Popped in while waiting for a train for my Lunch and had a whopper meal. Was perfect as always and service was quick and super friendly. Can't wait to visit again when next in Sheffield Station.

Absolute scam. Paid for a meal on machine, transaction went through, yet the staff and manager insisted that it failed and there is no such order even after I show him the deduction and let me pay again, promising a refund for the first charge. A week later—nothing refunded. They lied, stole my money, and left me to deal with it.

Website and Google profile say it opens at 9am. Came at 9am and unit closed. Thought OK they're running a few minutes late. But now it is close to 10am now and still not open. Came early to get a whopper before catching a train. Ended up having to sit in the freezing cold station waiting an hour for the train. Whopperless. Can't even handle the very basics like opening up your doors. Terrible.

Very very disappointed, after ordering my food asking for no pickles or mustard it came with both, my wife also ordered the same she also had mustard and pickles, we both left the burgers. The fries we had was tasteless, over £20 wasted. Even after seeing the size of the burger still not enough for the money. Ill never visit this place again.

Extremely disappointing visit to BK at Sheffield Station - the food was cold and the prices are extortionate - the restaurant was full of unruly children and had a terrible atmosphere. I will not be visiting again!

The service staff is very good, friendly and helpful. The place is clean, the staffs take good care of you, especially the staff named John he Chinese man who takes good care of the customers because sometimes the customers do not understand English, he will come to help take care of them.

App offer not applied on bill, they didn't refund. Tables not clean, no drinks machine for self selection

Being a burger king, the food is as good as you expect - the high standards are met. Overall good however important to note this is only a small restaurant and does not have a toilet.

Usually I really enjoy eating here and frequently sit in but today my boyfriend went to get us food and they’d put a chicken patty on my vegan royale. I’ve been vegetarian for 17 years but for the three years I’d eaten meat I consumed a lot of chicken. Instantly knew the patty was different too as it looked, smelled and felt different to usual :( Very disappointed and hopefully won’t make me ill. Would’ve taken a picture but my bf ate it instead.

Website said they accept NHS discount but staff said they don't. Tried to order using the app to get the reward points but that said restaurant unavailable after adding items to the order. Walked out so can't comment on the quality of their food. Not impressed.

Time are completely wrong again. Burger King site shows closed all the time, Google shows closes at 10pm. You were closed at 9:30pm. Sort your opening times out please. Was really looking forward to some food.

Stopped here a couple times when getting the train. The food is pretty expensive (as all train station food places are), especially for just a burger king. The staff are usually friendly but a bin is needed for customers to use. You have no choice but to either give any rubbish in at the counter or leave it on the table (or have to take it with you to search for another bin) if your eating in which means more often than not, tables will have leftover bags, cups etc from whoever was last there but outside of that it is kept quite clean

Called in last night after still feeling hungry post £110 meal with the hubby. Grabbed a burger and it was awful. Had better Rustlers burgers out of a box and they would have been warmer… banging fries though! And they were scorching hot! The burger was quite disappointing though.

Food was good (hadn't eaten all day) the coffee is beyond foul but it's not the sort of place where you expect a decent cup of coffee so can't really grumble about that. The staff were pleasant.

The location was clean and had a great atmosphere, helped by the heating since it was a very cold day when I visited The location is great if you have free time before getting your train or if you are waiting to pick someone up The food however was not the best for the price, £10 for a small meal is not ideal however the heat of the restaurant made it worth it for me

Seems to be quite a bit more expensive than a regular burger king. At just over £17 for two small single cheese burgers and a 6 nugget meal. The same thing at McDonalds would have been almost half the price. Appreciate the premium of the location but there are places charges normal prices within a few minutes walk. I get this pricing at an airport where but within a few mins walk to the city, this is a poor choice and poor value. In hindsight would have chosen to eat somewhere more wholesome for the price.

The location is perfect especially after long journey cross country and no problems with the food or drink order the staff was excellent always good to see people having a laugh in the workplace 👍

Generous with the sauces added to the burgers compared to other BK's. Food made and served quickly, only downsides are the BK app can't be used (in all train stations/ airports) plus the menu prices are about 20% higher than average locations.

Shrinkflation, inflation... paid £5.09 for a tiny flavourless portion of loaded fries. £9+ for a menu may have been a better choice. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this fast food. Service was really quick though even for a weekend evening.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger King, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Not only was their service impressively quick, but the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the delightful employee, Kinjal.

Been in here a number of times and i can't complain much. Food is great and I get it fast. Love the Double whopper and cheese bites! Did ask to replace cold fries one time but I got fresh ones straight away. I ask where the bins are and they told me they aren't allowed them. Security risk being in a train station or something. They took my rubbish for me and they collect it from the tables too. Menu is visually broken. I was told that they are getting them replaced and that they are having the place remodeled. Can't wait to see! Place looks pretty old. I recommend this place for its staff and food. They're friendly and helpful and the food tastes great.
