This place is the dirtiest Mc Donald I have ever been in ! The manager in this shop need firing. It was disgusting!!

Ordered online, food came late and cold. Missing a mcspicy and cheeseburger was wrong. Only got £1 refund.

Delivery from this McDonald's is a joke- drivers sit outside for half an hour before actually bringing the order, fries get forgotten 50% of the time and drink cups were only half full Also had over half of recent orders missing (ordered through their app) and told it can't be refunded due to part of their policy (they refuse to tell us which part exactly) and that no one can be contacted to dispute this- absolutely giving up on trying this mcdonalds

Always good service and staff are always helpful.

They Forgot the sauce straw and wrong type of drink. They forget the sauce every time. Never had a correct order yet.

The service and food is absolutely abysmal. Half an hour for my food to be served and the food was cold. I would strongly recommend not visiting hear for food

Literally every single time I've ordered from this branch they have got our order wrong, either items are missing, no napkins, wrong drinks or they send a vegan child a hamburger happy meal. Whether it's in the drive thru or via uber eats, it's the same experience. Read the order, it's not hard!

Food was cold despite having to wait in a bay for it. Very busy and toilets suffering as a result.

The dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, every table filled with rubbish and bins overflowing, just generally scruffy dirty. Food tasted fine but they also forgot our chips. Staff didn’t seem to care at all and no one seemed in a rush to clean. They weren’t particularly busy either so there’s no excuse for how filthy it was!

Waited over 30 minutes for two kids happy meals. No manager in sight. Staff arguing and chaos in the store.

No hot drinks, 20mins waiting time, short measures, staff unhelpful and some what gormless with limited communication abilities.

This macdonalds used to be onne of the best in the North East but not now. It's definitely not fast food and when you do get your food it's is cold and the order is wrong. Absolutely abysmal by macdonalds

Unbelievably slow take out speed when not using the drive thru, waited almost 20 minutes standing for a breakfast muffin and flat white when there was absolutely nobody in the place or a busy drive thru god only knows what its like when it's busy.

Used to frequent this McDonalds a lot over the years but the service has really hit rock bottom recently. More than one occasion have I, and many others while I've been there, had to wait for their meals. Not even the Drive-thru is safe as you're often asked to sit in the waiting bay or the car park cos the two waiting bays are filled. Waiting times are often pretty bad too in this situation, the longest I waited was half an hour for a quarter pounder meal. I asked about the delay and the member of staff simply said Nobody knows what they're doing. Don't recommend if you're looking for food in a hurry.

Burger cold as usual. The hot apple pie just tepid? Not at all good.

It could of been earlier but it didn’t leave restaurant for a while but it eventually arrived and I’m grateful the meal as the drinks were very delicious

Does what it says... Fast food. Downside.. Try and get staff who can read requests and get the food you order right ie NO cheese

Twice I have ordered from you and both times has a phone call asking for more delivery details, when looking at the map I can clearly see the place that order is getting delivered to. When on the phone the driver repeatedly asking for a number when I have said this address has a name not a number

Absolutely rediculous , waited over half an hour in the Que line in the drive thru just to be parked up in the car park and told to wait , this was another 25 minute wait and the food was pretty much cold Will not be returning to team valley McDonald’s

The orderbis missing the fries. Kind of important as part of the meal. Theres no option to get the frues sent, only to request a refund. This sucks

Absolutely awful every time I have used the collection point I have had to go inside to retrieve the rest of my order. 4 times this has happened now and the staff are unbelievably rude about it. Always go through the drive thru on a Monday or Wednesday morning before heading into the office. Usually served by a lovely woman (I want to say her name is Bev, but I've potentially made that up) who is always upbeat and polite. Order is always correct and I'm usually in and out within a couple minutes.

I ordered a large mango and pineapple smoothie and it only can half full I would like a refund please

Ordered happy meal with cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger for two kids. We didn't get a burger in the happy meal (even though it's marked cheeseburger) so one kid left crying. Thanks a lot McDonald's. You need semi competent staff maybe your only paying enoghtbfor zombies 🙄

Quite a long wait for click and collect. Realised once home they had left all of the dips out - double checked and they were on the order. Every time we order here there is something missing from the order.

Unbelievably slow and always double check what you get, it's rarely what you ordered. We've even received a cheeseburger which was missing the actual burger

dear All , the restaurant sent me an extra 1 happy burger meal but with no drink. In addition, they forgot the 5 ketchup and 2 straws for drinks.
