Haven't been since I was a teenager and didn't disappoint. Tasty food and new frosty is divine

Americano Coffee is the best quality I’ve had and the service was excellent. Always my go to cafe in town

I have emailed Wendy’s Sheffield high street regarding being charged twice on the 21st of April a member of staff tried contacting over the phone to see if he could have the approval to refund me at the time but no answer and passed me the email to inform on the situation. After emailing twice & trying to ring the Wendy’s restaurant I have had no luck of the issue being resolved, no one has contacted me back after 3 weeks. To explain further one of the machines charged me without a receipt or number popping up on the screen i thought it had not taken my order I then ordered from a second machine which it worked but the first machine had taken the money out of my bank resulting in being charged twice. Don’t bother using the machines to order!

I tried a double cheese tonight and it was really nice.

Well, I wondered in at midnight hoping for a nice small greasy snack, and low and behold I was greeted by a man known at zayn, I asked for a baconator and a frosty, the guy told saw that I dress alternatively (I'm a professional femboy) so he asked me if he could add me on Snapchat, unfortunately I am just built different so I declined, anyway I got my baconator hand delivered by the lovely, illustrious, amazing and beautiful zayn, and munched on my midnight snack. 10/10 would recommend this place, the crack heads outside make it a particularly beautiful spot to sit at the window and enjoy a meal. Plus Zayn really makes it a pleasant experience with his EXPERT customer service and ACADEMIC knowledge on anime. Thankyou Wendy's, you made my evening, and potentially, my month. Thankyou.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming making our experience great. All tables and ordering kiosks clean. We received our food very quickly and it was kindly brought over by a staff member. Our food was still hot and the vanilla frosty was delicious. Would highly recommend Wendy’s Sheffield 👏

Very nice food. I decided to dine in at Wendy's to see and experience what it was like. I went for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Nuggets were tender and fresh. Much prefer these over Maccies. Fries were a bit salty for me but tasty nonetheless. Food came quickly. Space was clean and clear. Appropriate seating selection. Service was great, staff are very hardworking. Very good overall.

First time having Wendy’s last week. I had a double bacon cheese burger, I liked it a lot so I went back the day after for more. Talked to a guy called Zayn, I think he is one of the managers. Really sound guy, enjoyed talking to him and my food. Will return again soon!

Good food but I would recommend take out, the atmosphere was the same as in any other food place. Not the place to go for the American experience. Burger sizes are alright and the price is good.

Fries are great, burgers are amazing but a tiny bit too saucy on the burgers (it didn't need that much, made it a bit messy and soggy). Very little seating but all in all, trumps McDonald's and Burger King

Wendy's is always, always, always our go-to place to go eat when we're in town. We avoided it when it first opened because it seemed pricier than other places nearby, but after our first visit, we were hooked! The quality is so much better than anywhere else, the staff are always so nice and accommodating. It's such a chill place in a great location.

The staff are friendly and the food is tasty. It can be a bit pricey depending on what you get, but you usually get your order quickly and the food is better quality than you'd find at other fast food places.

I tried chicken burger combo last Friday night which I really loveddd!!! And the crew members were really friendly to us. The guy that served us was really polite and the burger he made was too good that I ordered one for takeaway as well.. kudos to the guy that made those burgers…

Second time visited Wendy's Sheffield after noticing they serve halal chicken. Spicy chicken burger meal was good. The chips were crunchy and the chicken nuggets were nice but the sprite tasted bland or nothing like the one you got in the bottle.

1st time tried and wasn't disappointed but if We're talking about the burgers meat was thin and small.. don't get me wrong it was tasty but a bit small. But on the other hand nuggets were really nice.

Ordered for delivery. Two Spicy avocado chicken club meals (The burgers), sprite and a frosty. Recieved two cold chicken wraps and one can of sprite in the same bag. So disappointed, nobody to even call to try and get an answer. Might be better in store but whoever is packing the orders for takeaway either doesn’t know the menu or gave our order to someone else.

The wraps are terrible, the bacon burger is nice but came cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries are so tiny and lukewarm. A bad experience I won't be back

Verry nice experience, good food, and competent staff. I was assisted step by step by the GM of the restaurant to order what i wanted, and i apreciate the fact that he was verry kind and pacient, even thow it was obvious that he has lots of arrends on his head.

First time trying Wendy's, the food was fresh, and the service was fast. Most impressive was the staff, we were helped by the manager mr Mircea, he was very helpful and friendly & he was the reason that our experience was great. Would recommend the food and i was blown away by Mircea. Awesome experience, would recommend!

This is my first visit to this store and I can honestly say I will be returning very soon. The food was very tasty, piping hot and staff were very friendly and jolly. They even carried our food upstairs as they could see we had a lot on our tray. Thank you Wendy’s Sheffield team!

£30 for two baconators and baconator fries. Fries were lukewarm patheticly small, with a just little bit of unmelted cheese on top. Burgers were tasteless.

Fries are great, burgers are good, vanilla milkshake tastes overly sickly sweet. Chocolate milkshake is better.

Baconator and fries was excellent - certainly on par with an American wendys, the chicken nuggets are also very good and cheap enough as an add-on to the meal, baconator loaded fries were very good, spicy chicken burger I'd give a miss next time as time as it's not the largest chicken portion. Happy to have Wendy's back in the UK it's been too long. The only negative for this location.. they've barricaded the toilets off upstairs which is annoying.

I had a Biggie meal, very tasty, fresh and hot. Restaurant was nice and clean and the staff were really friendly.

First time here. Surprisingly good. Fries are crispy and fresh. Hamburger was well made with a fresh bun. Place was clean and seats were comfortable. Definitely a good place to go for a light lunch!

This place is just better Burger King but it’s still expensive and not worth it.

Very loud music obviously so loud that the staff can hear it, no regard for customers who might like to hold a conversation. Downstairs was freezing, received a cold latte when I complained I was told our milk is cold, I honestly believe they don't know know how to operate the machine.m My wife had the bacon cheese crossaint breakfast combo, it was a tiny croissant with the filling overflowing . Abysmal experience, I imagine most customers don't visit a second time

Great food, there chips are really nice aswell as the burgers, my partner had been to Wendy's in the past in USA and it brought back some great memories it made her day to find a Wendy's in the uk

Food was really good, unlike any other fast food chain. The staff were really nice and helpful and was an all round great place to eat if you’re considering fast food.

Ordered for delivery [just eat] two hours later we received some of our order milk shake missing the food cold the burgers looked like they had been sat and for good measure stamped on £45.00 for three cold squashed burgers and fries "yyeee ha good ole American fast food " Best get back over the pond .

Absolutely terrible yuck I’ve never had anything so disheartening in my whole life .. only ordered a cheese burger and the meat was thinner than a skin graft it was freezing and the bread so stale .. Stick to McDonald you can’t go wrong . The staff were really blank Asian girl preparing the food looked so bored and gave dirty looks to customers .. will never in my life waste money on that again .. so much sauce added as well it just made it freezing and just was awful . Watched her make someone’s cheese and chips and trust me it was less than a teaspoon of cheese looked awful .. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We had a Birthday party at Wendy's in Sheffield. The staff were really helpful and the kids all enjoyed their food. So Thank you Wendy's Sheffield.

Nice food, tasty but really poor service and the atmosphere was cold.

Food is nice, I'd say better than Burger King, which is a favourite of mine. It's the crispy bacon that does it for me more than anything. Milkshake is seriously thick, which is awesome, but I wish they had strawberry flavour .

Ok but not great. For this price range I rather have burger king or MC.

Actually the worst burger I've eaten in my life, to the point I had to leave a review. Please anyone reading this do yourselves a favour and go to maccies next door if you want a hint of flavour.

Food fresh, spotless and friendly staff.

Place was empty and filthy. Upstairs was blocked off with a barrier but you could hear people shouting and giggling up there which gave an uncomfortable atmosphere to the place. I assume it was staff. Food wasn’t bad but I’ve been really ill since eating here. Definitely won’t ever go back

Not as good as five guys, better than McDonald's. The price is between the two so can't fault it.

Scammed! Ordered a nugget meal with fries and drink and a side order of Baconator fries. Received the order missing the standard fries. Queried it with staff and was told the order was complete. Really? So it's £3.99 for a small drink and 4 popcorn sized 'nuggets'? I don't think so! Would've been a rip off even with the fries but without it was an absolute joke. First and most definitely last time visiting.

I love their chips, but find their portions in general are very small. The food is as good as fast food can get. I personally find it much better than McDonald's.

Chelsea is an asset to Wendy's ! She's always smiling and positive.

Placed my order at the till, was served promptly and by a friendly cashier. Food took around 2 mins, ordered a classic chicken and a frosty. Frosty was nice and cold and chicken seemed nice and fresh

I was in Sheffield centre and needed something for lunch. I saw Wendy's and thought I'd give it a try. I have to say, the burger looked pretty much like the photo of it, the bread bun, tomato, burger etc did not slide all over the place. The taste was great. The fries nice and crispy. Much better than the clown sells or the kingy one. The spicy chicken bites were quite hot. Much hotter than I was expecting. All in all I thought it was fantastic.

Got 3x order here got back home all there chicken nagget missing sold me 3 chips for £15 they don’t even have phone to ring first time and never 👎 rubbish

The Great UK Salad Search- Wendy’s chicken avocado salad is amazing! Loads of flavor!! Tons of chicken bacon. Yum yum yum. The southwestern ranch is fab! And all comes to about 530 cal. 👍🏻 The only thing wrong with this sales is the price. At $7.99 it’s not a cheap salad. 😞 but i will come here again because it’s soo yummy and fries often come here for the burgers and frosty’s - which are amazing!! Nice roomy upstairs! Many bathrooms- all clean.

Beconator is one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. At the time of my visit I got a free pot of chilli and it was delicious.

Best burgers🫠🫠🫠 for the first time I opted for their classic chicken, and it was everything I hoped for - juicy, flavorful, and topped with fresh ingredients. The fries were hot and crispy, a perfect side to complement the burger. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. My personal favourite is cheesy fries and chocolate frosty a must try though 🤤

Absolutely devastated! Went to Wendy's elsewhere and it was great, told my Mrs and kids about it and brought them to this one. It was horrible. This is the most filthy, disgusting and unclean place I've been in for a long time. Put me off my food which wasn't great anyway. The staff are rude and the entire vibe is depressing. Won't be returning
