Food excellent,staff very professional and polite. Order arrived spot on time.I would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely shocking, so rude for no absolute reason, women on the phone was so cheeky trying to charge us more. When we asked why the food is so much she proceeds to raise her voice . Absolutely horrible customer service will never ever eat here again

Checked times online said open from 11.30am till 10pm, drove down (wasting fuel) to find it shut, seriously just update your times so people aren't wasting there time driving to a chip shop that's shut.

Need to update opening times ......went twice today......advertised online as open from 5pm on a Sunday......went at 5pm.....closed......went at 5.30pm......closed.....

Fab food, attentive staff, there is a reason this place has queues. Ordered tonight ...delivery was on time and food was piping hot and in vast amounts ....box meals are great value.

Always very good. Think there's a limit to how great the atmosphere can be in a f&c shop. Has a big variety of choice. Great value F&C on a Thursday Special Offer and portions are their normal large portions!!

Absolutely vile I was sick after seeing so many hairs in my food put me off my grandad also had a lot of hairs in his food aswell what makes this worse is I found hair in my sick which made me more I’ll AVOID THiS PLACE

Absolutely disgusting that they discriminate against hidden disabilities.tried to order lunchtime speciel with sauce seperate and told that they cant do that then to charge an extra £2.60 for it. My daughter is autistic and can't have certain foods touching don't think a would use these again and would avoid if you have any disability

Food wasn't good thay give me a pizza base instead of a nan bread that's the second night I have had bad food last night s was re heated up and was chewy and on top of that they over charged me not a happy customer

Absolutely fantastic takeaway great menu, good value for money and proper size portions The meal deal menu is excellent value for money and makes buying for the family affordable Staff are all great and nothing is a hassle The shop is spotlessly clean and covid restrictions in place They do fish and chips on a Thursday for £5 I would like to see other special deal days like Monday kebab day ect If you haven't tyred here try it once you won't go back to your usual takeaway JB low fell xx

Good Friday fish and chips were beautiful yesterday! Also got the fish bites for the first time, I ordered 6 (thinking they'd be small chunks) they were massive- struggled to eat them all!

I went to this fish and chip shop tonight and the food that I ordered was kebab meat and chips with chilli sauce and a jumbo cod and what I got when I came home was fish and chips and chill sauce which is not what I asked for at all.

Ordered a kids kebab meal,burger and bag of chips. For £4 got 3 bits of kebab and not even a hand full of chips for kids meal disgusting also says comes with toy since when is a ruler a toy my child is 2 she looked at me and asked where her tea was there wasn't even enough there to fill her then to top it off they forgot to put bag of chips in bag this is not the first time they have forgot something of our order either defo will not be going to this chippy again

Stopped for food while on a road trip a couple of weeks ago and I was really impressed with what you got for your money. The pizza was cooked to perfection. The kebab meat was tasty (could've been a bit warmer). The chips were devine. Cooked in beef dripping. 😍😍 Next time I'm nearby I'll be calling in. 💥💥💥💥💥

Missed chips with my curry wrap and the wrap was vile the curry was like paste and give me curry instead of mushy pea not worth the money and foods just slapped together

Nice food, clean & reasonably priced. The only downside is that they now fry their chips in animal fat.

Really good value for money and can accommodate for most people. Customer service is fairly good but I have experienced the occasional order being wrong due to busy times. This has literally been twice and by the same member of staff to which I have not seen for some time now. The kids still like to go there each time they have the choice of a good pizza meal deal.

Went there with some mates. Excellent service and food... Best in Prudhoe! The option to have a pizza with two half's, different toppings on each is perfect.

Will never set foot in this shop again. You cannot use your debit card unless you are spending a lot. Was advised to use the cashpoint. Terrible customer service. And the rats enjoy play when you shut.

My and my partner collected a takeaway from Dhillions Golden Fry on 29th June 2019 and I have never been so appalled in all my life I have never seen such bad customer service skills on the front desk and the food is beyond salvageable I wouldn’t give it to people in prison I am disgusted my Bolognese pizza was not a pleasant sight nor tasted pleasant sloppy undercooked dough, oily bolognese and undercooked cheese, I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth I would rather eat in as I make better food myself thinking I would be having a nice night in and nice food I’m sat furious and hungry I hope this business gets a good seeing to because they are pulling the wool over many peoples eyes, DISGUSTED!!!

Never been before and was impressed. Very bright, airy and clean. Huge menu to choose from fish chips,pizza and kebabs plus much more. We had fish and chips they were cooked to order. The batter was light and crisp very nice. Chips large portion fed three of us. Parking easy round the back.

Best fishie in Gateshead probably best ever up till now.lovely food all round.great fast service off all staff.qwick as greese lighting, I was the last ever customer 2018 I got two bag of chips salt and vinegar. Walla they were lush.

The best fish and chips in Gateshead, pleasant staff and fast service. Usually call in on a Wednesday night for our supper, the fish is always cooked to order and tastes delicious. Always too many chips, I try to eat them all but usually fail 😁

I ordered 2 wraps one kabab wrap chips and garlic Second one was a chicken tika wrap She asked 5 times what the wraps were then at the end of it i got a filthy chicken wrap with fatty skin and chips and garlic and the kabab wrap just had kabab nothing else absolutely disgusting doesn't even deserve the one star.

Worst chichen kebab i ever had I asked for chili and garlic to be separate I think they catapulted it in with ban bread soggy and meat didn't taste like any chicken I've ever had all churned up with 2 much solid and coleslaw binned the lot wouldn't recommend it to any one please be aware!!!

Very poor. The kebab meat was very dry (there was no queue, so I am guessing that it had been on the machine a while), so most of the flavour had been lost, the chips were also not great, about half of them had eyes or bruises. The garlic sauce was bland, but it was the best thing about the whole meal, that and the wrap, which seemed fresh enough. I will never go here again, total waste of £4.70.

Thought it was expensive until I unwrapped my whale and chips. It fed two and was beautiful

Shame as its local for us...the wraps however are value for money..I would use again but defo at least an hour after opening or get afternoons heated chips..yak...!!

needs to be ready on busy days with fish but goo staff you wait a long time on fridays for fish to be ready which is a little strange in a fishshop
