Subway - Belle Vale in Liverpool

Went last night about 7-8pm. Only person in store. Spicy pizza was delicious, really enjoyed it but the chips were not cooked. They were very white and rubbery with very little heat in them and I threw them away. Many other reviews saying the same. Not sure why they would take then out of the fryer when they are so undercooked and think it is ok to hand them over. Obviously people will not return if the food is raw. Why do it? Prob get some smart response justifying this or making it out it is my error. Pizza was very nice though

Pizza cold burnt round edges chips nice noodles undercooked king prawn in batter was overcooked batter piece's few bits of over cooked prawns in there like rubber and sharp tail not worth the price or dentist fee's sorry used to love this place

Pedí un desayuno bapp 2 salchichas 2 tocino y un huevo Tardamos 25 minutos desde el momento en que pedimos y solo había otros 2 en el restaurante. El servicio del muchacho era bastante amable, pero muy inseguro de cómo tomar una orden. Cuando el bapp finalmente salió los 2 rashers fueron los peores iv jamás visto. El cuchillo no les cortaba tan fuerte. ¡Cómo diablos puedes equivocarte cocinando un rasher! Me lo devolvieron y me ofrecieron otro bapp o mi dinero. Opté por recuperar mi dinero y me fui a otro lugar. I defo no volverá aquí

I popped in to KFC Garston yesterday - my first KFC for a few months. I was having trouble finding my order on the self-service so Ian offered to put my order through the till. It turns out that what I wanted isn't actually on the menu but Ian did his thing and made it happen. I ordered the KFC Stacker with a hash brown - but as a box meal. KFCs Zinger Tower burger used to be my favourite but they don't do that anymore, plus for quite a few years, the sandwiches are getting smaller (as is everything). However, the KFC Stacker is a superb alternative. It would be helpful to be able to change the supercharger (spicy mayo) to plain mayo, add the hash brown and create a box meal. My only little observation was the fries were luke warm, as were the winglets. But, since Ian really helped out, I didn't want to make a fuss. So, I'm only adding this bit so the staff can consider making a little less when it's not as busy otherwise the food sits around, losing heat/freshness.

We ordered food through the app and they took over two hours we had multiple drives get to McDonald’s then drop our order as they were taking so long and finally when it arrived we have missing items, when we asked for compensation on the app they told us no and there was nothing that could be done
