Parts of my order were missing

The food was stone cold! I was given medium fries on a large meal. Will not reorder

THEY FORGET MY SAUCE AND ITS COLD

Ordered 2 Minecraft meals for our kids only received 1 toy all that money and 2 really upset kids I'm so disappointed

didn't get a straw for my drink. Was missing my sauces, which I paid for. My banana milk shake was a bit thin and gloupy

Got sent the complete wrong order which was at fault of the restaurant not the driver as it had my receipt attached

Stated 15-30 mins delivery, over an hour later this was received. The driver was rude and the food was cold

driver got lost about 4 times even when he was in my street, good was freezing and can only describe the big Mac as a plain burnt but somehow still cold plain cheese burger that a 5 year old had cooked, complained and was pretty much told to fk off

McDonalds fall from grace needs to be studied. 10 quid for a meal that ends up in the bag looking like it owed someone money.

Have used this mcdonalds for a while but have to say the standard lately of what is advertised and what you get are far apart. The last triple cheese burger i got was a squashed affair and looked pityful with contents all over the place and the chip were luke warm and floppy. it's obvious there is no care in the making of these items and are no longer a cheap eat, long story short i go to Burger King now they deliver a better product mostly. ps, I wish i had taken a snap shot of the last offering for this review to show the reviewers.

I'm really disappointed I've ordered three fillet o fish meals for my autistic sons, they will only eat with the curry sauce...no curry sauces were delivered and all three of the drinks had no straws. attention to detail is very important for children with additional needs...now iim going to have to drive to the nearest Mcdonald yo pick these things up....food will go cold ,what a disaster.

Had me waiting at the bottom of the street for a while, then when I found him he was in a whole different street!

Delivery driver rang and refused to bring food to my 4th floor flat even though there’s a lift. I have 2 young kids so coming down went an option. Shocking service

I placed the order in advance by almost 4 hours to be delivered at 6.35pm. however it did not arrive until 720pm. How can this be? They had 4 hours notice!

Slowest MacDonalds I've ever been to. Waited over 20 minutes for a hamburger and cheeseburger. The food was sat there getting cold, there weren't enough staff serving. When I questioned the wait and the fact it was meant to be 'fast food' I was treated rudely and informed that Macdonalds was actually no longer fast food???

Really busy!!! Cramped inside the people as it took 50 mins to take my order. I sat down and I ordered a mc rib. At this time it was out. I asked, got it and it was over flowing with barbecue sauce!!! So sticky and I couldn’t even eat it. The fries were alright but never comming here again. I love the metro centre but this place is a no for me.

Cold food, would never order again

The food was cold when it arrived. The coffee also didn't have the lid fully secured which regretfully was hot and spilled all over my shirt.

Driver said had to go back to restaurant for something to do with the order. And had trouble finding my address. So my meal was stone cold. Very disappointed with this service

there was 2 hash browns missing and there was also eggs missing out of my mc muffins and they were cold.

I ordered a Big Mac with lettuce onions cheese and ketchup but…! I DIDNT GET MY LETTUCE WHICH MAKES THE BURGER SOOOOOOO GOOD. AND MY CHEESE WAS ON THE BOTTOM BUN WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE ON THE MIDDLE BUN. Next time make sure I get my lettuce!!!!

It was fairly busy as expected. But I didn't wait that long. Enjoyed the big mac and tables were clean.

Kept pushing the time back. So what was quick food was not. Got delivered an hour and half later. Was freezing cold. Also ordered a latte, which was luke warm and 3/4 full. Absolutely shocking really. Put me off using Uber Eats moving forward.

I ordered a large meal but lately McDonald's fries are getting fewer and fewer, i may as well have saved money and ordered a medium meal. this time the fries barely filled half the packet, - McDonald's could you please actually fill the pack with the size ordered, i did check the paper bag and none had fell out so i was disappointed

I waited for my food outside my door, the delivery driver turned up and knocked at my neighbours door facing my house. I explained that that was my order, he then argues with me telling me it wasn’t. I got a notification saying my food had been delivered and actually hadn’t

Nearly £5 each and then milkshake was like water in density bit thick as usual. 35 years been going to Maccy d’s very disappointing with their profits they are still taking every penny then can! no syrup with pancakes which is the main part, and the muffing was disgustingly soggy, I have never ever had an order from any Macdonald's where its been right or correct, surely they can't all be incapable.

Considering the drink I ordered was dropped and completely empty upon arrival, I’d say the quality was awful.

Difficult to find a clean table , floor covered in Spilled ice cream . When we did find a table it was sticky and was near the food waste bins and smelled foul . Food rotten the fries were over cooked my burger roll was even burnt ! Just horrible .

The driver went to a completely wrong direction and I never have a problem with this McDonald’s. But the food was cold and basic uneatable stone cold and very soggy due to being late again this is on fault of the driver not the McDonald’s

Rarely come to McDonalds but attended Metro Centre drive through on 8 May. No fries, no drinks, no chicken meals. Then, having ordered alternative meal with bottle of water drove away to discover they hadn’t put the water in the bag of food! Also service so incredibly slow.

Hello, i ordered a meal on Sunday the 2nd of June. The food was fine, the service was fine, and the atmosphere was fine. The restaurant was boiling hot and I recommend checking your air conditioning but that is beside the point. I am here to talk about how distraught i feel. At the moment there is a event going on where you can buy some fries and feel a little sticker and get a surprise (it’s called Surprise Fries). Today, i peeled the sticker and won a sugar donut! Hurray! I was so excited because i love sugar donuts! However…when i went home and put my code in the app, it said ‘Sorry no donut, enjoy a hot apple pie instead’. I was heartbroken. I was so excited for this donut and now McDonalds was refusing to let me have it. I feel so sad and just mad because of how i was tricked and deceived.
