I went to the Burger King drive-through on Castle Boulevard in Nottingham, and after waiting for several minutes at the designated spot with no response, I drove ahead to check if the drive-through was open at all. They had left a metal door open, which partially obstructed the already tight road, and ended up scratching my car. I got out to assess the damage, and a member of staff came out shortly afterwards. I explained calmly, saying literally these words and nothing more: "I just scratched my car against the door; it’s a bit dangerous here." She immediately started getting annoyed and replying “The door was open all day and no one hit it; you could have avoided it by driving more on the side; or you could just have asked me to close it; it’s not our responsibility if you hit it…" when I finally managed to put a word through, I said “I’m not asking for compensation, just to maybe put a warning sign for the next ones or something, since it’s so narrow here?" She said, "OK," and disappeared. Tell me if this is good customer service.

This is a great Burger King, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also always clean and i've never had any issues with the car park.

We come here every week for lunch, we love it here!! Always clean, always friendly and welcoming. Really fast service and the food is always so good. Best burger king I've been to, the staff are great.

Used to love burger king but have always chosen McDonalds after a bad experience Sadly, thought I would try burger king again and this has definitely made me decide on never going back. Ordered a kids meal and a burger meal for myself. Everything was going great until I got to the burgers, kids burger was dry like cardboard and mine was raw in the middle, extremely pink and squishy. No doubt the meat wasn't cooked, which was a surprise since I had to wait 10 mins for my order and longer for the burger. But what disappointed me the most was that when I went back to the drive thru to show the guy the burger he immediately became defensive and rude as if he knew what I was going to say to him. Refused to offer a refund and told me they don't do card refunds so I asked for cash back for the burger, but couldn't do cash back because I paid by card. The man's a gorm and I won't be going back there again. Ever.

The service here is really bad. I have ordered twice from here and both times my order had been wrong with a lot of missing items. The first time I ordered the vegan burgers and they sent me two whoppers (I’m a vegetarian) the second time they only sent me my cheese bites and my drinks and non of the actual food I ordered. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give a minus 5 I would. Every time I’ve been in the last 2 months, I always get advised items are not available. The staff are extremely rude and didn’t even bother to open the drive through window. I think they are loosing their grip on the market and it is showing. We ended up driving to McDonald’s around the corner and their operation is so much slicker. The only reason we went to Burger King is that we enjoy their bean burger being vegetarians. However DONT be fooled by any of the vegan items, they are all filtered in the same oil as the meat products.

Some genius has got a bunch of commoners serving food here, EVERYTIME I have been here since lockdown the staff serve an array of hoops to jump over before allowing you to make an order. The guy on the drive through has plaque on his teeth and has dirty nails. I tried to order two double cheeseburgers on my lunch break and I ended up driving away after going through what seemed to be a loan application in order to get my burger. I was told to download the app (which requires time) and verify my account before navigating my way through the complex and annoying menu design to find a code that the staff member simply looked at and typed into the till. I asked for two and he said I can only have one from the app. After 15 minutes of jumping through these annoying hoops to be told I can’t have what I want. I WILL NOT BE GOONG THERE AGAIN! A complete waste of time! And by the time I finished talking to the guy I felt that he was so incompetent that I couldnt trust him to handle my food and decided not too ok bother in the end. I’m so shocked by this that I could only express my disappointment and frustration on here and help others avoid my horrid and pointless experience.

Appalling service never again will I use this Burger King. Left waiting for over 15 in a park bay with my son asleep in the car for some chilli cheese bites. I had to go back to the window to be told he couldn’t bring them out as he was on his own. Milkshake machine never working, avoid this site or you will be very disappointed

Worst takeaway I have visited no one on the tills when someone served me 15 minutes later food cold drink flat.very poor.write to Burger King they told me it’s a franchise. and sent me meal voucher for a basic burger.

Clearly the guy who was working today was not very happy!, Waiting to be served on drive thru and sticked his head out and said where not taking anymore orders, didn't give me an explanation but he was laughing and joking with his colleague. Then after they finished she was like "better go and serve" then he came back to me and said what can I get you about 15mins later I asked for Ice cream then he wasted my time because he turned around and said we haven't got any of that was around about 4ish you guys close at 10 talk about selling a product when you haven't got any ice cream for sale you obviously need to sort your manger out to get enough stock in to last and you need to sort your staff out to be happy to serve customers instead they think it's a gathering for a night out and this isn't the first encounter it always happens everytime I go there they have ran out! Stick to what you know best McDonald's is only around the corner there loads busier but at least they don't run out of things and they are happy to serve you !

Burger king have detective pikachu advertised with their kids meals however this would be the second time in 4 weeks they have said no to my children as they say they have to get rid of the batman toys first. 3 upset children yet again.

Absolutamente horrendo, llegó allí con mi amigo ambos muy hambrientos y listos para la comida. Nos quedamos esperando sin parar para ser atendidos, eventualmente un joven muy temperamental y abrupto vino a servirnos, dijo que no tenían uno de los artículos que queríamos, así que terminaron teniendo aros de cebolla, pidieron una gran Comida Whopper, y pagado. Terminamos sentados fuera del camino debido al tamaño de la cola detrás de nosotros, y al tener un espacio limitado para los clientes. La comida llegó, y casi fue arrojada a mi amigo, cuando le preguntamos dónde estaba la bebida, el camarero señaló la taza vacía en el mostrador, y dijo '¡hazlo tú mismo! "Genuinamente satisfecho de salir del edificio, nunca para volver! La comida era de la misma calidad que el servicio, y mi comida no era grande, sino regular. En general, no es una experiencia que quiero repetir. . . . . . . ¡Nunca! ! ! ! !

I've just experienced properly the worst customer service I've ever accounted, after waiting 20 minutes for my food I went to the counter to inform the staff. The rude staff member said I had already been given my food and it was on the tray as part of my friends order, so basically calling me a liar.

Expensive, food tastes disgusting too, my friends are veggies and they had nothing to offer them. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Wouldn't advise you to go there!

The premises exhibited a state of neglect in terms of cleaning and hygiene. The restrooms were particularly unsanitary, and the overall ambiance was characterized by a pervasive sense of filth. The quality of the food was subpar, and I was compelled to return for a replacement, which did not meet my expectations for a quick and satisfying meal. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Do not go here 15 minutes waiting for a diet coke at my table Informed a member of staff who told me I hadn't ordered at my table. Showed her the proof. Coke arrived a couple of minutes later with the excuse being a large backlog of customers Restaurant only half full Shocking Service!!!

I visit Greggs on Carrington Street most days for the last 2 years for my breakfast and usually the experience isn't overly bad however, 11th October 2023 I was minding my own business in the queue with another customer stood behind me literally breathing down my neck so I decided to stand a little to the right of the service counter. A female member of staff then quite abruptly singled me out and said "is there a reason to why you are standing there" which my reply was " I am waiting to be served" the female member of seem annoyed and perturbed and quite rudely answer back stating "I am only asking alright!" This attitude made me feel singled out and belittled in front of a very busy shop. This member of staff has no shame in belittling and putting people on the spot for no reason whatsoever customers and no customer service attributes. Needless to say I will not be visiting thus outlet in the future.
