KFC in Bath and North East Somerset

Absolutely dirty and disgusting. Small popcorn chicken is always half full, like literally 4 pieces for ridiculous money. Staffed by children who on grand national day stood around a laptop watching the race and ignored customers. Food order is often wrong and cold and I imagine its a proper hygiene risk. Wipe your feet on the way out.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Food arrived cold and soggy, they tried to blame it on the driver but I watched him arrive, leave straight away and drive straight to mine within minutes. They're just leaving the food on the side to stew. Money wasted, buttoned me on the phone as soon as I explained that I watched the driver. Take some responsibility!

I seem unable to leave a sensible review as we had a KFC take away tonight 25 Nov 2023 through Just Eats and we have been repeatedly disconnected by both. We ordered three meals. On receipt one was missing altogether and the other two were stone cold. We have been unable to contact either KFC, or Just Eats, but this is unacceptable by both.

To say that this restaurant is terrible would be an understatement! Ordered food on Justeat waited over 2.5hrs for delivery, tried to call over 10 times to cancel order but nobody answers. After 2.5hrs order was sent out only to have driver put order down as delivered after being parked 5 minutes away for over 10 minutes. If you want to actually eat, do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

Terrible place and terrible service. We went in around 10pm, most of the self service kiosks didn't work. Finally found one that worked and ordered and paid for an extra gravy. When I finally got given my food there was no gravy. When I asked for it I rudely got told they had sold out, so I asked for a refund and got to told I would have to have corn instead. I had to argue for a refund and eventually got to speak to a manager who refunded me. Food was cold, only had about 6 chips and was just all round tasteless and bland. Don't know what's happened to KFC but I used to love it, but can't bear going to the Bath branch anymore.
