Mcdonald's Restaurants in Gateshead

Half of my large drink has spilled inside the bag and the chips are burger were cold.

This restaurant is THE WORST for not including the dips. This time they forgot the chciken nuggets too! Useless!

Received the total wrong order tried to ring McDonald’s 10 times and got no answer! Someone’s going to be happy with my order compared to what I received won’t be ordering from a McDonald’s again.

I've just received my order, i had it delivered to my address, my order was not complete, the garlic bread share box was missing, I complained and I was told I would not get a refund for the missing garlic bites, I wouldn't mind if it was the first time this had happened but it has happened time and time again with the team valley, why should I be out of pocket due to mcdonalds staff being incapable of getting orders right, I've been a customer of mcdonalds for years and years, I won't be spending my money there anymore, it's disgraceful, I will be spreading the word how bad mcdonalds customer service is.

The food was warm & tasty plus they are finally sell the doughnut

I've just been to this restaurant @0545 £20+ of food ordered via the app & no one could be arsed to take my code off me at the drive through. As I left i discovered why the sound of my car engine woke the girl up that was asleep with her head on the counter she must of tought me very rude for waking her up on my sightseeing trip at the drivethtough.

i want a full refund as my food did not come at all

Not just this restaurant but all McDonald's is slipping food is just warm cold fries and burgers look like a blind person made them

A very busy place drive throughs and inside from 10am till 8pm

Ordered at 1:30am the delivery driver was parked in Newcastle town until around 2:10am didn’t get delivered until 2:39 and came with some brown substance on the side of the paper wrapping on my burger and hair in the burger

Food took to long to be handled to the driver and was cold . Driver delivery time was good 5 stars but the time until the driver had the order was to long and food went cold

Food was cold and had to be heated up. Wont be ordering again

always something with the burgers how hard it is to place all the ingredients inside the burger instead of them being outside and spilled over the paper ?

I asked for all my burgers plain and every one of them came with sauce ect on. I’m not happy none of the children could eat there food. I would like a refund

missing happy meal, one very upset Child driver got lost but was very nice and rang me for directions no sauces with order when you pay over 50 pound for food you expect it all to be there. or at least don't forget the only Childs meal

Nothing special really. Just another McDonalds in the middle of a retail park, so expect the same. Busy through the weekend. Not sure you can ever differentiate these restaurants despite being a franchise. Typical fast food situation. Will always mark 2 stars just because they're boring places. No kids play area but good location if you happen to be in the retail park, shopping.

Food come with bag open and and my child happy meal open with chips missing with was took by driver as seen small child in back of car eating them

This mcdonalds is one of the better ones in the north east. We had 3 meal deals, and were served in under 10 minutes. Nothing was missing, the food was hot, and the staff were great, willing to provide extra sauces. Since this branch is operated by McDonald's themselves, rather than a franchisee, it sets a really good standard for all other mcdonalds to follow. Great staff, fast service, nothing else you could ask for, especially from a McDonald's.

No toy with Minecraft meal - only reason ordered as son had been asking all day. Food arrived cold

Wouldn't bother with drive thru as always get parked up, otherwise spot on.

It was late with mothers day etc but Mcs shouldv managed that with more staff etc. The order came an hour late and was lukewarm. The courier was pleasant.

Placed an order at 10:55 for breakfast but because the staff are that slow it takes them 15 minutes to say the the order hasnt gone through because breakfast finished at 11.

Ordered 950 arrived 1058 delivery time kept changing!

Big Mac was spot on , but the chips were shocking (cold 6), could tell they weren’t fresh ended up in the bin

The apple pie, the milkshake and the sidesald was really nice. But the burger was barely warm. When I took the top off the bun it didn't look very appetising. Come on McDonalds you can do better than that??

The meal was mostly correct apart from the McCrispy which came as the Mc Spice so this meal went to waste as we are unable to eat spice food

Took 50 mins to get our food on the inside. Then when we go through drive through, get told to pull up into the bay, for 20 mins, all for a cheeseburger meal!!! Sort this out. Cold food

Delivery driver got lost when trying to find me. I attempted to direct him over the phone. Could not fully make out what he was saying due to it being an interrupted line (later finding out this was due to him having headphones in to talk through his phone). When he did eventually get to me, his attitude was appalling, actually having a go at me because he could not find it and I did not give him good enough directions!

Some staff have hair ties back but it’s too long and fell out there hair nets

Food cold waited over 3hrs for delivery. No option to cancel order.

All scored as 1 as no option for zero. I don't use the self service boards due to eyesight issues. I stood at the counter waiting for service and was ignored for about 10 minutes before walking out. They were busy at 4 pm but staff saw me and continued working and chatting amongst themselves.. I will never use this McDonald's again

Waiting 25 mins for 2 burgers. Staff are not helpful all the cared about was the delivery drivers showing there phones in their face's

You must have people working there who hate their jobs everytime you order you get a burnt burger. If you don’t like your job then don’t do it simple as. You should have more aspirations in life than work at McDonald’s

this Mcdonald’s is always nice and clean. well staffed and a friendly service. food delivered to table very fast and a nice happy smiling member of staff. food hot and tasty also good value for money. free wifi helps keep my kids entertained. thank you we will definitely be back for a visit. A*

As always, three items missing from the order. Don’t know why I keep ordering from there expecting it to be any different. The bag has an itemised list stuck to it…would it be that hard to tick the items off to make sure it’s all there?
