Pizza Kasra in Sheffield

Rather than fear the worst, we placed our order and collected. The relief washed over us because…the food and service was as good as ever. Absolutely divine deep dish pizza (The Spicy Garlic) and the insanely delicious garlic bread with cheese. I challenge anyone in the North of England to recommend a Pizza better than this!!

Opening times say it's open until midnight every day, ordered at midnight, they took my card payment, then cancelled my order saying they're closed. They still have my money as we speak. Charlatans!

Food good and good prices also one thing I must say it is very clean. It has a 5 star rating certificate on the wall, for it's hygiene and cleanliness.

UPDATED REVIEW! This used to be one of the best pizzas in the area until the Italian guy left, now it's completely inedible and taken a massive dive in overall quality despite prices repeatedly going up and portions getting smaller, the lady with the glasses who works on the counter is abrupt and rude and they ignore people standing at the counter if they are to busy dealing with phone or online orders. My most recent order the doner had hardly any meat in it the salad was wilted and slimy and the pizza was dry with no tomato base and a crust clearly cooked from frozen. Delivery took nearly 2 hours and arrived barely warm despite being just a few streets away. AVOID!

The best garlic bread special anywhere... Trust me go try... And the meat and chips none of the scrappy bits that half the places have...the best staff ever too ... Prices are amazing... Food is always the perfect temperature...pizzas are amazing ...and ... Omg the garlic bread special ...if I didn't already say that ...😍 If you've not tried it yet please do so..👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last time I use you pizza kasra having spent accumulation between 3 families circa 5 k a year since you opened the tirade of abuse the owner and lady ? Behind the till directed at my daughter . Bottom line you supplied a shoddy pizza with no pizza saver in the middle which caused all topping to slide off . friends don’t talk to each other like my daughter experienced over a £8 pizza . Bring it on Topolis etc. From now on 👊 Fact hit it where it hurts in the till and train management and underlings in customer courtousy. Town end is time for a change . MW

I’d like to start off with the service, I tried ordering and made a simple order and the lady at the cashier with glasses and Sheffield United top on was very rude, it ruined my experience just communicating with her and all I asked for was chips and cheese!,

My Pizza and cheesy chips were fantastic.

Called for a quick bite in-between trams. The quickest food I could have was a donner kebab. Charged £7 for one of the most disgusting things I've ever thrown in a bin. Service abysmal. A case of 'what is the easiest thing can we throw at her' & make the most money.

Usually, I would recommend this takeaway to everyone, sadly not anymore.. I would normally get pizza and garlic bread but feel they haven't been up to scratch the last a few times, so I opted for a kebab this time.. BIG MISTAKE.. there was hardly any meat in it, and what was there was dry and tasteless. I get that you don't get as much for your money these days, but I didn't think it affected the quality.. I doubt I'll be giving any more of my money to this establishment.. that little fella needs a chill pill as well

Ordered from here my whole life but it has gone downhill over the last year or so in terms of ridiculously slow service but last night was the worst it’s ever been. Food took over 2 hours to arrive, had to phone twice to chase it and when it did arrive the food was cold and a whole large pizza was missing!! I phoned to request the missing pizza as well as a refund. They agreed to send the missing pizza asap but when I asked for a refund they hung the phone up on me! Extremely rude and disrespectful. The quality of the food was also really bad as well as being cold as they hadn’t even cut the pizzas up and there was barely any sauce on. Unfortunately I’ll never be ordering from here ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking service waited 2 hours for our food to show up. When it finally arrived some of the order was missing. They obviously can't cope if it gets busy but thinking that 2 hours is acceptable is disgusting. I would avoid ordering from here at all costs you'll be very disappointed.

1st takeaway I've had from Pizza Kasra, had the mixed kebab special delivered and was very good, plenty of food, good price and fast delivery. unfortunately I was only in the area visiting so Won't be able to have this regularly but will definitely use them again on my next visit.

Never had a bad meal from Pizza Kasra. The pizzas are delicious and very good value as are the kebabs. Huge portions and friendly staff.

They are very helpful and efficient at Pizza Kasra, and I would always recommend them. The pizza's are very tasty and well-made, and the prices are fine....they're great !

After a long day at work tonight, I came into the takeaway for a small cheesy garlic bread and can of pop. Staff were all really friendly, and didn’t take long at all for my food, about 5-6 minutes (baring in mind I collected it myself). Only downside was that it was cash only, but the staff pointed me to the local cash machine. And the cheesy garlic bread was amazing! Highly recommend!

Ordered food a hour and half later still no food rang up for the woman on the phone to be rude and say theres more orders more important and were well out of the way anyway. Why deliver that far if you can't make them out on time. Then tell me there short staffed this is the 3rd time this has happened now wouldn't recommend at all very awful experience every time we have ordered

Ordered online to collect and pay cash, when I got there they gave me half my food. I rang back up and they said they’d have it and they’ll send the food down. 40 minutes later, rang up and they said the food wasn’t with them and it should have already been delivered. 20 minutes later, still not come so rang again, said I’d drive up and collect it if they’ll make me a fresh one and refund me for the inconvenience. Put me onto the manager (after she got off the toilet, yes literally I was told they were on the toilet so would have to wait), explained what had happened and was then rushed off the phone and hung up on when I started asking for the refund. Arrived at the takeaway, had to wait for the order and then was told I couldn’t have a refund because it was MY fault that I’d walked away without half the order (despite paying for the food, saying thank you and goodbye, all times they could’ve given me the rest of the order, and also that their driver must’ve scranned my order in a lay-by somewhere during the hour we waited ). Even tried to tell me that he was giving me my garlic bread and 2 cans of pop for free, I had to show him my receipt to tell him I’d ordered them and paid for them, they weren’t some free goodwill gesture! Told me I’d have to ask for a refund via foodhub even though id paid them with cash. We’re regular local customers but I won’t be using this place again, don’t recognise most of the staff in there so not sure if it’s been taken over and they can’t seem to be organised; clearly I’m not the only one as they had a few other phone calls from customers who had missing orders while I was waiting. Shame because the food is tasty but service absolutely shocking

I ordered food at 10.30 and at 11.39 I rang to see where the food was and I was told that it was on its way but I am still waiting for it at 23.54 xx

Just Ordered from here took just over an hour to come spent £48, Food items missing from order, phoned to tell them and said they would get missing meal’s delivered, asked how long 20/25 mins… 50 mins later had to phone again to see where food was, apparently just leaving shop .. passed from person to person.. no one has a clue n no one taking responsibility.. Disgraceful.. stay clear

Tool 2 and a half hours to arrive , rang after 1 and a half hours and it was on its way , 1 hour after that it arrives , not the 1st time it's took ages , usually missing items aswell. Will not be ordering again!

I've been ordering here for well over 20 years since they changed the menu and put up the prices it's gone down hill like you've never known.. Food has never seen a flame grill any more only a microwave.. And every time there's something missing leaving one of us waiting 40 minutes for the missing food to arrive.. And standards have dropped dramatically... Try keeping existing customers happy.. And not just chern out food on mass to people that won't come back due to bad experience.. Because you've lost us WHAT A SHAME ALWAYS BEEN GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND VERY VERY TASTY... SAD TO SEE STANDARDS DROP

Visited early evening today. Ordered just a chicken kebab and a chicken wrap. As usual it was prepared in quick time, loads of chicken breast and so tasty. Quick service, polite staff, only thing i didnt realise its cash only, bit of a memory laps. ATM 2O seconds away. My wife and i really enjoyed the food. Tip marks. Andy, Sheffield, S12.

The last 3 times we have ordered from pizza kasra there has been items missing, on our most recent order 29/10/22 the delivery time was 1hr 30mins and aswell as the missing items the food was barely warm. There has also been a recent price increase which we understand and don't mind paying if the service is good, unfortunately in our recent experience it hasn’t been.

Standard.. nothing special here but if your craving greasy meats wrapped or on a pizza this is the place to go got some good offers on but could be better. Staff are brilliant and friendly to talk to.

Taste wise the food is great, definitely one of the best in the area however the delivery time and order accuracy let it down a bit

Took way to long then garlic bread was burnt, pizza was burnt ordered extra chips that we never got chicken nuggets was horrible we will never be going back again.

Just witnessed a man walk out with half his order and drive off in his van, a chef literally sprinted after the van and somehow caught up 10/10 customer service, quality Greasy food.

Ordered a wrap, chips and a drink but it took an hour and a half so I rang up and they said it would be another half an hour proceeded to wait that and then it said it would take another 15 minutes. Came cold and it is definitely a 1 star rating.

Ordered at 6.15pm rang twice kept saying on the way final straw 9.00pm kids needed feeding before bed time aboulute rubbish, Stop taking orders if too busy Kasra rubbish 🗑 fed up of companies been s..t and blaming covid.

Ordered food receiver it 2 hours later (understandable if busy) the food was barely warm and both pizzas tasted like washing up liquid, £15 down the drain and starving mouths. Called the shop to discuss the situation and got a mouth full of denial, great way to speak to customers because you just lost another!!

Always get my pizza from here, fantastic staff, lovely clean take away, and the best cheesy garlic bread around for miles I won't go any where else

Ordered last night to a woman who had terrible phone skills, so rude to me while trying to order, was going to cancel it then and use Sunset but orders. When it came 1hr 20mins two minutes up the road away, haven't got a car so need delivery, 6x sauces where missing with our special Kebab meals plus my young daughters chips missing with her strip meal, I ended up put deep fat frier on to cook her some cause she was upset, and wasn't waiting another 1hr 20mins for them. Wasn't cheap at £40 for things missing and no free garlic bread we had the other week. Such a shame cause the meals were tasty, but will use Sunset and Hasinas in the future.

The title says it all! Hair in food again and certainly one from one of the workers in the shop. Disgusted! They need hair nets/hats. Put me off for good.

They are the best pizza place in Sheffield. Love their garlic cheese pizza. The staff are so friendly had a little mix up once but that got resolved. This is a go to place for pizzas and everyone should know about it.

I use this takeaway often. The food has always been very good. Extremely nice dinner meat no complaints with the food. Customer service is 50/50 I've been short changed a few times and the woman who works there is out and out rude. Everything else is sound though

This place is disrespectful ordered a kebab didnt even give us a pitta bread for the kebab wasnt enough food for 3 people and rang up to speak to them about it the man was rude on the phone and shouting down the phone really bad customer service i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone horrible people.

Avoid. Told our order would be up to an hour. After an hours wait phoned to be told it’s not in shop must be out for delivery. Rung back after two hour wait and no one picks up phone. Go to chilli banana CustomerService excellent as was the pizzas.

Firstly, my partner loves the pizzas from pizza kasra. Secondly, Always get great customer service from the guys working here not so much the women! Finally, The delivery drivers are always pleasant, especially the bold headed one that wears a hat, always gets food delivered while it’s still hot and is always in a pleasant mood.

Will never ever go there again, the last two visits the orders were wrong. I asked for a delivery, gave the driver door to door instructions, then had to go and meet them at the centre spot pub, took an hour to deliver, driver refused to come to my home and I had to meet them at the pub,then the food was freezing, this place has gone down hill so much, word to the wise, don't bother complaining, they don't care, I would rather throw my money away then ever go there again

If I could give Pizza Kasra zero I would have. Food recently is disgusting, it used to be lovely. Delivery drivers stink of tobacco and I no longer want them handling my food as the food packaging smells of smoke. The only female working in the shop obviously doesn't have any skills in customer service at all, she would be more suited to a job as a door bouncer in town. She is rough and ready and its a wonder she's got away talking to people like crap for so long. What was once a lovely place now needs closing down.

I’ve had food from pizza Kasra for many years but since the new menu it’s got really bad. If you order over £25 you get a free bottle of pop or a garlic bread cheese but they never bring it. The order always has stuff missing and when you phone to tell them you get attitude from the ugly skin headed woman that works there she’s so horrible with the costumers the only good thing about pizza Kasra is probably is the two bold headed drivers I think they both work Thursday Friday and Saturday the food is always hot the other driver that works rest of the week the pizzas are always smashed up to one side of the box and cold food give a miss unless your desperate

He gastado poco menos de 90 libras esta semana n ni una sola vez hicieron mi pedido correctamente, siempre faltaba algo n cuando les llamáis por teléfono, es horrible la forma en que responden sin disculpas ni nada tendrá que esperar hasta que el conductor de la entrega Vuelve cuando los llamaste cuando él estaba aquí, qué broma es el lugar desde que cambiaron el menú, dice pan de ajo gratis o una botella de refresco en el menú.

All the staff are realy friendly and polite. There.quick at getting your orders done and there food is lovely 100% recomend.

He usado Pizza Kasra muchas veces y la comida siempre es decente. No es gourmet, sino una pizza para llevar / hamburguesa / kebab para llevar. Sin embargo, el servicio se ha vuelto más pobre últimamente. No es particularmente amigable por teléfono al realizar el pedido. También me dijeron que nuestra comida para llevar más reciente (esta semana) se entregaría en unos 40 minutos. ¡En realidad tardó una hora y diez en llegar! Esto ni siquiera fue en una noche ocupada. No hacía mucho calor cuando llegó. Podría usar Kasra nuevamente, pero probablemente recoja la comida en lugar de perder el tiempo entregándola.

Lived in Gleadless for 26 years and have always had our monthly takeaway from kasra! Fabulous service and lovely freshly made food. Pizzas to burgers to kebabs and chips and cheese!. Never had a complaint to make. Keep up the good work !!! 😊

Ordered from here a number of times and never been let down, staff are polite and delivery approximates are near enough always bang on time. Having ordered for collection a number of times I have visited and the cleanliness of the restaurant is also good in comparison to other takeaways I've seen. The BBQ chicken pizza is amazing and you can never go wrong with some chips and cheese with garlic mayo. Would recommend trying next time you fancy a pizza if they cover your area.

Lots of people like their pizzas, much to greasy for me. Not ordered here lately as prefer other suppliers. However, always seems to be busy, so that's just be o.k.

State's on their fliers that they deliver to a 3 mile radius but won't deliver to me 1.7 mile away? I'll spend my money elsewhere then.
