We went through the drive through . The order was wrong and the woman at the window was quite stroppy about it. The chips were cold. Overall didn't enjoy it at all.

Ordered a wrap because it was missed out of my previous order and my partner did not have his food, for one wrap it took over an hour to come and the delivery time just kept getting later and later and when the food arrived it was stone cold

order was wrong chips came cold & stale, mcflurry had no topping, clearly not taking the time to get orders correct. useless! only good thing about it was the delivery driver he was lovely & polite

worst experience i’ve ever experienced with mcdonald’s, took 35 minutes to get a drink, portion of chips and 3 pieces of chicken. The food was cold when i received it and items were missing. couldn’t recommend any less.

Consistently struggling to get their app working seamlessly. Appears management may not be technical, but are also not willing to bring external or appropriate tech support to get their app working. Codes are input and cashier is regularly saying it not working. This results in customer paying full price with no incentives or rewards. Much wiser to go to another branch/franchise until McDonalds Cameron Walk sort their lives out. To Duty MGMT - Your staff know it’s not a new problem. This means you haven’t fixed it yet. Do your job. Get the branch in line with the current systems and help maintain your customer base

All food was cold. Sauce’s missing and no straw for drink.

Order never arrived although it’s been delivered somewhere. Now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. Shameful service.

The driver drove past me standing outside my house and into the next street and delivered my order to someone else. Never received my order.

I would like to request a refund for my food. My came freezing cold and wrong and I’m missing a mayo chicken burger with no lettuce extra mayonnaise.

My order was not delivered. Delivery driver came and went behind the wrong street. I tried messaging them and they ‘froze’ the message system so I was unable to send another message. My order said it was delivered 15 mins ago and it’s not here.

Missing item and all of the food was cold. I don’t think the delivery driver is to blame, I think possibly McDonald’s staff preparing food to early before driver is there to pick up.

Usually pretty good and one of the better fast food restaurants for getting warm food. Occasionally they miss something from the order or forget to include the requested sauces. The hot chocolate can also be hit and miss

One the worst Mac Donald’s ever

Burger came with everything on, but only the burger, cheese & bun were requested, not the extras, could not be eaten.

My one and only delivery from here was cold and missing items. My previous 2 visits both took an age at the drive-through and fries that can only be described as soggy and cold. Like they had been cooked the day before.

Fries and dippers had to be thrown away as cold. Fries were also squishy/ greasy. Small given but doesn’t cover cost of thrown away food

Never order on the app for delivery, they use uber eats, ordered a delivery which didn’t turn up, ended up driving to the restaurant to be told there was nothing they can do n to take it up with uber eats, ended up getting the full order while at the restaurant for pick up on the McDonald’s app, so that’s 2 exact same orders, so rang uber eats but they refused to refund me even though I had proof of messages between me and the driver that I didn’t receive the order. Why would I order delivery and then go to restaurant for exact same food. The manager at McDonald’s even spoke to the guy to say id come n ordered the missing delivery but uber eats were having none of it. I’d never had a problem with them before so was shocked that I was made out to be a liar. I’ve sent numerous emails to McDonald’s and uber eats with no reply. I was a good customer and regularly ordered but no more. I use just eat now

Ok so I think McDonlds corporate needs to intervene with this franchise store. It's an absaloute stain on the McDonald's reputation. Service is non existent, once they were pretty good but those people seem to have long gone from working there. (Not surprised) There's an older lady who is so rude and a stressed mess. Food is never hot that's if it actually arrives at your table. I had to go to the desk and tell them to refund my card. They told me my order had already gone to my table, well unless someone was sitting on my lap then no it didn't. (I got my refund) Venue is falling apart, freezing cold (witnessed a staff member warming her hands under the fries heat lamp), roof falling in and most of the seating blocked off. Delivery orders take absaloute priority in this store. You will have to wait because these orders will get done first before yours. Lastly, McDonald's NEED to come out and inspect this store it's so badly ran and needs action taken against them.

Restraunt was freezing, my order wasn't served right but the lady at the counter sorted this very quickly and was lovely about it. The restaurant was plagued by a large group of kids causing torment to the staff and generally being a nuisance however it was apparently clear no one knew how to manage the situation. The temperature inside was next to being outside which made the dining experience very unpleasant, our food went cold in moments. Awful experience.

Update 2025 - most of the staff left in the last year, so it's mostly new management and staff that just aren't efficient. The place is literally falling apart - the front doors are constantly broken, and right now in January there is a hole in the roof and the place is both freezing and half of it can't be sat in. Fairly sure that isn't safe! It's like the owner doesn't care. The hole in the car park still hasn't been fixed, so when it rains it's bad for cars to leave the place. Update 2019 - reduced scores. The have frequent equipment failures now, and that often means they cannot serve dishes. The latest issue today (11th August) is they have no drinks available at all - no soft drinks, no milkshakes. Offering the last of (tiny) water bottles even with large meals, saying they basically need to ration out the water for other customers. They should invest in maintenance or additional machines for redundancy, or at least have some disaster recovery plan in place. Even closing down for a few hours would be a better idea than allowing orders to be taken for items they don't have.

An absolute disgrace at present - shouldn't be open! On our visit: Doors broken, ordering machines not working, ceiling collapsed, seats taped off, toilets taped off, no heating (kitchen staff were literally wearing puffer jackets!), no ketchup, no napkins, fries served cold. You could see our breath inside it was so cold in there! Only thing it had going was the staff still remained friendly, despite the fact they were working in what felt like outside January temperatures. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves for taking people's money in this branch just now.

Took 20 minutes for a hamburger and chips to be made, whilst everyone stood freezing watching the workers move at minimal speed giving out an order every 3 minutes. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to

Waited over twenty minutes for a milkshake, mcflurry and a latte. Latte was half warm, mcflurry melted but the milk shake was fresh! The lass who served menwas dead canny bless her. She was trying her best to save a sinking ship. She had some lad who was playing 1, 2 miss a few order 27, and literally seemed to just do whatever he wanted, with no rhyme or reason. The manager just minced around trying to look busy, when really all she was doing was hobbling about on the phone. The sewting area was freezing cold, dirty and half the tables were closed off with do not use tape? Due to how cold it was, we just went and sat in the car. All in all, as McDonald's goes this one joins Weaterhope on the list of ones I won't go back to.

Terrible Experience at This McDonald’s This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. One of the main doors was closed, forcing everyone to use the other entrance. There was no heating inside—it was so cold that everyone had to keep their coats on. Half of the seating area was closed off with tape, giving the impression of a crime scene. The restaurant was dirty, and to make matters worse, a kid next to us was vaping while I was trying to enjoy a meal with my children. The staff didn’t seem to care. I ordered coffee and hot chocolate—both were served cold. The overall service was poor, and the staff appeared uninterested. The entire experience was disappointing, and I couldn’t enjoy my meal because of how badly this location is managed. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this McDonald’s.

Worst thrown together big mac. Not a great visit. Update 22nd Dec so slow focus is on deliveries not in person customers. Over 20 mins for a breakfast roll. Come on mc ds sort it out.

Broke down in the drive through queue ,managed to get out of the car queue and park up in the car park . The night shift manager lent me some basic tools to try and get my parking brake off but no joy . Eventually I had to be recovered. The manager sorted my parking extended time out with the parking company and offered me hot drinks until I was recovered in the early hours of the next morning. This guy deserves a pay rise for sure , went well out of his way to help his customers. Thank you .

Literally the slowest service every single time, too few staff and too many just eat orders . 35 minute wait several times , easier driving to Blaydon

2 main items missing very unhappy child

Food is as good as any other McDonald's restaurant but this establishment has extremely poor service, around twenty orders waiting and nearly twenty minutes waiting for food. Appalling that they have a single person making the food at such a busy period, then for the people who are on shift to be so impolite and poorly managed is a very big ket down. The ceiling is half missing inside and a very cold inside temperature to the point you could actually see the mist from people breathing. Very poor representation of the McDonald's brand.

My address shows up wrong on your app so my orders go to the next street, I do explain it in the notes on where to park and that they have to walk down. But this delivery when looked at the map the driver was on Milton Road which don't know why? Also my drink was spilt all over in the bag. He did ring and I explained where to go and still went the wrong way, and I ended up walking out to meet him, so my food was cold. This is happening alot so I am not wanting to order through you anymore.

Our food was two hours late and was cold when it came all food was cold and coffees were cold to. Four kids who had to wait two hours for their food. Not good enough when your spending 45 pound

Disappointed that there was no choice of sparkling soft drinks at all. The oasis drink I had to order was not good at all. Food as always from McDonald’s needed re heating as it is never hot enough to eat without reheating. Think I will think twice before ordering again.

Chips missing from double burger meal

Absolute shambles today. Over half an hour to wait, don't normally have to wait that long in a proper restaurant, never mind McDonald's. Had to go up to ask where is it. They claimed we hadn't ordered despite having an emailed receipt.

Like a lot of McDonalds these days they get you to park up somewhere and they bring your food out even though you didn’t ask for it that way. This outlet sort of requires you to drive around again to get to most of the one way car park. If it’s busy you have to Q to slip past new drive through customers. To go park to wait.
