Usually I really enjoy eating here and frequently sit in but today my boyfriend went to get us food and they’d put a chicken patty on my vegan royale. I’ve been vegetarian for 17 years but for the three years I’d eaten meat I consumed a lot of chicken. Instantly knew the patty was different too as it looked, smelled and felt different to usual :( Very disappointed and hopefully won’t make me ill. Would’ve taken a picture but my bf ate it instead.

Polite staff, great food definitely recommend.

Website said they accept NHS discount but staff said they don't. Tried to order using the app to get the reward points but that said restaurant unavailable after adding items to the order. Walked out so can't comment on the quality of their food. Not impressed.

Time are completely wrong again. Burger King site shows closed all the time, Google shows closes at 10pm. You were closed at 9:30pm. Sort your opening times out please. Was really looking forward to some food.

Stopped here a couple times when getting the train. The food is pretty expensive (as all train station food places are), especially for just a burger king. The staff are usually friendly but a bin is needed for customers to use. You have no choice but to either give any rubbish in at the counter or leave it on the table (or have to take it with you to search for another bin) if your eating in which means more often than not, tables will have leftover bags, cups etc from whoever was last there but outside of that it is kept quite clean

Called in last night after still feeling hungry post £110 meal with the hubby. Grabbed a burger and it was awful. Had better Rustlers burgers out of a box and they would have been warmer… banging fries though! And they were scorching hot! The burger was quite disappointing though.

Food was good (hadn't eaten all day) the coffee is beyond foul but it's not the sort of place where you expect a decent cup of coffee so can't really grumble about that. The staff were pleasant.

The location was clean and had a great atmosphere, helped by the heating since it was a very cold day when I visited The location is great if you have free time before getting your train or if you are waiting to pick someone up The food however was not the best for the price, £10 for a small meal is not ideal however the heat of the restaurant made it worth it for me

Seems to be quite a bit more expensive than a regular burger king. At just over £17 for two small single cheese burgers and a 6 nugget meal. The same thing at McDonalds would have been almost half the price. Appreciate the premium of the location but there are places charges normal prices within a few minutes walk. I get this pricing at an airport where but within a few mins walk to the city, this is a poor choice and poor value. In hindsight would have chosen to eat somewhere more wholesome for the price.

The location is perfect especially after long journey cross country and no problems with the food or drink order the staff was excellent always good to see people having a laugh in the workplace 👍

Generous with the sauces added to the burgers compared to other BK's. Food made and served quickly, only downsides are the BK app can't be used (in all train stations/ airports) plus the menu prices are about 20% higher than average locations.

When I pay over £8 for a meal deal, its pretty poor that you have to pay an extra 30 for a bbq dip.

Shrinkflation, inflation... paid £5.09 for a tiny flavourless portion of loaded fries. £9+ for a menu may have been a better choice. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this fast food. Service was really quick though even for a weekend evening.

Doesn't let you use the app. Doesn't have half the menu options. The staff say it's because of the franchising arrangements, but frankly it's HQs fault

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger King, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Not only was their service impressively quick, but the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the delightful employee, Kinjal.

Been in here a number of times and i can't complain much. Food is great and I get it fast. Love the Double whopper and cheese bites! Did ask to replace cold fries one time but I got fresh ones straight away. I ask where the bins are and they told me they aren't allowed them. Security risk being in a train station or something. They took my rubbish for me and they collect it from the tables too. Menu is visually broken. I was told that they are getting them replaced and that they are having the place remodeled. Can't wait to see! Place looks pretty old. I recommend this place for its staff and food. They're friendly and helpful and the food tastes great.

There are 3 screens for ordering down the side and a good amount of tables. Food is quick and standard, staff friendly, but it is a bit sad. Half the TVs showing the menu don’t work, there isn’t a bin and there is a cover made from a bag on a condiment tray. It’s a bit expensive like all Burger Kings in key locations and you might need to ask for extra condiments or a bag but you’ll get a nice response.

The food is nice, but was served cold. The service was good, with a worker clearing a table for me. The atmosphere is very poor, no music, and whole place needs a refit. The menu screens at the front were flickering like crazy too.

£4.79 for a single cheeseburger v £1.19 at Mcd's. Absolute rip off, Burger King is running out of road. Would be surprised if it's not a waggamamma this time next year

They're ordering stations need updating or repairing 1 not working and the other 2 weren't much better, had some chicken nuggets as train was delayed and a cup of tea both lovely, service wasn't very quick though

I just found the food where a bit overpriced. But it's expected in a train station. I had the vegetarian burger and it was disgusting. There was rubbish on other tables.

Place was filthy all tables full of rubbish there is no public bin to dispose of any rubbish and only 1 or2 members of staff. If I wasn’t hungry and traveling through would have walked out

Only Burger King I know without a bin. Table full of rubbish from previous occupants of the table. No staff there to clean or wipe down tables.

They competely ignore the opening & closing times, and even put some stuffy pompous looking staff on the door who decided to listen to a managers dumb instructions instead of saying "...but the opening times are we're still open until 9!"

What a grim place. Very dated. Felt like a Wimpy from the 1970s. Tables (ancient) were all dirty with food or drink, chairs all over the place. Dimly lit, two menu screens over counter not working. A big sign asking for feedback by scanning a QR code but the survey needs a code from the receipt and the server didn't provide one. I can see why they wouldn't want feedback to be given.

Where do I start. I was waiting years to be served as they had a notice up saying " we are working with reduced staff at the moment so please bare with us we are still bringing you our food at a good standard*. They were concentrating on preparing the orders for the people who had ordered using the machines plus there were two Deliverro bloke's in there so they take priority over customers obviously. The tables were a mess dirty tables with Burger King paper bags and drink cartons. The drink machines weren't working so they were putting ice in the drink cartons and emptying bottled drinks in to them. I can't fault the guy who served me he was working his but off after all. On the plus side when I finally got served and got my large Whopper meal in was okay I couldn't fault that at all.

I went to my favourite Burger King in sheffield and ordered a chicken royale meal. I was greeted by the lovely Becca, who was extremely friendly and helpful. During ordering I also spoke with Johnathan and Jon X, who were very chatty and had good customer service. My food, prepared by Mihail and Mazhar, was to a very high standard and I was very very happy with it. An overall amazing experience and I definitely will be returning again. Cannot fault anything!

Friendly service and great food. Even though they are not allowed to have waste bins because of station’s safety protocols, staffs clean the restaurant time to time.

I was traveling to London yesterday and my train got canceled so I had to have lunch in the store so I walked into the store and there is a women named Rebecca..she was very rude towards the customers and there colleague as well.i actually asked her for ketchup and she gave me 1 sachet of ketchup and I asked for another and she was very rude on my face while giving me the 2nd sachet of ketchup..I think it's not Its not fair to show her rudeness on the customers....
