Took myself to KFC tonight gets to order my food, manager called me Love in many times to inform me there's just a chip and pin service only. Been like that since march, no evidence on Web site. So I had to wait a further 20 mins to drive through to get out of the dam place.Manager attitude is crap, she declined to give her name. Refused cash. Also on Web site its says closed at 9pm yet by 8pm shut. So called security guard who could not speak English just grunted Shut.I certainly will not eat here, atrocious none existent service.Thanks nick

Many times I was disappointed with KFC cleanliness and quality of chicken. Usually I am buying chicken from KFC in Ashton-under-Lyne and toilets are filthy and chicken very often is too oily however on Monday I had the worst experience in KFC in Failsworth Sission Street, Manchester M35 0FF. I went there with my family and order bargain bucket with 10 piece of chicken and while I was waiting I went to toilet and almost I was sick on the floor. The smell of piss in the toilet was shocking. I mean even toilets in clubs doesn't smell so bad I was almost sick on the floor that's how disgusting was that and I even said that loud when I left toilet but so one from the staff seems to care about that.When I left toilet I noticed as well that tables looks very dirty so I decided to take that food away away and I said please pack the food for me because its too dirty here to eat in that restaurant with my family.That was not the end of drama unfortunately.So please imagine me spending £ 19 for food and being not really able to eat it because chicken was not fresh. Me and my mum noticed that chicken stink like is old. My wife and son decided to not eat that either so in conclusion because I was too hungry and couldn't be arsed coming back there I threw chicken to the bin and cooked dinner for family.I am not going to come back there ever again however after seeing complaints on google about that place I was wondering why you are not doing anything regarding that !!!Food Hygiene department should close that place because its the worst restaurant I have ever seen !!!

I order pop corn snack box and only ever get half a box, EVERY other KFC you get a full box. They also like to charge you £3 instead of £2.99. Staff are terrible and always miserable.

Filthy and rude lazy staff. Firstly went to drive thru and told ‘won’t be a minute’ waited 5 minutes and no one came back to window so went in the shop. Everyone depressed and miserable staff not friendly at all. The restaurant was old and dirty. Never again

Wednesday night and only two customers in store. Waited for 15 minutes to be place an order and still no contact or engagement from staff. One girl running around for Uber Eats orders and no attention to other customers. Walked out without eating. Did use the toilet too, that smells as bad as the service.

After waiting 5 mins to place order via the drive thru, then waited a further 10 mins to get actually served.Food was cold and horrible, hair in drink and to top it off my order was literally thrown in my face by a member of staff.Will never return.... Avoid

Service was terrible, went in with some mates after school and only told us AFTER we had ordered and payed for the meal that we weren't allowed to eat in. It was raining and cold outside and no where to sit, fair enough if we'd done something wrong, but we hadn't even sat down yet. If you're gonna build a KFC near a school, at least let the kids eat inside. It's discrimination if you don't, if they're being disruptive then that's fair play, but give us a chance first before you kick us onto the street.

Went to the drive through to give it a try - took over 10 minutes from taking order to being given food, food order was wrong (missing gravy); and the mini fillet burger was in the bag minus any wrapping, as that was at the bottom of the bag with the lettuce and half the chips which had been put in the bag upside down. Staff are rude, no please or thanks, no acknowledgement of the customers. This branch needs shutting down, I am raising complaints with KFC directly.

Me and my friends were having our lunch as usual, and first I was waiting 20 minutes for my food first of all. And when I got my food it had salad on and then I took it bad and got a fresh one right away.

Sort of restaurant that when you have a craving for KFC and when you get it you are disappointed. Good staff and would vist again.

I’ve always said I would never go back ignorant staff who need customer service training as they hand you the food without saying nothing went in tonight for my poorly son and yet again wrong order and what I was given he wouldn’t eat it anyway so annoyed so from this point I will not be going back manager needs to give the staffs head a wobble

Went through the drive through and after getting home, realised we’d been given incorrect items e.g breans instead of gravy. Had to drive all the way back & was give free popcorn chicken. Got home and daughter had finished eating. Not happy

Been to this kfc a couple of times to see if it’s a one off that they serve dried out chicken but no.. chicken never juicy.. always dried out / rubbery or rock hard

Wen some years ago and was scrufft and food poor. What a change clean welcoming and the food excelled I had a great meal and was very happy.

This kfc gives all kfc a very bad name I will never ever go to back there again what a waste of money. First there was no mini fillets ok far enough so I ordered something else when I got the food home it’s was disgustingly dry definitely been sat in the sham a lot longer then it should be and the chips was really cold. The staff didn’t have a clue what day it was. Am sick of wasting my good money on rubbish food there no was nothing at all finger licking good about that food

Called here late afternoon been once before and thought the same so don't know why we went back. The place looks so scruffy rubbish everywhere and tables not cleared. Staff looked like they just can't be bothered not welcoming at all and even forgot to give me my change. The food wasn't brill so will definitely try somewhere else next time. Kfc definitely gone down in it's standards.
