Wendy's in Sheffield

It's an American burger chain. I haven’t eaten for a long time, I happened to meet him on the street, so I decided to take a look. The beef soup tastes a bit too strong. The burgers were average.

Cheapen the price and give Dilshan a raise! Amazing service and hospitality. Big up Dilshan.

Great food, nice choice of music and the service is awesome. The tables are always clean. All workers are friendly, especially Dilshan the waiter. Food is delicious that I forgot to take pictures every time I'm here.

Everyone needs to come here and try the new pineapple frosty, it's insanely good!!! Staff are really welcoming and polite and you'll never be disappointed with a baconator!!

I had been served by this lovely Hijabi woman named Habiba. She was so friendly and full of energy when she served me. She catered to all my needs and I can confidently say that she made the experience worth it. Her personality and charisma were perfect for this. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making the visit worth it Habiba.

The last 2 times I have been to Wendy's recently, the food was absolutely spot on and delicious! The loaded fries were properly covered, but this time I got home and opened the fries to see the sad article attached. Stale fries, terrible topping coverage and only 3 pieces of bacon on the baconator fries. The frostie machine wasn't working, and the drinks dispenser's flavoured syrups were also out. That being said, the burger was good and the gentleman behind the counter was lovely! Just need to improve the quality control, I will be back!

Amazing wendys. First time trying one in England and it's 10x better than any I've ever had in canada. The fries were so good and it was the best Jr bacon cheeseburger I've had rhe pleasure of eating. Staff was dead friendly and even gave me a snack size frosty free! Wish I had room for more.

Good food but the portion sizes are a bit small given the prices.

Went though the drive though, man taking our order was more worried shouting at his staff then taking our order, after trying to order for 5 minutes we proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our food that came out stone cold! Cold food, rude staff.

I had a great experience at Wendy’s on Sheffield High Street. The spicy chicken and fries were delicious, and I want to give a special shout-out to crew member Zain for his exceptional service. He was friendly and attentive, making my visit even better. Highly recommend this location!

First time at Wendy’s & I was very surprised with the quality of their burgers! All very fresh & hot. We did have to wait a while for our jacket potato’s but they were also surprisingly good once they came. Friendly staff and good value. Will definitely be visiting again!

I enjoyed the food, they've added extra chairs downstairs since my last visit where the only seating available was fixed benches. This has made downstairs more accessible. The toilet was clean. Staff were very friendly.

Top quality very tasty food, high standards for everything which is great to see in a fast food place really, but it does not give you that feel cause food is really good and place was also quite clean every time I popped in, athnosphere is nice and staff very helpful and polite. My personal favourite is the avocado chicken burger, but there are so many other tasty things I've already tried or will do for sure in the future

Ordered from here a couple of times and same issue, food always cold, driver always sits outside my house makes no attempt to get out of his car and miraculously “can’t find my house” forget items, leave pickles on when you asked them to be removed, got my partners burger completely wrong. Vegetarian options are “bean burger, jacket potato, cheesy jacket potato” like you have to be completely ignorant towards other people’s dietary requirements to think that’s a “vegetarian menu” £30 for two people and for what?!

I have been here quite a few times. Really clean place the staff are very helpful and friendly. Had heard a lot about the baconator from a friend and it really did not disappoint has to be one of the best burgers on the high Street. Had it with fries and nuggets all was very nice. Also had the vanilla frosty and the special one with raspberry sauce and white chocolate those are amazing. The breakfast baconator with the breakfast potatoes is also amazing but that's only before 10:30 am. Highly recommend this place a little bit more expensive than other similar places but much better quality. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. I hope the new Wendy's near to the Sheffield arena will be just as good when it opens

firstly the place could be cleaned properly that includes the bathroom as this is a food establishment!stuff not so welcoming and helpful, they were chatting amongst themselves and playing on their phones making noise from the kitchen and that's not good if the place is an open kitchen. the food was a disaster especially considering the price that we had to pay. at least present the food well because some of us eat with our eyes first .my nan had food poisoning after our visit there .again the place could be cleaned properly!!

Food fresh and tasty. The place is an absolute dump and hasn’t been cleaned since the night before. Pish on the floor, greasy self serve machines and tables not cleaned. It’s not exactly busy

I was a little worried about my food so I enquired with staff and they assured me the food was fine and made me a custom replacement that wasn't on the menu. Lovely, accomodating staff and a great atmosphere.

Getting the machine to work to make an order was a challenge, but once we made the order via a person instead of a machine it was all right. Liked the food and the options to personalise the orders.

Would not recommend to order! 2 loads of fries didn’t come, couldn’t even get the burgers right. Not hard to do considering you have to read off a screen on what a person wants. Will not order again! Shocking

Very delicious. Second time trying Wendy’s and I got the Dave’s single. Very nice! Fries were hot and fresh same with the burger. Chocolate frosty was also very good. Also, I loved the free refills.

Ordered a wrap meal and burger meal with deliveroo "Large" drinks were definitely medium at a push and they forgot our straws which made it very hard to drink in a hotel room. Food was 10/10 tho

This review isn't about the specific store but my overall Wendys experience. For some reason I thought American fast food franchise would have the most mind blowing food?! It's not what I expected. It was okay for a meal, nothing WOW. Pretty basic, I wouldn't be back in a hurry. This store however was small for seating, some of the tables were dirty but I was served quickly after ordering.
