Visited this evening for food not knowing what I could eat due to pregnancy and Brad confirmed that the boneless banquet was perfect. Really lovely gentleman and great service. Will be back

Was shocked to see staff cooking with their coats on (one in a leopard print fur coat!) They did not know they were seen, looked totally unhygienic. Also juggling wraps in hands. uggh. Enviro health need to visit this branch asap!

Pop in on my lunch break and ordered 2 pieces chicken meal box .one each for me and my friend with extra gravy and corn on the cob. Didn't think to look in the bag before I left . When i did get back to work and opened my bag,, the corn on the cob and gravy were missing. This meal cost me almost 12 pounds .so I rang them as I didn't have time to go back. No answer all day so give up . I will not be using this restaurant again .It's a rip off.

After finishing a long shift at work I really fancied a KFC for a quick tea... as it states on the website “open until 11pm everyday” I assumed this would be the correct times. I arrived at 22:10 to be told everything was shut and no chicken was on. If KFC’s closing times are now 10pm then they really need to be updated on the website as it’s wasted my petrol and time. Hope to get a response regarding this.

Big sign up saying they open at 1030am however when you try ordering inside or drive through the staff tell you they dont open until 11 apparently they are losing money from 1030 till 11 I find this hard to believe as there were 4 customers wanting to go in however drove away as they wernt open until 11 this was through the week too waited until 1110 and still wernt open it's a joke.

Ordered box of 4 mini fillets but received 4 fillet burgers covered in mayo and didn’t realise until I had driven home and checked the order. Also had to wait 10 mins for the food

Drive thru shut temporarily so I exited my vehicle on my 30minute dinner break to make my order. Staff were already in a fluster because someone had just changed there minds form a Coke to a diet Coke post-transaction. They seemed to get frustrated with each other raise there voice to confront each other at the till point (supervisor?). The restaurant was not busy.Eventually i get my order and get back in my car to get back to work (late on my 30minute dinner break) - only to find my rice box had no Cesar dressing and the chips were missing from my meal. I order this particular order 2 times a week on average. No issues usually - so I fail to understand what was different about how i asked for a rice box meal this time to cause such confusion. My drink was there so I must have payed for the meal?

Stopped going to this restaurant months ago after it became more than a joke when there were items missing from my order NINE times in a row!! Was on first name terms with the manager as started to ring every time and he would give me a code to collect missing items next time I went! On my 10th visit I went inside to order-and they still managed to get the order wrong (though I checked before I left so had it rectified). Went back to drive thru tonight assuming it would have tried to improve its terrible reputation ...and got home to missing item again!! No-one is even answering the phone (it cuts off after ringing each time). Safe to say I won’t be back and that this writing of my first ever negative review is more than warranted!!

We waited for ten minutes to be served at this KFC although no queue, and no apology or explanation as to why the delay. Tasty enough meal but really poor management and counter staff. I’ll not visit this KFC again

I like kfc food but at this kfc they just can’t seem to provide the same service and food quality as all other kfc’s do, every time I go through drive through they get order wrong and miss something out, It got to the point where I had to check everything and tell them what I still needed (every time) and on top of that most of the times the chicken would be dry, I now use Washington kfc which is managed ten times better

Been here a few times and orders have been wrong final straw was sent son down for their orders and a boneless dipping banquet we got a boned banquet we rang up to complain and recieved attitude son then went back and staff were rude to him again we complained and were told the staff on question had been disciplined no real apology though

I hear many stories about rats etc at KFC but the Felling KFC always looks clean. Service is either really good or pretty poor, but food is a good standard.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We waited ages to be served in an empty restaurant. When we were finally served, there was no tango and no crushems. After checking our order with the young man who worked there, we found the woman on the till had got out order wrong. We then had to pay more and were greeted with appalling customer service from workers who evidentially have attitude problems. Got home and our orders are STILL wrong. Pathetic.

Ordered a rice box with a large Pepsi Max trying to be healthy and they served it with large chips. Yep, large chips as part of a meal deal. Loads of staff in and it was quiet yet every single table was dirty. I actually had to clean my own table. Definitely the worst KFC ever.

Literally signed up to trip advisor just to leave a review of how awful this KFC is. I'm sure it's just run by someone who doesn't care and they're running it into the ground. I'm not sure why I keep going back, maybe I just love hotwings too much, but every time I go there's a problem . Here's a list of the issues I've encountered in a 6 month period: No Chicken at all, yep no chicken at KFC , being told there wasn't any chicken cooked so it would be a 25 min wait, after I had ordered a snack box a 17 min wait for it, no chips , no large cups so you got 2 small ones but with a coffee cup lid as there were no lids. I swear I've been once where my order actually came to fruition without incident. I'll probably try it again in a few months, but it really is stultifyingly bad and I'll drive 20 mins to one further away which is actually good.

Even the overpriced meals and ridiculously slow service are eclipsed by the woman on the Drive-Thru: she is the rudest, least helpful person I have ever had the misfortune to be served by, making no attempt to hide her contempt, and tutting and rolling her eyes at every simple request, even at being asked for a nutrition sheet (which my diabetic son needs to allow him to calculate the right amount of insulin).

2nd time visited here in six months and on both occasions they managed to get my order wrong. On the first occasion a few months ago the lass inputted the order wrong 3 times before I had even paid. Then when I got the food it was still wrong.

I have to say I was disappointed when I found out the breakfast menu here is basically the same stuff you get at McDonald's, but after giving it a try the little differences make it worth it. The cajun hash browns are delicious and the sauce you can get on the rolls adds a nice touch, even if it is quite a strong flavour that overpowers most of the rest of the sandwich. Liked the biscuits too.

2 women working 1 barely doing anything and moving very slow and the other just walking back and forth around the shop. Waited 15 minutes to be served and just before it was my turn some one else walked in, the lady and the customer obviously knew each other because they started talking, then when it was my turn they just skipped me and went to this women who had just got there. I left without being served and will not be returning in the future. Serve the customers who have been waiting longest as opposed to skipping everyone for your friend. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant atmosphere.

Forget the drive through. Trapped in a queue for 20 mins. Not enough staff and once your in the line you can't get out. Will never visit again
