Mcdonald's Restaurant in Wandsworth

My food was stone cold, all the drinks were half full spilled everywhere.. the ice cream was melted. It was awful. I have contacted just eat sent photos and still haven’t heard anything back.

Food was stone cold. Could see on the box that the food was cooked at 9:15 and then delivered at 9:58. It's a 5 minute drive. Food went in the bin and only being offered a £3 refund from a £14 order

You never delivered my order awful I will never order from this one again

The delivery driver stole the food. He only gave us juice in a big bag. The person can’t even speak English. Mcd said just eat should give a refund but they refused.

Missing drinks, but that’s gonna be the just eat drivers fault. As per usual. Food is freezing as well though.

the hot food was tightly packed next to very old drinks so the food was cold on arrival. The delivery man was adamant I give him the code first before he handed me the food which I had already paid for. He was quite brusque tbh.

Para empeorar las cosas, cuando finalmente pedimos un reembolso, nos encontramos con más retrasos y confusión, lo que nos dejó aún más frustrados. Como si la larga espera y el mal servicio no fueran lo suficientemente malos, decidí usar el baño mientras esperaba. Lo que encontré fue verdaderamente espantoso: una escena sacada de una película de terror. El inodoro estaba cubierto de un espantoso desastre, con sangre salpicada por el asiento y las paredes. Era más que inaceptable, y no podía creer que se le permitiera permanecer en tal condición. Huelga decir que me fui sin usar las instalaciones. Para añadir insulto a la lesión, después de que finalmente recibimos nuestro reembolso, nos encerraron dentro del restaurante, esperando aún más tiempo para que nos permitieran salir. Toda la experiencia se sintió como una serie de eventos desafortunados, todos unidos por una falta de gestión adecuada y una higiene básica. Esta ubicación de McDonald's tiene un largo camino por recorrer en términos de servicio al cliente y limpieza. Yo no recomendaría este lugar a nadie — si usted está buscando una comida rápida y limpia, sería mejor ir a otro lugar.

And I didn’t receive all my orders. Well we could see that it s just going from bad to worse. Sorry

Cokes half full due to spillage and items missing

Te food was not delivered. For some reason the delivery driver could not be bothered to find my address, despite phoning me for directions.

Driver mistakingly went to an estate along Aldrington Road that is not where I am for the delivery...he appologused. I had messaged him 3 times and no response as on my app it was showing him near but I couldn't see him...He went to the Alders estate

The hashbrowns were so oil. The egg McMuffin was tasteless. It was the worst breakfast ever. We put one egg McMuffin on the bin.

Incorrect order … someone else has my sausage McMuffin and banana milkshake ! Received a mighty ketchup … I hate bacon. Don’t touch tomato ketchup and don’t drink coffee, at least I managed after a very long wait to enjoy a cold hash brown ! Awaiting on refund as would never pay delivery and goods £11 for a hash brown. !

They ordered it to the wrong person

Not the drivers fault at all! This Maccas needs to work on its production - food arrived freezing. The drinks were melted. It was a shambles. I know delivery is hard to get right, but seeing my poor driver waiting there for 45 mins calls into question McDonald’s issues

I got the food I donk like it was someone else’s order complained and a reply saying on this occasion unable to help I find this absolute joke not the 1st time always something missing or cold will not use this again !!!!!!!!!!

My order is saying it was delivered but no delivery driver arrived to my home. I did not receive the order or give the code for the order.

Have pictures to prove. Food was stone cold. Quarter pounder Cheese still in solid shape as patty must have cold, 2 tiny pickles. Quarter piece of cheese as if torn apart in store for fillet o fish and not even tea spoon of tartare sauce. No dip provided as per usual. Milkshake ironically not frozen/slush but runny. Yum!

The experience for me was very poor, as the waiting time to receive my food had gone beyond 15 minutes. When I had asked for assistance in how long it will take I had not received the right service at all. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Additionally, when I had received my food it was very very cold, not good enough. The managers had not been doing their work properly at all, at times there were no managers even on the shop floor during busy times!

As always McDonald’s delivers and even though this time is was hot, as always, the condiments were forgotten

No sauces provided although multiple requested.

First of all, I always order from Balham mc Donald’s and service is usually good. But this evening the food was cold I ordered medium chips and I only got under half of that. Very disappointed. I may not order from Balham again because the service of food was not good. The bag wasn’t sealed properly it was half open. I hope this doesn’t happen to another customer.

Awful experience, food is damaged and cold

After picking up my order, the map showed the driver going in the opposite direction and waiting 10mins at another restaurant presumably for another order. Took 16mins to go 0.2mile. Food was cold by the time it arrived

When ordering in the app I selected a different address the food was delivered to. Even ensuring the address was correct at checkout.

I had to direct the driver to the other side of the block. After a whike, he rang me to ask where i was. I gave him very precise instructions, but still he didnt see the white block of flats?? I sent 8 year old grandson to collect, driver was rude.

I’ve visited my local McDonalds several times now, with each experience being just as good as the last. The management have everything running perfectly without compromising on customer experience. I particularly enjoy going here as all the staff carry a great sense of humour without loosing their attention to detail. McDonald’s should use the staff at there Balham branch as a bench mark for others. Thanks again to Manish, Ritesh, Sandip, Sujal, Varun and the rest of the team. Keep the great work up!

the chips were cold. the chicken burger looks like it was tossed together in a real hurry and most of the ingredients were not in the bun and the big mac cold. very disappointing

fillet of fish fresh nice , Chicken🍔 was Dry wernt fresh 😔 & neither was the 🍟. Come on people are paying more than enough for yr services the most you can do is deliver fresh ready food Dissatisfied
