Never get the right order off these clowns, and when you do it's cold or limp or worse... need ro pull their fingers out it's gone way down hill

I ordered a Big Mac for delivery and it came with no beef patty I tried to ring 8 times and no one answered

Absolute shambles... every single gle time we have ordered from this place there has either been something missing.. food is cold or so.ething is wrong.. they never answer their phone when you try to call.. the staff are absolutely clueless.. how hard is it to read an order off a screen and put it in a bag.. we are lucky these people are just dispensing food and not medication because there would be multiple deaths on their hands if that was the case. My advice.. go to burger king instead.

I’m very angry I did order and I have like 2 hours waiting my order isn’t come ,I was calling the lady are cut me the call every time I wanna cry for what what she do to me just because I don’t speak good English just when she know I m nor from here I never will order there again I hope it’s going dawn this place soon

It was extremely busy but food was good

This place was buzzing and there as a good offer on the burger menu ,cheese burger chips 4 chicken nuggets and a drink of your choice £5

So slow people waiting whilst staff chatted in prep area. They were working but sometimes you have to put your head down and get on with it including MANAGERS.

Half of the food was missing from our order, not drivers fault, they didn't put items in bag

It was difficult to adjust my meal to suit dietary preferences, but very easy to optionally add chicken nuggets three times. I had gone in for what I wanted, not what it was hoped I would have. Only interaction with a person was a server who gave me a tray with stuff on and walked off. It was mine, which was good. Service poor, no waiting staff seen, nobody asked if I was enjoying my meal, nobody clearing tables or greeting people, very weak front of house. I didn't enjoy eating it at a dirty table but you can't blame the food ordering terminal, it was brought in to replace people but nobody gave him any hands. I suppose I could blame the server but that seems unfair as they spent their time through the back having fun in the drive thru and were never out the front to notice. Atmosphere? The other customers were ok.....

Open 24/7. Great. Parking a slight problem only now as small bank branch being built other side of the car park outside McDonalds so slightly less parking f but plenty not too far away.. Note that late evening into very early hours priority given to drive through and deliveries. Try to order via app even inside as it cuts wait. Ifborderingnfrom the counter at those times be prepared for a long wait, even if its just ordering a hot drink..Staff are lovely however.

Uberdonalds... Tables dirty, Wait for ages, cold food, half poured cup of coke. Priority to online food orders. That is all....

Drive through is very slow at times it horrendously slow

The worst McDonalds around. Multiple times I've been here and orders get lost while stood waiting. Again this morning 20min waiting for a simple sausage and egg mcmuffin, and they are serving lunch. Asked where my food was and they just started doing it. Management couldn't care less, barely look up, when I ask for refund, it's just "fine". Embarrassing all round. Won't be coming back, as this happens way too often. Meant to be fast food, it's anything but

The food didn’t take too long to come, however once I got home and checked my order they had forgot: a triple cheeseburger and a medium fries, this has happened twice now

They took over 20 minutes for two double cheeseburgers. Both were cold and one was burnt when I did eventually get them. They had us park in the car park next to McDonald's and wait. There were another 5 or 6 cars also already waiting. I run out of time so I went into the store to either cancel or collect. I walking too see a manager stood out the front gossiping with a friend, two members of staff gossiping in the back and one young man working his arse off. Go him! It's not fast food. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes for a burger in the right place. But this is meant to be fast food.

No sauces at all not a single 1 so now my 9 year old daughter is unhappy as she'll not eat her food with out any sauces thanks for spoiling her night

Food cold waited 35 minits in drivethough not only cold food wronge order

I ordered a large Fanta and large coke never got the coke and got to bottle of orange juice instead of the Fanta just shows they don’t look at all of the order

get back 2 my house with my food I have paid 4 ! leaving me with nothing here 56 cotswold Gardens I want a full refund or my meal!

Every time I come here the queue is like a football crowd. Too many orders to deal with from the deliveroo and similar firms, couple today were there when we arrived and still waiting for their food when we left.

Food cold. Milkshake melted. Total rubbish

Absolutely ludicrous, placed an order for delivery for over an hour to be phoned and told the driver was on the way, then Phoned from Just Eat to ask if the driver had arrived…. Then to be phoned and told the order was cancelled… team Valley, get your heads screwed on! And get some better drivers…. 1 star as there is no 0!

Didn’t get my food they sent two drinks and nothing else

ordered breakfast at 10.15am still didn't arrive by 12pm, then they decided to put it down as delivered by 12.40pm and it still hadn't been delivered absolute joke!

All food items were missing, only received a drink and the wrong milkshake. They only credited the food items. So I paid the delivery and service charge for the incorrect milkshake and a Coke. Awful.

Only wanted a bacon roll meal. They got it wrong yet again so I went in and told them then they actually got it wrong again. Surpassed themselves this time not one employee in that building knows what they are doing as this is a very regular occurrence really need to either sort it out or shut it down

Shocking place! 30 mins to get my order. Everyone around me complaining because of how long it is taking to get an order. Wrong orders and so on so forth. Then…. My order is wrong! 😑useless! Not to mention very dirty not just in dining but also in kitchen…

I ordered 9 chicken selects. I received 20 mcnuggets in a select box.

Not.the best restaurant. Quite slow in service and very prone to messing orders up quite regularly. Doesn't cope well under duress.

Uber eats delivery drivers pushing through the queues. Self serve kiosks not working. Chips were cold. Floor was slippy

every time you order from here they never get an order correct. Obviously cant take notice of orders and bearing in mind families get things delivered because they do not drive and then have to watch there kids go without. TREAT!

Poor quality really bland food, noticed Mac Ds never deliver you a burger that they have in their advertising. The ones I received had little to no sauce, soggy food and cold fries, this seems to be their standard now. I’m sure their service and quality will have repercussions would I recommend them no. There’s a burger van on the road to the restaurant now those I’d recommend

Spent 45 minutes there. Que didn't move for about 15 20 minutes and when it did it was very slow. There was no order system when moving to the next window at the drive through and when we finally got to pay for our order they didn't have it. It took forever to get past this part and then it was very quick to get our food. On the way to leave the que was massive due to the first two steps of ordering in the drive through. On the app it says they have no diet coke or ice creams which is disappointing but when we got to the window they were avaliable. The app for this store is unreliable. I'm not going there again.

Ordered got given a time and every time it got closer to delivery time the shop changed it later and later waited over 2 hours and even the delivery driver apologised for how long we waited as he also sat for over 45 mins waiting for our food

Forget the drive through. Trapped in a queue for 20 mins. Not enough staff and once your in the line you can't get out. Will never visit again

It's a McDonald's so you know what you're going to get. However, it's not 'Fast' food. You'll wait forever at the drive through, if you use the pick up on the app don't expect it to be any quicker. Also ordered breakfast at 10:30, arrived at 11:50 only for the payment to not go through because they'd finished breakfast. Went home a made a bacon butty which was much nicer. Dodge this McDonald's and go to the burger van instead

Was supposed to be coming at 13:40 but arrived at 14: 20

Disappointed my order was missing my coffee.

The driver tried to deliver 2 small bags which wasn’t my order. The description on the bags was for my order but contents clearly wasn’t. He took the bags away and said he’d come back with my food. Not surprisingly he didn’t come back. No food and £27 down.

Staff temperamental with how polite they are... always ages to wait at drive thru even when you finally reach window to collect food it's extremely rare not to be asked to park elsewhere & staff will bring our food .. I've waited anything from 20 to 40 minutes & you can't leave as already paid... 9 times out 10 when you customise wraps /burgers they get it wrong

Ordered at 17.56 and it didn’t arrive till 19.18! Three items were missing. All in all I am disgusted with this service!!!!

I ordered at 4-30pm,it was evidently delivered at 6pm and it was freezing cold. I won't be using the just eat app again.

My order was over an hour late deiver left McDonald's and took almost an hour to get to us food was cold and hard

Driver stopped for fuel for over 10mins then drove up and down 6 streets before parking up 2 streets away and walking to my hoise house food was cold when got here i will be asking for a refund
