Mcdonald's Restaurants in Sheffield

It's expensive for what you get now and it looks like the food is just thrown together.

Imagine getting a burger with no actual burger. Absolutely shocking however busy they are.

Ordered on the app, not sure if the changes saved but the food didn't arrive how I wanted, and it wasn't possible to contact the resteraunt, the phone number wouldn't go through, and Uber said they can't do anything and have to contact the resteraunt.

This is of most disappointment to thys satisfaction I am utterly disgusted McDonald’s with the lack of effort in service been waiting since the romans arrived in Britain go to kfc instead

I bring my grandson here every week to eat in, food is always hot, order is always correct, order always comes quickly in spite of the drive thru and countless delivery orders, always clean. Impressive service.

Please don't let work in McDonalds just EVERYONE ! It was a very good McDonald's, but last couple months it's so frustrating how many mistakes they do on the orders! And it's a pain when you get the order at drive through and then you must go inside for the order to be corrected!! They crossed the line of my patient today when I've got this horrible tasted Coca cola as it was yesterday's, and my burger wrong (but that's as usually) AND they "forgot" chips in the happy meal. Looks like it shouldn't be a work for everyone...

After re ordering the food as the first order weren't delivered, the driver messaged me saying that he can't deliver as the road is closed but he could go different way. the food never arrived so I've spend same amount of money twice and never saw my food. so disappointed! I will not be ordering again from here. I'd rather go to better delivery company.

driver never showed up, parked at front of my house, marked that my food is delivered but never even came to the door. had to order my food again. this us ridiculous!

ordered a meal and was downgraded to a cheaper meal but charged for a more expensive meal with no compensation for the difference so be careful ordering cos they will give you a lower meal but charge for a more expensive meal not first time this has happened and how many other people they do this too just to make profit not good practice......

The lady who delivered our meal was really lovely and polite xx

apart from the fries being somewhat Luke warm everything was perfect and the driver excellent with my nieces who met him at the door 🤣

Check the items before driving from the collection point, regardless of if you feel pressured. They almost always miss items off as you can see from the other reviews.

chips taste really dry no salt, way to much sauce on burger I know I asked for extra but that was just ridiculous

The only McDonald's in Sheffield I've been to or ordered food for delivery as good as the McDonald's at Handsworth Sheffield. Forget the VXLAN Middlewood Loonie McDonald's at Crystal Peaks.

Delivery driver was lovely! Good food

between the staff swearing calling customers bad words to the manager shouting at staff and just standing there doing nothing but expecting those around him to do work i waited a solid 10/15 minutes and finally got my food went home handed it out and they missed items out of the bag! what complete and utter shambles this place is, seriously need to restructure

Cheerful guy at the drive through and honest to god the Big Mac looked like it did in the pictures haha! Whoever made it took some pride and care on it, give them a raise!

So ok it's a McDonald's, my main issue was the car park is on the opposite side of the entrance, it isn't signposted very clearly, and you have to cross over the busy road just nit picking but it spoilt it for me

Every time we order from this McDonalds they give us an incorrect order. Something is always missing or additional items missing or items not removed. Staff clearly don’t read the order when it comes in.

This is one of the best McDonalds around, they get 2/3 orders correct which is insane for this company and they very rarely make you wait in the car park while they bring out cold food. The young staff are apathetic as always but usually polite which is novel. We visit regularly, thanks

Spent nearly 30 pound got another persons 1 meal .. i asked for a refund wont refund me i sent a picture of wat arrived i asked for a manager to get in touch a joke . I had to go out and pay more money to get my children something else so now.

It was very busy but we didn't have to wait long, it only let us down by not asking if we wanted milk for our tea

Usually some item is missed off our order when ordering McDonald's but nothing was today. The food was tasty & hot still when it arrived. The delivery driver was early & friendly.

Terrible service, all 4 burgers and nuggets missing from our order. We only received drinks and fries, called restaurant and they said I had to go and collect them myself. When at restaurant I had to wait another 25 minutes. Too many children working here and not enough management with experience. It’s unreal how bad this place is operating.

Good 24 hour McDonald's with a drive thru - service is always fast but is usually busy at most times of day, plenty of parking spaces. Toilets are clean and staff are friendly. Good location with easy access from the A57

I went to McDonald’s at drakehouse yesterday with my support worker and I had mc chicken spicy meal with a sprite and fries and i was served quickly by the female staff member who served me and I used the table service option for the young lady to bring my mc chicken spicy meal and she brought it and the service was not slow and it was good and I had a McFlurry Milky Way flavour and it was delicious and I had a good time

I ordered last night didn’t receive what I paid for and the new bbq McCrispy the cheese was green on it so I wasn’t able to eat that the chips was cold im only 10 minutes away from the restaurant when I called this morning and told him about my issues he said hes replace the item I didn’t receive and when I told him about the bbq McCrispy with the cheese being green not yellow the phone got put down and I wasn’t being rude or cussing I was calm but it’s so unprofessional well sorry McDonald’s but I’ve still got my burger so I’ll bring it back to you the services your providing is very unprofessional and customers will not stay happy if you keep treating them this way

Everything came and delivery was quick

I had to go to collect my order in the end as there was no sign of the delivery driver collecting, i was also unable to contact to let anyone know at just eat that I’d collected, I would appreciate a refund on this occasion

Food ok, takes a while as with most McDonalds. Group of 12-14 year old wandered in being obnoxious and not ordering anything staff weren't bothered.
