On a bad day the music in here will be louder than a concert, you can't hear yourself think. I don't know if someone complained but last time I went there was no music. That may well be down to that or simply that it was DJ cashier's day off. The food is the same as any KFC in uk, it's gone downhill and this restaurant can't be blamed for that, they literally just heat the food up. KFC chicken does not taste the same like it did 20 years ago. The pieces are smaller and the price is higher, always a NO NO. The chips are quickly becoming legendary by how poor they are, why change from the McDonald's type ones, there was no problem? One has to wonder if this is to save money somehow. Anyway this shop has staff in it anyone with an IQ bigger than 50 would want to avoid, and they are cooking your food, oh God!

Just awful, ordered on their app. Missing items twice on the run cold food stuffed into a box too small, when I complained about the missing items they said it's nothing to do with them and I have to take it up with deliveroo. When I complained to deliveroo they asked for a photo of the missing items and the receipt (which wasn't supplied with the order) and without them there was nothing they could do

On visiting recently, the tables were filthy. When I mentioned it, I was told, I’ll clean them when I get chance. Hygiene unfortunately in the seating area is not kept on top of. The food was fine.

I asked for a few paper napkins & wet wipe towelettes to be included with my Just Eat delivery order but this simple request was obviously too difficult for the dullards & buffoons who work at Wallasey KFC to understand. I have now come to the conclusion that their KFC NVQ certificates do not stand for National Vocational Qualifications but instead mean Not Very Qualified! The staff are incompetent and illiterate. We will not be ordering from this branch again no matter how hungry we are. I would rather go hungry or gnaw my own foot off!

My food was ordered to be delivered by Uber-eats. When it did not arrive, I rang to make enquiries. Basically, I was told that it wasn’t their responsibility and that I should complain on the Uber-eats app. When I did so, Uber-eats point bank refused a refund. So, I paid for food that I didn’t receive and went to bed hungry. Thanks KFC.

I’ve never waited so long for a snack box staff where very rude got told that deal only apply online when I buy them all the time mini fillets where unbelievably mini compare to usual will neve come here again

I would not recommend kfc in liscard.. their staff are aloud to smoke weed on their break. Staff are aloud to go into work whist they have tested positive for covid.. one coughed on chicken while they had covid.. absolutely raw....

This has to be the worst KFC in the country especially if you order for delivery the food arrives cold the orders are wrong felt like the chicken had been on the shelf for a day or two. Customer service is appalling when you call to make a compliant. Stay clear of this KFC.

Ordered off just eat - order incomplete rang to complain and to rectify mistake staff and manager both rude and basically unwilling to help - Will never order from here again

Went for a nice meal and my girlfriend found I worm in my food and then my girlfriend found mouse droppings all around the floor the chicken was raw I would not recommend this place at all

Was yelled at by member of staff that only 3 people allowed in store at a time, which I understand considering the situation we are in. But me and my partner made it 3 people in the store. It was the people behind us that made it more, but he didn't listen. Hand gel dispenser also didn't work, which is what could be said about the staff, as this is not the first time we have had problems in this branch. Done with this place.

Ordered over the app and went to collect my order, Delivery bikes and riders all over the front of the restaurant and 2 impatient bike riders inside waiting for their orders. Got my order pretty quick to be fair but when i got home there were once again missing items. This is the third time in a row that my wife has wanted a KFC and i keep trying to put her off because of the mess Liscard KFC make of the orders. I am not prepared to waste any more money in that establishment as i think i am about £7 out of pocket because they don't check things and then stick and checked sticker over the bag. The staff are to busy getting the deliveries sorted instead of sorting customers in the restaurant. An ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES AS USUAL FROM THE WORST KFC I HAVE BEEN TO. Go to McDonalds or Burger king if you want the food you have ordered as they know how to do things right.

ordered 5 meals through deliveroo at 7.45 pm it turned up at 9.15 with 4 meals foned kfc shop and a snotty woman on the fone was rude and didn't wanna sort out our problem the food was cold and will never ever go to kfc in wallasy or use diveroo

Shocking, Took over an hour for the food to arrive when it did it was lukewarm and not very decent. Avoid at all costs

After reading the reviews I felt a bit reluctant to order a delivery but thought I would give it a go.. and unfortunately yes you guessed it we had fries missing from the orders chicken was also dry and was £2 dearer than the Liverpool shop will never use Liscard shop again 👎👎👎👎

Not happy at all I waited 45 minutes when it told me 20, soon arrives it’s the wrong order I have 3 items missing they gave me a zinger burger when I ordered a tower up burger, I order pop corn chicken, mini fillet strips and my flaming wrap absolute joke wouldn’t recommend ordering from here

Ordered from this restaurant via Just Eat. Told there was a 35 minute wait. Two and a half hours later and 4 calls to Just Eat and still no food. According to Just Eat the Liscard branch is now refusing to answer the phone! Shocking! KFC have just lost a lifelong customer.

Don't know what this kfc does different but the food is decent the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Other kfcs could take a leaf out of liscard kfc. Gravy is bang on

Very busy it’s just been renovated so it’s lovely to stay in and eat your kfc the snack boxes are handy for the little ones on £1.99

Terrible from start to finish, went to KFC liscard for a 10 piece family feast takeaway, gets it home and they had given us the wrong order so had to take it all back to get the correct order which obviously didn't best please me to then get the correct order home and find the whole meal was really poor, chips were cold and over cooked, chicken was all very very dry and a real disappointment plus the gravy was pretty watery and tasteless!!! Normally don't have a problem with this store but today was a total let down, not happy

Put my order in. What ive noticed in most Kfcs is the staff forget your drink order and last time i was in they dorgot completely and forgot to put the gravy in. Went back staff are messing about spraying surface cleaner at each other.

Placed my order as did the two young men in front...half our orders came out asap but the rest took another 10 mins so half very cold and the other warm ..not impressed

Turning customers away due to having no burger buns.Tried charging me extra for chicken that comes with my meal and instead of speaking to me about the issue, the staff argued with each other about it behind the counter.When we sat down for our food there was a long grey hair in it.Staff undertrained and don’t care.. staff member “Amy” was too busy talking to her friends instead of customers.

Tends to be fairly consistent quality here. I ask for certain cuts of chicken, I won’t tell you what they are though in case everybody gets the same and next time I’m left with no choice but the drum sticks.

I had two pieces of chicken with nothing else. £2.99. The chicken was very tasty. I sat inside because I had gone there to get away from the traffic. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Good, cheap snack. Did just what I wanted.
