunity to try it out. All items are customisable in terms of the protein filling (You have the option between Beef, Chicken and Beans).

Taking forever for a simple order. Looks like deliveroo drivers are with priority here. This is so far the worse customer experience... avoid this place!

Nice food. The staff have always been friendly. The waiting time can vary a lot, and maybe the branch is a bit small as it can be very popular. However overall I definitely recommend this place. It has been a good addition to Sutton High Street.

We were very excited to get there and try their food however their staff very not willing to serve, they were rude and despite the fact that the resultant was empty, they said any order u place will take 30-45 minutes which doesn’t make any sense being a “fast food”, while looking at the menu, the waiting time kept changing for every new customer who walked in. The general cleanliness of the restaurant was rather poor. I really hope the owners decide to change their staff before they end up calling it a day and closing their branch. We ended up leaving in disappointment and would never go back to this branch.

Usually great service, but unfortunately had a long wait for our order last time I visited. Food is a lot smaller than it appears on the menu, but still tastes good. Great for when you're hungry for cheap Mexican food, but not much else!

Right ok. I have had enough with the Taco Bell company! Went here yesterday and got the Crunchy Taco Supreme (£2.25). I did enjoy the food but after I was sent directly to the toilet due to the copious amount of stomach pain I was feeling. I entered the toilet and the beast was awakened from my behind. I coated the entire toilet in my brown liquid. I felt like I was about to see Jesus himself at the gates of heaven. I was sitting there fighting for my life force in the Taco Bell bathroom. I left the establishment after 1 hour of the constant excretion with brown liquid leaking down my left leg into my new Adidas socks (£9.00) and went home to clean up my mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I like Taco Bell, but the quality of deliveries is shocking. Always something spilled, very small portions and sometimes missing items. The delivery charges are high, so the least I'd expect is food of decent quality and not tiny, underfilled portions.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a quick bite to eat in before going to the movies. A crisp taco that cost less than 2 pounds with a drink. Finally got my taco after a 30 minute wait. What a waste of my time. Deliveroo drivers are prioritised and they are constantly in and out. Walk in customer orders are completely ignored. The small meal I got does not justify the waiting time. Next time, just go to KFC across. If there were zero stars I would have given it.

Great food when you eat in the restaurant but... If you order they can not get the order right... Shocking. Second order and no luck... I even left message in the order asking to double check... Its too much for people working there... Will eat in only from now on or order somewhere else... Sad as we love this food. 😔

I was told after waiting 5 minutes and being told we couldn’t eat in that I had to used the electronic boards to order? Why didn’t they say that at the same time? Then the server was forever touching her nose mouth and face with her ungloved hands, she didn’t wash her hands, she was also wearing her mask under her chin? Very sad experience.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I am currently sitting here waiting half an hour for my food. I'm pretty sure it's a FAST FOOD restaurant. Great way to start a new branch. Absolutely appalling. Will not be coming here again.

Went here with my son. Made a nice change from McDonald's and we got a free drink for the old man.

Firstly must say we fee l sorry for the staff working at this branch. The kitchen just does not provide the appliances for the staff to produce the food to cope with the foot fall of customers through the door. The amount of Delivery drivers waiting for orders and hassling staff add’s to the waiting time. Seeing all the bad reviews online, yet people are queuing out the door, Taco Bell need to take a look at this Sutton franchise. We ordered off the remote screen, waited 50 minutes for our orders! When our food did arrive we very much enjoyed it, such a shame we had to wait so long. Such a shame our forty mile round trip to eat here was not as good as it could have been.

Shame on Taco Bell what a disgusting customers service And tasteless food, spent 20£ at this place and everything went in the bin, avoid this place at all costs I wish I had read the review before I ordered.
