McDonald's in Sheffield

¡Olvídalo! Vino en familia. Pedí comida y las magdalenas se partieron por la mitad y faltaron bordes como si alguien ya las hubiera devuelto después de morderlas. Pedí otro muffin debido al estado en que había sido servido y ni siquiera había salido del área de servicio y el cajero lo miró y preguntó qué le pasaba. Fue un servicio terrible. Sólo hemos estado aquí y no impresionados con nada. Otras tiendas de franquicia están encantadas de ayudar y algunas simplemente no servirán muffins rotos.

Now, we decided to go here for a change as we feel the usual breakfast we have fills us up somewhat and while not being the cheapest, it's not too bad really. However, this morning, I ordered our usual Sausage and Egg McMuffin breakfast with hash brown and a large latte, but I noticed that there wasn't a hash brown on the order. I checked to make sure I'd not ordered it wrong and nope, they removed the hash brown from the meal. So I checked the price and it's £1.49 for a small hash brown. Suffice to say, we didnt order any and the sausage and egg McMuffin was greasy and the latte was quite strong, so we ended up putting more milk in it. I won't be having a McDonald's breakfast again, that's for sure.

Went for a breakfast here on 12 nov 2023 it’s not the first time I’ve experienced this McDonald’s the staff are terrible at serving I ordered a double sausage and egg mc muffin meal it took over 15 minutes to arrive I had to go and ask where it was they didn’t have a clue what was happening when I finally got my food not an apology for waiting or anything the restaurant wasn’t even busy like I say it’s not the first time I’ve had problems here I came a few weeks back for lunch when a similar occurrence happened staff are poorly trained and only seem to care about delivery orders and keep everyone else waiting surly half the staff can sort delivery and other half sort in house orders

A Circus/Ants nest of apathetical youngsters tripping over each other, and all overseen by the shift manager who no matter which one that may be....Is the biggest clown of all and could not run a bath. Its been this way for a longtime and nobody seems to care...the restaurant quality and level of service is basically an experiment in what you as the customer will tolerate. Because there will always be another Macdonalds customer.....They will happily peddle s**t at this location all the live long day without a single care in what their doing and we'll all just eat it wont we? 1. The quality of the food is bad. Luke warm burgers thrown together like the burger builder has Parkinson's disease and complemented by half a box of soggy chips. 2. Can barely get a single order correct and complete. Dont even contemplate the delivery service as the odds against getting what you ordered is even worse. 3. They charge for sauce pots. apparently this is the norm around Sheffield now. (which can neither prove or disprove) but i wouldn't pay for something thats always been free in every restaurant ive visited. Coincidently the free ketchup dispenser in the restaurant is usually empty. so their pretty much forcing you to be robbed purely for the greed of doing so. Overall i feel insulted as a consumer who sees exactly what their up to as a well established and long standing addition to crystal peaks. Angry that there getting away with it (honestly id report the place to the group head office) and Sad because the same attitude is spreading to other outlets and franchises. and we all just keep putting up with it. in conclusion its extremely bad even by mcdonalds standards - avoid

Food cold, have ordered a few times for Uber too and despite being literally over the road it’s been stone cold, Drakehouse which is further is loads better!!! I’m

5 people had meal deals, 3 out of the 5 had to be returned as they were cold, and I mean cold, this definitely was not freshly cooked Replacement food was not received, had to go back to counter to get it, this time the chicken was slimey, Harry the manager said it is meant to be like this!!!??? My daughter is a chef and photographed the food, obviously it was not fit for consumption, Harry you really are a poor manager, how hard is it to cook chicken and give customer satisfaction, you were very rude and obnoxious, you do not belong in a customer orientated business, I'm sure you will be found out soon enough. This was at Sheffield McDonalds on the Industrial estate near to B and M.

1 no card transactions which actually suited us as we pay cash so it was quieter They forgot x2 drinks with meals and fries looked under cooked To say McDonald's is a top high street restaurant/ takeaway think they would remember things like this it's not the 1st time and doubt it will be the last

been in twice lately just for a coffee 1st time took it back as it was so weak it' was virtually milk it was changed promptly been in today for another coffee on the way home and asked to make sure it wasn't weak only to be abruptly told that it comes out as it is and yes it was virtually warm milk again. Won't be stepping foot in there again with the staff attitude

you know what your gonna get, rare good and you get left alone to get on with what you need to do for hours on free wifi and the cwaffees rare good

Called with the kids after a shopping trip and ordered a assortment of meals - the kids had to hide the taste by dosing everything in ketchup, i couldn't eat the chicken as it tasted as if it had been microwaved to death

The food us very inconsistent here and often you get flat pop even though they know the machine isn't work correctly they still serve it. Do not ask for any change to the food as they are not capable of doing this. How many times can you ask for a burger without sauce on, in my case six times. Disappointing

Busy restaurant in a shopping centre which provides the standard faire. Clean and efficient as you would expect.

Staff helpful.but poor quality fish.it was dry tasteless.wont go again.so so poor.paper thin fish .I love fish but by far the poorest excuse for fish I have ever eaten
