SFC Kebabish Express in Sheffield

I’ve ordered from Kebabish several times, and while the food is good, there’s a recurring problem: my drinks are almost always missing. To make matters worse, the restaurant refuses to re-deliver the missing items, leaving me disappointed and feeling unheard as a customer. I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a pattern, a joking with the customers, and it’s unacceptable. If a customer pays for a complete order, they deserve to receive everything. Was my last order, I don't want deal with thieves again.

Request to the owners that please teach you front end staff some ethics. Specially the girl with hijab in night shift. She have wasted my 20 minutes and then misbehaved and said i’m not gonna give the delivery to him. Staff asked me to cancel the delivery. It’s not the way to behave with customers or drivers. Stupid !

Ordered on uber eats order took 2 n half hours and they still sent the food instead of remaking it so recieved inedible stone cold food You do know its a food and safety issue to serve food that was made more than an hour before Will be reporting to environmental health!!

I will not be ordering from here again i waited an extra 10 minutes for my food to arrive lukewarm and be spoken to rudely by the servers

Because it took so long to come, it was stone cold when it got to me. Spoiled a very good quality meal. ☹️

Food was stone cold, I dread to think how long it might have been sitting about at room temperature: this is a food safety issue. I have requested a.full refund.

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered the SFC meal 3 and after eating it, I got a stomachache and started vomiting. I think the chicken doner meat was not fresh. When I called them to complain, this girl picked up the phone and was super rude to me instead of apologizing. The customer service was terrible! The owner needs to do something about that staff member. Just a heads up, you might want to avoid that restaurant if you don't want to get sick.

Delivery was on time. Pizza wasn’t too hot but also wasn’t too cold. However, it tasted really great. Potato wedges were amazing like always.

Phoned and asked to come down from my top floor flat when I am disabled and explained takes me a long time and still refused to fetch it up

Terrible, cold, clearly no love for the job. Onion rings not cooked. No cheese on chips. Cold. Probably the worst for a good while.

2h wait for food that was cold and when I rang up to ask where my order was, they said it still wasn’t ready which is ridiculous because it arrived cold and stale. Never go here

Waited over 30 minutes for the order in store. Then got the whole order wrong. Also found sweetcorn and mushroom on just a ham pizza. Won’t be going back service was awful

3rd time wrong sauce on food. Definitely not mild and covered in it. Delivery drivers always call me 10mins before they arrive expecting me to wait in the street, then do 10point u-turns before delivering while I watch from the window. They never update the app to let you know when a driver is on their way. It's like they barely use Justeat, they'll skim read it and take no responsibility for that.

Been using this place for years and always make a lunch visit when working in area and always left very happy . Food is as good as it gets for a takeaway .

Food Never arrived. Im a regular customer and only last week made a massive order for over 10 pizzas. Bad customer service kept saying 10-15 minutes and food never arrived.

Saturday night so expected it might be late so not a problem. Arrived hot and tasted good.

I chose to collect because I basically live next door. I’m fine with it not being ready when I get there but I was waiting for close to 2 hours and i never got it. I gave them my order number twice but somehow must have got lost or forgotten? I don’t know. I left anyhow (without me order) because it was getting late. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to it and had heard good things.

The time for collection no where near the actually time of picking up the food. At least at the store 25 mins after the text for collection. But the can’t complain about the quality. Get what you asked for.

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken with wedges but I got fries instead and I didn't want fries.

My food was delivered to the wrong house luckily my neighbour brought the food to us but by that time it was freezing . I rang Kebabish and I was told that they would replace the food but they did not all they did was send the driver round to apologise

was told several times when I rang that it would be in next few mins, app said it had been delivered 45 mins previously the lady said no. it was cold, very disappointed, they aren't quick normally but the food this time was cold and with no microwave it went in the bin. will look elsewhere next time !!

0rdered at around 7.15pm. EST arrival time 8.05. Turned up around 9.30pm, said sorry we're busy. So ordered and received from somewhere else and turned them away when finally they arrived. Asked for text updates through just eat and rang and rang declined calls. Text update came through about 5 mins before it arrived. No refund . awful ..

Delivery guy was refusing to bring the food on the door so I had to go to the balcony to get my food

Extremely rude and unhelpful woman on the phone. I can see from other reviews she's a problem for many. Had some good takeaways from here before, and the food can be nice (it's very inconsistent), but the actual times and delivering are a total mess. They tell you it's "on its way" 20 mins after you ordered. Then an hour goes by with nothing. Then you ring up (after getting a busy line 7 times) to deal with a rude woman who eventually handed me to someone else because she doesn't seem to be able to do her job. Guy says it will be "2 minutes". I say "Will it really be 2 minutes? Just give me an honest time". He says "Yeah they're just packing it now". So it won't be 2 mins and they obvs forgot my order and are starting to make it. 20 mins later I ring again to check if it's on the way and get the horrible woman who tells me I "should have some patience" (unbelievable!!!) and that it would take another 20 mins on top of that. So, 40 mins rather than 2 mins. This whole entire time there are no updates to the JustEat order (there never are with this place) and the food eventually arrives 2 hours late, with no apology or explanation from the driver. The food was barely warm, so even after all that it had somehow been sat around for a while. Naan was cold and stale like it had been made hours before. They got one order wrong and put chips instead of wedges. I can just about forgive that but what I can't forgive is a long thick black hair in the incorrect food. Just ridiculous. Had problems with them before but kept coming back because of the good deals, but this was the worst ever and they've lost this customer permanently now.

Took 3 and a half hours to come, rang up 3 times and was told it was 2 minutes away each time, 3rd time I rang up she just hung up on me. Food wasn’t worth the wait either, don’t get fooled by all the ‘good deals’ they do, they are terrible. You get what you pay for lesson learnt.

I’ve never experienced this until I ate here but I am now EXTREMELY sick to the point I haven’t been able to do anything for the past 3 days. My food took longer than other people’s to come out and when it did it made me extremely ill after I ate it never again, I feel disgusting.

Ordered my food at 7.45pm... it arrived around 10pm. Kids were starving and waiting to eat before they went to bed. Personally I blame just eat... never had this problem when ordering from uber eats.

My food app said the food was delivered to me but it’s still not with me so idk what happened

Phoned to say they didn’t leave my order but when I phoned back they delivered pronto with still missed my original order

Waited 2.5 hours for my order and they ‘forgot’ half of it. Wouldn’t answer the phone to fix it. Utterly useless. Terrible service and clearly couldn’t care less about fixing it. Don’t waste your time with someone who can’t run a business.

I waited for food more than 40 minutes with my family When I informed the staff that I was going to cancel my order, the lady at the front desk responded arrogantly and told me to cancel the order instead of apologizing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 👎

placed order at 7.15pm delivery time was stated between 8.00pm and 8.10pm at 8.35pm I rung the restaurant only to be screamed at by the lady who answered the phone after I aked how long it was going to be she was screaming that there order machine had gone down and they was trying to do orders as quick as possible after I stated that if the machine had gone down they shouldn't have accepted my order she started to apologise and said food was on its way it arrived stone cold

I appreciate the place gets busy, I don’t mind what time it comes but its frustrating being told 5-10 minutes multiple times and then half a hour later havin to ring back to be told the same. Been told its on the way 4 times and its been 2 1/2 hours.

not happy at all, ordered mix meat and wedges, recieved just donner meat and no chicken meat. ordered wedges but received fries, ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger. not happy with this order at all. Sat in the cold for 20 minutes with the app saying delivered when it had never arrived. rang restaurant and was told it never left them. food was cold and overcooked at the same time.

Potato wedges where delicious not to thick maybe could have been cooked a little longer. Pizza was nice maybe more cheese. Will order again

This takeaway is very unacacurate with delivery times. Gave me 45 minute time for delivery. Arrived after 1 hour and a half. When you complain you don't even get an apology and when food arrives you have to warm up the food in your own microwave for the food you paid for that should be warm and fresh

I order from here regularly and have never had a problem until today my order was late which sometimes is understandable but when I rang up for an update the lady who answered put me on hold before I said two words and then put the phone down on me then when I rang back was very abrupt so customer service tonight was shocking I won’t be ordering from here again based on her attitude alone, manner cost nothing. order took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. arrived stone cold and had to call multiple times for updates where they stated it would be delivered in 10 minutes ended up taking another 45 mins.

The food was freezing cold add txt at 7.30 to say delivery on way didn’t receive while 8pm shop is a five min drive away so food was in car half hour the food was freezing cold wen received wasn’t happy at all

pizza dough was very chewy but overall great for price fed all 4 of us and loads left

tried ringing , was engaged first 4 or 5 times then no dialing tone or anything after that , food finally arrived no apology and didn't even ask for the code number i was given , place is going down hill at top speed in regards of delivery and communication

Absolute sham. No food delivered but they will set it as 'Delivered' on Just Eat. Phone the takeaway, and it's constantly enhanced. Avoid.

This place refused to take Scottish notes as a form of payment. This is not only ridiculous but illegal. This will be reported to the trading standards first thing on Monday morning. Absolutely crazy this still happens in 2024.

Delivery Driver could hardly speak English! He also couldn’t find my address! And as for the restaurant the food was cold My pizza was burnt! I asked for chicken leg pieces and was given Kiel and wings! Also hardly any cheese on my chips!

The food was so dry that i thought that i was eating out my grandmother. Genuinely thought i was eating pigeon meat of how dry and poor quality the chicken is. The only good thing that was there was the rice. However that was so dry as well. I am surprised how this business is still surviving. However if you care about the quantity of the food and you hate yourself, go ahead and purchase this. But if you are sane and normal, please prevent yourself from buying this.

the order was an hour and 5 minutes late. rang them when it was 20 minutes late and was told they'd just left and it would be 10 minutes. half an hour later it still wasn't here,I received a phone call from them apologising for it being late and that they'd add extra items to my order. then order arrived 20.minutes after that and the extra items was A bottle of pepsi. we are very frustrated and angry with the service
