The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

great place dont know why has such mad reviews really fun to go with mates and fast service and quite cheap day out for alot of yum food

After adding all the items I wanted to the shopping cart using the app, I was unable to place an order due to issues with being required to create a KFC account. Sk I then kept the cart open on the app and drove straight to the order terminal. I asked for a “Zinger box Beal with 2 hot wings with a supercharge dip”. I drive around the the pay/collect window. I am told that will be £10.49. Not the £9.49 shown in my cart. I query the price and physically show the shopping cart the items I wanted. The girl explains that delivery prices are different. So I tell her that I’m not wanting a delivery, I wanted to use the drive thru but could not pay due to issues. She then went on to tell me how other customers who order via a pickup sometimes pay less. But doesn’t really know why. So I then just give up and pay. Guess what ? After driving away and parking, I open the box to find she has given me a, “Fillet tower box meal with hot wings.” So even though physically ordering this initially via the terminal and then showing her the items I wanted, they get it wrong. And also paid extra for their mistake. They are absolutely useless useless useless.

Chicken wasnt fresh and was way too greasy and oily. Almost vomitted while eating it. I would not overall recommend eating here.

Ordered a delivery and as always from this perticular restaurant half the order was missing, is it so hard to check a order before it goes out?

Ordered food which was ok, parked outside, saw a young lad in full Mcdonalds gear pull up in a black Corsa, parked in the disabled space outside, spat on the floor as he went inside to clearly start his shift, absolutely disgusting on both parts, won't eat here again if that's how there staff behave.

Took myself to KFC tonight gets to order my food, manager called me Love in many times to inform me there's just a chip and pin service only. Been like that since march, no evidence on Web site. So I had to wait a further 20 mins to drive through to get out of the dam place.Manager attitude is crap, she declined to give her name. Refused cash. Also on Web site its says closed at 9pm yet by 8pm shut. So called security guard who could not speak English just grunted Shut.I certainly will not eat here, atrocious none existent service.Thanks nick

Once again KFC Chippenhams standard falls far below what is expected, i had fries with two chicken fillets, the fries where soggy and cold and one of the fillets was cold the other one was warm will be switching to another fast food chain, very dissapointed

Waited for are food for nearly 2hrs on a Sunday afternoon which was soggy and cold when we got it, couldn’t even get the order right, this was a family meal for my husbands birthday, I am absolutely appalled at the service that was provided, would never ever use these again, food was not even that nice.

Loved Mc Ds strawberry milkshake, Bought one drank most but left about 1/4 when I went back into kitchen 2 hours later to throw out the liquid from milkshake but it was foam ? What the hell is in it never again will I buy Mc Donald’s Plus got fillet of fish waited 20 mins but fillet of fish was so overcooked and dry wasn’t no mayonnaise or sauce Worst ever ,

I visited here a year ago and gave it one of the worst reviews I have ever written. I’m back today as we are staying in the Travelodge above this restaurant. Only other eatery is a McDonald’s. It must have improved so let’s give it another go. How wrong was I! Trying to order at the counter was almost impossible as the server could not understand what I was saying. It took several attempts to get it correct. Long wait for food. Food never came together. Drinks and fries arrived minus the chicken. Exactly the same as a year ago. Wait of 15 minutes. By then fries were cold and drinks were flat. Just don’t get how bad it is here. Must survive from transient trade.

Visited this evening for food not knowing what I could eat due to pregnancy and Brad confirmed that the boneless banquet was perfect. Really lovely gentleman and great service. Will be back

Absolutely dirty and disgusting. Small popcorn chicken is always half full, like literally 4 pieces for ridiculous money. Staffed by children who on grand national day stood around a laptop watching the race and ignored customers. Food order is often wrong and cold and I imagine its a proper hygiene risk. Wipe your feet on the way out.

Don’t waste your money £4.50 for a large chips the portion sizes are shockingly small the batted sausage was cremated I had no intentions of cooking this holiday as I really needed a good brake away I think my plans have just changed rapidly such a shame

Still absolutely dreadful. Food still cold, and order incorrect. So many justifiably terrible reviews, but nothing ever improves.
