Mcdonald's Restaurants in Lambeth

Always get the order wrong here. You are best not adding or removing any items as it just confuses them. They normally just give you a plain burger if you remove anything. Just pick out the bits you don’t want to eat. Deliveries from here are usually cold as well - despite me only living a few min drive from the restaurant.

Every time I order the burger is dry and the food is horrible reheated food

If you expect your food to be prepared with clean hands, you won’t get it here. I was waiting 15!!! minutes for my breakfast wrap and eventually a manager started preparing it without washing hands before! And he touched a lot of surfaces before that including delivery guy’s bag (really dirty one). And they didn’t even apologise for that

Ordered at 9.25 am and arrived at 10.55am. Food was stone cold - but only got a refund for half. Breakfast finished at 10.30am in mcdonalds

this order was not even delivered I had to collect it from shop myself your delivery driver has taken our food I'm not happy at all

I had 30 minutes, which I wanted to spend to have some food and work on my laptop at the same time. Instead of that, I lost that time in looking for a working socket and asking people to move or just to use the sockets under their tables. Raining. Paper bag wet. As courier handed over the packaging split and food fell on the floor. No offer of a replacement. No way of contacting Mcdonalds Clapham as they are not answering phone. Submitting refund request to Just Eat.

Why even bother? Overpriced junk and to top it off, mine was cold and the drinks spilt everywhere and was flat. Waste of money.

The big Mac’s were stone cold and one of them didn’t have the extras in it as requested. It barely had any sauce in it. So it was very dry and hard to eat.

Good size McDonald’s with plenty of seating. Being in the heart of Clapham High Street, your experience here will depend very much on if you come during a quiet weekday or at midnight on a Saturday night - and your expectations should vary accordingly. The general McDonald’s level of service has undoubtedly dropped across the board since the lockdown period and you can now expect quite a wait if there are a lot of Uber/Deliveroo orders. The driver spilt the entire drink in the bag/ on the floor so the order was incomplete.

Hugo was a big help, we had an order wrong when he listened to me straight away and corrected it. If anyone deserves recognition it’s him.

delivered our drinks and ice cream but no burgers, chips or dips. delivery guy very nice and stared he checked with the restaurant, who stated there were no other items, even though I showed him my order that clearly does state food ordered. now have a very upset autistic 4 year old looking forward to his nugget treat and is now going very hungry.

How the bloodclart are you going to send a drink without the cup holder? Never ordering from you again, burger was dry like chalk and chips looked cut up and blend up. Never again!

Food isn't the issue be prepared to be roamed over while eating food staff whilst just death stare you if you take more than ten minutes to order food ... Booths never have the power switched on either can't charge any phones and most importantly the tables are never cleaned they just leave it until they can be bothered

The staff are thee most rude and unhelpful & they really don't care. I spent money here and was unable to use the disabled toilet, I was told there is no key for it. you have to do better especially in such a busy area & at the centre of an "inclusive" community

Visited the restaurant in person on a late morning during the middle of the week. The food was of good quality and service was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very clean.

Ordered lots of items - the main events such as the mighty hatrick and 2 x chocolate milkshakes were completely inedible. The mighty hatrick was three pale burgers slapped between a bun with nothing else in it. The chocolate milkshakes were bitter and the conistensy of water. All three items ended up in the bin. Put in a complaint to just eat and asked thar those items were refunded but was refused based on the following: All of our Restaurant Partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it. For this reason, I'm not able to offer you any refund or compensation on this occasion. I found this response ridiculous - McDonald's is a chain restaurant, and you would expect the quality, recipe and taste of the food to be on par with every other McDonald's chain out there. This was not food that was 'not to our taste' this was completely inedible. I'm a regular customer of just eat and McDonald's so I expected this to be dealt with appropriately. But just eat wouldn't budge. The food was inedible, and just eats response is just insulting. I will not be using just eat or order from clapham McDonald's again.

Grab a milkshake at Big Mac and some vegan food for the family lots of space to park and have a sit back have a break

Second time they leave orders out after paid for it

The drink and ice cream was spilled. The delivery driver told me “it’s just 10 minutes away. You can go replace” I asked him to replace it, since it spilled in his delivery and that’s what I’m using the service for, he told me to do it myself. 1 star for quality and -6 for service. Insanity.

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered 4 meals and they delivered 1 meal and all drinks. How do you miss 3 whole meals!!!! I better get a refund, I’m fuming.

Ordered turned up with barely any fries at all - and all the fries that it did come with were strewn through the bag. Order also took a very long time to turn up.
