I went here for a hot dog and loved it. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and held the door open for me. She even chucked in a bag of fries. The card machine wouldn't accept my card, so I had to go to a cash point on my crutches. The hotdogs itself was very tasty. They have a lot of good options.

Amazing place , fabulous menu.. fresh gourmet burgers and milk shakes.

The food was nice, but a lot was missing from the delivery or the wrong item was delivered. Missing chips and a BBQ burger instead of a regular burger. The Lotus shake was not a Lotus shake. The free brownie offer was not delivered either.

Don't order if you don't have water, cause this is ... salty... as....Fword do I need to say anything else Looks like I have to, the bacon is plastic but okey if your at a petrol station, but the burger was good In texture buy bad flavor on flavor and taste (poo poo)

Absolutely shocking, went in on my way home and asked for a milkshake. 2 ladies behind the front counter rolled their eyes, looked at me then started laughing. I wanted a large milkshake, and when I saw them make it they put in cheap bright yellow vanilla ice cream and a tiny treat sized packet of maltesers, the only thing I could taste in the milkshake was the cheap ice cream. Genuinely one of the worst milkshakes I have ever had, I highly recommend not going to this place.

I ordered on just eat the chicken burger was good but all the chips we ordered was really poor you could taste that they have been double fried the Havana burger was not what was expect but it has been a few years since we last order

My bf accidentally dropped our order on the floor of the shop as the server was holding out the cup holder’s edges so he grabbed it from the middle (the only place to hold due to her holding instead of placing on the counter). He came out with 1/4 of each of our milkshakes that don’t even taste very good anyway as it’s very thin and the chocolate sauce around the cup tastes cheap. He was not offered a replacement, only looks of annoyance at having to clean it up, had they offered to remake them he would have gladly cleaned the mess himself. I suggest placing them on the counter for customers to pick up or not putting them in a flimsy drinks holder. not my first bad experience here I would have expected it to have improved since 2014 but I guess not.

Waited 2 hours for my order, after calling once and being told my order was on the way, I waited another 20 minutes before calling again - to be told that the order had been cancelled. The manager then hung up on me. Awful business

I waited 2 hours for our delivery. I rang twice, and after being told the first time that the food was on the way to me, the order was cancelled whilst I was on the phone to the manager. Then the manager hung up on me. Happy New Year to you too

Ordered through Deliveroo at 6:20, estimated arrival was 7. Got to 7:15 so I phoned in and a woman told me it was on the way, while on the phone the delivery status changed to being delivered (obviously changed it whilst I was in the phone). I live 10 minutes away, got to 7:15 and still no food so rang back and the same woman said it’s 5 minutes away and promised that I would get a refund if it wasn’t, saying that it was because of traffic (new years day literally no traffic at all). I waited 10 and phoned back she said 2 minutes, at this point I’m annoyed and said she’s obviously lying and my son goes to bed soon so if it’s not on the way just tell me as I need to sort him something. She said it’s literally 2 minutes. I don’t believe her so I cook him something, gets to 8:15 and I phone to ask for a refund, a man answers and tells me the delivery driver had broke down, I said fair enough but I’ve been phoning you for an hour, it’s apparently been on the way for an hour so I think your lying either about my food being on the way at any point, or about how long you’ve known about the driver being broken down to try and keep my money. He says he’ll issue a refund, I thought that would be that but 2 hours later I check my Deliveroo account and see that no refund has been issued. I contact Deliveroo who sort it for me but also tell me that none of their drivers had broken down that evening. I made a complaint but doubt anything will happen. I’ve no idea why my food wasn’t delivered but being lied too for over an hour while I could’ve just ordered something else really peed me off.

Please please don’t bother I really don’t know how they are in business there is no option to upload the pictures you would be so shocked if you seen them no words for the atrocity they sent out

Had a shake from here yesterday. Cost was £5. One of the worst shakes I have ever had. Cheap ice cream used and not enough put in shake. Should not be charging more then £2 for shake of this standard. Save your money and get shake from McDonald’s.

Is this place halal? As I can see they sell pork and stuff.... must be cooked together then?

I was deeply disappointed with my order from Havana's Burgers and Shakes. Firstly, the amount of halloumi fries for the price (£6.24) was a complete rip off. I opened the box and my face dropped. It felt as if the restaurant was giving us the leftovers of someone else's order. I could not recommend the corn dish to anyone because it was so agonisingly spicy that no one in my household could eat more than a mouthful. The burger and calamari were average. I will not be ordering from here again and I would not recommend anyone else do so, without the restaurant reconsidering their pricing and menu strategies.

Beyond disappointed. We have ordered here a few times and enjoyed the food but my food tonight was so overpriced and so underwhelming. My pulled pork burger had a teaspoon of pulled pork with no sauce. Paid £3 for some onion rings and we got 6 Tiny rings. The second burger came with no salad. Absolute joke. Will not be ordering ever again! Don’t waste your money.

Please don’t eat here I just had a takeaway and never again soggy burnt burger mushrooms like snails chips stuck together meant to be crispy onions they were like worms the chips wouldn’t break apart

Horrible owner, worked as a delivery driver for this business. Paid below minimum wage, some staff had their pay withheld, and the way he speaks to staff and customers is gross. Burgers and shakes are great but christ I've never met such an awful human being, for moralitys sake please avoid

Had two burgers. Both excellent, sauces were great so will be using again. Not a big fan of the dirty fries but I tried them to see and it was just personal taste

I would not recommend the vegetarian burgers at all. The burger wasn't very tasty and the bun was made soggy by all the sauce. If you get chips I would ask for no salt and season them yourself unless you like a lot of salt!

We'd ordered here before and liked it, so when friends came round for dinner, we decided to order again. All the food was delicious - so tasty. All the right spicy, creamy, everything where it should be. Reasonable price as good size portions.

Ordered food at 5pm and still haven’t got it at 6pm . Called to ask where my food is and we get told the delivery driver delivered the food at the wrong house . Awful service . Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here . Georgia Fried Chicken Is better with service and food.

If you're masochistic enough to enjoy food poisoning, then yes. Otherwise, no. While this may have been a one-off, it's enough to put us off permanently from even going even near this place.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ODERING HERE.i made an online order and never got my food ,I called the restaurant the following day to follow up on my order but unlucky for me I spoke to a very rude man who clearly didn't care and not only did he curse at me but he couldn't refund my money. We just ordered two bbq pulled pork burgers. We got two beef burgers with tasteless pork mince on top. What a massive f....up. you can't sell this to people!!!! Pulled pork means it's pulled off the bone, shredded, with proper BBQ sauce, not a beef burger and a boiled mince on top! I was thinking about calling to ask about this, but after reading the reviews on how bad the customer service is I decided to pass. Burger in itself was good, the pork was absolutely horrid. I understand that sometimes you just want to push through the day or bad times but serving scraps doesn't save you as a business. Consistency and promise to your customers does.

We love this place. Whenever we are in Cheltenham this is where we head for on arrival. All the burgers we have ever had have been outstandingly good. The most recent was one with 'pulled pork'. I really recommend this It was divine! Others in the group have had lots of others and they were all very good. Not the cheapest but so much better than others so well worth the money.

Back story...food came to place, courier dropped the food ON THE FLOOR!...then lies about dropping food on floor said that "only sauces fell" but clearly the food was dropped, further more there was sauces all over the whole bag and courier had no mask to greet. After confrontation the courier was very argumentative...I mean really during the pandemic u drop food on the floor and wipe your hands on the bag your supposed to deliver infront of the customer. Next ...called the restaurant receptionist and he didn't want to compensate, just went on about how he got our food ready and so on...really???!!...thats your job! So I told him not to bother and leave it. Finally they got another courier to give us fries which we did not want, he then proceeds to have the nerve to text a customer "don't waste my time". This company doesn't care about customers nor care about hygiene during a pandemic, they need to understand that they need customers!!! Shame on u!

We were told our order of two burgers and fries would take over two hours!!! And on a Thursday!!! Also have to wait three to five working days for a refund. Absolute joke, completely avoid.

The chicken popcorns were so dry or overcooked the whole experience wasn’t nice. Ordered the wrap thinking the balance of the spice would be nice. Omg it’s was so spicy, you can burn your mouth with it.

First time but definitely not the last. Best burger I have had in a long time, 5 of us ate and all had amazing burgers. I had the goats cheese and there was a lovely thick slice/wedge on top of the burger. I can't believe its taken my son so long to tell us about this place. I will be recommending to everyone and no question where I will go in future for burgers. Well done to the staff and thanks for such a gorgeous dinner.

Tonight was our second time ordering from Havanas and it was just as good as the first. Really quick delivery and such good food. The chips are really tasty and the burgers and shakes are unreal! So filling and really good value for money too.

No estoy seguro de en qué aceite los están friendo, pero está funcionando. Y estaban bien sazonados. Posiblemente con algo de crack (con suerte, es obvio que esto es una broma). Delivery and order time total fantasy. Do not make deliveroo order for this restaurant. Selected this restaurant because of stated delivery time (65 minutes). Two hours later they have not started to cook. Delivery is from restaurant not deliveroo. Beware.

First time we ordered from Havanas tonight, and despite the current covid 19 crisis the order came really quickly, was hot and tasted absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again. Stay safe guys 👍

Wow! What a treat. Burgers were delicious and the chips were honestly the best I've had in years! Haven't even tried my smoothy yet but it looks great. Add that to the speedy Deliveroo delivery and we couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Cold and old food and wery small ' giant onion rings' onions rings 4 very small and no onion flavour Worst delivery food ever

So we got delivery from deliveroo. For some back story, I'm a junior doctor and had just got off of a busy shift (as you can imagine). The food never arrived. They never called or even attempted to. We call deliveroo and they lied and said that we gave the wrong address and telephone number. We proved otherwise by sending deliveroo the information. They then lied and said they came to our house and we weren't there. We have CCTV footage that proves otherwise. So I'm now 20 quid out of pocket and deliveroo tell me to call them. We do. The manager is absolutely furious and screams at me down the phone calling me a liar and says "go f--k yourself" before angrily hanging up. I'm shocked, tired. We've waited now 4 hours for two burgers and I'm getting yelled at because they lied and essentially tried to scam me. After another 2 hours I've proved it's their fault to deliveroo and luckily got a refund, but this seemed unlikely as the owners were so dishonest. Don't give these con artists a penny.

Order take out from them and received a very delicious burger, cheesy fries and fudge cake. Veruly much regretting not getting their milkshake, but all the more reason to order from them agak.

The owner had to provide a complete refund of £40 because the driver forgot to bring the drinks which was part of the order. What a completely useless and incompetent bunch of people.

Over cooked burger, no taste and so dry. Given this place is supposed to be known for their burgers, they have really let themselves down! The dirty fries and banoffee milkshake were quite yummy, however, we won't be eating there again unless they make huge improvements in their burger meat and the chef's cooking.

The best take away I ever ordered. I had 2 burgers and 2 portions on fries. The fries were crispy and the Burgers very big and tasty. I had many take away in town but I think this was the best. Really recommend ;)

My mate recommended this place so I ordered a delivery. I went for the hawaiian quarter pounder with cheese,pineapple,onion rings and lettuce with reggae reggae sauce. Food arrived after around 40 minutes as they said and was hot and freshly cooked. Very tasty and the burger bun was delicious and of good quality. Delivery man very friendly and polite. One (very) small criticism is that garlic mayo isn't on their menu. I'd like to have swapped it for the reggae reggae. Will use again and would recommend. Thank you.

Awful, overly salty cardboard food, hard bacon, cold chips. Called after 50 minutes of ordering just enquiring as to how long our food would be and was told "well its not late so why are you calling". All I wanted to know was how long it would be. Very defensive so I assume they get these calls all the time. Avoid, awful food, not worth the money. Mcdonalds is sadly so much nicer

Service time was stated 25mins on order however waited for 1 hour and 40 mins. Food average but let down with slow and misleading service times. Will try elsewhere.

Me and my fiancé decided to have a take away from here. The food personally is a bit over priced for a take away, the burgers don’t come with chips and were wrapped in foil that made the bun soggy...... The actual burger wasn’t to bad, home made but could have been better seasoned. The milkshake was nice but again over priced.

Having used Havana's a lot with great service until tonight. I'm absolutely disgusted at the service I have recieved. After the driver turning up minus one shake, i had to except a refund. After the driver was gone we realised we had the wrong burgers too. Called and were told they would pick up the order and be replaced, with extra shake, no offer of apology. A minute later we had a call to tell us we had got our order wrong and they would not be replaced, still no offer of an apology. My partner found the online order and the caller excepted and said would replace. Driver picked up ours. 40 mins later we received our order to find the chips had no been replaced and were freezing. Also one if the shakes was the original shake we sent back. Que phone call from myself asking if it was acceptable, he would not let me speak, screaming down the phone for me to stop talking, Telling me how rude I was. All I wanted was a sorry... which then proceed to tell me he had to my partner and how dare I, and "What do you want for me to hang myself" after loosing friends to awful circumstances I am in shock. As promised here is my review. As I'm finishing this... he has repeated called my partner. Which at this point I have only just finished my food, with a screaming baby late to be put to bed. We have now answered to be told he's sorry but he did apologise. And really argued the case. So your not sorry and your disgusting comment has not been acknowledged as wrong. We have also just been refunded partially, which is just to shut us up. But all you've done is ruined the evening of a family and from other reviews I am not the only one.

It causes my throat to swell up and could kill me as it obstructs my airwaves. They refunded me £4, which isn’t even the full price of the calamari rings. They also missed toppings on my burger and haven’t refunded me for that. I’ve requested multiple times for a full refund because I couldn’t eat any of the food due to my throat being the size of a football but they refuse. I rang their manager who said I need to go through my bins and bring the food back to them before I can get a refund.

Stopped for a coffee abd cake. It was fine, but the cakes were not the best - my wife couldn't eat hers so I got two.

I had this Two days on the trot, It was the Jalapeno Burger. I had them for lunch, COLD, Like a pasty ! Ordered the day befor. The flavour and texture, was fantastic, After numerous "Pub" Burgers, This one beat those by MILES

When I first found this place I was impressed. Very nice food. Had a delivery last night it came cold, food was dry and seemed like it was old food reheated. Delivery was a very long wait, 1hr and half. Shame really. Even after phoning up to complain nothing, told they were busy and that they would be with us soon. Very sad to hear this and shocking to receive bad food.

We placed an order online, told it would be an hour which was fine...to then have a phone call from one of the delivery drivers saying he was outside...he was not. It had been a further 15 mins before we phoned the shop to get the manager shouting down the phone and swearing at us because we questioned where the driver was with our now cold food. We filmed the conversation which shows him screaming ‘you can not place another order you f****** a*** hole, do you not get that!’ This is truly appalling and disgusting behaviour from a manager and business owner. We will never go back there! We phoned back to make a complaint and he said ‘its life. You punch someone you will get punched back okay’ Considering they are a cheltenham based company, not being able to find a house 5 mins up the road from them is clearly a struggle.

For the money I paid, it wasn't worth it. But the delivery fast. Burger was ok but looked a mess and was wrapped up in foil. (Not very processional) And the onion rings inside the burger were soggy. I won't be ordering here again.

I have a very bad experience with a company. I have worked there. They have kept my last wages and some outstanding payments. I was a driver, but also had to prepare food. They do not pay minimum wage. No payslips, no contract. Money in a hand. The hygiene of the place is not up to standard. The people who prepare food rarely wash there hands. The blender for shakes is just rinsed with water not washed. Few times milk out of date was used. On occasions, when food was dropped on the floor it was put back for Serving. The management very rudely deal with complaints. Just for you all to be aware of the place. Donkey work there or buy there.

Nobody Do not wash to handle food, long delivery, twice the shake had taste of expired. And they do not pay the employees and do not give contract too and driver make food too. The picture from customer

Half way eating my burger and I noticed there was something hard in it. It looked like a small cocktail stick. Not happy at all

Absolutely awful! Food took an hour and a half,food had bones and hair.(no exaggeration) Not to mention my order was incorrect! Delivered the wrong burgers, when I phoned to sort this out the guy who answered seemed pissed off that I wanted our actual order.

The meat of the burgers is really good dressed and cooked. They should improve their buns (quite soft), but the toppings are great. The service is quite slow (an hour average for deliver) but its worth it. Black and blue, and mushroom burger are the best.

2 hours to deliver! Food warm! Burger inedible! No mushrooms! No salad! Rang restaurant & emailed photo, they said they'd refund burgers, never turned up! Save your money and go elsewhere!

When it opened this place was great and I recommended it to lots of people. However, now every time we order the food takes the best part of 2 hours to arrive and when it does it is cold. Finally had enough and complained only to learn that the service is worse than the wait time. They will refuse to collect and refund, only offering to pick up and resend. When you have waited two hours for something that is completely unacceptable, and having to re cook the food yourself negates bothering to pay for a takeaway in the first place (it doesn't reheat well either.) Just to add insult to injury considering the amount of times we have ordered from them they can never find our house and ring from miles away to say they are outside. Never, ever again. I will also be telling all the people I recommended to not to bother anymore.

Having had deliveries from Havana's for the past year we have seen a steady decline in their service. We have just waited nearly 2 hours for 2 burgers and some chips. After an hour and 20 I called to chase to be told it would be with us in a couple of minutes. 30 minutes later I get a call from the delivery driver who is lost despite multiple previous deliveries. 10 minutes later he arrives with stone cold burgers and undercooked (and cold) chips. Upon calling them for a refund I was flat out refused. What a disgusting display from a previously good establishment. NEVER AGAIN!!

Food and milkshakes yummy!! If slightly cheaper 5 stars would be applied
