ordered buffalo wings and chips pressed the double up button when it arrived no chips rang shop they tried to claim you I must have ordered it without chips eventually agreed to send me chips which I finally got 25 mins later when my chicken wings were stone cold

Over 2 Hours for Delivery a phone call would be nice to know somthing is wrong or busy don't even want anything now, that's a long wait. Food is Freezing never again

The food is great as always but the drivers ignore the delivery note. We have a newborn in the house and just want a text instead of knocking at the door

We usually enjoy their food and our go to take away. We are usually given a recommended hour delivery but we get everything ready expecting it to arrive upto 30 mins earlier.

Hardly any pulled pork and the food is burnt

Didn’t turn up was told it was being delivered and in transit but obviously wasn’t. Pathetic service would not use and left refund process to me to sort and just eat site goes round in circles for a refund.

Food is good as always but the delivery instructions were completely ignored

The burgers and chips tasted lovely, however the garlic bread with cheese was cooked too long, resulting in too hard to bite and chew !

Absolutely beautiful New York Pizza with black olives and pineapple extra. It was delicious delicious and extremely well presented our chips were red hot and we enjoyed everything. Customer service from the telephone to Delivery was excellent too.

Cold crap.rang to complain waste of time. Have used before ,but after recent conduct never again 😕

The food was great, the free garlic bread was a really nice touch as always and the delivery was right at the very end of the time slot

Ive been using Atlanta for a while and gave them a chance after their 1st mistake. But tonight beats it all. Cold food burnt food, wrong order again and took an over an hour to delivery even tho the app said he left to deliver 30 mins previously. Dont waste your money here, terrible service, no idea of food quality, and just dont care about loyal customers. Image is supposed to be a Donner Burger.

Pizza was burnt. Nachos was missing salsa and jalapeños No garlic dip No tomato and garlic bread.

Food was amazing! Shame it was late glad it was still warm enough to eat

The food was perfectly early. Large portion sizes for the price. Chips weren’t over or under done. Doner meat was a little over cooked but not enough to make it bad and the free tomato garlic bread was a nice addition.

The pizza was nice and the burger was ok, I didn’t like the burger relish, the peri chicken wrap was awful, so salty it was not even edible unfortunately, the sauce needs a rethink , if I order from here again I’ll avoid that

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Out priced yourself out of the Market. It's that expensive I would never return if the food was twice as good as anywhere else then maybe you would accept paying more money but this is not the case it is extortionately expensive you'll have now alienated the customer never to return to you. you should realise in these hard times that people are struggling you should not charge these ridiculously high prices. If you want customers to remain do not rip them off! Instead of being a pleasant experience with your extremely high prices is that expensive nobody will return to you the quality does not justify the extra expense you are way too expensive and even if you were a millionaire you would not want to pay extra money for this service. Your prices Have become offensive. Sorry but this is the truth from the customer you are extremely expensive and you might think well why did you order from us then well the answer is from the customer we will not return. Your delivery driver did not even deliver to our front door! Need I say more we are paying extremely high prices yet not getting the basic service. Extremely high prices and non-delivery to your front door, twice as expensive as anywhere else, ask yourself this business owners, what customer in their right mind would return??? DONT RIP YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF OR THEY WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK AND YOU WILL GET REVIEWS LIKE THIS.

Forgot the garlic yoghurt on a kebab- fuming

I'm very disappointed seriously, yesterday I ordered pizza for me and my friends but the pizza was sooooo small that even a 5 year old will eat that and still not get full, you guys should really improve because that was very disappointing and embarrassing for me

Terrible service - parts of the order were missing. When I phoned to query this I was told that they had “ran out of dough” to produce said missing item. Absolutely dreadful with no remedy offered.

24 carat rip off. I can get 100% better quality than that and is not poison food that they see absolute junk food which also contains MSG and etc eyes may be deceiving don't trust what the gift of the gabs says and becareful of cross contamination

Food was perfectly on time and the food was lush ! Really enjoyed trying corn dogs for the first time and my smash burger with waffle fries were tasty ! Didn’t expect the free garlic bread either ! Surprised this place has bad reviews to be honest , it made me hesitant to order but I wanted to gain my own opinion and I’m glad I didn’t judge based on the reviews ! :) I ordered a day ahead so if anyone had issues maybe try that 😊

Ordered a 16' Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza, waited over an hour and a half to receive a burnt pizza with absolutely no stuffed crust. Pizza was no where near up to standard as well as the delivery device. Will most likely not return to this takeaway.

Ordered at 18:30 and stated delivery time was 19:50-20:10,which is fair enough for a Saturday which is a busy night. But it was then 20 mins after that the food arrived it was burnt (obviously kept in oven to keep warm before delivery) and was luke warm at best needless to say we were very hungry at this point and disappointed when it wasn't hot so therefore wasn't nice to eat, reheated pizzas but chips don't reheat well and sweet potato fries were limp and soggy. For an order that cost over £30 (with delivery) this is unacceptable in my eyes and having used this takeaway several times before would not have expected it as all previous orders have been either early or on time during busy periods and good hot food on arrival.

Friendly welcoming staff, modern kitchen, very clean, newly renovated premises, serving a wide range of traditional fresh foods, from pizza, shesh Kabab, pulled pork natchos, smash burgers in a brioche bun, corn dogs, mac n cheese, range of deserts, wines, beers, and soft drinks. The food tastie, and very well portioned, and the prices are grate, very fair..

Very upset with tonight's order. I have had it before and it was lovely! But tonight the chicken was pink and the full order was cold. I called the takeaway prior to writing this review to ask if they could re send my food and ensure it is not cold and if I can swap for another side has the chicken wings was not cooked properly. The reply was 'even the chef said it wasn't cold' so basically no I have taken photographs and sent them to just eat. I am digusted with the food and the customer service! Me and my partner will not be ordering from here again.

Food arrived early, but the smash burger was unedible as they decided to add cheese to it even though its not listed as an ingredient and was not selected as a topping. Due to allergies, it meant that I could only enjoy the small potion of waffles fries. Not the first time items have been either missing from the order or have put sauces on food that has been asked to be sauce free. Think they need to pay more attention to the order details, especially when dairy is such a common allergy. Won't be using them again in a hurry, sad really as they used to be great.

Absolutely amazing tomato garlic bread and chips my mum doesn’t particularly enjoy pizza however she loved this one. However I’d recommend you swap to a different vegan cheese as the one you have doesn’t taste very nice however over all amazing food.

Food wasn’t nice at all chips weren’t cooked properly, pizza was stale and the chocolate calzone was disgusting had little to no chocolate and no bananas as stated and was a ridiculous small size wasn’t happy at all left hungry as didn’t eat, won’t be ordering from here again

Been getting Atlanta over 20 years…. Soggy chips, dry pizza. The standard has dropped tonight. No chance the owners were working this evening.

We realised our doorbell wasn’t working and we missed the order, they remade it and sent out fresh again when we rang up chasing the order, we paid the delivery man again, but fair play to the takeaway they didn’t charge us, very impressed 👍

Ordered 16 inch bbq steak stuffed crust with large chips and Nutella calzone, got a free garlic bread. Definitely one of the best takeaways in Hull, not sure what the other reviewers are talking about ours was spot on.

First time we have ordered from here and we are all very impressed. Food was piping hot and the quality of the meats was spot on. We will be ordering again that is for sure.

Only ordered yesterday and was so nice but tonight was appalling to say the least. Forgot drink and sauces, chips were rock hard and the chicken kebab pitta was absolutely soaked and soggy couldn’t even eat it. Won’t be returning

Ordered at 5:50pm, delivery arrived 8:15pm! Over two hours from ordering to delivery and an hour and half later than the estimated delivery. I contacted the shop twice and was told the first time it was on the way, the second time I was told it was still in the shop and they had taken too many orders on... Really disappointing because had I been told the truth in the first place I would have picked it up. Such a shame because the food is nice, just need to manage expectations with delivery times and be more truthful when a customer contacts for an update.

Trying to get served here is like a scrum. Girl behind the till totally ignored me and served three other people who came in after me, pretending I wasn’t there. Happily served my boyfriend though, so not sure if it’s an issue with being female. Food is decent but expect to battle as if you’re in a bar and deal with ignorant staff and other customers.

Over 2 hours 15 to receive a kebab 8 miles away and it was Luke warm and the chips chewy rubbery. Not good.

Think this place has changed hands and NOT for the better. The Chicken supreme pizza used to be amazing and a real favourite but after getting the last one, we will not be returning. The garlic butter was vile! Measly toppings and overall an unpleasant taste! After 2/3 bites it went in the bin! Needs a rethink

Always order from atlanta, love their food, this perticular time the delivery messed up but all good as they sent another out with an apology too! The woman on the phone was very helpful! And pizza is spot on as always!!!! Thanks guys well worth the wait.... (this time) with every other time on time 😋

When you order a 'large' portion of cheesy chips for £5, you expect more than a small handful of fries.....rang the shop directly to complain to be told by the girl on the phone that "that is how the boss told her to do it"..

Waited 2 hours for order … because I complained to Just Eat, Atlanta cancelled the order and didn’t let us know ! Never again !!!

Some of the order was missing, called the restaurant and they brought it but it was half an hour later. Food was ok but theirs a lot better around. Won’t be using again

Should have read the reviews before ordering!! I placed an order via Just Eat, restaurant confirmed and gave a timeframe of 45 minutes to an hour… food arrived in just under 2 hours. I had paid extra for cheese stuffed crust, didn’t get it. The pizza was supposed to have chilli on it, didn’t get it. I was supposed to get a free side for orders over £15.99, didn’t get it. The food was cold, and the base was stale, like the food had been sat on the side for an eternity before being delivered. Never again!

I would recommend, but this is the second time that my order wasn't right. I ordered a doner wrap meal and didn't get my drink and last time I ordered the same and didn't get the extra garlic tubs I ordered. Would appreciate it if I actually got my full order next time
