Wendy's in Sheffield

I ordered from uber eats. The hot chocolate was just luke warm milk with syrup in the bottom. Donuts were disgusting, chips were cold and the burger made me unwell. I won't be going to a Wendy's again

I only gave it 4 for food because the doughnuts were gross...everything else was really nice! I had the cheese burger, chicken nuggets, chips and coke.

We have never been to a Wendys before and are really impressed. There isn't a store near us so we came today as we were travelling to a local museum. Staff are excellent. Efficient, friendly and super helpful. Very impressed with the jacket potatoes!

Came to Wendy's at 6pm on Tuesday, it was relatively busy but the service was still spot on and fast while being respectful and the eating area was clean. The food was also absolutely wonderful 10/10

Pretty good fast food. Burgers are defo better than McDonalds, the chilli fries are nice too. The store itself is amazing, pretty modern and clean. Never too busy aswell. Would come more often if it was cheaper but occasionally can find deals on the app

accidentally ordered a cheeseburger when I wanted plain. asked if I could get it changed and the guy behind the till rolled his eyes at me. he gave it back to me 5 minutes later with nothing changed.

What a surprise. The veggie burger and fries was far superior than some far more "upmarket" establishments. Staff are responsive.

I came in and was greeted by Adam and he was eager to help me with the menu as I need glasses, top man.

I've been in for a meal probably 7 or i times and the food is fresh and tasty. And I have always been happy. The place is clean fresh and well run. Went in Friday and had an awful meal. The coke machine had run out of syrup and the burger bun felt stale and hard it was quite unpleasant. Despite being quiet I had to wait 20 mins for a jacket potato. I take from this that it's a one off but if this is the new norm then it's a shame.

I love the fact that you can fetch your soft drinks yourself and the fast delivery time of my meal. The eating spaces are few so be mindful of the time you go for a eat out.

Thiru is an amazing server and is Poitier and kinda and is very nice

Amazing I love Wendys, we come before or after my sons ice hockey training or game. Never been disappointed with the quality also never cold! So glad wendys came to sheffield i normally hate fast good but I never say no to a good wendys 🥰 both me my partner my 10 year old and 1 year old love wendys and my 1 year old is very picky 5 stars 10 if i could Would recommend biggie meal all day long

As a first timer in Wendy’s, the food was great, hot, and very tasty, very clean and lot of space to sit. Would give 5 stars if there were more tissues on the first floor and if the toilets were cleaner. Overall very satisfied.

A great addition to Middlesbrough that I was quite excited about, staff's service did not disappoint and neither did their food! I ordered a basic wrap with spicy chicken, which was super juicy and nicely seasoned. Staff are also incredibly kind and actually look happy (rare for fast food ofc)

Just ordered delivery from Wendy’s for the first time but unfortunately very bad experience…I ordered potato with sour cream and chives instead I received cold soggy fries with plenty sour cream on it didn’t enjoy it at all but I’m sure bin definitely did…chicken wraps came with cheese threw them away as allergic to cheese and on the menu it never mentioned that it comes with cheese so waste of money…

If the food was actually hot and the chips fresh I would have been super happy... however it was nice to enjoy a very decent 'fast food' quality burger. The burger is better than McDonald's BUT McDonald's has better fries, sauces, nuggets and drink selection. Overall I'd buy just the burger from wendys and get everything else from McDonald's 😂... Create a "MCWENDYS" 🫠

I am not sure who you employ at your store, but when I rung your store number to make a complaint about being overcharged. I was answered by a colleague who proceeded to burp and hang up the phone!. I rung again and he started saying more immature things. This was around 8::30pm November 23rd. I have taken this further with WendysUK and will want to speak to a manager at your store please. I have all evidence of phone calls made. 0/10 service. Do better honestly.
