Don’t not use this restaurant !!! I should have known better as I had already stopped using this restaurant, because of so many items missing from orders, to the point I’ve started ordering from Brislington which has yet to get an order wrong. But as I was at work Brislington wasn’t an option, so took a reluctant chance and ordered from this branch and as feared the order was missing my burger!! Its delivered in a sealed bag so I don’t see how this can be an Uber issue. But when you try to contact someone you just go round in circles Uber says McDonald’s fault McDonalds say Uber’s fault. This is bar far the worst McDonalds Branch in the UK!!!!

Nothing 'fast' food in here. Service awful (apart from the machine you use to order on) Staff ignorant. Order incorrect...surely not difficult to get right even when busy! Just a case of reading what's in the screen, putting it on a tray. Banana milkshake minus the banana flavor. Absolutely crap!

The worst McDonald’s in the world. Asked for a chicken burger and got a Big Mac - can’t even get an order right which I spent my money on! Secondly, they take more care in deliveroo drivers instead of actual customers who come there making all the other people wait even LONGER than needed. They also make you wait in a tiny car park which is rammed with people even at 3pm, not even at lunch or dinner time. Made us wait 25 minutes for 3 orders without drinks, which is ridiculous. When we finally went in to complain they immediately made our order then gave it to us. We didn’t even directly speak to the manger and had to speak to some young girl which we had to give information too. Terrible 😑

Absolutely awful. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the uk . Service is snail pace and orders usually wrong. Today the food was cold as were the drinks and half the items missing including the cream on the coffees. No knife and forks with the pancake s and no staff to complain to .AVOID GO TO BRISLINGTON…

This place just gets worse, they updated the restaurant to help ease the drive through problems but they are just worse, went through the drive through today at 11.15 so not even a particularly busy time of the day, I even ordered on the app and checked in whilst waiting so they were ‘preparing my order’, they literally get every car to park up, car park is full as it’s a shockingly bad car park, spaces aren’t big enough and not enough spaces, then had to wait 15 minutes for the food in the car park, the drive through is literally pointless, you never drive through and get your food here, you have to park in the car park and wait ages with other frustrated people not being able to park their car to wait as requested, blocking others in, it’s literally Tetris but for cars here! Not using this branch again, it’s absolutely awful and only getting worse!

very disappointed, i ordered food of the mcdonald’s app and they forgot all our food and left just a bag with just a coke. no straw. i even spelt the drink down me because there was so straw!

Ordered 2 large cappuccino’s in drive through. Do not normally use this site as had bad experiences here before. Usually go to Avonmeads. Ordered. Paid. (10p per cup more expensive). On receiving cappuccinos they were only half full, sent one back as it felt really light and full of froth. So asked if they could top this up. The girl on the coffee machine was in sight and was very rude about this to her colleagues. I was then asked to park up and wait for the ‘new’ cappuccino. I reluctantly parked up and waited 5 minutes for the replacement. Absolutely unacceptable for 2 coffees. And they were not busy.

The place is just in the wrong place and too busy Regular local customer Parking nightmare Drive through nightmare Delivery people parked outside on road nightmare certainly safety risks Milkshake not available Personally think it’s only a matter of time before a RTC or Pedestrian incident occurs which is a high risk Although this is based on last experience to be honest it’s pretty standard on every visit Oh and cold greasy chips ( what’s changed ) Mix up on orders only seem to happen purchasing via the drive through as when I buy from inside it’s normally okay although 20 nuggets ended up as 18 last week

Waited 35 minutes stood whilst drive thru and deliveroo etc were prioritised - not fast food. Need to go back to old delivery model!

Another terrible experience using this restaurant via Uber Eats, never again will I use Uber Eats, may never use Mcdonalds again, as increasingly frustrated by their poor levels of customer service, delivery due at 19:15 arrives at 20:00, not the end of the world, however not my order, driver said I'll let them know at the restaurant!!, Rang Mcdonalds, " that's not our problem it's Uber Eats, need to ring them ", even though Mcdonalds are happy to take your money, eventually get through to Uber Eats, offered a refund, however if the refund doesn't come through give Mcdonalds a call ??, If this doesn't come through, this amounts to theft. Absolutely no recognition from either companies that we had no food delivered so had to make other arrangements, if you are not capable or competent to deliver a service then don't offer one.

Ordered from uber eats to deliver main burger missing uber customer services didn't care offered a refund upto 15 days to wait now no food paid £27 for a coffee and chips and a chicken burger no happy spoke to customer services didn't care one bit he got his money .to me he has just robbed me

Called in to get a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I had one in Bournemouth for lunch a couple of days before which was very enjoyable. So I fancied another from our local Longwell Green one What a mistake that was! I ordered and the machine didn't give me a ticket, but this was quickly recitified by a member of staff Waited from 6.23pm until 6.47pm for my meal. It was chaos, drive thro busy, deliveroo collecting and several customers waiting to collect, also we saw several customers complaining they had the wrong food. I unfortunately forgot to check, my order, I was just keen to get out of there and get home after the long wait When I got home all I had was a bun with a beefburger in it! chips and the drink, This McDonalds is far to busy for this location now and needs to move to bigger premises and a better location with more staff Please get your act together McD's, staff are rushed of their feet!

Poor service,extremely long wait for food which arrived cold. The drink with ice cubes was warmer than the food.

It wasn’t busy as 7:25am, had to wait a few minutes for order to be taken , I ordered 2 mighty McMuffins .. I got home there was no cheese and only 1 slice of bacon in each of the McMuffins . Disappointed . I rang to explain the lady ( was nice and apologised) said I could go back and get another order but it’s too late by then to go back ..I didn’t want anything but wanted them to up there game as it shouldn’t be difficult to get a small order right and as i said it wasn’t busy .

Every time we use the drive through we have to wait / fight for a space in the car park . It’s not fast food at all ! It’s the worst mc Donald’s I know ! I spent £96 the other day on a mixture of items and asked if I could have some happy meal boxes to split the food into myself for my sons birthday tea with friends at home and got told no they cost money ! I’ll never go back there Absolute shocking customer service

Consistently poor service, extremely slow & rude staff. Would avoid this one at all costs if possible.

Milkshake machine broken :(, nuggets cold, forgot my garlic mayonnaise and ketchup dips, told to wait in a car park with no spaces available. Poor staff member running out with meal orders to cars on his own in the dark with no hi-vis and no car park lights on so he struggled to see registration plates bless him.

Terrible service delivered 1 hour 20 minutes after we ordered chips ketchup didn't come after that whole time service is TERRIBLE

Check your order , drive thru order ,was asked to park in bay, arrived home to starving teens when serving up half the order was missing, presentation was awful
