Super Crust in Richmondshire

Apparently a garlic bread comes with tomato.... I’m allergic to tomato but when I rang to complain I was told this is how garlic bread is served, no garlic bread automatically comes with tomato. And the delivery driver shouldn’t have his tiny kid delivering orders while he’s sitting on his mobile phone in the car.

Ordered a couple of times in which the order has been cancelled, absolute waste of time. Completely Unprofessional. Don’t order from here.

Shocking service. Stone cold food, had to microwave made even worse. Called to get a replacement, told we could have a replacement of the pizzas not the sides. Who wants to eat or all separate?! Was late to start with. Then told the replacement would be 15 minutes. *30 minutes later* rang again, told 15 minutes out with driver. Will not be ordering again, and would advise others to pick another takeaway of debating one. Wouldn’t even give it a 1 Star; but doesn’t let you post otherwise.

Ordered food from here at 6:15pm and nothing turned up till 8:40. Food was stone cold and restaurant lied about the delivery time twice telling me at 7pm it would be 5 minutes and then again at 8pm that it would be another 5 minutes. Absolute joke of a restaurant

Would have been nice to actually receive my food!! They claim to have delivered our food to us but they never did! Wouldn’t ever bother ordering from this place again, not worth the time or effort.

If you want a long wait and a super kevav that is tiny took over 2 hours and only because I called they obviously forgot and cobbled together an order and rushed out.. 2 kebabs a 10inch pizza and 2 chips £27.05. Photo is of a so called super kebab and one of a large kebab. Please order elsewhere

Ordered 2 doner kebabs a meat feast pizza and a burger. It stated delivery would be made in an hour yet 1 and a half hours later it still hadnt arrived, we then got a call saying it was delayed but on its way followed by a text saying there was a delay and they were trying to resolve the problem. 2 hours after ordering the food we got 2 pitiful kebabs that were dry, the meat feast pizza was chicken and bacon and all of the food was cold. Have used this place before and thought after closing for a refurb they would of got their act together but its the worse takeaway we have had in a long time. Wont be returning

Ordered 2 pizzas from here, both were dry and over cooked with hardly and tomato purée. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again.

Happened to call in the first night they had opened after a make-over. Menu looked lovely. Ordered a 'super' kebab for around £9 and curly fries for around £3.50 which we planned to share between the two of us. Having ordered house and large kebabs elsewhere usually there is plenty for two to share. Well, super crust's version isnt even big enough for one! Salad was lovely (although no cabbage etc, just normal side salad), garlic sauce was nice, chilli sauce just tasted of spicy vinegar really, the chicken portion on the kebab was an adequate amount and was delicious, as was the halloumi.... but there was literally two strips of donner kebab meat! The meat was served in the pitta bread rather than foil wrapped seperately, and there wasnt even enough food to fill the pitta bread properly. Such a shame as the food was nice, but certainly not worth £9.

Ordered a takeaway then had to get just eat to phone them in regards to my order They sent the wrong ice cream and drinks with the order Tried saying they had contacted me but no missed calls on my number. I asked for a refund and no contact was made by the shop

Shocking delivery. Took over an hour and half to come. Didn’t come on delivery time. Will not be ordering from here again. Food was disgusting and cold.

Took 1.5 hours to get delivery but was delicious once here we will Be ordering again the calzone was amazing ;) very happy

Staying withers ends at the travel lodge skeeby and too late found out the little chef on the same site closed at 7 . The receptionist gave us the phone member of the super crust for a take away as being non locals were not sure where to eat without driving for miles. The person answering was very helpful and read through their menu , we ordered pizzas , hot wings and sweet potato chips , they delivered within half an hour and the food was very good. Pizzas were obviously made on site as they were fresh dough not pre prepped base and the sweet potato chips were lovely in fact all good and good value .
