Wimpy in Tonbridge and Malling

Cold chips and onion rings, terrible tasting unseasoned burgers. Far too many sauce on burgers. all of which a combined with un interested staff. Receipts ( one amount +tax), without itemization of what you paying for. will never recombed or go back.

Dreadful place. My partner wanted a cooked breakfast. We popped in because both of us had fond memories of Wimpy when younger. I have to say the worse decision we made . On entering you have to wait to be seated . I picked up a menu just to check what they had to offer. Then a very un- friendly person took us to our seat , and we were told that someone would take our order . When we are asked to order . I dared to ask if I could change chips to sweet potato chips . No she said I can't work out the costing. The order arrived and I have to say one of the worse meals we have had , tepid , no flavour and just thrown on the plate . We were so disappointed . Firstly it's not like Wimpy use to be . Secondly the service is dreadful both members of staff are in friendly , were untidy and looked like they did not care ( there are plenty of jobs in hospitality so if not happy look else where ) The food was dreadful , poor quality and costly ( you can get better value else where )

Chips cold burger cold Sent food back as ordered hot food. Probably the worst wimpy we have been to. Would not recommend and very unlikely to return. Will stick With Eastbourne as its clean and the food is good.

I found it great the staff were friendly and the restaurant was good seating very pleasant food was good i enjoyed my day out in tonbridge people said its expensive but no more than anywhere else

Terrible Rude Staff that get Annoyed with customers when they ask where their food is. The Supervisor threw our food on the table when she brought it over. Forks dirty. Sign board to advertise milkshakes outside the door but when you enter the shop a paper sign on the window to say no milk or cream today for shakes... Really? If staff can't deal with stress and a busy day they should not be in customer service. I will NEVER visit again and tell everyone I know how bad my experience was

It is dirty, delivering shocking service. Burger was undercooked, stale onions, a wet soggy bun which was inedible . Plates were just left on the table, when desert was brought up which was equally disappointing. Will not be returning....not the WIMPY I remember!!
