Loved Mc Ds strawberry milkshake, Bought one drank most but left about 1/4 when I went back into kitchen 2 hours later to throw out the liquid from milkshake but it was foam ? What the hell is in it never again will I buy Mc Donald’s Plus got fillet of fish waited 20 mins but fillet of fish was so overcooked and dry wasn’t no mayonnaise or sauce Worst ever ,

I have been a customer of this md's for a long while, it is our nearest one, but of late, I have noticed the change in staff and the attitude of staff has gone right down, they are rude, they talk in their own language with each other before they finish dealing with you, and when you ask for something they have forgotten on the order, it is like you are getting in their way or getting on their nerves, so then they are very sharp with you and rude, we will not be ordering from this md's anymore. There is only one nationality at this branch now, so I don't trust the hygiene of the food anymore either. Others be very careful eating from this branch.

Tried to use the drive through, staff member was taking order wrong, wouldn't put it up on the screen for review, stated certain items weren't available etc, we then decided it was easier to go inside to order, staff members were ignoring customers, the restaurant was not busy at all, there seemed to be sufficient staff that were busy in the kitchen but no customer facing and vacant service. Very disappointing 😞

Totally appalled with this service this evening. Over 25+ minute wait for the drive through. Card machine broke down apparently but no one came and told us. We had to sit though and watch all the Uber eats and deliveroo drive past us, taking priority again!!! Attitude of manager wasn’t great either.

I visited Streatham McDonald’s before starting work I arrived at 2pm and was still left waiting at the till at 2:30 Someone then asked me if I needed someone at the till I said yes and nobody came meanwhile there was a bunch of people waiting and it was busy. Employees are just standing there doing nothing, being rude to customers and drivers food comes out soo slow and I couldn’t even place my order. Tables are dirty except the ‘staff break’ ones. This place needs to step up because it unacceptable. Shocking.

Just getting back home. My son was sleeping im the car so I thought I'll try the McDonald's near where I live on my way home as It's a drive through service. Guess what !!! this is what I get and now that my son is in bed I can't go back to complain. It's disgraceful!!!! . Someone needs to sort out that McDonalds asap.

I've ordered from this franchise in Streatham 4 seperate times and 4 seperate times, items have been missing combinded to the value of roughly £15. It's very annoying that the staff can't be trained by management correctly to add all the items that I've paid for to my order. Basic stuff but 4 errors in a row says it wll. I feel robbed.

Yesterday night (03/12) at 21:15 the manager or supervisor was shouting using undescribable lenguaje and arguing without realising that it is a family restaurant, they should really check what kind of people become a supervisor or manager since that person it does not reflect what MacDonald is and I will not come back as long as that person works there, unfortunately to lose customers because of people who do not deserve to wear the MacDonald uniform Unfortunately he didn't want to give his name and he didn't have his badge name

chips came cold&there was a rotten one. staff so rude, after i almost threw up, they refused to give me a new portion or a refund. absolutely disgusting. chicken nuggets tasted like fish too, and as you go in it smells like poo. i am not even exaggerating, i live nearby and pop in sometimes when i have nothing at home.

Every time I have ordered something trough Uber eats, always something is missing, chips or nuggets or cheese dippers!! I reported it to Uber eats and they said is not their fault, is the restaurants fault, which absolutely believe because this restaurant has the worst management, I don’t know how can anyone employ such a unprofessional people, worst ever!

We’ve used this McDonald’s more than a handful of times, no longer going to use this McDonald’s! It needs a big improvement in our opinion! The staff always seem to be quite abrupt and rude and every single time we’ve ordered whether it be drive-thru, in store or Uber Eats they miss out at least one item in our order, the last straw was when they left out our child’s meal so we had to venture back out to grab something for him! Wish they’d improve!

Ordered fillet of fish burger and fries; Fries were very greasy, half cooked and cold. Fish was brown in colour, gone off smell, placed on edge of bun and not centre, too much sauce. Seems that there are alot of big RATS in the car park/drive through.

I honestly have to say that this McDonald’s is possibly one of the worst I’ve been to in the world! Every time I’ve been here the orders are wrong and there is always things missing from it when I get home. The place is badly ran, dirty and not managed properly. I would strongly advise to anyone not to go there and especially not to use the drive through.

The employee must have been half blind and cross eyed, as my burger was like an Eton Mess when I opened the wrapping. Anyway, I only visit McDonald’s when I’m desperate and there’s no spare food in my local garbage bins. Nice one Ronald!!

Servicio terriblemente lento combinado con los peores inodoros que he visto en mi vida. Piense en el inodoro solitario bloqueado en los hombres con la orina desbordada desde el cubículo hacia el área del inodoro principal. Heces en el asiento del inodoro y en todo el inodoro incluido el piso. No en vano, había un olor horrible. This McDonald’s is the worse ever it’s been 10 years and today i have draw a line. Super slowwwwwwIt’s worse since they refurbished it’s too busy, the staff and management can’t haldle it. Out of 10, 8 of my orders are wrong. Always 1 or 2 things missing. Regardless of I drive or go inside or order Uber eat, there is something always wrong. Since reburbished twice I eat there with my children and had to wait 45 one time and 1hour anothe, you end up in desperassion I have 3 little children. Always full of people waiting and waiting, so I stop eating in there, when I bring home if I don’t check I get home I have to go back, rediculous, I had to go back and demand all the food to be change I am alone with the kids, because of coming and going our food gets cold. Today I order by Uber it’s the second time, I fill like crying honestly it’s to much it’s taking the piss. Today Wrap missing, straws, all the sauces (why order sauces they never come) wasting our time. Again have to go there... Why did I pay a delivery charge???????? I still have to go there to be able to eat.Please close this place down or change all the staff.

Un drive through experience que no quiere repetirse. Tenía plazos ajustados y necesito dos comidas para mí y mi hijo. . . Pedí la comida, esperé unos minutos para pagar y me di cuenta de que 3 miembros del personal estaban saliendo de una zona vallada (¿cubos?). . . . Cuando llegué a recoger el pedido (2 comidas grandes de mac), me pidieron que esperara en un estacionamiento porque mi comida no estaba lista. . . . . "No es mi culpa", dijo. Unos minutos más tarde fui al quiosco y pregunté dónde estaba mi comida. . . . Ella dijo que la opción picante se retrasó,,,, le dije que esto no era lo que pedí. Su colega llegó a la ventanilla del kiosco, me ignoró y comenzó a hablar con otro cliente mientras yo intentaba cumplir mi pedido. Le pedí que resolviera esto y mi uso del trabajo "Oi" pareció irritarlo. Luego me explicó en tono agresivo que lo había "desacreditado". . . . . Fui al restaurante para hablar con un gerente. . . . Le expliqué la situación alimentaria y le señalé que el miembro del personal que había ignorado era agresivo conmigo. Disparó hacia mí con aspecto de que iba a golpearme. . . La directora lo detuvo físicamente. . . . Luego puso sus manos detrás de su espalda y dijo que no podía hacer nada ahora. . . . Procedió a venir hacia mí otra vez, la directora le dijo que se detuviera y regresara. . . . Luego físicamente bloqueándole el camino. . . . . Me quejé al servicio de atención al cliente que respondió la semana siguiente que el restaurante había tomado medidas no especificadas. . . . . Sin disculpas, etc. . . No volvería pero en ese momento había otros que habían estado esperando y donde no estaban contentos. . Mcdonalds es genial. . . . Solo evita esta rama

Une usine à bouffe, alors forcément on ne s'attends à rien d'extra ordinaire quand on va dans un MacDonald, mais la c'est vraiment une usine, tu commande, il te donne sans plateau, tout à la main et salut. Beaucoup mangé par terre pour ma que de place, une queue pour aller au toilette interminable .. je garde 2 Etoiles pour les employés qui font vraiment ce qu'ils peuvent

Hacía tarde para una reunión, así que mi marido compró una comida 400 pounder para mí. Sólo me tomó un bocado de hamburguesa y tenía un dolor de estómago para el resto del día y sufrió una intoxicación alimentaria por varios días después de eso. El viaje en coche fue muy concurrido en comparación a dentro, así que fuimos dentro de esta una por una vez. El aparcamiento estaba limpia, por dentro estaba limpio, el servicio fue rápido y educado, de nuevo por 4 libras rara ¿qué más quieres de DCP?

Loved this coffee shop I've stopped at many times for a coffee, located inside the station, with nice view of the station concourse. Today (30 October 2024 1pm) that all changed when I ordered a coffee and discovered it was only slightly warmer than lukewarm. I told the lady who served me (who appeared to be a manager) it wasn't hot enough, and to my surprise her reaction was to say it WAS hot enough as it had come from the machine, and she didn't appear to want to change it. Fortunately, the man dispensing the coffees overheard our conversation and immediately proceeded to replace my coffee. The new coffee was hot, at the correct temperature. Annoyed by the attitude of the lady/manager I then asked her whether the fact that the coffee had come from the machine meant it was necessarily hot enough, to which she replied yes. She then went on to say, defensively, that everyone had their own ideas of what is hot enough, and that she liked her coffee cooler! I told her I had had 100s of Pret coffees (which is true!) and knew when the coffee was below an acceptable temperature. What an awful experience, especially if she is a manager. I suggest retraining for her!
