Paket servis sipariş ettim eksik ürün geldi ve restaurantta ulaşamadım yaklaşık 4-5 yeri aradım. Sorunumu çözemedim.

Felt very uncomfortable. The cashier didn’t want to take my card payment as he preferred cash. When I said I come here all the time and I have always paid card he said he will do it for the last time. After I paid he went to 2 of he’s coworkers which were preparing meals and said something in a different language, as soon as he said it, all of them were looking at me and laughing to each other and that continued for the whole time I was waiting for my food. I didn’t eat it but instead binned it. Who knows what they put inside. Never going again! 20/12

My 13 year old daughter visited the shop to get lunch today and got her order a little confused 21/10/22. She returned home in tears and explained that 2 of the female staff on duty, ridiculed her in the shop and asked her if she was unable to read the menu on the wall properly. I visited the shop shortly after to obtain some more information about the incident and was left at the counter side to wait for minutes before I signaled for the attention of one of the female staff members, to ask for the manager's name. Dealing with confused orders is a part of their job, customers sometimes require support from the staff members, not aggressive, rude and dismissive behavior. Very disappointing. We will take our orders elsewhere in future.

Awful customer service!!!!! Ordered through deliveroo app. Order was shown as out for delivery for 40 minutes with no update. Then recieved a phone call from the shop stating that there had been an incident in the shop and demanding that I cancel the order myself through the deliveroo app. I have tried to do so but I have not been able to do so as the app has shown the order as being prepared. I have then tried to explain this over the phone to the restaurant but I was then passed to the manager who has promptly talked over me again demanding that I cancel the order myself several times before hanging up on me. I have tried to call back but was not able to get through to the restaurant. I have then walked the short distance to the restaurant myself to see if there had been an incident. I have then seen the staff in no way shape or form dealing with any type of incident and rather laughing and joking whilst closing up the shop. I have then walked back and had to make a 20 minute phonemail to get a refund. In conclusion an absolutely awful experience that has highlighted the restaurant's clear lack of customer service and willingness to outright lie with the anonymity of a phone call. Will not be ordering from these people again and would highly recommend avoiding as there are a lot more restaurants that are both honest and fair in the immediate locality.

Pedí comida para llevar, ahora normal. ¡Y yo obtengo el peor per - peri medio pollo NUNCA! ! ¡Estaba poco cocido, apestoso y seguro que no estaba asado! ! ! sólo un estanque grasiento con la mitad de pollo - quemarse a negro por fuera y no amartillado por dentro. No peri - peri - ¿el sabor era amargo? ? (¿tal vez para cubrir el pollo malo?) ¡Espero no tener veneno alimenticio! ! Nunca más ! ! !

You just got home at midnight and want fried chicken? Sam's your man. Fillet burger is everything you want. Popcorn chicken etc etc all great. Never seems to shut either.
