Food was excellent but they didnt deliver the large bottle of Coke again for the 2nd time

I told them was I will collect the order normally you wait 2 hours to get delivered and but I placed the order and after 10 minutes it was delivered when it was a collection order and I spoke to them 3 times over the phone phone not to deliver and they agreed and still they go deliver while I was waiting at the shop it’s just ridiculous always always same thing they do and they never send you sauce when they give you options to get sauce no management at this place at all

this order was never received, not cancelled when requested over the phone and not refunded.

Driver showed me docket with no house number on and said he'd been driving up and down street. However it's a very short street and he didn't ask when phoned to say he arrived so I waited on doorstep for 5 mins. Food not hot as result of delay

My food never arrived, called the restaurant and they hung up on me the first time, the second time i called i was told 15 minutes, i waited another 30 minutes and called back, they then told me the driver has my order and will be here soon but never arrived. I order from here often and have never had a problem but I wont be ordering again.

Waited for over an hour before finally giving the place a call. I was told that the driver had attempted delivery, but I was at the front waiting for 50 minutes and no one attempted at all. I was also put on hold for ages whilst the staff were serving customers face to face. Very unprofessional. The staff said they will deliver again but I said the food will be cold, to which they did not respond too. Food cancelled in the end. Very bad customer service, would not recommend!

recently visited and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious. But what made the visit even more memorable was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly cooperative and welcoming. A special mention to the young lady at the front desk, who was wearing a hijab. she was not only professional but also warm and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If I could rate my order 0 stars I would, ordered two burger meals and onion rings. The burger came extremely cold with no salad or fries that we even paid extra for. I couldn’t even eat my burger because it was so depressing, and my husband tried his to which he found a staple in. Honestly avoid here, I understand it’s cheap and fast but even so I would expect what I paid for and no health hazards. I managed to get some of my money back from uber but I’ll never order again. And I would advise to anyone else to also not to order because of health hazards. Disgusting.

Food came horrendously late and cold. I ordered the meat samosas, they sent veg samosas instead. This is a common tactic used by SOME takeaways, because the overhead for meat is higher. I called to say that they had messed up my order. They said they will send me new ones. I am staying in a hotel and do not eat to firstly keep going up and down to pick up order that are cold and inedible, and secondly I just wanted my money back because some samoas were not worth it. But, when I called the service person was so rude and dismissive, she did not allow a refund for a blatantly wrong order. She had already seen online that the order was incorrect, but still refused the refund. Do not order from this place because the food was crap and so was the service. -10⭐️

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE TONIGHT WITH KEBABISH. I SPECIFICALLY WROTE IN THE NOTES REQUESTING SALAD ON MY BURGER, I EVEN RANG THEM TO CONFIRM IT. UNFORTUNATELY IT ARRIVED PLAIN SO I RANG THEM BACK AND THE LADY ABRUPTLY SAID THEY WOULD RE DELIVER A NEW ONE WITH SALAD… GUESS WHAT? THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED WITH NO SALAD AGAIN. I AM ACTUALLY LOST FOR WORDS… AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG 99% OF THE TIME. LEARN TO FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS BECAUSE IT IS GETTING BEYOND A JOKE NOW!

Just the pinpoint location of the delivery was wrong.

The bread served was cold and chewy but surprisingly seekh kebab was good. Combo meal for 2 had a good portion but they were soggy and the taste was average. Customer service is the worst. The lady at the counter seemed so rude while taking the order and while serving it she pushed it towards me in a very rude and unfriendly manner.

We ordered a SFC meal, but every single piece was so salty. If you love to add a lot of salt to your food, maybe you should try selling pickles or something else. 😂

Cold sweaty soggy food used uber phoned kebabish & complained she said you need to take it up with uber ! Not good business ethics to me . Said it was sat waiting in warmer to be collected ! A lot of money for horrible food and no dips, also did not read notes as to a Change in menu what we wanted ! Stay clear , only gave 1 as could not give 0!

I ordered at 2pm. When i called at 4:15, i was told "its on its way" after multiple calls being told the same. the site stated "delivered", after calling time and time again and being lied to, it arrived at 5:20, Food ice cold, refund refused.

The food was supposed to arrive at 10:20, but it did not come until around 11:10. It was not very warm and not that enjoyable.

The girls who answer the phone are very rude and on professional it's a shame they ruined the name of kebabish the shouldn't be working if they cannot handle the pressure stay home and clean your house seriously the manager need to sort out this who ever answer the phone needs to be professional and i ordered my food at 6 it comes at 8 when I called them they we're very rude

Still not here staff are rude I actually order quite a lot aswell from them past few times been issues food missing no refund or replacement this time spoken too like rubbish because foods really late just told 10 minutes every 15-20 minutes

I’m fuming this is my go to take away I’m fasting I pre ordered my food for 7pm it come at 8pm when I got my food it’s was stone cold I ask for no red meat because I’m allergic to the red meat I’m not happy at all I try to call them and tell them I want a fresh food they never picked up the phone I been trying to call them for the past 2h I called them 300 times try to just eat claim back they offered me 5 bloody no point so the shop need to sort it it is not on

Got a delivery update to say out for delivery 45 mins ago . Rang restaurant who confirmed it was. Sat here still no food - its going to be stone cold when it gets here.

Ordered at 5pm, were given an ETA of 5.50 to 6.15pm. 6.30 came and ent and at 6.50 rang to see wha the heck was going on. We were told to it would be 5 - 10 minutes - finally at 7.35 the food arrived! Not a good experience!

The delivery driver was so rude! Shouted and swearing at me because I asked them to deliver the food to my door. Parked across the street refusing to leave the car. Called the restaurant to complain but they didn’t help out at all. Terrible service and not happy at all.

Order was all mixed up. Large orders were small, small orders were large and the grilled sandwich was just meat and wedges. Not hard to read an order.

10 mins early and food was all freshly cooked and piping hot when arrived.

Had food poisoning from cheeseburger and was vomiting later that day. Dont recommend.

Absolutely shocking, I would never recommmend going to kebabish. I went once and tried it and I was completely ill and disgusted by the food it made me sick.A few months later I tried it again and I was disgusted by the quality of the food I was completely unwell after eating. I would not recommend coming here it has gone downhill, used to be nice a few years ago.

I had been going to this place for a few years and it had changed a lot first with customer service.i asked for no salad and the lady at the till whom took my order told the chef to put salad in my meal.i said I didn't ask for salad and she said I did so I just asked her to remove the salad and when I got it back there was still noticeable pieces of salad🫤please hire people who actually can understand proper English
