A bad start to the day with a curly haired staff guy in the morning. No drink service? When asked about food, the attitude was not wanting to sell... no dip. food not heated. i am a customer, i came to buy food, i paid, i did not beg for food from you. you are not good so don't make other people's business go down Will not come back

My favourite stop off on a regular journey from Cambridge. Got on the train with my usual cheese and onion. The train left as I took my first bite. It was steak and onion. I am a strict vegetarian. Huge disappointment. Nothing I can do but throw it away☹️

These are the best Pasties in the world and the customer service is outstanding, I thoroughly recommend you give them a try, you won’t be sorry!!

Asked if I could get some boiling water for my babies bottle as rushing for a train and was refused by a “server” far too busy looking at his phone and then just nodded towards the fridge where they stock cool (never cold) bottled water! What has happened to just helping people out, there was nobody else waiting, he had all the time in the world, everything is all just about making money these days and it’s such a shame, I will never buy anything from this stall

Absolutely disgusting pasty. Incredibly over priced tasteless pastry with a mostly potatoe filing, despite the “steak” label which probably cost about as much as the poor employee earns in an hour. Avoid.

I always get a sausage roll from here whenever I go to London and they’re absolutely delicious, highly recommend.

Great Pasties - really full of tasty meat - unlike many which are all pastry ! Excellent friendly service and a good choice of pasties - spicy etc.

Avoid the hot chocolate. It’s just hot water!

Variety of options here they are bit pricy but quite fufilling.

The pasti shop is very Hot and testi food.

The food was nice but my thoughts about how great the food was overrun by how I was treated by the staff. I ordered veggie roll at around 8:40pm today but the guy on the till bagged a veggie pasty. I told him very kindly that I wanted a veggie roll but he raised his voice and widened his eyes as he asked me "anything else?" twice. He came into his senses when he was corrected by another staff. I paid but never asked if I wanted a receipt. He did not apologise and I felt that it was really rude.

Cornish Pasty was delicious! Charitha was very friendly.

Ordered a chicken and mushroom pasty. The closest that pasty had ever been to a chicken was when the person who made it watched Chicken Run over Christmas.

I neither expect cheap nor quality food at a British station, but I hope for something reasonable. My pasty and wedges from the Pasty Shop were terrible and easily the worst pasty I've ever had. It had a nasty, soft consistency with no definition in texture between the meat and vegetables. Just mushy. There was also very little flavour and none of the pepperiness I'd expect. I wasn't expecting a great pasty but this was the only pasty I've not enjoyed. The meagre portion of accompanying wedges were luke warm and too soft. The pasty and wedges were served by staff who were disinterested to the point of disdain. When you consider the price, this was also terrible value. I can't think of any reedeaming points and I strongly recommend avoiding the Pasty Shop.

Used the past shop for ages. Really friendly staff As for the pasties all 4 types I’ve tried top notch lush. I’ve heard there maybe a discount card but unsure how to obtain one.

Tanveer offered the BEST service ever. In this country people don't wish you enough for Eid and we wished each other a belated Happy Eid. The coffee actually tasted good, and I even got a delicious croissant and a freshly tasting vegetable roll. Chris was very sweet and smiled genuinely and promptly assisted and between the two of them they cheered me up on a day when I felt quite sad when I started the day. I have always liked the food at The Pasty Shop . You must try their pasties. They even accept rhe BITE card which you can get online and don't forget to visit Tanveer and Chris. Try to remember the names of people who work hard to serve you well. A good turn adds good 👍 to the Universe.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the food establishment was not satisfactory. The quality of service provided was subpar, with no attention given to my order and no bag provided. The attitude and tone of the staff was unpleasant and unprofessional. It is with great remorse that I must share such a negative experience, and I sincerely hope that the establishment will improve their service in the near future. I was compelled to repeatedly request a bag, and it appeared that my request was met with reluctance. Moreover, when I was finally provided with one, the food was carelessly stuffed inside.

I bought beef pastry in that shop for 6£. Found inside 95% potatoes, 5% other wagetables and 000.1% of beef. Generally I was feeling just beef flavour (souse) and was trying hard to find any small pice of meet, but couldn't find any. Not recommend and very expensive! Unless you want to eat some cooked potatoes for 6£.🫢🤢

Travelling to Portsmouth from Waterloo Station. I stopped at pasty shop to buy snacks. Mr zalak Patel was very polite and friendly. He also very fast in serving the customers and I am very impressed.

More than £6 for a pasty? Having a laugh!

Just about ok. Pasty (traditional) was hot but a little underdone for my taste. Meat was not the best either (fatty sinewy), and really rather bland. Add a bit of pepper and some gravy flavours! Would I go back? Probably not. West Cornwall Pasty Company pasties are much better to be honest. No complaints for the staff - efficient and courteous.
