It's so good I wish I could live here

Food took ages and when was delivered it was freezing cold disgraceful

where cooking the food for an hrs and Courier was still at the restaurant. Eventually delivered but delivery man kept driving passed my door . Never again I'll order for a normal Wednesday afternoon and restaurant always empty when I walk passed it

Fanta frozens were half full Chicken was cold, dry and stale Put tomatoes on the burger when requested none. Not impressed at all. Wont be back ever

After ordering my meal, I collected it at the counter. As I sat down to eat, I had to open the bun to make sure there was two patties in. When you look at the images plastered around the walls they show a nice juicy burger which reaches the side of the bun. In reality the burgers were dry and only about 2/3rds the diameter of the bun. The bun is also described as toasted. In fact it was stale and the only toasted bit was the edges.

bless this delivery driver delivering on a push bike in this cold! I wish this app had an option to give an extra tip after delivery!

Was explained numerous times where he need to be and excuse was am new and said he was near but was on the opposite side of end of the estate

absolutely shocking no kids meal no onion rings dorito chicken wasn't dorito chicken at all just plain goujons experience was appalling will never order from here again I have my grandchild sat here starving and £35 down the drain and still have to cook for the family disgrace

Ordered at 11:25am time kept changing and changing I didn’t receive my order until 13:45 food was all stone cold I had to reheat it and both my chicken royales were not in the order.. I won’t be ordering again

Staff slow and saw some people complaining that food was taking too long and there were payment issues. Deputy manager came to counter and was incredibly patronising to customers who had valid concerns with money being taken for orders that were not being processed. Luke warm food at best and looked like it had been thrown together. Will not be back

food was acceptable. I ordered coke zero but received full fat coke. Fries were warm, not hot. Burger was as nice as always.

This place is consistently good. Consistently! The staff are fantastic - nothing is too much trouble for them. I ordered via Uber Eats. The original driver cancelled collection and the restaurant replaced the fries so they are fresh and hot. Can't fault the service here!! Shout out to Shaunna and Rebecca! Thanks a million to the whole team. Hope you get the recognition you deserve for your hard work and customer service. It never arrived, but claimed to be delivered.

1st time ive received my correct order and on time, just eat this is a improvement but not before time.

Asked to use the loo and was refused despite having a "hidden" disability after I explained I usually have a loo key also felt pressured explaining my disability 100% discrimination and against a humans right avoid!

Didn’t get my suace but a small thing like that did not stop the epicness of the meal

no lettuce on steakhouse burger and no straw for drink

no complaints about the quality of the food however I was missing an item from the order wasn't a large item but still need to take more care before sending them out for delivery

They committed the crime of false allegations of theft. I'd like to remind this place publicly that makeimg false allegations can be prosecuted for perverting the course of justice, which is an offence.

the completely wrong order was delivered yet again. the delivery driver was absolutely no help what so ever and was unwilling to help, and just saying get a refund which at 9pm isn't much help, we need food before having to be back up for work at 4am. it not like we could of ordered anything else. the service is an absolute joke!!!

This is the most disgusting disgraceful service i have ever experienced from Just Eat. I ordered my food at 9.30pm using the Just Eat app, from Burger King Gateshead Trinity Square on Thursday 15th August 2024. The estimated delivery time has kept on changing and changing. The Just Eat App says my food has been delivered, IT HAS NOT. I have never had so much trouble ordering a takeaway iy life. I WILL be asking for a refund.

The delivery driver was on a pedal cycle, ended up getting into a car crash, and still delivered our food on good time. I offered to take him to hospital but he said he was OK. What an absolute hero. Please, all credit to this man. He needs a pay rise for his dedication.

I received the wrong burger. this is not the delivery drivers fault but the restaurant.

Yet again a full meal was missed from our order, phoned the store and was advised by the manager to report it via just eat as a missing item, just eat have responded with they can’t refund me due to the information I have provided, what’s there to provide? How can I prove the item didn’t arrive?? Absolute joke and waste of money! How hard is it to put a meal together for delivery.

We all know burger king is wildly different quality from location to location. This one sits quite firmly in the good enough if everything else is closed category.

Excellent service. Ordered via click and collected and was called out almost right after walking through the door. Everything correct, hot and fresh and staff very friendly and approachable, would recommend!

Ordered delivery from here many times and usually with issues. Most recently I paid extra for a mango loco monster energy, and they sent a bottle of coke instead. The coke was warm for a drink, and the food was cold for, well, food. They usually always get the food order wrong or low quality food, but they’d have to try pretty hard to get this more wrong.

Placed order and when delivery came it was a greggs order. Rang Burger King told it would not be long waited over an hour and still waiting

Don't mind about 10 minutes late, but courier tried to deliver to the wrong address. She called to tell me she was outside, but there was no sign of her. She was in the wrong street which she should have known from the street signs but when I was trying to give her directions her English was not very good. She eventually walked around to the next street to my home. Needless to say food is stone cold and I'm having to microwave it.

the driver just stood outside and didn't bother ringing the buzzer to actually deliver the food ! your drivers are so lazy I'd employ better last time I leave a tip !

Come to this Burger King regularly and always receive outstanding service from the staff on the front. The place is always spotless and food is always served fast and consistently delicious! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

So the food in this store probably has to be the best from the burger kings I’ve been in and the front of house staff are so polite, I’d filled my drink with the wrong drink and asked the lady if I could change it and she was more than happy to give me a knee cup! Will be back 100%!!

Huge disappointment refusing to serve customers at the till. If u are disabled or not tech savvy elderly or struggling then it is a shame mcdonalds is ur best bet, go somewhere else. Refusing to take orders from other customers at the till. Witnessed 4 seperate people walk out cos they couldnt be served. I needed more sauce and was forced to use the machines to order 4 packets of sauce and wait in the que to recive the over priced packets. Out come I am starting to prefer mcdonalds as this has went down hill thanks managment of burgurking your single handed bringing down the company. I will stick to mcdonalds from now on. Other people not happy cos they cant order and some have used the app another 3 people left without ordering. Ordered a coffee it came just over half filled. And they stated this is their quantity from the machines.

Once again been charged for item that i did not receive. I never got coca cola this time, But was charged for it. I'm tired of this happening with different food outlets.

Hi first of all my order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. 30 minutes later my food was delivered and I’d ordered a bacon double xl meal and a kids meal. The kids meal was there but there was no sign of the other meal.
