Taco Bell in East Riding of Yorkshire

This was the 2nd time of us having Taco Bell, the first time was in Doncaster and it was delicious so we thought we would try the Worksop drive through. We were very disappointed, it was awful. It took a while to come and when it did the order was wrong and cold. They even double checked the order before we paid and it was still wrong! The food tastes like it had been sat for a while, it was so cold! I ordered extra chips and ended up with nachos! It goes with saying that we won’t be back!

i never usually write reviews. but felt this has to be heard. i love taco bell and never had an issue with the quality of food, its my favourite chain restaurant locally and will always be my first choice for taste and flavour of the food. but in the past 3 months, using both the drive thru and self serve inside, the food has taken an abnormally long time to get to me. usually around 20-30 minutes if not more. today, the staff did not look happy, and when i requested sauce which was missing from my meal i had got a quick glance and a sauce handed to me. i don’t expect a chat and a sorry, just a “no problem” would of been okay. the food took a really long time to come, it was hot when it came, but every time i looked up to see if my order was almost ready, the staff nearly looked unbothered and slow working. there were at least 10 people waiting in the drive thru and roughly the same waiting inside. yet they didn’t look busy in the slightest. the food was amazing as usual but service was terrible.

Food took ages. Staff are miserable. Have never seen any of them smile when I come here. Food is decent but the experience is crap.

The food is usually amazing here.. the staff are polite which is great.. however the last 3 orders we have collected have been less than the usual standard, for example the fillings and sauces in the food have been absolute minimal, don't get me wrong the food still tastes nice, but not as great as it could be, Paid 99p each for extra nacho cheese sauces today, they were £1.29 on previous orders, and the pots were not even half full, and can't think of any time that they ever have been either.. if the pots were put together it still wouldn't have been a full pot.. and sorry but that really is not value, the sauce tastes great, but like 20ml for £1 or over isn't really great at all.. ordered the 6 piece churros with dips.. and the dips were popped all over the churros again today, this has happened a few order ago too, I know the idea is to dip them, but I like the churro dip, and my partner doesn't, so it ruined it for him again.. Last order the pots were sticky with bust pots too, but the churros had managed to stay un-ruined then.. what is going on here? I know this is not the most expensive place to eat, but it's not the cheapest either, And would like to see some value for what you pay for..

First time to this Taco Bell and most probably the last. We walked in to an empty restaurant and every single table was filthy. Food was served and it lacked in fillings. The staff were just hanging in the prep area and not one of them bothered to wipe a single table. They weren't busy, one other couple came in, and a bloke who knew the staff. Disappointed as I raved about Taco Bell to my husband and neither of us were impressed. Judging by other reviews, it's a common theme they don't clean. If the restaurant is that bad, it makes you wonder what the cooking area is like! Will definitely skip this one in future.

While looking after 2 girls for the weekend, they asked to go Taco Bell as a treat, the intention was to dine in but sadly, the place was so dirty with no clean tables that we decided as soon as we walked in to have takeaway. Instead of being served drinks with our meals we were given empty cups to fill at the machine, I have no issue with this but was disappointed that the ice machine wasn’t working as it was a vet hot day. Once we got the food home, a very short drive, the food was barely warm, although it was very tasty, it was quite disappointing. The staff were friendly enough but there was certainly no sense of urgency to clean the restaurant, it was only when I drew attention to the food on the floor to caution someone not to slip that one of the staff then got a broom to clear it up. I would like to try Taco Bell again at some point but it definitely won’t be the one at Worksop.

So they close the restaurant early then tell me to go and get a car to order, instead of Serving me a quick takeaway. I then return with my vehicle 1 minute later for them to say that I didn’t arrive in time in a sarcastic manner. They actually close at 10pm and this was at 9:30, they just wanted to dig back at me for the reason I asked why I couldn’t takeaway during the opening times. Great food, but poor staff service at this specific branch. Would love to see the lie & feedback they will give to this Thanks, Jason.

Myself and my family went for my grandsons 14th birthday as he wanted to try here. The food was appalling hardly any filling in the food and only just warm and tasteless Tables not cleaned we had to clean it ourselves. £60 later and we ended up binning most of it. I felt so sorry for my grandson as he said he wanted to try it here.

First impression of this Taco Bell wasn't good. Lots of dirty tables and rubbish everywhere. Really long wait for food that is poorly put together, not even properly wrapped. They didn't have a few things in stock that we ordered and paid for. They didn't even mention that when they gave us our order and we had to go back for a refund. The staff there look utterly unhappy to be working there. What a shame, was really looking forward to having more choice of fast food in the area.

Slow food, order wrong on both visits. It needs to improve. Staff overworked and not enough to serve on drive thru and inside.

Cold food, no filling in anything, churros was tough!!! I really advised against this place. 25 quid later and binned the whole thing.

Went today and the Food was cold. Tables dirty and floor littered. Tried several of the drink from the soda self service and all the drinks flat or no taste. Don’t go here visit KFC next door.

Waiting 20 minutes to order food. No apology when I got round to picking up the food. Food given was not what was ordered. Again no apology. The guy on the drive though was more concerned about what has happening on his personal phone. This isn’t the first time it has happened but this is the first time I am writing a review with hopes that it could get better

We were in Worksop so decided to eat here. We took our time looking at the menu, choosing the meal 4 2. It was excellent very tasty and hot.

This was our first time at Taco Bell & since opening in Worksop we thought we would give it a try. The staff were friendly and helped us to decide what to order. We went for the recommended Crunchwrap Cravings Meal for 2 & we said yes to "going large". We paid & didn't have long to wait for our meal to arrive in its takeaway box. Brilliant - so far so good. We got home, only a few minutes from the restaurant & got ready to tuck in. The food was really tasty but can only be described as warm, certainly wasn't hot. The second issue was if the fries were "large" I'd hate to think of how few a standard portion of fries would be. The meal clearly was not "go large" Maybe it's because it's not been opened long, the food was certainly tasty so we will give it another try & hope for hot food.

Been to this place twice now and each time have had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my food to be ready.Staff seem to have only one pace which is slow, apart from the person making the fries as they are always ready and sat going cold on a tray 15 minutes before the rest of your food. This was not a busy time either heaven help then if they get a queue waiting as god knows what the wait time will be then.
