Absolutely spectacular end to a night

Waited for the food for 2 hours and the food still did not arrive. I called them multiple times and they said its "on its way" then called them 30m later again and they told me to cancel my order bere in mind it was supposed to arrive at 12:40am and it is now 2am this is disgusting don't order from them. The service was vile, they had no respect at all and was being incredibly rude. Just wasted my time and now theres no shops open to order from. Selfish timewasters who just want to take your money

Ordered in shop. Forgot part of the order. Rang them 4 times to get it delivered and took almost 3 hours. When the driver arrived they refused to bring it to the flat door. No refund offered other than going into the shop. Crap

The food didn't match up to the expectation I had seeing the ratings. It took a while to get my order although there were no other customers and I was hoping it would be worth the wait only to be disappointed.

The worst chicken donner and chip mix I’ve ever had. Absolutely tasteless like it had been boiled chopped up a fried a little. I’ll never go there again

Recently Had a makeover. Happy and fast serving staff with fresher and better quilting products I’d say they are the best peri takeaway coming out of Cheltenham. Great pricing and large portions sizes when it comes to things like chips and Other sides, most definitely a new favourite.

I love Peri Passion, the pizza is AMAZING! Hygiene is amazing, customer service is amazing! I love all the food here, such lovely people.

Absolutely awful service! Waited 1hr 10 mins for our food for them to cancel the order! Shouldn’t take over an hour to work out you’re too busy to fulfil orders. Don’t order from here unless your prepared to go hungry!!

Wouldn’t answer the phone when no food arrived after an hour and 20 and then cancelled the entire order an hour and a half after ordering. Absolute cowboys

Ordered four double chicken wraps from here last night, first time ever used, 30 mins late, had to ring the shop to find out where the food was, guy was still waiting for delivery person to pickup, when they arrived the wraps were all warm and soggy at best. After being up twice to the loo during the night which tells me the hygiene carnt be very good, hey ho! As life🙄 just thought I would let the Cheltenham eaters to stay away from this gaff if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Order from here all the time just had a pizza again 10/10 proper food I recommend everyone go there 👌

Delicious food, great service and the time for delivery was perfect .I will definitely be recommending this place and i will be ordering again soon!

Yet again a lovely tasty meal, served fresh, hot in a clean and welcoming shop. Staff are very welcoming and polite Excellent choice of food that is fresh (not Frozen) and cooked with care. far better pizza than other larger businesses with a personal touch that is welcomed. Look forward to future visits. Come on everyone support the smaller independent businesses where personal service is forefront

One of the best kebabs I’ve had in Cheltenham. Highly recommend.

After paying money, for two tiny pieces of chicken, I realised that I would of been better off by posting my notes into the drain outside and trying to eat a passing seagull.

We've ordered from here before but this time the service was awful. The food was 40 minutes late (on a one hour estimate) plus the driver phoned me for directions to the road. (Not even the door!) When I had phoned the shop they didn't even apologise. Some takeaways are decent enough to say sorry or offer something.

1.5 hours for food (that needs a new word coining to describe how bad it is) to come 2 miles down the road!! I didn't want to put it in my kitchen bin, let alone my mouth. Straight in the wheelie bin I'm affraid!

25 minutes late, arrived at 4:15. I specifically said "DO NOT RING DOORBELL" and supplied a mobile number to call. Yet the delivery man rang the bell. The food was not what I ordered, I ordered two lemon and herb wraps and both were not lemon and herb. Should you have been open when the food arrived I would have called asking for a refund, if I had not prepaid, I would not have paid for the order.

The only thing i have to criticise is the time given for delivery, i understand on weekends its busy, which you are also fully aware, but the times given on this website are way out my order was nearly an extra 35mins than the rime given. If this gets sorted it would be perfect

Arrived quite late - no apology from the delivery man or shop assistant. We live fairly close to the place too and was told that the "driver just left" one hour in. Yet it took 20 mins to get to us... and the food was still fairly warm so I think this may have been a slip up?

Options for ordering a burger has changed via just eat now. Can't select your condiments for the burger but still good!

New favourite! Peri chicken burgers are exactly as you'd expect - grilled, slightly smokey.

Food was delivered 30 minutes after stated delivery time. Chips were stale, wedges were soggy, and don't get me started on the corn. Tasted like soggy cardboard that I wouldn't feed my worst enemy. I've had better tasting turfs. I thought best that I wrote this review as my friend would have said something much worse. Utterly dreadful! First ever review on just eat, which shows how strongly I felt about writing this, paying 13 pounds for something I wouldn't feed my dog.

Food was okay, not great. Won't be in a rush to order again. Delivery guy was rude and moody. He felt the need to grunt and huff at me when I had to rush to the cashpoint for the money. Please tell him to get some respect as other customers may not keep as calm as I did.

Took an hour and a half to come, when food arrived I Asked if food was hot, he said yes! The food was very slightly warm! Not happy atal! Won't be ordering from here again!

Estoy indignado de la manera que he sido hablado también en el teléfono por estas personas! Orden varias veces antes, y no es un problema, me encanta la comida! Después de esperar más de una hora y 15 km al s conductor me da orden 1 bebida puede si pedí 2, su respuesta 'sólo me recogieron 1» si ya ha pagado con tarjeta, así que nos llamó detrás de ellos. grito al teléfono libre y me decía que cuando me puede y no puede hablar y no tienes que pedir, después de que me estoy quejando están mal por no brindar lo que he pedido y pagamos!
