Fuming with this place . Every time I go to this place an get home 3 miles away there’s always something missing , todays visit I got home after ordering 3 fries an Big Macs and drinks there was only 2 fries , the time before that there was no Big Mac after ordering over £50 worth of food because we had visitors , “ DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN “

Went the drive through, car in one lane, I went the other lane. Scally tells me he will be with me in a minute, then they serve 3 other cars in the other lane. Radio silence, so I reverse out and drive away.

This is the worst Restaurant where I bought food.! Missing items, No one pick up the phone. The delivery guy stolen my food. The staff is jerks “I’m really sorry if i’m very roud” but this is the true! Everytime I’m going there like a customer because my order missing they do the face like “who are you” “what do you think you complain” what is that? Guys if you need good customer service help please do something because this is terrible what’s going on here. Managers? 🤣 absurd.. they doesn’t know what’s going on! My staff where I work “not in the Mc’s” if they doing that with my customer they are fired straight away… do something because I’m going to report the restaurant.

Just had a delivery, both paper bags sealed, 2 items missing again, this time 2 Large Mcflurrys and straws missing, food cold, soda flat and warm (no ice). last time no dip's for nugget's and times before the wrong order. Get it wright Stonedale, the cost out ways the VALUE..

Simple task of taking disabled cinema goer for something to eat before the film. Machine didn't give me a receipt for his expenses asked for one at the till totally incompetent staff unable to print a receipt out. Well thanks thats great my client now doesn't have any record f his expenses spending. Don't fob me off just train you staff how the till works. Im sure Ronald Mc will be really impressed that you are unable to find records of food you have sold 5 minutes previously

They only seem to concentrate on Just eat orders, service slow, fries always cold and soggy, always lengthy wait times in drive thru and in restaurant. Used to be good a few years ago but not anymore.

After not having McDonalds for a long time, we decided to have a treat. If it was halloween it ended being more like a trick.Big queue in the drive thru, ok its saturday and I get it. Then it came my turn to order after queuing for 15 minutes. Ordered 5 meals, of which one I wanted side salad instead of fries. I was told meal sides are fixed as fries with no option to change. I assumed with the lockdown measures this fixed side was because of a limited menu possibly so I accepted the statement. Checking the app later I discover sides are still flexible and side salad is an option. Obviously the staff serving was a couldnt be bothered staff member lying to customers for an easier time.I was told to park up for my order so I did. Waiting for order i saw the drive thru queue shrink, i saw many deliveroo drivers coming in and out with orders whilst i waited and waited.After 20 minutes I walked back to the restaurant and asked for my order, it had been left in the warm cabinet. I said it'll be cold now along with the coffees given at point of sale, I was told no they will still be hot having been in the cabinet so no need for fresh. I got home and the food was barely warm, more lies!It's obvious that deliveroo has priority when it comes to customers.Stone dale used to be a once a week visit, but today I have said to the family we will not be going back ever as it's a disgrace.Poor service and Lies!

i order here at least once a week for a treat to my son, my order this week went on a 4 mile uber trip before he finally got round to delivering the food was cold and disgusting had to throw the big tasty away because after a few bites i felt sick.so all i had was the fries that were cold, tastless and like cardboard wont be ordering again.Instead i will support the local take aways for a weekly trip.And one last thing i only live less than a mile away but dont drive

I tried to go through the drive thru and the boy on the headset at around 1 o’clock am on 30th December was very rude and made me and my friend turn away and go to a different takeaway instead. He said to f**k off very rude and because of this boy I will not be attending Mcdonalds ever again disappointing because I worked at a McDonald’s in a different location and this kind of behaviour was not tolerated

Nunca llegamos más allá del vestíbulo con barricadas.Para ser justos, el gerente, a pesar de estar demasiado a la defensiva de la política estricta, explicó bien la situación. Sin embargo, nos sentimos incapaces de comer allí, así que nos fuimos, junto con el cliente detrás de nosotros que también salió. Señalé que su política de cobertura facial les había perdido cuatro clientes que pagaban.Sugeriría que la mayoría de las personas conocen la ley sobre cubrimientos faciales y puede resultar tedioso explicar si tiene una exención cada vez que visita cualquier establecimiento.¡Hemos elevado la calificación un par de puntos ya que la sucursal claramente obtiene una 'variedad' de clientes como se ve en las otras reseñas!

Después de mi turno de trabajo, decidí ir a este establecimiento con mi pareja para comer algo, al llegar había niños pequeños con bicicletas. SÍ, LADO, yendo a la mayoría de las pocas personas que estaban en sus nombres, etc. , donde hubo ruido, los miembros del personal no hicieron nada durante al menos 20 minutos. . nuestro pedido llegó solo para descubrir que era comida de otra persona, las mesas alrededor de nosotros estaban llenas de basura y el piso incluso veo moscas alrededor, dos miembros del personal vinieron alrededor del gas o E de las mesas se rompieron, ella dijo que había basura, Al escucharla, le dije que mire la basura aquí, su respuesta fue que no tenemos personal de limpieza en REALMENTE ES UN ESTABLECIMIENTO DE ALIMENTOS, poco después de que una joven viniera a limpiar la mesa, Onky, las mesas para el personal, lo pegaron con cinta adhesiva, luego la segunda chica se acercó para limpiar la basura. . . Entré y el lugar estaba hecho un desastre, cada mesa estaba llena de basura y sucia. Un montón de niños andando en bicicleta "DENTRO" del restaurante causando ruido e incluso tirando muebles e incluso arrancando la tapa de una mesa. El personal no hizo nada y no estaba interesado. Cuando se le informó al personal sobre el desastre, la respuesta fue "Lo sé, sí, no tenemos personal de limpieza". ¿Es un establecimiento de comidas sin limpiadores? Los contenedores se desbordan incluso en los baños. No se volverá a usar aquí.

Faltaban las pepitas en el Happy Meal, tuvieron que hacer cola para obtenerlas, y luego se dieron cuenta de que también faltaba el dip de ketchup. Finalmente me senté en una mesa sucia que tenía que limpiar, tuve que volver a reemplazar mi hamburguesa porque faltaba el tocino, adivina qué. . no lo reemplazaron por uno nuevo, solo agregaron unas tiras frías de tocino. .

The food at Indigo Greens is usually lovely but the Christmas Dinner my sister and I received yesterday was a huge disappointment. The quality of the food was fine, but the size of the meal was ridiculously small it was a portion you would serve to a young child. You simply expect more for a meal priced at £12. And there was even a roast potato in sight, it was just 4 small boiled potatoes, a little bit of veg, a small piece of nut roast and gravy.

Food was extremely late which meant it was cold, chewy and disgusting. The food was very poorly packaged. Definitely would not recommend!
