Didn’t get my full order!! Useless

food is cold no dips that i ordered no straw for the drink

The food delivered was not the food we ordered!

What a waste do not order from McDonald’s in Bridlington

nearly got it right for a first time, however AGAIN, Missing the dips. How hard can it be to READ THE ORDER !!!!!

Items missing and fries freezing cold

Food was cold and no straw provided for milkshake. No napkins either.

It's McDonald's, but all too often the burgers are waaay too skew-wiff, even by McD's standards! Management really need to be on their staff more to do a better job. Milkshake machine is how McDonald's Milkshake machines be. All too often they neglect to put the unique sauces that you get with the cheese dippers et al, in the bag, which is easy to miss and only realise when you get home or work or wherever your preferred takeout eating spot may be. And in an attempt to encourage you to use the phone app (likely the same company wide), they don't display the full menu on the screens at the drive-through, which is beyond infuriating when you haven't quite decided or have a car full of kids.

cold food and coke wasn't coke it was just fizzy water

ordered tonight to for tea and all the food was stone cold and thay 4got all sauces on top on that the 3 burgers we had literally looked like thay had been chucked into the box

One of my burgers were missing waste of 6 quid

Delivery Driver was nice and speedy and very polite

read the instructions on the order........is it really that difficult

Kids meal turned up with only a portion of fries in the box, no chicken nuggets or toy/book

The McDonald’s never put straws or dips in our orders. Even though we order them. So dissatisfied

Both quality and time were actually perfect despite the 2 stars each, I had to deduct because of missing items, once again. Maybe in your next recruitment drive you could do a simple exercise, ‘read the list, put said items in bag’. It is really not rocket science

Yet again no sauces in with the order

Driver went to the wrong building, couldn't find me so food came like warm. Friendly guys though 😊

my chips were stone cold and all over the bottom of the bag. my drink came with no straw. my nuggets were soggy and cold. ☹️

The usual unhealthy poisonous garbage consumers with no thought for their kids health have come to expect. Served by the usual bunch of spotty teenagers who probably didnt do too well at school. Avoid over school dinner time as they flock in from the nearby high school. Drive-thru, or sit in.

My coffee had spilt during delivery and was less than half full

when the food was delivered the bag and inside it stunk of cigarettes it was massively off putting and I couldn't eat my burger meal

No bbq sauce, and no sauce on one of the Big Macs

Restaurant was busy but a mess so we are in the car. Food was okay, prices are not what they used to be at McDonald’s nowadays and I don’t think it’s great value for money anymore, the food is average at best. Milkshake was nice though.

There was a lot of egg shell in the McMuffins

the main food was Luke warm had to put it in microwave for 30 sec each, ice cream was OK the pies was the best part as they was nice and warm still. the coke was flat . Just taken nearly an hour to arrive.

Foreign object in mc flurry should of been plain ice cream,black plastic looking objects in which were very hard.Not fit for consumption.

Ordered extra cheese. Came with no cheese what so ever and the chips were squashed and stone cold

used to be nice did macdonalds but it’s just gone downhill the chips was like rubber and somtimes forgetting items disappointing

Whoever is the manager either wants to show the staff how to cook and make sure the food is piping hot or get new staff the chips were cold and wasn’t filled properly got a milk shake no straw just shows you can’t be bothered to do things properly. Sort it out

Best McDonald's we have had in years, it was cooked perfectly, everything was fresh and hot, Scott was working hard at the in the middle of the night, he was polite helpful and very professional, would highly recommend.

Thick as fk, can’t even put dips in with 20 dry nuggets. Not surprised they work there the slightest

Food was hot and tasty, staff really friendly - one of the best Macdonald's we've visited on our travels. Staff are definitely a credit here 😁, Shift Manager Cameron answered questions that my husband had, he answered them and made things make sense - which was really appreciated 👍🏼

Everytime we order there is always something missing from the order. No straws for kids drinks, no ketchup getting to be everytime we order there is always an issue

Excellent service, lovely staff member asking us if our food was ok. Food was spot on however I got a wrao & there was a fair bit of lettuce in it like too much.

Driver couldn’t find house I could see her driving around on the map, she eventually called me and I gave her directions. By the time my food arrived it was stone cold. The chips were freezing, burger was cold and the dippers were cold and hard. I could not eat it, waste of money.
