Food was dry and difficult to eat, no salt on chips and pop arrived warm. I won't order again.

Waited over 45 minutes. Took about 30 just to pick up food so don't know what happened there. No updates given, just sat just kept pushing the time back. Really annoying. Drink was warm.

The delivery driver was on a pedal cycle, ended up getting into a car crash, and still delivered our food on good time. I offered to take him to hospital but he said he was OK. What an absolute hero. Please, all credit to this man. He needs a pay rise for his dedication.

I received the wrong burger. this is not the delivery drivers fault but the restaurant.

Yet again a full meal was missed from our order, phoned the store and was advised by the manager to report it via just eat as a missing item, just eat have responded with they can’t refund me due to the information I have provided, what’s there to provide? How can I prove the item didn’t arrive?? Absolute joke and waste of money! How hard is it to put a meal together for delivery.

Worst BK I've ever visited. Rude staff that dont want to help & they wouldnt issue a refund for the disgusting food I received. The kiosk is also terrible, long wait times and not user friendly at all.

Never any sauce every time but lovely food

We all know burger king is wildly different quality from location to location. This one sits quite firmly in the good enough if everything else is closed category.

Staff were amazing, I needed help at the kiosk and the lady was extremely helpful. Food was as good as always.

Excellent service. Ordered via click and collected and was called out almost right after walking through the door. Everything correct, hot and fresh and staff very friendly and approachable, would recommend!

This place is consistently good. Consistently! The staff are fantastic - nothing is too much trouble for them. I ordered via Uber Eats. The original driver cancelled collection and the restaurant replaced the fries so they are fresh and hot. Can't fault the service here!! Shout out to Shaunna and Rebecca! Thanks a million to the whole team. Hope you get the recognition you deserve for your hard work and customer service.

Ordered delivery from here many times and usually with issues. Most recently I paid extra for a mango loco monster energy, and they sent a bottle of coke instead. The coke was warm for a drink, and the food was cold for, well, food. They usually always get the food order wrong or low quality food, but they’d have to try pretty hard to get this more wrong.

Placed order and when delivery came it was a greggs order. Rang Burger King told it would not be long waited over an hour and still waiting

Don't mind about 10 minutes late, but courier tried to deliver to the wrong address. She called to tell me she was outside, but there was no sign of her. She was in the wrong street which she should have known from the street signs but when I was trying to give her directions her English was not very good. She eventually walked around to the next street to my home. Needless to say food is stone cold and I'm having to microwave it.

the driver just stood outside and didn't bother ringing the buzzer to actually deliver the food ! your drivers are so lazy I'd employ better last time I leave a tip !

Come to this Burger King regularly and always receive outstanding service from the staff on the front. The place is always spotless and food is always served fast and consistently delicious! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Food toon extremely long to be delivered for just one basic meal

So the food in this store probably has to be the best from the burger kings I’ve been in and the front of house staff are so polite, I’d filled my drink with the wrong drink and asked the lady if I could change it and she was more than happy to give me a knee cup! Will be back 100%!!

Huge disappointment refusing to serve customers at the till. If u are disabled or not tech savvy elderly or struggling then it is a shame mcdonalds is ur best bet, go somewhere else. Refusing to take orders from other customers at the till. Witnessed 4 seperate people walk out cos they couldnt be served. I needed more sauce and was forced to use the machines to order 4 packets of sauce and wait in the que to recive the over priced packets. Out come I am starting to prefer mcdonalds as this has went down hill thanks managment of burgurking your single handed bringing down the company. I will stick to mcdonalds from now on. Other people not happy cos they cant order and some have used the app another 3 people left without ordering. Ordered a coffee it came just over half filled. And they stated this is their quantity from the machines.

Once again been charged for item that i did not receive. I never got coca cola this time, But was charged for it. I'm tired of this happening with different food outlets.

Hi first of all my order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. 30 minutes later my food was delivered and I’d ordered a bacon double xl meal and a kids meal. The kids meal was there but there was no sign of the other meal.

This was an item missing from a previous order, I expect a credit for the delivery and service charge on this. This issue was with the restaurant no the driver so I have given them 5 stars.

Item was missing from order, bag was sealed so BK had not packed it correctly. I was credited for the missing item and then re ordered it. By the time the missing item arrived the rest of the order was cold. I am expecting a refund on the cold items and also a credit for any additional service and delivery charges.

Food was fine but missing the cheese is bad from Burger King, and no way of asking for a refund.

I appreciate that delivery drivers do need to make an income however to pick up other orders as well as mine delays delivery times and food turns up cold. I have taken screen shots to show the delivery driver has gone else where before making delivery

Haven't had Burger King in so many years. Have been craving a Burger King and finally got to have it again. Really happy with the quality and taste, better than I remembered! Great quality produce, great portion sizes & taste. 10/10

Ordered for 12:00 (it said 12:11), arrived at 12:30.

Kept changing delivery time and in the end it took 2 hours from time of order to time of delivery and I live about 5 minutes drive from the place a Friday night treat was so dissapointed

I’m not happy with the order you guys seriously need to get rid of some drivers that can’t order a meal without them eating it n it’s a waste of money so what’s the point of people ordering something from Just Eat when all your drivers eat other people’s meals it’s not on so GET RID OF SOME DRIVERS cause I’m not happy at all

Everything is just alright, but not the greatest... Just doing their job... Counter staff will not tell you about current offers running on their app...(which will cost you double the money as offer is either buy 1 get 1 or 50% off) Then suddenly a staff from kitchen comes and tells you about the offer once you have already paid the bill...sad

We did not get the free 9 chilli cheese bites that were offered for spending £25 or more. Despite leaving a note on the order. Poor

The first time ever I get my food and it was freezing cold and I order all the time from here and all I got was 5 pound refund and spent 14.96 terrible

Took a very long time to assign a driver, I was worried that it was going to be cancelled after 2 hours like last time.

No delivery recieved no food. It has been over 5 hours of waiting and still no food. Major dissappointment.

Preordered for a 1pm delivery at 11:56. Just Eat did not released the order until 1pm causing it to be late. This in not Burger Kings fault this is Just Eats fault, I am furious with the service supplied by just eat
