Subway - Belle Vale in Liverpool

Went last night about 7-8pm. Only person in store. Spicy pizza was delicious, really enjoyed it but the chips were not cooked. They were very white and rubbery with very little heat in them and I threw them away. Many other reviews saying the same. Not sure why they would take then out of the fryer when they are so undercooked and think it is ok to hand them over. Obviously people will not return if the food is raw. Why do it? Prob get some smart response justifying this or making it out it is my error. Pizza was very nice though

I ordered my pizza at 8pm last night was supposed to arrive at 9pm but no show so called the restaurant three times. No answer. Called again was told it'd be out by 10.10pm. Got to 10.30pm and it still wasn't there. I requested a refund and went to be as there was no sign of it coming. It then showed up at 11.45pm when everyone was in bed and they refused my refund request even though it was so many hours late and the food was stone cold. Absolutely ridiculous service never eat there. Rip offs.

Consistent service here. Burger was good and service fast.
