Every one is disrespectful in a restaurant and manger has a very rude and disrespectful and not even Cook well and he threatened me with his words the food is very bad and over cooked I'll never go again In my life again

They messed up the simplest of orders, giving a hot topping to a child who asked for a simple mayonnaise dressing. Not to be trusted.

Me and friends ordered from here. There was hair in my friends food. It took 10 minutes longer to get here than expected. They forgot our drink. Not good service at all.

I had the half-chicken, lemon and herb with spicy fries. The chicken was the best peri chicken I have ever had, insanely good.

Fab pizza. Not a resident but glad I passed by. Clean and fresh. Mango was cool too. Will definitely be back next time I'm about. Highly recommended!

I have had food from here before, it's pretty okay. However the last time I went they didn't have any menus and no prices listed. They tried to charge me 9 pound for a beef burger meal which I found to be very expensive for a very basic burger joint.

Good Pizzas to be honest. tried piri wings on side. boys do their job. Surprised that they are cheaper than next doors shops or other piri or pizza shops. give a try....

Obvious defrosted baps. Fell apart whilst eating. Food luke warm. It's one of those instances where you have one bad experience and don't go back.

The food here is good but there customer service is absolutely awful, they never answer there phone, they take hours to deliver your food giving you false delivery times in the first place, just a very unreliable takeaway.

I like the food but they lie about delivery times. Apparently, my driver is on his way 20 minutes ago but I only live 2 minutes from the shop. Not cool guys

This place used to be my go-to for halal pizza but for some reason it has gone downhill. That said, before leaving a negative review I always give the business a couple opportunities to remedy any issues experienced but I must say that I agree with some of the other reviews about the management/team not acknowledging any fault, rather they are abrupt and offensive. Cheese and TOMATO pizza without any tomato base?

ordered a veggie wrap because im vegetarian. realised when i got home it was a chicken wrap. thankfully didn't eat it.

My food was delivered by a cyclist who made 2 stops before me. The food was stone cold and the burger was of very poor quality. I would give ZERO Stars if I could; even a negative value. I am still waiting for my refund via Uber Eats.

Never again. Two and half hours for some chicken wings and cookies. Rang them three times over the course of an hour and every time it was "on its way". Turned up cold, chips soggy and chicken falling out the bag. Used to order from here twice a week but their service now is so utterly terrible I'll never order from there again. Don't waste your money, go anywhere else!

Rude staff member...After waiting in the restaurant for ages we were told there was "no pizza" (despite seeing pizza being prepared and bagged up)... apparently they had ran out. Yeh I guess that does happen but don't just leave people waiting inside the store like plums expecting to be served. Was my birthday also..not that it matters..

Good quality inexpensive pizzas and excellent grill chicken. Docked a star for an openly stated policy of not answering the phone if it’s busy.

The burger was just mushed up chicken and the chips tasted like pizza so I dunno if they was put with pizza or what but it was really off putting

Alright food but waited 3 hours and didn’t order much and was told the order had been automatically cancelled and was not informed until I phoned and asked where the order was and when it came the food was cold.

I used to use this place all the time sadly its gone right down hill they barely speak English thr food is shocking and they take 2 hours to deliver it such a shame because it was a good place

Hands down the best chicken shop in the southwest! Not only are the staff polite, professional and highly skilled but the food is divine. All meats, breads and dairy are fresh everyday and all meals are served to restaurant quality(I can tell this as I eat at alot of establishments) . You can be in for a long wait if getting delivery but it's always worth the wait in the end. Although it's a "chicken shop" the gourmet beef burgers are my favourite thing on the menu. Can't forget the buy one get one free on pizzas aswell (always useful when moneys tight)... Literally a domino's pizza for way less! While I'm at it.. Give the milkshakes a try they make "shakes to go" look awful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHICKENZOS.

Best piri in Cheltenham by far and its also the cheapest. The offers they do here is insane.

Good arrived stone cold, like it had been stored in a freezer!!!, paid £5 for Texas cheesy chips which were supposed to have lots of cheese, rashers, onions and tomato and spice, was covered in some kind of inedible orange cheese sauce instead of actual cheese and virtually none of the toppings listed, false advertising and has gone on the bin to try and prevent for poisoning, literally freezing cold, don't waste yr money, utter disappointment

Based on fake reviews on just eat unfortunately we ordered rubbish food from this place. Stone cold bread with very cold disgusting doner. Taste horrible. Food was awful. Apparently 4.99 burger comes only with a bun and a mayo, not even ketchup, unless you pay extra. How greedy and rubbish. I wish at least the burger was tasting OK.. Clearly frozen stuff, the bun burned and the patty burned.. Would not give it to a dog, really shame on you, how you operate like this?? How do you even get good reviews? I'm sure you pay for them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

I order from just eat and the order never appeared, I order several times and with each order the quality of the food was getting terrible till today that I end up with a missing order.

I had chikenzo and 3 hours later I had severe diarrhoea and I went to get it checked out by a go and they said I have salmonella and it lasted for 7 days with cramps and a fever I really don’t suggest this place for your own good ..

Good portion size and tasty. Delivery was 20mins earlier than expected.

At the moment my partner is trying to order a Meal deal offer, where the person on the phone doesn't know what is the Meal deal type, and my partner needs to educate him, on their meal deal type offer. Weirdest thing ever until now 😁😆

The delivery women clearly had no idea where they were and I've left review on site and I'm calling the restaurant and just eat tomorrow at some point to complain more as still not eaten and payed for something I never got too eat

Ordered food this evening at 19.45 which was an hour delivery. At 21.15 still no delivery! I called numerous times and no answer. After 15 minutes of constant calling finally someone answered the phone!!! Only to tell me the food would be another 45minutes. Ridiculous delivery times, I’d like to say the food was good but didn’t receive any!

The pizzas and beef burgers are absolutely amazing❤❤🍔🍕. Not a big fan of spicy food so cant say the same for peri chicken. Staff is friendly and food is top notch. Reasonably priced too...

Came across this place just by chance but wow... delicious food and excellent service. We ate there yesterday and today we ordered a delivery to our hotel, ....they explained that delivery will take an hour...as they cook fresh food and do not sell already cooked food stored in warmers and yes it shows from the food quality. Bravo Chikenzo, will definitely come again next time we're are near Cheltenham.

Went there looking for cheap food and found one of best beef burgers I have ever tried. Also tried the pasta and it was excellent... small takeaway but food on par with big names.

Bumped into this place and was drawn in by the menu. They have your typical items i.e. burgers, chicken, pizza as well as calzone and pasta. I tried the bbq chicken calzone and was impressed, very tasty and filling. The chicken wings are also very flavoursome. It took a while for the food to be out but then realised they cook the food fresh so it was definitely worth the wait. The Texas fries could be spruced up a bit. They looked like masala fries in the picture but were very bland. Definitely worth a visit though.

I ordered food through Just Eat and it was really good. Great value and had options for deserts as well. They forgot part of my order but returned 20 mins later to deliver it. Good tasting food and the chicken wings were nice. Definitely worth trying if can't be bothered cooking! Also the milkshakes are really good

Wow this place has improved a lot, great food.

Not all that great, Chips tasted strange with an aftertaste of Oil No dips or salt offered either, and Chicken was extremely greasy and oily so bad that it seeped through the box and stained my clothing. Didn't taste that great either Stick with Go Peris up the road much better!

Absolutely incredible food. I had the chicken filet burger and it was one of the best I've had and for such a low price. Also the sauce they gave as a free extra, I think it was peri mayo, was so delicious. They also give a great student discount. Can't wait to get food from there again.

On my visit to Cheltenham I went to Chikenzo for lunch time meal with my friends nice grilled cooked peri peri chicken and their freshly made milk shakes are tasty 😋 . Good luck to new management

Took nearly two hours. Half the order was missing (my wifes. On mothers day). The chicken was burnt and the customer service was aweful. Three hours and the order still hasnt been corrected. We only tried them because go peri gave us bad service last time. Food was much better from go peri. Bonus We get 20% off next time though (verbal agreement). What next time?

I ordered at 18:20 on mothers day as a treat to the wife. The delivery finally turned up at about 20.00 and theres was food missing from the order. We raised the issue with the staff and then waited another 45 minutes for the wifes to turn up. We are so annoyed. The chicken was over cooked and the comment was "sorry its not to your liking" its burnt. We usely use go peris up further up the high street but the last couple of occasions they've let us down. The manager said our next order will be free but i cant see us using them again.

The manager is called kashif k. It looks like the good reviews are coming from the staff. Lol

If you like grilled chicken you'll love this place. We tried their peri peri chicken and one of the gourmet burgers. I would definitely come back again and would recommend it too.

I am not a fan of hot or spicy food so reluctantly tried the chicken in Mango & lime flavour and loved it. Chicken was cooked perfectly with amazing flavours.

On our first night in Cheltenham, we got the food delivered to us in pub... food arrived earlier than expected and was hot and fresh. Absolutely loved it... Peri Peri Chicken Wings in Mango & Lime flavour were best I have ever had before. Mrs had Mediterranean Salad with chicken and enjoyed it so much that we went there ourselves the next night and the night after...

IN LOVE with their huge burgers and their milkshakes are amazing! forget about nando’s, their peri peri chicken is way juicier and has a good kick to it ... wouldn’t expect such good quality or food in comparison to their prices aha deffo would recommend to my friends, good job !

Its a small restaurant but boy what lovely burgers... and their peri peri chicken is just amazing. Forget mainstream restaurants and big names. This is just amazing. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is clean. What else... prices are dirt cheap and the food is top quality.
