Atlanta Takeaway in East Riding of Yorkshire

Had Atlanta a few times can be ok value for money and decent portion size but last 2 times was horrendous I gave it a benefit of the doubt and reported it to the owner as a chance he replied apologising and as a good will gesture gave a code for discount so week later I applied the discount only for it not to work so I payed full price and let owner know it didn’t work he/she didn’t reply to my message but read it and again it came an hour later food was grizzly rushed and chips were re fried as was not same colour and hard I hope the owner is reading this and reilises it’s not just a business but as a community they seems to be no care or shame as it’s coming across like that to many of us customers

So called ham was like luncheon meat. The chicken was tiny cubes of processed chicken. This is by far the worst pizza we have ever had from a takeaway. Shocking, shouldn’t be allowed.

Have used Atlanta many times before but the last 3 times have been absolutely terrible - tonight will be the last time we order. Orders wrong, things missing, ridiculous wait time and less than zero customer service when called in to complain. Very disappointing, there is a real lack of authority and experience in the place now.

This is the last time we will ever use this so called takeaway, we live literally 10 minutes away, we have to wait 1 and a half hrs for a burger and kebab. The delivery drivers are amazing, however the management and structure need to arrange an overall service, poor food, poor service and delivery times.

Waited 30 mins in the shop for my food after ordering over the phone, then when I got home pizza was soggy and cold as were the cheesy chips, they also forgot cheese on the burger. Standards have gone right down

Got our order wrong and then ten minutes to sort, which would have been longer without prompting, and then such an inconvenience and staff laughing, ended up going to ciao so much better both food wise and customer service, not the first time been dissapointed with you atlanta

Placed a big order for pizza, kebab, burger and chips. Arrived on time, it was quite a distance but still warm. Gluten free pizza was lush Everyone pleased with their food. Thank you. Will order again when we have a family get together.

So 2 teenager boys serving one full of spots served me a pizza which was shocking and the burger was as if someone had been sick terrible this isn't the first time but will be the last this is why now they are empty because the food is shocking.

I ordered a chicken kebab it had 4 small pieces of chicken in it I did ask if they had ran out but I got no reply so if you are hungry order 2 !! or go where you get a decent portion

Got a £35 pound order delivered and very disappointed gourmet burgers at £6 for one was rubbery and not tasty at all family didn't like the food and left most of it only thing that tasted ok was the sweet potato fries will never order again.

Usually come here for pizza however we won’t be in a hurry to return. Order was wrong and had to go back to rectify the order. We also requested garlic sauce but that never came either. So by the time we are the Food it was cold and bland base. The service was really poor and slow even though there was 13 staff members in. Overall poor experience and would not recommend to others.

We have used ‘Atlanta’ from probably the first day it traded. Never, once had a bad meal. Menu exceptional. Welcome always friendly. Food cooked to the highest quality and standard. Cleanliness is all to see if visiting. 10 out 10.

After ringing 6 times and getting no answer, we turned up at the takeaway and ordered. We were told 15 minutes. 25 mins later, I asked why everyone else had been served, to be told that my order had got forgotten. One man was very apologetic and gave my son a free can, however when got home, the 2 x pots of chilli were one pot, there was garlic which I said I didn’t want and there was onion all over the salad, when I specifically said no onions (due to an allergy). Therefore I couldn’t eat the salad. Very disappointing

We have used the new takeaway on Bodmin rd since it opened after a long wait . OUR FIRST MEAL WAS A WRAP THIS was Cold the chips were ok thenext meal was a burger this had no fillings just the meat . vary disappoined . The takeaway is vary handy a shame they did not made it good .

Food is delicious and staff really go out of their way to accommodate. You do wait longer for Atlanta deliveries but it is because they are so busy- a good sign! We always order early and are never disappointed. The shop is immaculate too.

What a joke. Dropping food on the floor and then cooking it. 15 people training behind the counter. No one knows what was happening. My order was picked up by someone else and apparently it was my fault. No apologies. Will never use it again. Terrible.

We have given this takeaway too many chances to redeem itself and we will certainly not be returning. We have never had a problem with the food which is why I have scored this 2/5 but the service is shocking!! 3 times we have chosen to have this delivered hoping that the last time was just a one off. How wrong we were. The first 2 times we were waiting over an hour and a half for our food despite the website stating we would be waiting 50 minutes tops. The third time is the reason we will never return. It was a Thursday night and we waited 2 hours 20 minutes for our order!!!! During this time we called to ask why we were waiting so long and were told by the young girl on the phone ‘there’s not many orders tonight so we are waiting for a few more before we bring the food’. This was after an hour of waiting. After 1 hour 45 we rang back to be told ‘the driver is on his way’. I live a 6 minute drive away! By 2 hours 20 minutes our food finally arrived. There was no apology about the wait. When opening our order we found our drinks missing so we had to ring AGAIN!! I explained to the girl on the phone that this isn’t the first time we had been left waiting and we were really disappointed in the waiting time. We received no apology and no offer of anything to make the bad experience up to us. I’m really disappointed as this takeaway isn’t cheap. The prices are extremely high for a takeaway in Hull, you can get the same thing at the same standard for a fraction of the price. Sorry Atlanta but you’ve gone downhill for us.

We placed an online order for 3 wraps and chips. We arrived shortly after the online order system said it should be ready. The person at the till looked puzzled. He walked around the kitchen and found the order slip but the person grilling never looked at it. I wait. 3 more people who placed online orders walk in and their orders aren't ready. Nearly an hour after the order is placed and 20 minutes after I arrive I ask what the delay is as I watched them make the wraps and they were sitting under the heat lamps? "We're waiting for your free garlic bread." "Garlic bread" is a pizza crust with marinara. If I hadn't paid online when I ordered I would have walked out. At least 3 orders went out for delivery and the 4 of us who were picking up were still waiting. The food isn't bad but they're so disorganized. A "wrap" is a shell tossed in a container and filling tossed inside. This was our second try with Atlanta and I doubt we'll be back. Both times they orders were ready far later than promised. For a takeaway only shop they need to get it together.

Have used Atlanta before and this last order just as good. Perfect Pizza for my wife and a huge amazing mixed Kebab for me. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks Atlanta

The food is very tasty and the delivery time is pretty good. Just not as good as if used to be. Still I will look forward until the next time I have a takeaway from here.

After having a few meals from here it was all good but tonight atlanta it was rubbish. After it being half an hour late the chips were soggy and the pizza base was clearly undercooked.Sort the staffing issues out if you can not cope with demand.

Shame that if wouldn’t pick up our post code on just eat for our last visit . Pizzas good and Kebabs nice although on a number of occasions have had salad or sauces missing. The ordering via just eat app is hit and miss

Takeaway delivery is always fast. Pizzas good and all the usual toppings. Just let down a bit that they seem to forget to add all the items for mixed kebabs on orders. Often missing sauces or salad from order. Not sure if this is more the person taking the order rather than the people cooking it. Otherwise good takeaway

Atlanta has always been my takeaway delivery of choice and I overlooked the odd wrong order as it always provided excellent quality and value for money. A 50% rise in the blink of an eye of the price of my favourite order and some very late deliveries - one over two hours late - unfortunately means I will now be going elsewhere.

Great food, great prices and all delivered by Dishy Danny the delivery driver. That man is an absolute stud of the highest order. I will continue to order from here in the future.

From day one we have always used this takeaway. Food is prepared in easy view. Staff are always well presented and helpful. Delivery to your home is well organised and always hot.

Ordered from here to pick up as it's not far from where I live. They said the food would be ready in fifteen minutes (it is cooked to order) and when I arrived they were true to their word. The staff are really attentive in the takeaway and they genuinely seem interested in you and your day which leaves a sweet taste in the mouth.

There seems to a lot of bad reviews. This is not my experience. I was staying at the Village hotel. I phoned for a kebab to be delivered. There was no problem delivering. It arrived earlier than expected. Driver curtious and very good. Kebab excellent. It was huge! Next time I am in Hull and want a kebab this is where I will go. Thanks guys!

We have had a few takeaways from here and there has always been some kind of mistake but we chose not to complain.Last night 24/3/18 we spent over £35 on a delivery and both pizzas where wrong!! We requested deep pan and recieved thin.We ordered on just eat app and it gives you the choice of deep pan then the next choice option is hand stretched or regular so we picked hand stretched but to ensure they did deep pan I rang and explained what had happened when we had ordered deep pan ( never got it then either) The young girl said she would write deep pan on the ticket.You would think that a human being who writes deep pan on the ticket would overide a printed ticket but no we recieved thin pizzas even though we rang!!!!! We then ordered a chicken kebab average at best and not worth the money plus you only get a choice of one sauce and they forgot that too so a really really dry kebab after waiting for 1 hour!!! I rang to complain this time as you can eat in a restaurant for £35 (so not a cheap takeaway) and I felt the food was appalling.They offered me nothing for the mistakes they had made and as for the girl who answered my call on sat 24/3/18 she put pay to me ever using Atlanta again.She proceeded to speak to them ( left the phone so i could everything)about my complaint in a manner that was not professional and by her tone and rudeness and sniggering I knew I was not going to get anywhere.I had been warned about Atlanta from a disabled friend who refuses to use them now after how awful they had been towards her once.I wish I had listened and also read some of the reviews on here before giving them more of our hard earned cash.I told them that I would be writing a negative review and I will not be ordering from there again.So all be aware the are not bothered about their customers nor is the girl who takes your order!!!!!

Shocking. 3rd time now and it's disgusting. More fool me. Been local tried to give benefit of doubt. But no. Food order wrong 3rd time. Cold 3rd time cold food 3rd time. Stay away

Delivered two cold and inedible pizzas, one hour late. So awful so we put them in the bin and had a bowl of soup. Will never use Atlanta again - a ver bad mistake

Ordered our food from just eat,it came luke warm and it was missing a meal for my daughter.still sat here waiting for it.Not impressed as it was a treat that we really couldn't afford! Shame as we have ordered there before and enjoyed it...what's happened!!..

This is a mixed review over two separate occasions, we don’t eat too many take aways so I think of them as a lazy rare treat when we do. At one time I’d recommend this place it used to be great, fresh hot food etc etc. The last two orders were both wrong, Luke warm and just not nice, as well as asking for no spice on chips etc and to get it delivered with loads on. The first time I though maybe a one off but second time it was even worse we ended up having toast for tea!

After looking at the funky website and extravagant menu I was expecting a high ter standard of food. VERY AVERAGE! The delivery was quick, Pizza wasn't bad but everything was bland

What A joke... order placed at 1643 delivery finally turned up at 1825!! rang shop to ask apparently KC are updating the phone lines so they didn't get the order despite it being via their own website ( they then ring up asking which free item you want!!!! - after waiting 60 minutes, show it wasn't even cooked.) delivery driver turned up saying its your won fault, we gave you everything, i rang the shop asked for the manger who was conveniently out on a delivery as well, told he would ring me back, and delivery driver then laughed ans said hahaha--- DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEIR A JOKE!!!!!

Normalmente no se un gran fan de la comida para llevar, pero pedimos una selección de aquí y me quedé impresionado por la comida. Yo opté por una hamburguesa y era realmente bueno. También pedimos una pizza de entre nosotros, las patatas fritas, algunos lados y postre. Todo llegó rápidamente y estaba caliente y también celebró en un pan de tomate con ajo. Usted puede ordenar en línea, lo cual es una ventaja. Bastante impresionado y sin duda volveremos.

Pedimos un festín de carne y 2 porciones de papas fritas de camote. Bien empapadas las patatas fritas. No cocinado y podría probar todas de patata como si no estaba preparado! Eran pasada como si se han sentado allí todo el día sudando! La pizza era horrible, todos los ingredientes se cayó mientras recogiendo un pedazo! Era tan grasienta, el cuadro era como un chip de pan! Muy decepcionados, ya que los precios son más altos que la mayoría de comida para llevar, así que me esperaba algo más. La próxima vez elegiré dominos.

Gran comida para llevar, decir la calidad de los productos utilizados. La comida siempre llega rápido y caliente. No es el más barato, pero vale la pena el dinero extra.

Marido y yo después de un par de niños shandies quería una pizza sucia. Nos recorridos a pie, y fuimos a la barra y pedimos una pizza rellenos con corteza. Después de pagar dicho recibo la corteza rellenos, uno en la caja cuando fuimos a la recepción dijo corteza rellenas. Llegamos a la casa, abrió la caja y era corteza de peluche? Fue bolas. Cara de Palm. Deberían haber antes de salir de allí. Hay un buen número de personas que trabajan en Atlanta, pero aparentemente no hay mucho que pueda leer. Venga en Atlanta, solía ser genial, conseguir tus cosas (ED) juntos. Si los empleados no incluso conseguir una simple orden justo, ¿qué están haciendo trabajar allí arruinando su representante previamente una vez estelar?

Having used Atlanta on many occasions, I feel that since it reopened it is not as it used to be..We tried it tonight giving benefit of doubt only to have no pitta bread with the meal and running after the delivery man to inform of of this, and then to find the longest dork hair in my food. .... bork .....l am not happy at all, ring them ? Why ? Waste of time

I've been ordering my takeaway from Atlanta for over 15 years now and I have to say, I'm so disappointed with the gradual decline in quality that has been even more noticeable since it reopened after the fire. Not once in the past 4 deliveries has it been as we ordered!! Started small like the salad not being as requested e.g delivered with onions when we asked for none. This I can deal with. Last night we ordered as a family and the delivery was missing a doner kebab, previous missing items include chips, garlic bread, cheese burger. It's pot luck what you actually get. We won't be going back

Took ages to deliver, the only nice thing was the chips. The pizza looked nothing like picture on menu. Ordered Italian thin base but got a thick doughy and burnt in parts base which was awful. Wont use again

Turkish, Pizza's, kebabs that type of thing. Huge portions - odered £9 special and was easy enough to feed 4!!!!

Be prepared to wait up to 1 hour and 30 minutes! Ordered through just eat, given an estimate delivery of 45 minutes and was still waiting. Called the restaurant two times, both times the advisor didn't even seem to know about our order. Given false promises 'the order will be with you in 15 minutes' and we're still waiting 30 minutes later!

Liked the look of the glossy leaflet posted through the door as its not that far we decided to give it a try.NEVER again took 45 minutes to arrive( monday night 10 mins journey away by car) . The chips were cold and soggy. pizzas wernt much hotter.... all had the same base dispite one being an Italian. The garlic bread and coke was completely missed off as was the sauce offered with every pizza. The brand new to menu cookies was very greasy. On ringing to ask for missing items no apology was given only the insinuation we was lying..On the plus side when missing pieces did arrive man did apologise and the garlic bread was the hottest part of the meal. Shame all if wasn't the same.

We don't eat a great deal of takeaways just now and then for a treat, we have had pleasant good from here in the past but the last twice they have got my order wrong and it's been just Luke warm so quite disappointed really. It's now put me off eating anything from them again now.

My wife and I have been regular customers of Atlanta, usually collecting rather than getting them to deliver. I've not previously been unhappy with the food or service. After they reopened following a fire, we quickly returned and all was well. However, last night, I ordered food on the phone and went to pick it up. On arrival, they'd only made one doner meat and chips when I had clearly asked for two. This was quickly sorted out but when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the food was cold. In addition, the salad really didn't taste nice at all. One of the items in the salad tasted like a very bitter garnish. I'm not a garnish / salad specialist, so I can't identify what it was but it put me off eating any more of the whole salad. Very disappointed and I'll probably go elsewhere for my kebabs.

We ordered and paid online and I turned up 3 minutes early.Our food was cooked and waiting but even though I produced the printed 2 page confirmation of our order it took the 18 staff another 9 minutes to decide which of the pile of cooked food was ours.It was cold.Not good enough. The owner was present but it appeared that about one half of the 18 staff had no idea what they were doing.Won't rush back.

So before the reopening was a regular at Atlanta with no complaints but since reopening have had a collection and a delivery orderCollection ... Food on point but long long wait only to find when I got home the order was wrong but had waited that long was hungry and really past complaint about missing items Delivery ... Waited for eternity for delivery was told 45 mins then called back after one hour to be told ... On its way ... Still waiting Cmon Atalanta sort it out there's enough of you working there #tomanycooksspoilthebroth

We recently had some friends over, when I say friends it was the misses' sister and her odd partner. Anyway to make the night go a bit quicker we decided to have a take away, we usually use somewhere classy like Meze but because of the company we went to there level and had at Atlanta. We didn't have a menu so we went on line and trawled through the menu on there website, lots of stuff that that sounded nice but I was suspicious of what laid ahead. Non the less we rang up and ordered, to be honest the person we spoke to was lacking in social skills and clearly mental capacity but non the less we re mortgaged the house and order our mass of horse. We was told it would take around three quarters of an hour, which by most people's systems mean 45 minutes. We then sat down and watched one of the crappy old family guys that they keep showing on bbc3, the one where stuey and Brian go abroad and sing, terrible.Anyway, an hour later we had no food. So being the man of the house I asked our lass to ring up and complain. Thankfully she's angry as hell all the time so she's always up for arguing, usually about the most inane things like I haven't set the washing off, or left the baby at the shops. So she rings them and goes level 3 on them, and they said it was on the way so we accepted and was told to wait another 15 minutes. We put the phone down and continued to put up with our company. The child was asleep thank god so a bit of peace from her moaning and defacating all over the show. However I digress, the time passes slowly and we was now onto police interceptors. Now we was at the hour and a half time, so this time our lasses sister rang up, she's not as angry, a bit more diplomatic. On the phone the guy who claimed to be the manager gave us the same schpiel about it being busy and everyone wants to eat here and blah blah blah, anyway long story short he said we'd get 50% off. Sadly he couldn't figure out what that amount was so we went and found a calculator and explained that our £25.00 bill was now £15. He agreed and we say and waited once again.Over two hours later i was proper brimming and it was time to give them a right ear bashing, so we told our lass to get on the phone and go mental. Because shes unhinged she shouted at this poor lower IQ'd kid who we had on loud speaker so we could here her boarder line crying. I'm actually getting bored of writing this now.Long story short it eventually came, cold, burnt and the chips where moist, the kind of moist that makes you think your in there but when it's chips it bloody gross. Anyway, wouldn't recommend. Id rather eat my own dog, and he has skin allergys. Other then that is probably use them again.

we ordered but was not asked to pay, the lad we ordered from did his best to ignore us (he was well out of his depth), we asked another girl for help who took our order again ad we paid her…( so at this point we actually think we had 2 orders in the pipeline!). after nearly 30 mins waiting (nowhere to sit and my wife is disabled). a girl came over and said they would bring our order to our car so my wife could sit and they didn't know how long it was going to be. we agreed and went. at this point i left as we were in different cars. another 30 mins passed when a girl went to my wife and said the order was messed up! she ordered again but asked that we get something to take the edge off the messing around. in the mean time it turned out my wife's car battery went! she popped back in and asked for any help which no one was quite frankly interested at all. so the order came but waiting for the AA to sort the car so by the time we got the order home it was stone cold…..just to recap we actually ordered 3 times and blow me the order was even wrong…my pizza was on the wrong base as was the wife's and it didn't have an added topping she asked for…..my pulled pork pizza was really good though i have to admit.i emailed and facebooked atlanta about our experience which they said they were going to reply straight away…we have heard nothing and intact my message to them on fb seems to have been deleted!! quite simply we won't be back and since we were regulars and my wife had gone here for years as she was brought up locally but all round it has been the worst experience we have encountered.

Have used Atlanta 2 for a couple of years and love their burgers. Pizzas are pretty good, too. They also offer a pretty quick delivery service, , which also has cans of beers and wines on the menu. Happened to call in recently though and found the service at the counter less than we would hope. The guys cooking are fine, but counter service very disrespectful and almost insolent. The Atlanta 2 take away menu is very wide and has so many different dishes. Only down comment on the food is the thin 'stringy' chips.

This place has been around forever- and there's a reason! Simple, great pizza's and they deliver alcohol which is perfect for those nights you can't be bothered to head back out!

Firstly our order was incorrect and when i phoned up to complain i was basically told oh well and it was implied that i got it wrong by a checky little boy.Secondly i then had to ring back again because i worked out by using their menu/price list that i had been over charged. The telephonist /order taker just talked over me and tried to defend himself with prices and numbers which was wrong so he just looked very stupid and wouldn't listen to me and got quite rude when he realised himself that what he was saying was total crap.Thirdly the manager then came on the phone and again talked over me very abruptly and angriliy and would not listen. He just wanted to tell me what had been order and what was on his screen. After telling him i knew what had been ordered cos i had ordered it his voice started to raise a few more decibels so i put the phone down as i was not getting anywhere. I will never use this place again and DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone unless you want poor and very rude service. THEY CAN KEEP THE £4+ POUND AND FOREVER BE KNOWN AS THIEVES AND ANGRY SILLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS.

Just had a Doner Kebab and "alleged" mixed kebab special delivered after waiting almost 2 hours from ordering and it had something missing A-G-A-I-N ! We were told delivery started at 4.00 pm so had expected c 4.15 pm, rather than 4.40 pm given Sunday traffic and found that there was no pitta with the £8.20 mixed kebab special which was very frustrating, given that a previous one came without salad and that this was the second to arrive without a pitta so wasn't really a kebab in the end . . . GGGRRRRR

All I can say is the food from here is great, we were visiting Hull and went on Trip advisor to see about takeaways in Hull. The reviews are spot on, the delivery was quick and the kebab really tasty. If I'm in Hull again I will defiantly use Atlanta :-)

I love this place, you get what you order for a start! I often find with takeaways that they forget to put something in you ordered. They are trying to compete with dominos I think with the fancy crust pizzas etc. great quality food. Very big menu. Have some great offers too. Big thumbs up

Great take-away menu, really generous and tasty portions but worth going on a Friday or Saturday night just to see a team working so well and efficiently together. If there is another take-away where the staff work harder than these guys... they probably do it at gun-point.My friend Lee Langman also recommends it! :)

Atlanta was the best takeaway in willerby. With a new start to 2015 increasing their price and purchasing lower quality food. Chips are soggy and undercooked along with wrong order and missing items. So disappointed, what happened to this place!

Took 7 minutes to take our order over the phone only to take the order wrong and deliver wrong items, on top of that it was all stone cold anyway, won't bother going back

We were a regular customer to this this takeaway as the quality of food is good. Saturday delivery too 45 minutes to Brough (very good delivery time) but delivered completely wrong order, rang up and told they would send the right food out asap, an hour and a half after advising wrong order still know food, they said they printed the wrong ticket and delivered it to a neighbour (I checked with the neighbour to find out it was a lie). We agreed a full refund upon delivery of the right food, delivery came, no refund offered, the driver called the shop to check and the manager said 'well they've got some food haven't they?' After arguing he offered £10 back of the £14.10 order, I said I wanted a full refund and we ended up settling at £14. 4 hours after initially ordering we had eaten, the food was nice but the customer services and managers attitude mean I won't be spending my £360 a year at this takeaway!

Ordered £30 worth of food for Xmas eve treat for us and kids , order turned up within the promised hour but half of order missing, rang in to complain and guy sent other items with no apology for us to find an item still missing!! Rang to ask for them to send refund for that item , please don't bother posting leaflets to us if you can't even be bothered to deliver correctly

Ordered a 16" spicy beef pizza and fries for delivery. It was extremely noisy in the background and the person taking the order was finding it difficult to take my order correctly. No estimation of time was given as to how long the delivery would be, but after 30 minutes I rang back to chase it. 3 times they got my address wrong, and then I was told that it was already on its way. As I live very locally, I assumed that it would be with me within 2-5 minutes. After about 15 minutes it turned up. The meal was luke warm and the 'spicy beef' was somewhat sparse. Such a shame, as I have used this takeway regularly and normally have a good meal. Will think twice about using them again!

I have used Atlanta on several occassions recently and the quality of the food is consitently high. The burgers are flavoursome and there is a choice of relish and you can have it with our without salad. The chips are delicious with lots of chip spice.The pizzas are top quality with lovely soft bases that always appar fresh and good quality toppings.You may pay a little bit more than other takeaways but the extra quality is worth it.

We had family round and ordered food for everyone. I called personally and placed a rather large order (over £30) for a takeaway. When I called the phone was answered and the first words I heard was wait one minute. A man then came back on the phone saying "hello?" I responded "I like to place an order for delivery please"then the man said one minute please and went off the phone again for a couple of minutes.When I finally started making my order I requested two calzones as they come, a mixed kebab, two chips and finally a half and half pizza, one have pepperoni the other downer meat. I requested that the donner side have no onions as the person who's pizza it was could not eat onions. He didn't acknowledge the request on the pizza so after he took my address I reinstated the no onions request and asked if he had that down to which he said "yes yes yes no onions, do you want anything else?"Long story short food came and the pizza had the onions on. I called to complain and the put on hold thing happened again! Then he said we will send you another out, no apology, no offer of anything to apologise just put the phone down, then the phone rings "can you not touch the pizza and give it to the driver please. I suggested "no because because the persons meal is spoilt already but he's going to eat the other side so he's not just sat there waiting, the phone then got put down. The pizza came half hour later but as you can imagine by this point it was pointless.I can't lie and say the food was horrible because it wasn't, it was ok, the chips were great and the two calzones were nice, the kebab was below average and poor in size for the price.To sum up, with the very poor customer service and the average food and expensive price tag this is a place to miss out. There are so many lovely takeaways in the area, so please don't bother
