Kfc in Cheltenham

Under cooked burger missing food didn't get what was payed for... missing buffalo bites ITS THE WORST PLACE WEVE BEEN TOO F**cking P*SS TAKE. wont be returning

Is it so much to ask for staff being able to count to 10? Ordered a 10 piece Just Eat and only 6 arrived. Not much joy from just eat and the £4 difference in cost isn't any compensation. I will give this restaurant a wide berth, just read the other reviews.

Absolutely vile so called fresh chicken cooked to order why was chicken pop corn and Chips stone cold staff has attitude

Whilst stopping in Cheltenham for the first time at the Premier Inn, we popped out for a snack and came across the KFC. Food was as you expected and piping hot, However, there was an issue with the food and no one could understand the issue. It then appeared they were unable to speak English!!

I ordered a delivery via the kfc app spending £36 odd which was never delivered. When i called up the shop i asked if they can remake it and get someone to send it to me, or even refund my money to me. The manager was not helpful at all and keeps telling me to call up on monday The manager lacks costumer service skills and should be sacked!

Worst place ever, I order food on just eats Food arrived so fast I was like okay they must be good. First time ordering from here I spent £37 worth on food and the food was stone cold, I complaint straight away after I received my food was reply from just eats few days after sorry but food arrived earlier and no refund. Well arrived earlier because was already on the hot holding cooked and getting dry and cold after been transported. Do not eat here do not order from here Do not order from just eats see replies attached all in order and date time. Absolutely shocking customer service

Me and my friends went into kfc for some late dinner, my friend likes the cookies in kfc so asked how much 10 would be, the guy serving (after to typying on the till) said “£6.50 for 10 cookies” so my friend said “ok so it’s £13 for 20 cookies?” He said “yes” Then the guy behind the counter said “actually no it’s £20 for 20 cookies” so My friend said well I’ll just get the 10 cookies for £6.50 When he pays it comes out at £10.38, to which all of us (a group of us stood next to the till) ask why it was that much when the cashier already said it was £6.50 and the cashier pretends he has no idea and says “oh no I meant it was £8 for 4, 2.38 for 2” but never actually told the customer that. So we all were very angry and asked why he was hustling a guy when he works at kfc (not in a market stall). The guy behind the counter walks off (because he got caught out) and a manager appears (his name was Anit) and doesn’t bother asking what’s going on, he walks behind the bit where they make the food and puts a middle finger up to us (not realising we could see him) and then comes back round to the front counter as if he did nothing. This place is an awful, the women that work there are the only saving grace. The men need to grow up and be professional. I hope KFC actually care about their customers because this place already has awful ratings as it is. Sort it out and grow up.

I went in to kfc for some cookies and the gentleman behind the till told me £6.50 for 10 cookies after 9 asked if there were any deals. I then said yeah ok, I'll take 10. The bill immediately sky rocketed to over £1 a cookie. After my friends confronted the employee and said he had 100% ripped me off by lying about the price the employee said clearly "yeah I did rip you off. " I can't believe that as a company this would be freely accepted as regular behaviour. The service for a service business is appalling. I hope the manager understands the unacceptable level of service the staff were offering at the time and that the staff would be re-trained up to the standard level that we accept as acceptable behaviour.

Ordered just under £30 of food for delivery, to feed the family, but when it arrived the 4 lots of fries were not present. When I phoned up to complain about the missing items, the person who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and difficult to understand. He answered the phone with a simple 'Hello', so I needed to verify that it was indeed KFC that I contacted. The 10 minute phone call basically was just them blaming the delivery partner (The bag was sealed), verifying the order about 6 times with myself and his work colleague, when I explained I just wanted the fries that were ordered and paid for, he said I could go and collect them. (About a mile away in the pouring rain). The guy simply would not listen before finally hanging up on me. Absolutely appalled by this level of customer service. In my opinion, they should find another job, as they are clearly unsuitable for a customer facing position. On a positive note, the food was nice, the delivery driver was polite and friendly, so there's that I guess? Sort it out KFC, that is not the way to treat a customer.

Haven’t ordered from here in ages, as they couldn’t get a simple delivery right. Went back today because I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Spoke to two different people and they still couldn’t get anything right. These people are useless at their job and can’t organise a piss up in a brewery! WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!

I ordered a sundae and for some reason they misheard and gave me mash potato I brought it back calmly and they were super rude even though they made the error not one of the three staff tried to help even before the mistake, I feel like they were rude.

Great staff at this kfc. Especially Pala, who knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to the colonel’s club card. 3 wraps and a mini fillet burger for 94p? Yes please. Cheers Pala.

I walked in to order food, I did so off of the app and when I asked to use the toilet and I was lied to by the door staff being told it was out of order. During my wait ti pick up food I witnessed many staff members go and use the toilet. When challenged the door security became threatening and wanted to eject me for asking the simple question "why can they use the toilet when it's out of order." They were then trying to eject me because they thought I didn't order food from the venue. This was all in a Monday night when they were not busy. If they think that sitting down on the restaurant seating and shouting at customers is the correct way to communicate with the people then they are sorely mistaken. I'd rather get my chicken else where. Sush a shame seeing as I use to go to this Venue weekly.

Very very disappointed to the fact of our meal we ordered over 40 minutes ago has come with missing meals, snacks off the KFC menu. Plus it’s freezing cold like… Pittville Street KFC Cheltenham, really do need to get there act together, I’m always complaint about the service. I’m knackered, I just wanted some quick food. And there mug me off every time. Especially as I have the family here, im missing 2 meals plus etc!!!! Not happy. Won’t even answer THE PHONE, keep declining after a certain amount of rings. How fking hard can it be.

Not great at all! Chicken & its famous coating just wasn't cooked for long enough, so it was still soft & powdery, instead of crisp. The Chips were terrible, virtually cold & very soft/stoggy. I did like the fact they had 'skins on' though.

He thinks he's the colonel. But he's a c*** Disappointing thief's. Would rather chew on my own mouth than come here. Boooooo

Came in and grabbed a bite to eat, the woman behind the till was able to call me to the till but once served she mumbled and talked quietly and abruptly, I struggle with my eyesight somewhat and when I asked for some chicken strips she just said ‘how many’ and then when I asked what’s the options she just counted, couldn’t she have just done that in the first place. . When I was waiting for my food (which came very quickly) my number was called and I did not hear, a customer who was stood right at the counter had to ask if I was in fact the order number in question. I ordered a zinger tower meal, putting hot sauce on a fillet is not a zinger last time I checked... I also had to ask for the sauces I ordered of which 4 bbq sauce sachets were thrown at my tray, these were not what were advertised?? Also why ask me at the till if you’re not going to add them to the meal?? No wonder it was so quiet on a Saturday afternoon... horrible staff, I wouldn’t recommend here to anyone unless they are all trained on how to treat other humans...

All tables were filthy, food all over the floor, very off putting for my food. Avoid. Genuinely don’t know how kfc allow this place to stay open.

Llamé al restaurante que consideró que la agencia tiene la culpa, lo cual dudo, ya que ordeno de 2 a 3 veces por semana y siempre está caliente y fresco. .Decepcionado de que KFC no se responsabilice de sus acciones. Llamé al restaurante y fueron muy agresivos al hecho de que no es culpa suya. .

What an absolute dump. Filthy restaurant. The tables were dirty and floor was a disgrace. Staff were couldn’t-care-less and grumpy.

Customer service is shocking. They are Rude and have no respect towards the customers. Not the first time I have experienced this but would of thought they would of improved. Obviously not.

compró un cubo de 9 piezas con papas fritas y la ensalada de col llegó a casa; solo había un paquete de papas fritas en lugar de las 2, el pollo estaba muy frito y muy difícil de comer se dio por vencido después del primer peiceLlamé y hablé con alguien con inglés roto. No sé si me entendió, pero dijo que eran unas papas fritas grandes y que sirvieron 2. He ordenado esto muchas veces antes y he recibido 2 paquetes de papas fritas.No sé si han cambiado su personal, pero este kfc no se lo perdería en absoluto si, al desaparecer de la calle Pittville en Cheltenham, obtendría más placer y comida que podría comer en otros lugares cercanos.

Had a zinger meal, the chicken was so small and over cooked asked for a replacement burger new one was obviously Frozen chicken full of water tasted horrible Worst meal iv ever had stay away

We were forced to sit on a table that wasn't clean and wouldn't clean it when asked. There were clean tables available but were told they were closed.

Went to Cheltenham for the day Christmas shopping and was looking for a burger king to grab something to eat but the burger king is no longer there so reluctantly went to KFC and for once we wasn't disappointed for once we had a KFC that was much like the old KFC you used to get years ago and not dripping in grease

It's KFC. The food was average but the place was messy and run down and this was reflected in the clientele. I would avoid this KFC in future - and I usually like KFC! - unless I was pretty desperate. Not great at all.

Wow! The service is amazing & Jack Black served us, he needs a pay rise! We ordered popcorn chicken and it was so hot. While the transaction was going through our food was ready yaaas!
