McDonald's Yorkshire Grey in Greenwich

Still absolutely dreadful. Food still cold, and order incorrect. So many justifiably terrible reviews, but nothing ever improves.

The food from this branch is consistently cold. I am always living in hope that this time it will be hot or at the least warm.It is also meant to be fast food, which very much an understatement

This restaurant is dreadful. The order is always wrong, and always cold. The wait to be served is usually ages. Despite complaints to management nothing ever changes or improves.

Pretty much every time I go here there’s an issue with the order. Today’s delivery was no better. The items were completely cold and one of the drinks should have been a sprite but was pretty much water with a hint of flavour. Overall the meal was disgusting.

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Terrible service, long waits for 'fast' food. Be prepared for cold food once it arrives. No one likes cold burgers and chips. Today was the last time I spent my money at this excuse of a fast food joint. Dissatisfied!!!

Can even get your order right always wrong. Visited 20/09/23 in the evening. Called store as order was wrong. A guy answered the phone told me one sec left me for 5 mins then cut me off. Called a further 5 times and the phone was just picked up and put down. It wasn't even busy. Staff really don't care. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Waiting over 30 minutes for a kids Chicken nugget happy meal and a burger. Yet gave me the ice cream and drink before asking me to park up. Avoid if possible !

Had a hideous time with delivery previously but thought maybe they might have improved as the McDonalds app but after they took away the £10 voucher for that ruined night here we are yet again different date, missing item AGAIN from an order of over a £45 spend. Gave me the dip for halloumi fries, just NO halloumi fries. Oh and the answer! I can get a refund for them in 10 days, thanks sooooo much. Another ruined meal, another 15 minutes on hold during meal time. Another 10 days of you holding my money hostage for your staffs errors. When I tried to complain to McDonald's 'NOT THE DRIVER' let's be clear here, not the drivers fault, the numpty food packers fault in MCDONALDS! (How hard can putting food into a bag be?) So I try to complain to McDonalds but wait ... they inform me that delivery is not run by McDonald's but Uber eats. Had I known this I'd not have ordered, not in a million years. The McDonald's app is Uber. Such a con. Returning my money for missing food does make up for a ruined meal and a ruined night! Cheers again Uber eats and McDonald's, such fabulous and stirling job. 'NOT'!

Always order through Uber Eats, it's become a running joke that every single time we order they miss something (generally a large item) off the order (we get charged and it shows on the bill) Today 3 Burgers, 3 Drinks, 3 Fries. Arrived without any fries. Last Time - missing one of the burgers Time before - someone elses order It's a joke really.. Awful We only order from here when someone stipulates they want McD's otherwise we choose BK because they don't mess uo the orders!

By far the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. You will be waiting a LONG time to get your order, no matter what it is. Their quality control is quite simply awful. Multiple times now they keep putting the wrong food in the wrong packaging, resulting in a completely wrong order. It's one thing to have to check inside the bag to make sure the order is correct, but that's not enough - you need to check the food itself. You'd think that the UberEats drivers run the place with the way they go about -always standing in front of the tills, always helping themselves by going into the kitchen area. Incredibly inconsiderate.

Thought after this restaurants referb the food would be served hot. But no still cold all of it so dont use this McDonald's if you want hot food.

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. No soap in toilets. Every table cluttered with rubbish. 50 minute wait for food - cold when arrives. 60 minute parking limit in car park.

The drive through is on the corner of Elthan Road and the South Circular. With no entrance from the South Circular, and the ULEZ zone starting before the drive through entrance on Eltham Road, I popped in for some drive through and incurred a ULEZ penalty because I didn’t realise that this would happen. Not happy.

Waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for my food still nothing called the Yorkshire gray branch and the manager had an awful attitude problem refusing to help us saying not my problem asked for her name refusing to give me her name disgusting service gone through head office to try and get this matter resolved will never be returning here avoid avoid avoid

Terrible late night service. 15 mins wait after ordering at drive thru and didn't get full order as per the receipt. Unacceptable. Then you cannot write a complaint on the McDonalds website for the restaurant. The robot for customer services doesn't have the option. Dodgy company.

I am never going to this MC Donald again. I was stuck in drive through for 40 minutes. The food they serve us. Was cold. The chips were hard and less then half filled. All there worried about is the just eat drivers.
