McDonalds Star City in Birmingham

Ordered food which was ok, parked outside, saw a young lad in full Mcdonalds gear pull up in a black Corsa, parked in the disabled space outside, spat on the floor as he went inside to clearly start his shift, absolutely disgusting on both parts, won't eat here again if that's how there staff behave.

DISGUSTING,, waited hour an half for mcflurry and 2 apple pies and even got that wrong!!! Its a circus and you get served by clowns!!!

Service was fast Friendly Staff. When I got to the Table and opened the Food the Fries did not look that tasty. But looks can be Deceiving. They tasted great.

The fact I’ve worked in hospitality is leading me to believe they are purposely messing up my orders I know the Uber eats and delivery machines show the customer names and sometimes address there’s no reason for everytime I order for it to be messed up Really disgusting behavior Whenever I phone up the manager is always rude too Taking it up with head office

Orders from Uber eat yet agin can’t get the free sauces phone up and whoever is on shift is telling oh just don’t order from us then so I will be contacting head office in the morning customer service isn’t hard and putting sauces rhat are free also isn’t hard I’ve made a note of the time so we can pin point exactly who was working

Waited 30-40 minutes for a small amount of food in the car park. Awful service, will never go back. Worst McDonald’s, avoid if you can.

Ordered in Uber eats Didn’t get my sauces Uber eats claims they aren’t on the menu but they are I phoned over 15 times no answer Had to get a taxi to star city to get my sauces I’m gonna off my self I don’t get my money back it’s a cost of living why can’t get my free sauces

Destroyed and wetty bag, no balsamic dressing for salads, instead ice creams we received bottles of water, no straws for drinks. Order for 18,5 pounds, we received refound 6 pounds. Never again order from this garbage place.

Just have a look at the pictures!! Ordered at the drive thru. Imagine my surprise when I got home and looked at the burgers! IF I ever go back there, I'm going to check the state of the burgers before I leave. I don't give a toss if there's a queue behind me. They can bloody well wait!

Got there at 9pm and the whole of Star City was very busy with most of the restaurants having queues outside waiting to go in. There was a queue inside McDonalds so there was a wait but the food was cooked and it filled the gap until breakfast

This must be the slowest “fast-food” place in the whole of Britain I have the pleasure of getting it regularly as it’s the closest food place to my work and every time without fail they take at least 15 minutes (usually longer) just to put a burger and chips in a bag - complete joke If I could leave a review of less than 1 star I would. First time I’ve felt compelled to actually leave a review it’s that bad

If I could give less than 1 rating I would. Ordered last night around 11pm, they kept delaying my order until they closed at 12pm. I rang them up and the shift manager was waffling on about not taking orders after 11.45pm when I kept explaining to him I placed it 11pm. We was just going around in circles. In the end he lied and said he did not receive the order and kept trying to fob me off to just eat, bare in mind I was getting updates saying the delivery driver was “picking up the order” and just eat would only give updates based on what the restaurant is telling them. The manager was lost, worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Ordered through Uber eats, received half a drink and upon requesting a refund for the drink, they have the cheek to issue me a 10p refund from a £20 order!! Out of principal I've now opened a claim through PayPal. I will be damned if they can be rude like that and get away with it!!

Please don’t visit this place, been twice and has been the same both times. Undercooked food rude staff poor service and fast food it is not took ages to get ONE meal

The whole branch needs to go on a training course to learn how to speak to customers. The impression given by members of staff is that they are doing you a favour just taking your order. As a customer facing business you would think they would want members of staff to speak to customers with some respect but if the managers don’t do this themselves what are we to expect from the CA’s. Absolutely appalling every time I have visited. And I have unfortunately had to visit often as this is the closest one to me.

First time I went to get a hot chocolate. It was pure water. One member of staff was not polite when we went back to sort the matter. However, the guy was very nice and sorted it out for us. And this time the hot chocolate was wayyyy better! Why wasn’t the hot chocolate made like that the first time around? I suggest you always mention to the staff to add some extra chocolate powder/sauce to make sure you get it right the first time.

Fui anoche a este McDonald's. Para ordenar en nuestra comida tomó absolutamente edades y luego cuando llegamos a la ventana de pago. La chica ni siquiera dijo "hola", sacó la máquina de tarjetas por la ventana, asumiendo que estaba pagando con la tarjeta que afortunadamente estaba, esperó a que hiciera tapping / puse mi chip y mi pin y literalmente me fui. ¡Ella no habló! Vinimos aquí a las 9 am un sábado por la mañana con un exigente niño de 2 años que solicitó nuggets de pollo. Hicieron todo lo posible para hacer sus nuggets de pollo a pesar de que era demasiado temprano. No se puede culpar al personal o al servicio. ¡Este es el McDonalds más amigable en el que he estado! One time I asked for a fish finger happy meal, took it home only to find that they’d given me nuggets instead of fish fingers. On another occasion I ordered a filet fish meal and it was that cold I honestly thought they’d taken it out of the fridge, but really, it must have been cooked at least an hour ago it was that cold, oh and lastly, there’s never ever any ice cream at this location. I left this place feeling robbed because they charged me the full price but gave me food which was that cold it was inedible.

Bought my children happy meal from here and their chips were cold. Ice cream machine seems to never work which isn’t a surprise anymore. Last time I’m visiting here.

Well everytime i visit the icecream machine and milkshake machine is not working. This every week.someone should give them an engineers no or train staff how to use the machine

Honestamente, este lugar solía ser una piedra preciosa con excelente servicio al cliente y administración.No sé durante los últimos meses ha sido totalmente deshonrado con el personal, totalmente grosero, desagradable y completamente ignorante.Ha habido problemas con la máquina de helados y las bebidas frías que se niegan a servirme y que en varias ocasiones durante un período de tiempo, así como a los amigos que tienen este problema. Puede decir por completo que no quieren volver a llenar la máquina, ya que puede ser una molestia, pero vamos, eso es parte de su trabajo. No hay rendición de cuentas en este lugar y la comida ha ido totalmente cuesta abajo y realmente solo me decepcionó cuando las quejas a McDonalds ni siquiera recibieron un reconocimiento de que habrá mejoras o incluso recibir una respuesta habría sido bueno para decir que se verán en ello.

Llevé a mi hijo de 8 años a Star City y después de jugar un rato en los salones recreativos decidimos tomar un descanso y tomar un almuerzo en McDonalds. Estaba muy ocupado, pero eso es de esperar durante la mitad del trimestre, así que esperamos que una mesa se volviera gratuita y pedimos nuestra comida. ¡Me senté en una mesa interactiva que mi Hijo adoraba! Señaló a una familia que estaba esperando y me dijo que necesitaban una mesa y casi dio a entender que deberíamos irnos porque ya no estábamos comiendo. Nuevamente le expliqué que solo teníamos que terminar nuestras bebidas antes de regresar a las salas recreativas. Mi hijo tiene autismo y, con eso, está bastante tranquilo. No hay forma de que yo pueda irme con él hasta que haya terminado su bebida porque, por lo que a él respecta (y con razón), no había tenido. Aún no terminó su comida, independientemente de si esa es la parte de la comida o su bebida. No es culpa nuestra que este restaurante no tenga asientos adecuados para hacer frente a las multitudes durante los períodos más concurridos. Bueno, para empezar, la mujer en el camino fue grosera. Pedimos un gran Big Mac pero nos dieron uno normal y no nos dieron el grandioso. ¡La mujer que daba la comida era grosera! very disappointed with my big mac meal..chips were very dark in colour and some floppy...they tasted awfull so i left most of them,,however i did give my opinion to the manager that it was either a new oil they used or it needed changing...wasnt offered any discount for my next meal...just a thanks for letting him know..i won:t be returning

went here for a quick bite to eat with hubby we always as a happy meal each with hot chocolate server said we dont do hot chocolate with happy meal ? have coke i told him we always have hot chocolate where ever we are he said you dont here so i said why not he said never have done dont know why its different here to anywhere else ? we went to find a table bit scruffy looking loads of rubbish man sweeping up said have this one will clear it as we waited someone knocked into hubby with our tray and knocked his ice cream cone off onto the floor so i went back to the counter and told them could we have another and could someone clear it up in case anyone slips looked at me as if i gone mad after 5 minutes someone cleaned it up so wont be going back to this one again as staff dont give a dam

La comida no era bueno aquí hamburguesas estaban escaso gusto, mal ensambladas. Patatas fritas estaban buenos. Mis amigos no disfrutar de su comida. Algunos era frío cuando salí de allí. No volveremos otra vez.

El viernes noche concurrida ordenados 4 mcflurry, pedido y recibido en un momento oportuno. cortés y amable personal. Un gran servicio.

We'll this is one of the first reviews, I would say, where I will never go back, we came to have breakfast on the 28th June 2014. Never again, we ordered breakfast and had to ask for a knife to spread the cream cheese, and a spoon for the porridge and then the cream cheese wasn't even put on the tray, the person serving, wasn't interested, and when mine was ordered it came stone cold, we asked to speak to the manager, and she didn't seem to give a dam, and two words I'm sorry. Don't bother visiting this place, because service is terrible
