i was so looking forward to having a new biscoff frappe with my 7 year old son we turned up to find out the ice cream machine was broken my son broke down into tears and hasn’t come out off his room for hours so thanks alot

Fries came out salty and hot, and the burger was just as warm as it. Probably the best experience I'ce had from McDonald's. It seems to get better everytime I go.

If you want to go through drive expect to wait and wait for 20 minutes or more and then have to go into fetch it…. To get looked at by staff as if ya got 4 heads and your in wrong…. You can guarantee everytime I go I get sent to bay 1 or bay 2 or in carpark for someone to bring it ya some days it’s rammed some days it’s empty and no cars behind me and they still make ya wait absolutely shambles this mc ds is…

I've been here 100s of times. The person training the people to make the food must be a genius! The food is always great the service even better! Keep up the good work!!! The guy that cashes you out at the first window i think his name was Brandon such a nice lad!

Server wasnt the smartest employee, completely wrong order given us in drive through

Got two sausage McMuffins and on both the bread was literally that burnt we couldn’t eat it. We went drive thru and took on way to work so wasn’t able to go back to complain. Has put me off to the point I won’t be getting McDonald’s breakfast again.

Didn't have one of the veggie burgers, so had salad. One slice of tomato and some burger lettuce is not a salad worthy of the name!

Food was good, it was quite dirty tables not cleaned floor filthy. No serviettes were given

It was a great quick service and the chicken sandwich meal and drink of Pop were good delivered by a nice polite and friendly staff person and will use again thanks for a pleasant service received 🍗

Second time I've been here and they got the order wrong, something missing or the wrong item. Really need to get better, will be visiting different locations in the future

Bought two donuts, they were so bland, no taste whatsoever. Told one of the staff and she ignored me and carried on doing what she was doing

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 sugar ring donut. Donuts were bland, tasteless. I asked member of staff if they had changed recipe for donuts as they were awful, she just mumbled yeah and carried on doing what she was doing. So rude. So I left them on the counter!

Ordered 2 meals, this is how acceptable their moron staff think it is to fill both fries. Everytime we come here, we get this. they need sacking.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Literally haven’t had a single order arrive that’s correct. ALWAYS have most of the order missing like seriously how hard is it!?! It’s 9pm I don’t think the staff are exactly gonna be run off their feet??? Uber doesn’t always refund orders as I have to contact them every single time I order food from here, so they usually deny my request as they think I’m lying!! The amount of money I’m owed from McDonald’s since they started doing delivery would be insane! Do better

First time in here, burger was tasty, fries were medium warm, usually nearly cold in some McDonald's. Place was quiet but soon got busy, lot of people picking up their orders in their cars. Delivered by staff , first time I've seen that.

This place is pretty busy most of the time. Sometimes, the food is incorrect, and it's a real pain to get in and out if it's busy

Fantastic staff who went above and beyond when I requested that I just needed to buy the toy from the happy meal which they allowed me to do unlike the sheffield crystal peaks branch who are rude and useless

Absolutely rubbish delivery you don't get the food last night we ordered fries and Burgers only the fries arrived. The phone was off the hook all night. I won't be ordering from here again. Handsworth is the best one.

Ordering just eat cold chips no burgers plus calling constantly phone busy never order again .

This is the dirtiest and coldest place i have visited,youngsters lounging on furniture with feet up on chairs even my 10yr old grand daughter commented on the place.

Ordered a few burgers and the bacon was cold and damaged bun which isn't that bad really but cold meat doesn't sit right. Went back to get 2 MC flurry's and whilst waiting in the car I here someone say "oh I've screwed this up thanks to so n so". Well found out it was probably the MC flurry's they were on about as they were watery which wasn't very good. Still foods food n tasted aight.

It was evening, so it was a bit slow and had a feeling the staff just wanted to go home and we have all had that feeling at the end of a shift.

Customised my order and they got it wrong. While there one of the staff cleaned a couple of tables by wiping all the contents of the table into the floor. Chip etc were let there most of the time we were eating. We told staff and still left there, just before we left it was swept up.

Hard to rate the atmosphere from a drive through apart from always tense with the queuing system having two lanes Food was cold on this occasion probably because of the “efficient” staff having everything prepared 5 mins before you get it but they are working hard so cant be too dismissive

Please don't let work in McDonalds just EVERYONE ! It was a very good McDonald's, but last couple months it's so frustrating how many mistakes they do on the orders! And it's a pain when you get the order at drive through and then you must go inside for the order to be corrected!! They crossed the line of my patient today when I've got this horrible tasted Coca cola as it was yesterday's, and my burger wrong (but that's as usually) AND they "forgot" chips in the happy meal. Looks like it shouldn't be a work for everyone...

Don't think we've had an order right this year. Items missing or items wrong! Getting sauce but no cheese bites, full meals missing, burgers missing etc. Just ordered some food, was waiting in bay 2 for 15 minutes for a galaxy Christmas pie. I went in and they passed it me, was just sitting on the side. Came home to find it's a normal apple pie not the festive one. This mcdonalds is an absolute shambles.

Food quality and service excellent but no heating on at all (ate in around 8am) and was warmer outside than in. Also in the gents,hand dryer not working

Can be forgetful about items on orders but other than that all good.

Absolutely shocking service. Every single order we've had is missing items and/or made completely wrong, ordered cheese bites on our order came with the sauces for cheese bites but no cheese bites. Ordered a burger with only ketchup and cheese, sticker on the box says only ketchup and extra cheese, of course there's gherkins on it, if you enjoy your food coming cold and wrong and then having to call and chase it only to be told its not their problem and to contact justeat then this is your place. Guess allergies just don't matter anymore

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. 95% of my orders come wrong and I’ve never had decent chips from there since I started going. It has 3.7 star rating on Google but this is generous. Ice cream machine constantly out of order. This order I got a Diet Coke instead of normal, fries chucked upside down in bag and stone cold. And asked for bbq sauce and sweet curry. It’s simple stuff that they’re getting wrong every order.

Hit & miss burgers - can be hot & fries cold, other times fries hot & burgers cold - both need to be hot every time for both

Doors locked staff inside ment to be 24hrs if your close then at least turn the light off so people aren’t waste time driving and walking to you to get told your closed

The staff are friendly, but the coffee is cold. So a real 'swings and roundabouts' scenario.

An absolute shambles here. Too many issues to list. Latest issue is finding what looks like a bone or something in my daughter’s fries. Not a massive issue as it stood out but had they put it in a burger or something it could have been dangerous. Ps - after another order with multiple missing items I’ve come to the conclusion they’re just thick.

Jordan, Gina, Ellie and Tom were exceptional - made us all feel so welcome, the food was top notch top, particularly the McFlurry - promote them all McDuncan 🙏🏼✌🏼🥲🍔🍟

Quick service and friendly staff

Always getting orders wrong, if you order large, they always put a regular drink in a large cup or give half the amount of fries. Whilst we were eating, a few people had gone up to counter to dispute orders been wrong/ missing. Wasn't overly busy so frustrating as it's not exactly cheap anymore.

Tried the new Philly Stack. Really tasty. Carrot sticks crunchy but not as fresh tasting as I would have liked. My daughter said the fries weren't as good as usual but it was very busy. Staff really friendly.

Gave mcflurrys then told to wait 15 mins for food.

Fries were cold and the big mac is no longer big, it's more like the small mac, burger thrown together, everything falling out.

This McDonald’s is very incompetent. They have got our orders wrong over the last 4 visits we have made. Today we ordered a McChicken sandwich meal, and got a quarter pounder in the McChicken box! It’s just NOT acceptable. Sort yourself out McDonalds!

Dirty place. Staff stood right outside smoking and people spitting. The entrance smelt like parkhill flats staircase.

Went through the drive thru and was served cold chips where one box was only half full, half a cup of coke on one drink and three quarters of a cup on the other drink and this franchise charges 10p for sauce. Better staff training needed.

Slow service even though they weren't busy and terrible smell of bad drains, which they've tried to cover with a foul smelling air freshener. No apology for long wait.

Waited 20 minutes for my breakfast order, but the manager was not interested when I told him he just said they forgot to do it. how long I had waited, the restaurant wasn't even busy, there was only my order and 1 other waiting. The food was luke warm and extremely greasy that my husband couldn't eat his. The restaurant also smelt of sewers, which was off-putting.

One of the best MC Donalds ive been in England. Customer service is great and the Manager will try to offer you the best service he can offer.

OMGG HOW ON EARTH IS THIS PLACE EVEN ALLOWED TO BE OPEN…. Sadly we ordered food on the app then went in to collect our food and after only a couple of minutes the stench of human waste was making me feel sick and listening to comments from people around me they was saying it’s been like this for a few days…definitely need to make a call to environmental health in the morning that is just not a good place to serve food from surely to god.. by the time of writing this I’ve driven a couple of miles home still feeling sick and thrown the food in the bin I couldn’t eat that knowing what I could smell in there.. that just ain’t right guys close ya doors and get it fixed

Ordered at 09:30 on Sunday morning. Took 25 mins to get my food. Shocking service. Too busy concentrating on deliveries to serve the customers in attendance. Waste of time going in person.

What an absolute joke! Got my kids a happy meal and I'm not joking there was 12 chips in the bag! I know its a kids meal but quite frankly that's a joke.

All good service.. I just want to share that if you are a wheelchair user expect not to be able to use the toilets. The disabled toilets are no use and do not accommodate a wheelchair.. My little boy is in a wheelchair and unable to get out of his wheelchair and could not get into the toilet, he had to have wee with the door open... Disgusting and embarrassing

Not the best. Food took ages. Ask for a kids burger without pickle and onions. It had both on. No milkshakes. Staff rude.

This McDonalds consistently do not have Milshakes available which would be a minor hindrance if it was a one-off. However I can’t even remember a time they had them available. I simply avoid completely and go to the Crystal Peaks branch - much, much better.

Its mcdees,but on a serious note its not fastfood if ya having to wait in a parking bay then find out ya order is missing something.

Very busy Macdonalds to say how many orders they get think they deal with orders pretty promptly, every so often it can be slow however this is a company issue due to staffing levels not the staff who work theres problem.

At McDonald's you know what you're getting usually, quick, tasty and easy ordering. Not a fan unless I'm traveling but it's always clean.

I like talkative work places but not at the expense of the customer. If managers are ok with the staff leaning about talking then I guess it needs stronger management and having the team managed effectively. The staff don't appear to read their orders and there are often items missing. The food is hit and miss and had been cold more times than hot. Milkshakes seem to be a rarity as they obviously can't be bothered to clean the machine at off peak times to ensure they are available.

Yea it's a MacDonalds like every other one the only difference is the milkshakes are not as frozen as others

Everything good apart from stuffing everything in one bag pick bag up with top side split chips all over car bout time chips had something stop them spilling, if bag doesn’t split there all in bottom of bag

Good value for money and very tasty

Fantastic service today (20th May 2023) by whoever the young lad was on Till 1 at about half 1 in the afternoon: when we asked for my husbands burger to be without the bun he (unprompted) asked if it was for an allergy (he has coeliacs disease) and when we said yes he then made a point of getting all the staff to wash their hands to reduce contamination. He even cooked his chips separately. A great gesture and made us feel a lot safer with the food.

I called at McDonald’s this morning as I had been called out at 4.30 for my job. I got their for 6.30. My two egg and sausage muffins soaked in grease and no serviettes given. They tried to charge me 10pence when spending nearly £10.00 for breakfast. Shocking service in my opinion. Up your game the grease is all over my hands.

Food was nice when we eventually got it. The restaurant is now just full of delivery drivers awaiting orders. Took 25min for the order to come and it was wrong & a further 10min to sort.

service is absolutely appalling, didn’t bring my food to table and was just left to go cold on the pick up side. staff didn’t communicate with one another at all. fries were absolutely rancid, cold and had no flavour. Don’t come here.

I was treating my 6yr old niece to a day out her choice to have tea at McDonald's will never go to drakehouse again! Service was terrible waiting over twenty minutes for order and I wasn't the only one in store and drive through customers all complaining lots of staff behind counter all dealing with take away food, who probably got their order quicker than those who choose to eat in or drive through. When meal finally came order was wrong, and barely warm worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

every time my partner eats here he gets violently sick afterwards, tested the theory with different foods months apart and it still made him very sick, I also my self got sick from eating here, very worrying hygiene issues as he’s never had to go to the hospital for food poisoning before but after eating here he has

waiting around 15 minutes for breakfast, I did notice the worker who was preparing food wasn't wairing hygiene gloves(using bare hands / Fingers ) , other franchises like Subway think about hygiene. bit of a poor experience to be honest, and considering that there was x 2 managers on site. Hygene and customer service was abandoned.

Ordered 3 big mac meals… Instead got a goats liver wrapped in barbed wire and homemade bombs… The staff threw hot oil at my 2 year old son and the manager threw even more hot oil at my husband.. It’s disgusting really. too add on to all of these distraught events, they threw my 3 year old girl into the deep fat fryer and chopped her fingers off to feed to the people on norwich city, i want a refund of a new child please

Taking children for tea after school, ordered happy meals, turned out no books had toys instead and no sauces were given with their happy meals, went to ask for it and been told that you’ve got to pay for them if you had done it you have to show them receipts to proof it. McDonald! Do you think people would be cheating for free ONE Pot of sauce which is NOT even worth 10Pence. Shame on you! This place deserves NO STAR from my experience on this visit!

Waited a while for someone to take our order through the drive through and the car that pulled up at the other order line after us got greeted instantly. Ordered 2 double mcplant meals, wasn't asked about what drinks and in the end was given normal mcplants. Very annoying considering we were in a rush and it's supposed to be quick and convenient

This was a poor dining experience as our order was complete wrong two Burges were missing and the wrap that had removed tomatoes had tomatoes and its not like they had missed putting the burgers on our tray they had not been made there was a very long wait for the Burges to be remade aswell
