The chips were freezing cold and un eatable ruined my meal

Half of the food was missing and they gave me a beef ranch stack burger instead of the chicken one which i do not like, very unhappy

forgot multiple items on more than one order how hard is it 2 read of a board usless

Once again having placed an order with mc Donald's the food has come cold both my burger nd chips and my daughter 9 chicken nuts nd chips are cold both meal where large meals

Usually some item is missed off our order when ordering McDonald's but nothing was today. The food was tasty & hot still when it arrived. The delivery driver was early & friendly.

Only thing wrong was the fries were cold

My burger was over cooked ,cold and extremely chewy my fries are cold and too crispy I am extremely unhappy and unable to eat it

Shocking I have spent £41 and all I have received is a bag of hash brown no muffins or a wrap

Terrible service, all 4 burgers and nuggets missing from our order. We only received drinks and fries, called restaurant and they said I had to go and collect them myself. When at restaurant I had to wait another 25 minutes. Too many children working here and not enough management with experience. It’s unreal how bad this place is operating.

I went to McDonald’s at drakehouse yesterday with my support worker and I had mc chicken spicy meal with a sprite and fries and i was served quickly by the female staff member who served me and I used the table service option for the young lady to bring my mc chicken spicy meal and she brought it and the service was not slow and it was good and I had a McFlurry Milky Way flavour and it was delicious and I had a good time

Good 24 hour McDonald's with a drive thru - service is always fast but is usually busy at most times of day, plenty of parking spaces. Toilets are clean and staff are friendly. Good location with easy access from the A57

I ordered last night didn’t receive what I paid for and the new bbq McCrispy the cheese was green on it so I wasn’t able to eat that the chips was cold im only 10 minutes away from the restaurant when I called this morning and told him about my issues he said hes replace the item I didn’t receive and when I told him about the bbq McCrispy with the cheese being green not yellow the phone got put down and I wasn’t being rude or cussing I was calm but it’s so unprofessional well sorry McDonald’s but I’ve still got my burger so I’ll bring it back to you the services your providing is very unprofessional and customers will not stay happy if you keep treating them this way

I ordered a mozzarella dippers sharebox at £6.79 so tell me why I only record 3 dippers you really have got to talk to your drivers or do your job properly really not happy at all

Everything came and delivery was quick

I had to go to collect my order in the end as there was no sign of the delivery driver collecting, i was also unable to contact to let anyone know at just eat that I’d collected, I would appreciate a refund on this occasion

Food ok, takes a while as with most McDonalds. Group of 12-14 year old wandered in being obnoxious and not ordering anything staff weren't bothered.

Ordered apple pie, however it was missed! MDs must be making a fortune by missing items off orders then expecting you to drive to collect after paying for delivery knowing you won’t!! Still not as bad as Crystal Peaks

We ordered at the machine on the doorway. The machine still talks about taking a table number from the side of the machine but the numbers are now fixed to the tables. Ordered 2 meals and sat to wait. It wasn't very busy, but no one was sorting out the dirty tables. The burgers didn't seem super fresh, and we're so covered in sauce that it made them difficult and messy to handle. I didn't taste much because all I could think about was the greasy mayonnaise it was smothered in, and my fingers too. Another family had a little girl who vomited after a fall, and the family used napkins to clear it up and told staff, but no one came to disinfect the table even after they had gone. If I had been the manager, I would have wanted to come over to the table and make sure the little girl was okay too. I'm never sure about how to use the recycling station...how much food/drink left on the cardboard is acceptable etc. it's no wonder many people just throw the whole lot in the bin. I hate the bins flaps too... They're often very dirty and I really don't want to touch them. I waited to use the toilet at home... I didn't even go to look if they were clean.

The slowest most useless McDonald's in Sheffield. Every experience is a frustrating one! If you want fast food, go to a different McDonald's.

Delivery time really quick, great! Food…. Not so great. Fries clock cold, triple cheeseburger looked like someone made it with their eyes blind folded and was also cold. Ordered a large meal yet received a medium drink? I know it’s Boxing Day and the staff are probably hungover but surely a quick ten second check of each order would prevent these issues.

Delivery driver was so so rude. He called to say he couldn't find my house and he was near another house on my road and kept telling me its unfair. He shouted at me and kept telling me its unfair and i needed to tell him where my house was. I went outside and told him i was stood looking at him waving but be carried on shouting at me. Eventually he saw me and brought my food after putting the phone down on me.he rudely asked for delivery number and said its right then stormed off.

Ordered with delivery estimate of 10-15 minutes, took 35 minutes to be delivered. Ordered a toasted Jam McMuffin and received it completely plain with no pot of jam so essentially spent £2.29 on plain bread. Why can’t they check orders as they bag them?

When phoned the first answer by the manager was report to uber eats. How pathetic is his service to customer when asking for missed meal. I know how to report to Uber and don't need his advice. But he was defending his service. Does he thinks whatever he does is acceptable by the public? Where in earth he lives?McDonald's management need to think about this type of service to publi c by this franchise.

Food was cold upon delivery id like a refund.

1st order was missing half the ordered items, claimed for a refund for the missing teams and re-ordered the missing food. The delivery was 20 minutes late and when it did arrive the plant burger had no burger in the bun, just lettuce tomato and sauce. I will never order from these again.

Terrible, 0 out of 5 burgers turned up leaving my excited kids nothing to eat for there meal other than cold chips, as my four four year old said “these chips are rock hard”. We haven’t eat any of the delivery at all we’ve had to go out and buy elsewhere. I expect a full refund of my £48.62 order and an apology.

condiments were missing. food cold. everybody knows McDonald's food goes cold quick, delivery drivers should take 1 delivery at a time, watching my order go 10/15 minutes in opposite direction is knowing I'm getting cold food.

Food was on time and a great delivery driver but food tasted horrible and all the wrong food was sent. I got given a vegetarian burger which is completely wrong. Will not be ordering again from this terrible McDonalds. Handsworth McDonald’s is way better
