I didn’t get any hash browns or tissues

No dip for dippers and the meal is cold. Not happy at all!!! Total let down

Burgers were thrown together, no jalapeños in one burger , chips under cooked and cold.

I ask for no cheese on my burger because it’s makes not well and they put cheese on it have pictures

I was happy with the burger and so were my children with theirs, but the fries were abit cold and were quite unsalted

The worse McDonalds in the UK. Possibly the world. Not had one order that was even close to being complete, in 2 years. Awful experience every time guaranteed. Just avoid.

Once again, paid for dips we didn't receive, & no straws for milk shakes. Medium sized milk shakes still unavailable & no ice-cream at all.

Do not order most of the food was missing! And when rang them they said to get a refund for the items missing I have to wait 7 working days! Refused to replace the missing food. The manager Karl was rude to us for no reason other than he messed up

really lovely food, me and my partner always enjoy mcdonalds every once in awhile. delivery time was spot on, so thank you to my delivery driver. We are quite annoyed at Mcdonalds though because we always order sauces and they never bring them

my order included a free biscoff mcflurry and I pressed for a smarties one too. order asked me for nearly £23 but when I looked at my order after it arrived neither mcflurry was on

Appalling McDonald's Bins in car park frequently full x overflowing confirmed by loads bird pxx on bins x surrounding car park. Difficult parking. Spoils area for other retailers X public using adjacent park. Does McDonald's not check out outlets unannounced. Suggest any midweek day lunchtime!!! Good housekeeping costs nothing.... Shame on you McDonald's in days gone by you had great unit in Bridlington town centre. !

I was able to place my order and pay for it, using my McDonald's app and received my wrap meal almost as soon as I'd retrieved the napkins and sauces and sat down at my chosen table. The Katsu chicken wrap was very tasty, the fries were just salted enough and the drink was ice cold.

Arrived at 10:45am waiting some time to order, on arriving at payment station order was wrong, order rectified at collection station hot drink given and asked to park on left hand side of adjoining car park. 15 minutes later shift manager brought my food to car. No apology for the ridiculous wait for my drive through takeaway. Until I said are you the manager to which he replied yes. I asked if he was aware how long I had waited and he said you’ve been a while but lots of school children inside. No excuses as staffing should be brought for at busy times. I will be very reluctant to call again. Cheaper and quicker to call at Greggs or Cooplands.polite and prompt service when in hurry.

I don’t get how the food is always stone cold when gets to you 99% of the time. If this was a small business you wouldn’t order again but because it’s McDonald’s everyone orders again for rubbish food

McDonald's in bridlington is the best McDonald's I've had the experience too eat in staff very friendly, food ordered arrived very quickly no problems with the order, everything hot as you would expect! This is not always the case! Rushall Walsall branch, Awful in comparison! 10 out of 10 Bridlington McDonald's!🥇

The delivery driver couldn’t find my house, all correct details were put on my order. My order was very late and the food is now freezing cold. There were 6 calls had with the driver, he asked me stand out on the road at one point and he still didn’t arrive till 25 minutes later. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service.

Got a Mcdelivey and an item was missing so I drive down to McDonald’s to resolve the issue and hope to collect my missing item. Speak to the manager and I get told it’s not there problem and that I have to speak to uber delivery. Now I don’t understand how it’s down to uber delivery if McDonald’s didn’t put the item in the bag. McDonald’s refused to make the item missing or give a refund. I didn’t get a delivery to end up driving down for nothing. The manager was rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this McDonald’s again and complaining to Head office..

Used my rewards points to get a double cheeseburger and when I got my bag I had 2 double cheeseburgers. This is the best MacDonalds ever who ever made me order is a legend.

Half of what we ordered was missing or incorrect. we recieved a half filled wrap. we will not be ordering from this establishment again. this order cost me over £50. we should have gone to a proper food establishment and would have probably paid slightly less. The food we did recieve was also cold. Substandard to say the least. Extremely disappointed.

They’ve got my last four uber eats orders catastrophically wrong. Never answer the phone, then I have to drive to the establishment after a long day at work only to be met with apathy and refusal to recompense. They literally can’t get anything right, then when I drive back to get the order done correctly, got home to see they’d missed another £8 of food off the order. The food is always tepid. This place is literally a cathedral of despair staffed entirely by lack lustre gremlins of the lowest order. A real franchise of failure yet governed by a system that easy to use that only a real disaster monkey could get it so consistently wrong.

No stars waited 2 hours for my food and my children’s to say it’s been delivered but hasn’t not happy best get a full refund

If you want a cold meal McDonald’s is the place to go. They never fail to get a cold meal to you.
