Once again KFC Chippenhams standard falls far below what is expected, i had fries with two chicken fillets, the fries where soggy and cold and one of the fillets was cold the other one was warm will be switching to another fast food chain, very dissapointed

AVOID!!!!!!! Worst KFC, don't know why I've given it so many chances but it's the only one local to me. EVERY visit the order has been wrong and cold. Staffs attitude is shocking. Completely ignore customers, stand chatting amongst themselves. NEVER AGAIN!!

We took our family for evening tea, the place was filthy including the toilets the doors and floors were covered in grease. The food was cold oily and lacked flavour. It is not cheap to feed a family here I expected more. We I gave feedback to the staff there was no interest or real concern. Best to avoid at all costs go to Macdonalds it my advice

Dreadful!! Confusing car park Wait forever when on 2 cars in queue. Food . Well wouldn't know as the full menu has been available yet.. Would you believe it..no milkshakes ....there never are. McDonald's is across the road if I were you would try there first.

Awful ! Don’t go here at all ! Ordered food from them to have the completely wrong order ! Was so angry how can u get that wrong ! Seriously ! My son didn’t have his chip , and he didn’t have his beans instead u put gravy in his bucket . I didn’t have my chips or my burger . I payed 40.00 and this is how you deal with are food. Seriously don’t order from here there service and food is awful !!!!!!!

Selfish, inconsiderate, kfc delivery rider refuses to move his moped to let disabled people park there. He needs sacking.

Waited ten minutes for someone to take my order at drive in. No one came so I drove off. This is the second time this month and I have no idea why I gave them a second chance. Last time we waited 20 minutes just to be told "if anyone is ordering chicken it will be another 14 minutes!" This is KFC all they do is chicken. Nearly an hour later the lettuce in the chicken fillet burger was limp and the chicken was cold. Useless staff and the two serving were so slow. The restaurant wasn't even busy. They served the takeaway delivery drivers first and the drive through. Never again.

20 minute wait for 3 sides and a drink with 2 other customers not fast food at all. Giggly kids having no clue about customer service, just a blank look, no sorry for the delay, won't be returning. Cold chips, flat drink

£18 for 2 very sad meals, cold chips, wanted Pepsi but pump not working, was forced to order using electric board even though it was 8pm and I was The only person in there. Didn’t have my glasses so could read the board. Felt totally ripped off. KFC, what has happened to you. Used to be my favorite takeaway and now I’m afraid your the worst.

2 out of 3 electronic order points not working, none of the tables cleaned and ultra slow service. Couldn’t wait to leave!

This branch of KFC has successfully managed to turn myself and my husband off KFC, possibly for good. The first time we went we ate in and the place both inside and out was dirty and the service was dreadful. No one seemed in charge and there was certainly no one taking care of the restaurant area. The food was not hot and was just dried out and not very enjoyable. A few months later we decided to get a takeaway rather than eat in, hoping for better. This time the service was still not great but at least we didn’t have to eat there. However, the food we had (12 piece boneless banquet) was distinctly underwhelming and the chicken strips were so salty as to be almost inedible, certainly not enjoyable. We’ve had these strips countless times at other KFC branches and have never found them to be this bad. What is going on at this Chippenham branch? Reading through the many other poor reviews they have clearly got something very wrong there. We certainly wouldn’t ever go back and would never recommend anyone else to go there either. I wish I’d taken the food back and got a refund it was that bad.

The service was quite slow and my order was totally wrong. Was looking forward to a mixture of chicken to find a vegan burger in the bag. Other items ordered were also wrong.

Above says it all. Sat night do you opt KFC with nightmare wait as always.. or efficient fast food alternative opposite Have learnt my lesson

Staff members are very young and have little customer experience. When we asked for wipes and sauces they were rather cheeky and told us McDonald’s don’t give them so neither do we now. Not the usual level of service from kfc and considering this is a relatively new outlet it’s gone downhill very quickly The tables were not cleaned properly and area where straws, salt and napkins kept very untidy. Chicken pieces were very small and not to usual standard. One of our drinks had lid fitted incorrectly resulting in a colleague having drink spilled all over him Very disappointing visit and need’s management to get staff trained in customer service

Waited years for this branch to open, what a disappointment. Too few staff who seem more interested in the delivery meals and not the customer's in the restaurant. No heating and it was freezing cold in there and the food was not very warm when we eventually got it despite only 2 customer's in front of us and we a total of 7 people sitting at tables. The mens toilets were abysmal. The whole visit was a complete embarrassment.

This is the second time I foolishly went through the drive thru thinking it would be better this time but still waited 45 minutes to get the food! Obviously understaffed. I feel sorry for the staff it’s embarrassing for them!

Loads of parking, friendly service. Food was hot and tasty. Didn’t take too long considering it was pretty busy. Would go again. 5/5. Seemed clean and tidy.
