Mcdonald's Restaurants in East Riding of Yorkshire

Never....and I mean never get the order right. I always have to check after drive through then go in to the restaurant to change wrong or missing items. Unfortunately husband didn't check food on this occasion and came home with 2 burgers that couldn't be eaten one of which was part of the happy meal so child had chips only. I admit, food should have been checked before heading home but its disappointing that it has to be. A few times food has also been cold when delivered to car so has had to be swapped. For these reasons I have had to rate this mcdonalds as poor. Think we will be saving our mcdonalds trips to times we are in hull.

Fast food this is not , long queues of just eat take away drivers picking up orders means ordering in food takes far too long & a chaotic experience. Food Luke warm every-time we have been recently, its taken so long to arrive & just cant be bothered to rejoin a queue & complain . The staff seem to do their best working with this ridiculous situation & this review is not a reflection on them at all . Higher Managements at fault for not coming up with a better system for eating in taking a back seat to Just eat orders . Wont go back again.

It honestly baffles me how they get orders wrong so often. So many times items are either missing or just wrong. We ordered breakfast on just eat and were missing the hash brown bites share box we wanted to try and my breakfast roll with ketchup only had bacon in it. I didn't make any changes to my roll and the label on it was correct and said breakfast roll so no idea how you messed that one up and only gave me bacon as if I had ordered a bacon roll. It's really disappointing how this happens way too frequently...

£5 meal deal, which was cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, fries and a drink. Great value.

Can't beat a Big Mac large fries and milkshake.

Absolutely shocking, staff don't care Wrong orders get sent and cold when come!

Very polite server, I ordered on the app from my table and it came promptly. They cleaned the table quickly as I had just sat down. The food was what you would expect and was hot.

ordered at 18.15 and didn't for about an hour and a half after ordering?! absolutely ridiculous. chips were pale and cold.

Originally told food would arrive 6.35-6.55. It was taking a long time to arrive so checked tracking and it said your delivery time has changed, it will be delivered 7.35-7.55, it arrived at 7.45 and was cold. Service is getting worse every time so I won't be bothering again

my order was 2 hours late and cold. I have already received account credit for the food it's self but as I didn't get delivery for 2 hours I was wondering if I could get that credited too? delivery was basically the same cost as the food itself

Why can you never listen to the tickets and the notes on orders ask for ketchup and guess what no ketchup at all with meal. I didn’t fancy eating a very dry meal without sauce when ordered it.

Got the wrong chicken and got chicken McNuggets instead of chicken selects my drink was not even coke.

Diet Coke came half full looked like someone had a massive gulp of it, McFlurrys came melted and drinks came with no straws how do u expect us to drink them, by licking them?

It came in a ripped bag and looked like half of the fries were eaten or just not put in was more like a small rather than a large drinks bag was falling apart as well anything could of happened to the food when in transit it is unacceptable

Terrible sat in drive way for over 15 mins. Not even busy. Prioritise just eat over customers. Staff were ugly and they forgot my sauce

What has happened to this place? Last 5 orders either through Mcdelivery or via the drive through have been incorrect and required me to go back into store!!! And it's not even difficult orders, the receipt lays it all out so why so many mistakes mcdonalds?!?!

Half filled drinks cups from where the courier has spilled them in the bag. missing items and cold food

Food was cold, delivery drive didn’t bring drinks when I asked to go get them he brought fruit covered in coffee and tried to say he never had the coffee but the fruit shoot was covered in what must have been the spilt drink he then admitted he had spilt it so didn’t bring drinks to door. Worst driver ever had

Chip’s were not good, hard and chewy in texture and cold

I order the same thing every time but the last few orders when I've ordered milkshake, I got no straws. Daughter said I had to tick a box to say I needed straw, looked everywhere, no such box, left a note on my order requesting a straw, got 2, this week I didn't leave a note, no straw and instead of the large milkshake I'd ordered, I got a medium. Meal itself was average, the ETA kept changing so I couldn't claim it was late but tracking said the courier was at the restaurant for 15 minutes.

This outlet has absolutely shocking service On drive through whatever you order you always have to park up and wait 10 -16 minutes for your food It’s supposed to be fast food Run by total incompetents
