Fine Mc'D taste the same world wide

I’ve visited my local McDonalds several times now, with each experience being just as good as the last. The management have everything running perfectly without compromising on customer experience. I particularly enjoy going here as all the staff carry a great sense of humour without loosing their attention to detail. McDonald’s should use the staff at there Balham branch as a bench mark for others. Thanks again to Manish, Ritesh, Sandip, Sujal, Varun and the rest of the team. Keep the great work up!

Lovely McDonald’s. Noor is an amazing security guard, very friendly and accommodating but also vigilant and firm. Keeps me coming back.

How about it didn’t arrive ………. AGAIN!!!!!

As an FYI the chips were cold and undercooked and the portions were less than half a box. The potatoes used must have been very black as there was a high content of chips that were inedible as they had black in them.

Had an order with 5 drinks, however only 4 drink holder was used, leaving the 5th drink loose inside the bag, it caused the drink to spill and it either knocked the other drinks over, or it soaked the 4 drink holder causing all drinks to fall.

Fogot my sauces to my chicken nuggets

All correct and the food was hot!

Praise to the courier. Fairly often, your app directs courier to road behind mine, and this is seemingly always difficult to direct the courier to go to the parallel road where there is an entrance. The gentleman that delivered tonight was the most polite about the issue that I have ever have met, so would just like to say thanks!

Why would we have 4 fries but have a whole two burgers missing. This is ridiculous and slack.

The person rung my phone on arrival but I left on the table because the app said he was outside , by the time I got to main entrance he was gone and left no food , im elderly it was my monthly treat and he failed to wait or leave it on the door step

I got 1 large fries and some mozzarella bites when there should be 4 medium fries - every other order there is something wrong and last time just eat refused to refund for part of my order. so frustrating

Missed my whole fillet o fish meal, chips dry and half portions. Child has a play date with two friends so ruined the whole eve. I am nervous to order with MC d as they always miss but I thought I'd try one more time. They have also delivered pork to us with specificity of allergies before. Service and delivery at any of the MC Donald's in south west london (Streatham, tooting, balham etc) is atrocious and as a big company they should really aim to rectify this.

Over an hour and a half late and the food was stone cold as a result of the wait time.

The order wasn’t completed there was 5% of our order completed - only a burger delivered and poor quality - hopefully just eat will refund us as this was incredibly poor service

One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been into. Courier drivers becoming aggressive and trying to shove you out of the way, total chaos in the ordering system. Won’t come here again. An utter mess and the reason people have stopped going to McDonald’s, with food taking ten plus minutes to turn up and delivery drivers treating the restaurant like it is their living room.

I’m very disappointed to have to wait well over an hour meaning that the food did not arrive until late into the night a long time past the first suggested time slot when ordering. Then when the food eventually arrived the largest item of the chicken selects was not even there.

My order wasn’t even delivered. I watched the delivery man drive away down my street as the app changed to delivered so I got nothing and he ran away with my food.

The delivery rider didnt come to my door. I had to go downstairs to collect my food.

Food absolutely cold by the time it arrived rider went north to Wandsworth town before realising he wasn’t in the right area and turned back - all he need to do was head south on Balham High Road

The fries are not as on point as they once were, there are less fries, more hard fried than soft and the fries are shorter in length. The edge of the quarter pounder and the double quarter beef patties were singed. The fries should have been packed upright so that they do not spill out into the bag.

Absolutely rubbish. We were given the tiniest amount of chips in a large packet and the McFlurries didn’t even make it. Who is managing this farce of a place. Don’t buy from here! You’ll be ripped off!

AWFUL!!! Two burgers missing from the order, cold chips, missing the sauce that we specifically ordered. The two classic cokes that I ordered, were NOT coke, watered down, mixed woth something and tasted like a zero or diet drink. DISGUSTING. How cam someone get it so wrong?!

Hi I am not happy. I've paid for two large chips and unless you delivery driver has eaten both of them you've sent me two chips which don't even amount to a small! I've taken a photo.

Missing items from my order after waiting a long time to get it.

They put a deal for 2 burgers with 2 medium fries for £9.99. It’s a NEW DEAL so how can the stuff forget the fries? It’s ridiculous. I was waiting for my food for over 40 minutes.

My food shows as delivered by Just Eat but has never arrived! No ability to speak to someone and challenge this and no live chat. Poor, poor service!

Just Eat delivered the wrong burger and there were other items missing from my order like the fries. Despite reporting this and providing photo evidence, Just Eat has refused to give me a refund for the wrong and missing items. Appalling.

A typical McDonald's experience

I ordered this at 12:15pm and it wasn’t delivered within 2 hours! I ended up having to go and collect it myself which is outrageous. I ended up waiting 2 hours for a basic meal. I want a refund ASAP.

Extremely cold food. One of the chips was half and the rest of the food was cold like ice. Not happy for the £5.49 refund when I paid £12. I need a full refund!

very bad service, I keep seeing and observing how sad it is to see the scene of how the workers are treated, they do everything whenever they want and the workers are not paid for waiting. Our customers are treated the same way and when it comes to picking up the order they don't call, they shout, very rude.

They sent me a small fries in a giant bag and a milkshake. The only thing was the milkshake that was part of my order. Where’s my deluxe double quarter pounder meal that you charged me 10£ for?

Left my phone here (uncharged) and by the time I realised the manager had charged it on his charger ready for my call and handed it back after heavily checking it was definitely mine - absolute legend and I'll be forever thankful - thank you so much. Burger was also fab xx

Always stone cold and small chips sent instead of large. Don’t put a large box in and then 1/4 fill it…. No more.

Terrible service. Didn’t get a receipt when I asked for one. Didn’t get the right food and staff was acting like a child. Terrible would never go again. I’ll just order it online next time from a different store.

Ordered from the drive through and when I opened the burger saw someone in the kitchen had taken a bite out of it, i recommend you check food before driving off

Terrible, horrible service, they don't treat the delivery people well. It takes a long time with orders. You can have more than 7 employees and they don't care !

Always missing items every time ruins your meal

You can never go wrong with Maccy Ds. Although I don't understand why if you order takeaway these days, they put it on a tray first and then transfer it to a bag when they bring it up to the counter.

I waited 47 minutes for my order. There no need for that. It’s 5 minute ride on a e-bike. The driver was at the restaurant way too long. And my food is cold

I came in towards the end of the night which became a blessing as all the staff were wonderful. Credit to Rahul, the manager and the helpful gentleman cleaning up front. I understand towards the end of the night might not be be the same as peak times but they made my order and time special. I will be back

I didn’t get any sauce or straws my large chips were half full and my food was stone cold.

Breaskfast food was really piping hot, I accidentally ordered from Balham instead of the closer one, so was worried about the food, but throughly enjoyed. It was also cheaper and tasted even better, which is weird as I thought they were all the same.

Food was late compared to the initial delivery time and had now arrived stone cold. The chips are inedible and the burgers are dry.

Managed to not deliver half the items

It never tasted like a McDonald , chips we not cooked fresh & crispy & the cheese burger was not right .. like the burgers were not fresh & probably sitting there for hours .it was tasteless .

My order was poorly packaged. The drink was not pack into a bag, and has spilled all over the cup. It looks very horrible and dangerous, as the driver can easily put something in the drink.

Grandson decided he wanted Macdonalds for his birthday dinner, Waited over an hour for the food and more than half of it was missing! What we did get was stone cold! Only Had 1 of 3 kids meals and all adults meals were missing either chips or drinks. Plus we ordered extras and they didn’t turn up either. It’s really not that hard to ensure everything is there surely?

Fries were hours and hours old and all our sandwiches were made by some angry quite clearly as all of them were very poorly made missing sauce etc and overall everything tasted like its days old
