SFC Kebabish Express in Sheffield

All staff on front were rude, woman on orders ignorant and had attitude

The bread served was cold and chewy but surprisingly seekh kebab was good. Combo meal for 2 had a good portion but they were soggy and the taste was average. Customer service is the worst. The lady at the counter seemed so rude while taking the order and while serving it she pushed it towards me in a very rude and unfriendly manner.

We ordered a SFC meal, but every single piece was so salty. If you love to add a lot of salt to your food, maybe you should try selling pickles or something else. 😂

Cold sweaty soggy food used uber phoned kebabish & complained she said you need to take it up with uber ! Not good business ethics to me . Said it was sat waiting in warmer to be collected ! A lot of money for horrible food and no dips, also did not read notes as to a Change in menu what we wanted ! Stay clear , only gave 1 as could not give 0!

The girls who answer the phone are very rude and on professional it's a shame they ruined the name of kebabish the shouldn't be working if they cannot handle the pressure stay home and clean your house seriously the manager need to sort out this who ever answer the phone needs to be professional and i ordered my food at 6 it comes at 8 when I called them they we're very rude

I’m fuming this is my go to take away I’m fasting I pre ordered my food for 7pm it come at 8pm when I got my food it’s was stone cold I ask for no red meat because I’m allergic to the red meat I’m not happy at all I try to call them and tell them I want a fresh food they never picked up the phone I been trying to call them for the past 2h I called them 300 times try to just eat claim back they offered me 5 bloody no point so the shop need to sort it it is not on

food was all fresh and piping hot and the driver was nice and pleasant when arrived. x

The delivery driver was so rude! Shouted and swearing at me because I asked them to deliver the food to my door. Parked across the street refusing to leave the car. Called the restaurant to complain but they didn’t help out at all. Terrible service and not happy at all.

Order was all mixed up. Large orders were small, small orders were large and the grilled sandwich was just meat and wedges. Not hard to read an order.

10 mins early and food was all freshly cooked and piping hot when arrived.

Absolutely shocking, I would never recommmend going to kebabish. I went once and tried it and I was completely ill and disgusted by the food it made me sick.A few months later I tried it again and I was disgusted by the quality of the food I was completely unwell after eating. I would not recommend coming here it has gone downhill, used to be nice a few years ago.

Had food poisoning from cheeseburger and was vomiting later that day. Dont recommend.

I had been going to this place for a few years and it had changed a lot first with customer service.i asked for no salad and the lady at the till whom took my order told the chef to put salad in my meal.i said I didn't ask for salad and she said I did so I just asked her to remove the salad and when I got it back there was still noticeable pieces of salad🫤please hire people who actually can understand proper English

Ordered chips with cheese, they used a different cheese to what they have previously and wasn’t as good but everything else I ordered was nice.

1hours wait, food was cold, kids was starving, phoned up kept saying a few minutes that were 40 minutes before, soon as we kicked off they put it was out for delivery and was here in 5 minutes no communication at all. USELESS!

I had a take away from here last week I ordered two kebabs i had chicken kebab i attending the doctors and explained I had a takeaway and had been so poorly afterwards for 4 days the doctors told me I had a very bad case of food poisoning!!!!!!

Absolutely scandalous these guys are still operating. The food is DIABOLICAL, if it ever turns up. The last 3 times we’ve ordered; 1. Beetle in the salad 2. Ample missing items 3. Squashed and soggy food. 4. Cold. The fact they have the AUDACITY to take money and not deliver or even refund or cancel. Kebabish used to be good. Well, acceptable and cheap. But honest to god I’d sooner see that place bulldozed. Literally robbing your customers blind. Go elsewhere. Literally quicker waiting for a home delivery from Netto, which closed 12/15 years ago. Rubbish.

It shows as delivered but no food has arrived

This is our regular takeaway restaurant but recently the delivery times have been getting worse. They clearly need more drivers Fri and Sat. From placing the order it took 2 hours to arrive then was cold

Took nearly 2 hours to deliver so was cold and had to reheat in microwave. Otherwise, enjoyed the food but some more salad would be nice.

Absolutely lovely. Staff are really nice, something happened with the delivery driver when bringing my food and the situation was dealt with and got given a 50% off so they look after there customers incredibly well

Terrible service. Waited almost 2hrs for food and it arrived incomplete. Waited around 35 minutes for the rest of the food to be delivered and was told by a delivery driver to come outside because he couldn’t be bothered to put the full address in gps. Is it home delivery or road delivery? Woman on the phone talked as if she struggled to live. The only emotion I got from her was when she apologised for an incomplete order. Seriously, get better staff and drivers. Food was meh.

Food was cold 2 large chips with grated cheese missing and bottle of coke and all meals come with wedges and wanted chips

Placed an order on there online website including a pizza a burger and chips and a cornflake tart with custard over a hour later and my food still hadn't arrived so I called the restaurant and asked them where was my order the person on the phone said the driver is 10 minutes away another 40 minute had past and I finally had my food arrive!! The pizza was cold the chips were soggy and to top it off they sent me a coconut sponge cake instead of a cornflake tart i wouldn't have minded it but the fact is that I'm allergic to coconut!! Avoid this place at all cost.

Delivery man can't find location sufficient attempt to contact me was not made even though I passed my details to the, staff for update and quick delivery ihad to wait 2hours n yet no contact being made for further update and delivery taking longer. Poor customer service

Went above and beyond to deliver my food with fewer drivers in icy weather. it's so unusual when it's late cos you are always on time with your deliveries. thankyou so much and sorry kept ringing. food was spot on as always.

We ordered our foot at 9:55 and was told the latest it would be here was 11:20 it was then delayed to 11:50 and we received the food at 12:25 after having to phone the restaurant several times and getting nowhere with their rude and unprofessional staff.

Due at 10:30 it's now half past 12 and I still haven't received my order. I rung no answer eventually got through on live chat to be told the driver had called and no answer so they took the food back I have not received a call and was told driver can't knock on doors. Load of rubbish. Apparently they will give me 80% Refund. Blessing in disguise after reading some reviews.

Ordered the SFC Meal 2 - all of it was amazing! I was sceptical of ordering at first, due to the reviews, but decided to try it, and I'm glad I did! The chicken was tasty, doner meat melted in my mouth, the wedges were perfect and the red chicken (unsure of name) had a lovely amount of spice to it. Decent portion for the price, will definitely be ordering again. I even called the restaurant to give feedback it was that nice! Please don't listen to the rest of the reviews, review this at your own judgement. I wasn't disappointed!

My wife and I popped in to Kebabish. We have been away so not been in recently. I have to say the food was outstanding. I had the Kebabish Special which consists of chicken tikka, lamb tikka, sheekh kebab and lamb and chicken donner. This was a mountain of a meal, fantastic flavour and meat quality. Tremendous value for money. My wife had a lamb donner which was absolutely stacked with donner meat. I do not know how Kebabish can do it for the price. These are not just the best kebabs in Sheffield, they are the best on the planet and I have eaten kebabs all over the world. One further word - the naan breads, again, are the nicest you will ever taste, home made and massive. Kebabish - we will be back soon.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a pizza from kababish express, and I'm compelled to share my disappointment. Upon opening the box, I was met with a distinctly charred crust, more reminiscent of a coal briquette than a base for a delicious meal. The toppings were sparse, and those that were present seemed to have shrivelled under the intense heat, leaving them almost inedible. The cheese, usually a gooey delight, was burnt and rubbery, completely lacking in its usual savoury charm. To add to the misery, the sauce was nearly non-existent, leaving the pizza dry and flavourless. Overall, this was a culinary disaster, and not an experience I'd wish to repeat. I hope the restaurant revisits their cooking methods to avoid such disappointing outcomes in the future.
