I have the worst experience at his kfc ever . Seems has if this one particular sever never seen a black person before. or he doesn’t want to serve a black person . I go to the drive thu first window place my order the guy really polite and helpful, drive up to the next window has you supposed too to collect my order, the guy said give me a minute and walk away , next thing this lady comes over and she’s gonna ask me .WHAT DO YOU WANT, I SAID ,WHAT DO YOU MEAN, MY ORDER IS JUST THERE, A WATER AND COKE , AND SHE STILL HAS TO ASK ME WHAT DO I ORDER, I HAVE TO SAY MY HAS I DID AT THE FIRST WINDOW, A WATER A COKE TWO THREE PIECES MEAL AND SIX HOT WINGS, and that was when i was handed my meal , no one explained what was the reason for my interrogation. It’s 2024 my god man .

Absolutely horrible staff. I'm only a teen was there with my friend and i asked a worker who was calling the numbers with skinny black jeans and bright lipstick for to straws. Simply. And then she starts screaming at me telling me the straws are right behind me. I felt humiliated and embarrassed because she shouted so loud. At Least be nice no need to shout. I Only asked where the god dam straws were.

I ordered a kfc zinger box meal in the drive through. Took it home- only to realise is was a zinger meal without wings and a side. I was charged for the box but received the meal instead. On ringing the store I asked to speak with the manager explaining that the colleague must have placed the order incorrectly and that “they” must have charged us for something we did not receive. The manager then interrupted rudely stating the “they” identified as a female and I was obliged to call them such. I explained this has nothing to do with my order and nothing to do with the conversation.. I asked what they would be doing with the incorrect order. They explained there wasn’t anything they could do… didn’t offer to return and exchange or anything. I asked the managers name as I explained this would be going further to head quarters. They refused to give me their name.. the manager that is- and put the phone down. This is not the customer service I expect from kfc hulme and will be finding an alternative kfc in the future - staff should be taught about professionalism.

I had not had KFC for about 20 years. I really enjoyed the sharing bucket. The food was well cooked , fresh and tasty. I will be going back again for another meal.

Again I got home only to find the main part of my order the zinger burgers nowhere to be found. This is not the first time and I believe the staff are then returning the items and pocketing the money, as this is a regular thing at Hulme KFC

Twice went through drive through. Today ordered 10 piece wicked bucket and 1 mighty bucket for 1. Got home no might bucket for 1!!! Tried phoning FB or over an hour no reply. Visit before had to wait I car park with my order while they prepared chicken fillets 20 minutes later they came out with bag i presumed were fillets got home rest of food now cold open bag with chicken fillets in only to see that there’s chips in no chicken fillets!!!!!

The food was good however it’s a long way off mastering social distancing. There’s a one way system in place but as we left there was a party of 14 plus attending a birthday & singing Happy Birthday, no staff member addressed this. If you want a Covid free meal you might be better to find an alternative location. A big well done to KFC! I’m sure with your commitment Covid will retain in Manchester for sometime.

I ordered a Chicken burger the Lettuce was black. The Bun was stale, the staff don't care they serve what the want. Looking at the previous reviewer who mentioned food taken back from customers who return food, and putting it back on the hot plate I can well believe it my food was not up to standard. They also sometimes give you wrong orders. We have returned many times as the service and food is not right. KFC - You need to employ better staff then the ones you have working for you it is absolutely ridiculous. I will never eat there again shameful. Manager KFC Please read review.

Initially I was impressed with the clean and modern environment of this KFC. This totally changed when I saw two kids take back a chicken fillet burger as they apparently requested no mayo. The staff member then placed the returned food straight back into the hot shelf without even checking it. Anything could have happened to that food which will now go straight back to customers Not nice

Hours to kill before catching our flight to Budapest for a week's holiday so we decided to drop into this airport KFC. A small outlet,neat and tidy ,looks rather cool . We got a burger & fries meal, service was surprisingly quick and pleasant and burger meals really good ,thing is you know what you're getting, a nice unpretentious chicken burger meal. We really enjoyed our meals here before we moved on and for a first time visit to this particular KFC we had a great time,its easy to locate in departures Manchester Airport.

Went in after drinks, the place looked dirty. stupidly I overlooked this because I was drunk. We were the only customers in the shop after waiting 45 min I asked when the food would be ready. Guy behind the counter started shouting at us. Just asked for a refund and left.

I ordered my food and was assaulted by the security guard. He hit me twice for no reason, I reported it to the police. I have a graze on my knee and a cut to my face for ordering chicken and chips. The staff are rude, abusive and ignorant and they use the security staff to bully their customers. I threw my food back at them in disgust. They are the scourge of the earth and do not deserve the money they steal off people. My last visit and last instalment into a vile business of bullying and bigotry. Disgusting!

Can be abit hit and miss with the food but when it's good it's GOOD! The drive thru is actually pretty quick even when the line is long but the food quality isn't as good as when you eat in which is weird. The restaurant is good not massive but pretty clean. Accessibility is good aswell. Service and staff are really friendly
