missing two potions of fries from our order

Chips were like cardboard, not fault of the driver as he was very quick, clearly macdonalds fault.

Mc spicy looked like some one put it together with a shotgun

Sauce was missing after paying for them not very good

No syrup or knife and fork with my order

my Triple cheese burger,chicken mayo and fries were all cold.l didn't get my 2 tomato condiments either.l paid for a large chocolate and got a standard cold cup of Hot chocolate. l didn'tget my smarties Mcflurry,l got a biscoff Mcflurry instead and the ice cream had melted l could have drank 80% of it.l have never had such a bad meal.l have never been so most disappointed in a meal.with the £5 tip l wasted £20 of my money..

Not happy at all with the order, a lot of things were missing, I had half of coke it weren’t even filled to top…very bad!!!

my order was 2 hours over the delivery time of 30 minutes that you gave me so I waited 2 and half hours for this order. my delivery driver who actually got the delivery was fantastic could fault him

So prior to the first order I wasnt happy with the second one as it was cold, the chips, the chicken…so 2 orders that weren’t very good at all so requested a refund back!

Food was absolutely freezing half the chips wasn’t even cooked

barely warm breadcake was stale

I'd say on time although our wait jumped from 4 minutes to 11 at one point and food came cold because of this. We have also decided to try a different place for delivery now, as we are always missing our happy meal drinks and main straws.

Gave benifit of the doubt about missing items but most recent also missing things so it keeps happening. Happy meal drink was missing and no straws and sauces.

Driver was really quick didn’t even realise he was almost here cos he got there so quickly, best driver ever

Imagine getting a burger with no actual burger. Absolutely shocking however busy they are.

It's expensive for what you get now and it looks like the food is just thrown together.

Ordered on the app, not sure if the changes saved but the food didn't arrive how I wanted, and it wasn't possible to contact the resteraunt, the phone number wouldn't go through, and Uber said they can't do anything and have to contact the resteraunt.

This is of most disappointment to thys satisfaction I am utterly disgusted McDonald’s with the lack of effort in service been waiting since the romans arrived in Britain go to kfc instead

Stop saying 15-20 mins when ordering then taking 35 minutes to deliver.

half the food was missing, absolute joke

I bring my grandson here every week to eat in, food is always hot, order is always correct, order always comes quickly in spite of the drive thru and countless delivery orders, always clean. Impressive service.

If I could not give any stars I would, firstly they fetched all the drinks and dips but no food at all, a 60 pound order and it’s the worse 60 pound iv ever spent, then when food arrived it was cold and yet still half of it was missing, sort yourselves out

After re ordering the food as the first order weren't delivered, the driver messaged me saying that he can't deliver as the road is closed but he could go different way. the food never arrived so I've spend same amount of money twice and never saw my food. so disappointed! I will not be ordering again from here. I'd rather go to better delivery company.

Please don't let work in McDonalds just EVERYONE ! It was a very good McDonald's, but last couple months it's so frustrating how many mistakes they do on the orders! And it's a pain when you get the order at drive through and then you must go inside for the order to be corrected!! They crossed the line of my patient today when I've got this horrible tasted Coca cola as it was yesterday's, and my burger wrong (but that's as usually) AND they "forgot" chips in the happy meal. Looks like it shouldn't be a work for everyone...

driver never showed up, parked at front of my house, marked that my food is delivered but never even came to the door. had to order my food again. this us ridiculous!

ordered a meal and was downgraded to a cheaper meal but charged for a more expensive meal with no compensation for the difference so be careful ordering cos they will give you a lower meal but charge for a more expensive meal not first time this has happened and how many other people they do this too just to make profit not good practice......

Ordered meal that comes with a collectible item and was not sent the item

apart from the fries being somewhat Luke warm everything was perfect and the driver excellent with my nieces who met him at the door 🤣

Check the items before driving from the collection point, regardless of if you feel pressured. They almost always miss items off as you can see from the other reviews.

chips taste really dry no salt, way to much sauce on burger I know I asked for extra but that was just ridiculous

The only McDonald's in Sheffield I've been to or ordered food for delivery as good as the McDonald's at Handsworth Sheffield. Forget the VXLAN Middlewood Loonie McDonald's at Crystal Peaks.

Delivery driver was lovely! Good food

between the staff swearing calling customers bad words to the manager shouting at staff and just standing there doing nothing but expecting those around him to do work i waited a solid 10/15 minutes and finally got my food went home handed it out and they missed items out of the bag! what complete and utter shambles this place is, seriously need to restructure

Cheerful guy at the drive through and honest to god the Big Mac looked like it did in the pictures haha! Whoever made it took some pride and care on it, give them a raise!
