My order never arrived, but read as delivered! Very disappointed.

The delivery was late, the food was cold and the drinks and ice cream was spilt all over the bag

Because the driver had multiple deliveries my food arrived cold and my drink was warm

Great delivery time and service 10/10

McDonald's consistently fail to deliver the dips requested with meals, this can be a very big issue for 'complicated' young eaters that rely on consistency in their meals or treats. this has happened far too many times on delivery orders to be an occasional mistake, tonight we requested only ketchup dips but revieved all sweet and sour dips.

And my food was freezing cold!! This is not on??

Useless! Every time we order here items are missing. This time a double cheese burger! Incompetent staff!

The courier headed off in completely the opposite direction to deliver someone else’s food, more than doubling the distance from the McDonald’s to my house. When he did arrive the order had the wrong drink, spilled, and the food was unsurprisingly cold and soggy. I’d paid extra for a milkshake but got what appears to be Coke Zero. I’d ordered extra onions but actually had none. Pretty much whatever could have gone wrong did go wrong.

It says the order was delivered at 23.45, however it was delivered at 12.20, much later than it should have been. When it arrived the drink was spilled and the food was freezing cold.

Went to order at the self service and didn’t realise someone else was in front of me (I.e. a mistake, that individual then shoved me aggressively and was supported by an individual who I think was security.) Honest mistake on my part, don’t know why the aggressive individual was justified by security??

I didnt accept it , the driver was walking towards me holding a drink that was dripping all over him on the floor and the bag with the food was hanging in 2 , it was the worst that's ever been brought tome and I didn't give him the code why would i

While drinking my drink a little piece of glass was in my drink which I could have swallowed

Hi my mum ordered a Mcdonald breakfast this morning for us both it was freezing cold and very greasy totally understandable last time we ordered the foods was warm and nice I don't know where u guys are going wrong with the foods we will not be ordering again it was a waste of money because the foods went in the bins Mcdonald used to be good and u need to sorted out the delivery

Ordered a mccrispy and got a mcchicken sandwich, was dry as hell, no sauce. The chips tasted like cardboard.

drinks were wrong yet again - strawberry milkshake had no strawberry in it and was just tasteless - and the sprite was fizzy water

It's all super cold, the quarter pounder didn't even have its right bun, plus the delivery man was take pits stops on the way here and the food come frozen

Drivers app logged out and said he was in east London. Order turned up nearly 30 minutes after delivery time and was cold

The food took 49 minutes to be delivered and when the food was delivered it was cold and disappointing. This is not ‘fast food’ and I request a refund as the food was cold due to the delayed delivery time.

Staff named MAIYA was very rude. There are better ways to speak when you are angry. I was waiting to pick my Uber delivery and no one was attending me and when I asked why did you make me wait for 6 mins for the package that was ready she said I should have got her attention and was staring at me.

Unfortunately the food was cold when it arrived, which was disappointing.

I put please done spill my drink I received my drink and it was not even a large anymore it was like a little less than a small coke I hate drivers like that you could easily ask for a double cover for my drink honesty just careless and I was even missing some items won’t be ordering online again better to go to the shop

Freezing cold. No dip included as usual. Soggy chips. Driver didn’t even ring the bell, he just messaged me (which I nearly missed). Awful experience.

Normally McDonalds is delivered in about half an hour but the estimated delivery time kept slipping right. When it was delivered I would have expected it to be warm. But the fries were stone cold and the burgers barely warm. What also didn’t help was my drink had spilled too, and about an inch and a half was slipping round the bottom of that bag and dripping all over the floor as I took delivery. My order was 100% correct which was the only positive.

never took this order in as was order 10.45am the day before but did not arrive. Then driver turned up at 6.30am the next day woke me up i told him I had not order anything at 6am that morning sent him on his way only to be charged £22.20 for something I did not order that morning.

They forgot sauces for the 20 mcnuggets!

The hot drink was half empty and the bag was all wet, had clearly been knocking around on the way to me and driver made no effort to explain why it was that way

After eating here. I needed to go to the toilet and I couldn't because it was closed. Very bad!

I went to the Balham restaurant. Unfortunately it was a cold day and because the automatic doors kept opening it was very cold inside. My food got cold quickly.

45 minutes from order to driver collection. Everything turned up stone cold.

Driver put the code in then gave me the food. All of the food was covered in coffee so I didn’t accept it. Obviously it now says delivered!!!

Seems to always get the order wrong. Orders are always missing straws for drinks, fail to double cap drinks so half of the drink is always spilled. Today’s order even missed out one of the two meals that was ordered. Recommend a bit of staff training on how to count number of burgers to put in bag…

I ordered a double quarter pounder but when it arrived there was only a single quarter pound beef patty on the bun.

Very weird managed McDonald’s. They’re obsessed with making all the food and letting it stand for ages while it gets cold rather than actually dishing it out. Could do with new management

The selects and nuggets in the share box are cold and hard…. In other words NOT FRESH and the chips are cold

My food was stone cold, all the drinks were half full spilled everywhere.. the ice cream was melted. It was awful. I have contacted just eat sent photos and still haven’t heard anything back.

Literally the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I come once and a week and my average wait time is minimum 15 minutes. Why so slow? If every other McDonald’s in london can handle it why can’t you? It’s not even that busy!

Food was stone cold. Could see on the box that the food was cooked at 9:15 and then delivered at 9:58. It's a 5 minute drive. Food went in the bin and only being offered a £3 refund from a £14 order

Just popped in my lunch break and ordered a chicken mayo, I had to wait a while but the lady (I think the manager) apologised for the wait and when she gave me my food she had also added a portion of fries free of charge, I thought it was a lovely thing to do, as it's understandable to have e to wait sometimes, so I just want to say "thank you"

Very average mcdonalds to be honest. Staff cleaned but food orders being called out incomplete on orders. Nice enough place to stop for a bite to eat but wouldn't go out my way to come here.

The delivery driver stole the food. He only gave us juice in a big bag. The person can’t even speak English. Mcd said just eat should give a refund but they refused.

the hot food was tightly packed next to very old drinks so the food was cold on arrival. The delivery man was adamant I give him the code first before he handed me the food which I had already paid for. He was quite brusque tbh.

Lo que encontré fue verdaderamente espantoso: una escena sacada de una película de terror. El inodoro estaba cubierto de un espantoso desastre, con sangre salpicada por el asiento y las paredes. Era más que inaceptable, y no podía creer que se le permitiera permanecer en tal condición. Huelga decir que me fui sin usar las instalaciones. Para añadir insulto a la lesión, después de que finalmente recibimos nuestro reembolso, nos encerraron dentro del restaurante, esperando aún más tiempo para que nos permitieran salir. Toda la experiencia se sintió como una serie de eventos desafortunados, todos unidos por una falta de gestión adecuada y una higiene básica. Esta ubicación de McDonald's tiene un largo camino por recorrer en términos de servicio al cliente y limpieza. Yo no recomendaría este lugar a nadie — si usted está buscando una comida rápida y limpia, sería mejor ir a otro lugar.

This place is chronically understaffed and is not fast. My average waiting time is like 25mins... please be better

Worst macc'as around, ask for bacon egg muffin, get a sausage muffin, ask for lemonade, get a coke, just got fillet 'o fish, dry, cold , ask for extra tartare sauce, got none at all, they are completely useless, never going back, AGAIN COMPLETELY USELESS

Fraudulent store, do not visit. Placed an order at a self service kiosk and charged £9.09 for a meal. No paper in machine so did not get a receipt. Waited for order at counter for 20mins and queried several times whilst waiting. Staff ignored me and then ultimately advised no record of my order on system. Tried to escalate to manager but again ignored so had to leave without food or refund. Proceeding with complaint centrally.
